I write this emali by disappointment and the bad service I was given at Dial a Bed Edenglen I went to the shop hoping for a good service I actually needed a new bed for my daughter I went there and no one attended to me that day and there was a guy who was busy with his phone and lounging and it's the 2nd time I kept on coming back and leaving and ended up not getting a certain approach but still he didn't appoint to me he just looked at me and continued with his phone I asked for his name on one of his working candidate who just showed up and his name is Bradley it's been the 2nd time but I get poor service I didn't know people are there to chill and not help out and they not working but playing with their phones,I'm so disappointed on how he just looked at me without helping me and just chilled on the couch and got busy on his phone and he didn't atleast try get someone to appoint me I even left but trust and believe there is no job whereby you chill and press your phone when a customer appears do hire such people?I report this with disappointments.
Desired outcome: I would like this to be looked at cause you don't know if other customers face the same tragedy and I had to go buy a bed in another place cause of the disappointment I got they passed a very good deal.
