This company offered a free trial for delivery charges only. Gave 10 days for trial but cannot reach
them to cancel account on the 8th day. However, when inquiring about my credit card, my company
say that Diet Max Cleanse has already charged $87.47 to my account and I have not been given a chance
to cancel since they do not answer their phone and the email address is not available. I did go in to the
original site and did an unsubscribe. I have received the trial capsules and after taking just one capsule
became sick with a heart rate of 109 beats per minute. I was charged the $3.87 for shipping of this
sample and am willing to pay that charge. But, my trial period ends today and they cannot be reached.
My credit card company say charged my account for the new order on Aug. 11 which is 5 days before my
trial period is to end? They say they will delete the charge. I am very unhappy with the company. I
think they are scamming people!

Same problem I have, I ordered this product on October 1, 2010 and they charged my credit card on October 6 and I didn't receive the product until the 7th! I called to ask for a return number and they refused to take it back. They told me my refund will will be here in 10-15 days but today I was charged $2.61. There has to be something we can do.

This is SOOOO TRUE! I hate that I didn't do my research on this site before giving them my credit card info! These ppl barely speak English and are very rude! They should all be sued for scamming people! I'm out of $87+ not including shipping charges. All for a product that I NEVER RECEIVED!

I cannot believe this company continues to get away with such fraud! Same thing as everyone listed above. Charged and cannot get the promised refund. All foreigners that you cannot understand on the phone on top of that. Asked to talk to a supervisor twice and waited forever! Supervisor was just another phone rep in the room with the others. What a SCAM!

Don't order from them. They will take your money. I noticed small amounts of money taken, and they told me it was not them, although it said DietMax was the charge. I called twice to cancel my account and was told it was canceled. They also assured me that no additional funds would been taken. I checked today and $88 was taken from my account. I called and they said that they didn't get the message to billing in time and they I will receive a refund in 10-15 business day. I told them if I didn't receive my money I would be going to the Police department and filing a theft report. We'll see what happens.

These people actually had the nerve to e-mail me after charging me for the trial even though the never sent it.

But at least I finally got their email address since non of their phone numbers actually work for me to cancel the order.

It is acaimax@acaimax.info

Everyone e-mail them & let them know that you know the company is being investigated for fraud.

I did order the FREE TRAIL of Pills both Procleanse Gold and Diet Max, but along with the original shipping total cost of $16.00, I had the additional costs of pills on my criedt card statements too. I never received them. But... the BEST PART IS... I also had over $3500.00 put on my credit card from Great Britain, (and I have never been and am in Canada) where Procleanse Gold shows up on my credit card statements, coming from? Weird or just a coincidence. Think what you may, but please do not order from these people.

I was charged the $3.87 for the trial, after 9 days i called and was given an extended 10 days since i had not yet received the trial. I waited another 5 days and then call back again. They tried to get me to wait more but after talking to my Dr was told he did not want me to do this diet, so i told them to cancel my order. They tried again saying they would hate me to lose my $3.87 and not even get to try it, I said i don't care about the $3.87 just to cancel me NOW. So she sent me a form in my email to fill out and cancel my order through. I never heard from them and thought it was all taken care of. Today they charged to my card $35.81 for what i have no idea. I called my bank immediately and filed fraud charges on them and they are issuing me a new card.

