Goodday i went in today again as I was sitting there yesterday from 11 o clock 6/9/23 because the system was offline. Then appon arrival i asked the guy while my son went through to the photobooth if i need to queue @verifications he said no. Next best tging we get called after 15min of waiting again then im being told that i need to join the queue again whereas there wasn't even place to sit. Ive been telling them that I was there yesterday and i asked whether i must queue that side and I was told no we going 2be assisted. Then the staff member was speaking in Zulu telling the people that this boeman is not going 2be assisted so I adked her why is she speaking of me and reffering 2me as a bushman she said uyaborra next best thing every 1was laughing so i told her i will hit her if she wanna make fun of me. She jumped up called her supervisor and explained her side of the story her supervisor didnt ask what happened just jumped and then decided 2 speak to the people there in Zulu next best thing she said first come first serve. How bout if the system is offline people that were
there should be assisted however they dont hv any sense of customer care and their service sucks. A person understand if the system is offline but their attitude is seriously not right
