I bought cabinets from Royal Palm Closet Design and Fine Cabinetry in February from Dave L. The workmanship was not good and I had to get them fixed three times in three years. Each time it was a different door that needed repairing. Now, Dan says they won't fix them anymore. The doors are cracked and worn out, so I need to replace them all. It's a bummer because they said they had a lifetime warranty, but it looks like they won't live up to it.

We had some problems with the finish on the cabinets, and they had to take some away, redo them, and bring them back. We talked to the owner, and he said that if we had any problems in the future, he would take care of the repairs. Over the years, we had several problems with the finish, and we called the company. A man named Dan came to our home and looked at the cabinets. He said that they would send someone out to take the doors and drawers off and fix them. After they did that, I got a call from the office saying that there would be NO CHARGE for the repairs. But two weeks later, I got an email saying that they would NOT be doing the repairs without a charge of 2,800 dollars. I tried to talk to the owner, Chris, but he would not return my call. So, I suggest that you do not do business with a company that does not keep their word.