I ordered this weight loss pill from Diet Max El Tecal on 9/8/2010 and just paid the shipping and handling for a FREE 10-Day Trial Offer. I didn't receive the merchandise until 9/13/2010. I took the product that week and actually gained 2 1/2 pounds. I called on 9/17/2010 to cancel because it was not working and I was dissatisfied with the results. In checking my credit card statement there was a charge for $87.47 and a Foreign Transaction Fee of $2.62 (Totaling $90.09) I immediately called them. I spoke with several agents that I could barely understand, I was hung up on twice. In speaking with all the agents they stated the same thing that I had cancelled on 9/18/2010 which was after the 10-Day trial period. I explained that I did not I had called them on 9/17/2010 because I called from work and I do not work weekends and that I have the conversation recorded. They said even if I did call on 9/17/2010 that that was still after 10 days. I asked if they don’t know how to count because that was the 10th day and it was supposed to be free for 10-Days. I also stated that they had charged my account on 9/16/2010 which was even before the trial period was over with. They tried to tell me that they didn’t charge it until 9/17/2010 which was the 10th day but my statement shows otherwise. I spoke with agents #377; #511; #382 and after several hours on hold, transferred and having to call back after they hung up on me. I finally spoke with a supervisor who stated they would issue a refund within 7-10 business days. I again received another charge on my credit card from ProfitVault [protected] on 10/18/2010 for $9.76 and a Foreign Transaction Fee of $0.29 (Totaling $10.05) I called them and it went to the same people as Diet Max. I spoke with agent #100 and she said I would have to call their customer service number [protected] and speak with them. I then called that number and also got the run around, they said that I authorized charges through Diet Max to purchase some coupon club or something to that affect; I’m still not even sure what it was for. She proceeded to tell me that it would be beneficial to keep the membership, etc. needless to say I got upset and told her I didn’t want their business and I didn’t authorize their charge and asked to speak to a supervisor. She said that when you signed up with Diet Max you authorized their affiliates to sign you up to their programs too and authorized the charges. Needless to say I wasn’t happy I told her I did not want whatever this was and to cancel everything and send me a refund. She said that she would submit the refund for $9.76 but I am out the Foreign Transaction Fee, she stated that I would receive credit on my account within 7-10 business days. I have heard that before. I again called Diet Max [protected] because I still hadn’t received my refund for the $87.47 from last month. I got the same run around and I finally spoke to a supervisor after being on hold forever. She said I didn’t get a refund because I wasn’t eligible for one, that my purchase was non-refundable. I asked her why because the supervisor I had talked to last month said the bill was a mistake and that I was going to get a refund. She said that the billing department decided that. This company needs to be stopped; I have contacted my credit card dispute center and am awaiting a response. I have ALL my documentation and a recording of every phone call I made to them including dates and times to prove I cancelled my order in time, etc. I suggest all those who have been wronged to contact their local law enforcement or contact the better business bureau. And for those who have not ordered yet, don’t or you will regret it! So far I am out a total of $100.14.

The same thing has happened to me. I didnt even get my product until the 10th day and nowhere did it read ten day trial or cancell in ten days! I have been charged $90 so far when it was only suppose to be $2.95. I called and made a complaint to the Federal Trade Comission and The Better Business Bureau. I advise everyone who has been scammed from this to do so and prevent more people for bing scammed. I hope they do not charge my account again!

Same story here except they charged my account $87.47 twice. I have given them 20 business days to refund my account they said the charges were removed. They were not. Every time I call they say their computers are down and to call back or they just disconnect. Cancel your card and get new ones. They can continue to charge you. [protected]. They will not let you speak to a supervisor. I cancelled 3 days after my order and still got charged even though the CNN endorsement states you only pay $3.87 for shipping. Bottom line is dont buy on line. Lesson learned. It could have been worse.

I am in ful agreeance of this company being classed as a scam. In fact they scammed me for in excess of $750 NZD before I realised the money had gone from my account. I would like it if anyone has the authorities (fraud dept) that they could post on this site so I can retreieve it and an address too would be good. I am not planning to sit back on this matter. Justice needs to be done. They say "what goes around, comes around". Rather not be in their shoes.

I have just been scammed by these people too. I fell for the "free sample" advertisement for the Acai diet pills, then found out they took the $3.05 for the postage, which was ok, but 5 days later another $1.58 and the next day $77.94. I have tried to email them but it comes back as "undeliverable". I have tried phoning them at the Australian contact number, but I keep getting a message saying "its after business hours, ring back after business hours". I have tried this number all day and still the same message. It does not say what their business times are either.
What can I do next? How can these people get away with this? Ripping people off money they can't afford? And why is facebook condoning their advertising?
It's disgusting! I am going to try and see what I can do legally to stop them.

I was able to reach the company on the 5th day of the trial, but I had already been charged for the product plus the $3.87 and $ 1.49. Their representative argued with me for nearly 15 minutes before he would agree to reverse the charges and cancel my order. He offered to give me an additional 10 days, but I just wanted the order canceled. I threatened to call the Better Business Bureau and he finally stopped trying to bully me into continuing the order. They emailed me a website to go to so that I could "Unsubscribe" and it took nearly 100 attempts before the website would load.

FYI - I just checked by bank account... This all happened in 9/14/2010. I now have new charges from them on my bank card as of 10/20/10 for $ 9.76 AND on 10/22/10 for $35.81, not to mention the international charges that my bank charges me.

I cannot believe that this company is allowed to exist. I told them when they called to tell me to "make sure I took the pills with warm water" that I didn't want them and I wanted to cancel. They took $87.47 out of my checking along with these international fees. I called them and they told me I could send it back but they would only refund me $47. Then a month later, they took another $87 out of my bank account along with international fees. Today I looked at my account and they took $1.49.

How do we get out money back!

To cancel on line go to:
www.cancelsite.com/mc

The pasword I was given was online
The user name is my first and last name
The name of the company representative I was given was chandi.

Good luck and hope it works. The site stated they will send a confirmation email, but it has not come through yet. My Credit Card company has put a block on my account for this vendor.

This company web site, www.mydietmaxcleanse.com, is a scam. They sell Dietary Supplement. There is no way for a customer to see if the customer is unhappy with the product Dietary Supplement in the 10 days period. Following the Terms and Limits of their web site, I tried to call them and cancel my order several times. There is no way to reach them. This company failed their Terms and Limits of their web site.

I ordered the trial on 10-8-10, on 10-13-10 I saw 2 minimal charges on my card for DIET MAX and then another for a FOREIGN FEE and I saw that $87.13 was PENDING; I called them that same day and said I have not even receieved this and am definitely not done with the "TRIAL PERIOD" and they made me fill out this online cancellation form, which i have done 2x now and never have I received any confirmation and they tell me that the charge will be refunded to my account within 10-15 days! Now I've been calling them for 2 days and haven't been able to get through.

Wife got caught by same scam. She ordered the Natura Cleanse Trial Bottle fron https://www.naturecleansing.com on 9/07/2010 and was suppose to only be charged $1.95 for S&H. Same old blah-blah about 10 day trial and being able to cancel at anytime by calling their toll-free number--TOTAL BULL! Before she was ever charged the $1.95 she started getting charged by DIET MAX [protected], then more charges by DIET MAX [protected], then charges by COLOBLAST [protected], and PROFITVAULT [protected]. All of the unauthorized charges resulted from original online order for Natura Cleanse Trial Bottle on 9/07/2010. Between 9/09/2010 and 10/26/2010 there have been 9 additional charges from scammers other than the 50F*NATURACLE.COM charge of $1.95 my wife starting into this with. Additional charges were in amounts of $3.87, $87.47, $78.98, $2.95, $87.47, $1.49, $9.76, $1.49, and $9.76 for total of $285.19 in charges. Bank told us they try the small charges to see if they go through them they'll WHAM you with the larger amounts. My wife and I have made several attempts to contact and cancel and get refund via phone--TOTAL SCAM! Finally cancelled wife's bank card on 10/26/2010 when the COLOBLAST & PROFITVAULT charges were detected. All of these outfits are sharing my wife's bank card info. On 10/26/2010 I called the 'Customer Service' for COLOBLAST [protected] and talked with 'Larry'. Larry claims the $1.49 charge was a convenience fee stemming from my wife's order placed on 9/07/2010; yeah right and I'm General Eisenhower! Larry claimed to be in Hollywood, FL. Don't expect to ever get a refund and don't care to ever get any product, just want money back or a mob hanging of everyone who is associated with these out-and-out theives. This is an out right scam by internet thieves. Collecting evidence to file complaints where ever and with whom ever I can; FBI Internet Fraud, Federal Trade Comission, State Consumer Protection. Don't expect much to come of it except work out frustration. Feel pretty powerless to really do what needs to be done to the group of individuals perpretrating this fraud and theft on many-many people.

My complaint is the same. I've tried to cancel this scam for three months now and have written my credit card company telling them the sad story of this company and their bad credit practices. I will refuse to pay any further charges from this company since they've charged me three months in a row for something I cancelled the first month. After finally talking to a supervisor that I held on the line for at least 15 minutes finally said they would refund the last payment, but only $49.00 of a $112.00 charge. Why? The rest is for re-stocking the pills that I sent back. Don't use this company ever and told them I'm filling a formal complaint with the BBB.

This company did the very same thing to me. I called them and explained I had cancelled. They apologized and assured me my account would be credited. I waited a week -- my account is still not credited AND I have another charge from them. I called my bank. I cannot file a dispute until after 15 days of them telling me they would refund the money. The bank also told me they could not block them, they were, I think the term she used was "third party" people, and they could continue to use my debit card number and keep taking the amount out of my checking account. I told her that was absurd. I did not authorized the charges and I was not receiving anything. Then I found this website. I then called the bank back and cancelled my debit card. THIS IS GOING TO BE THE ONLY WAY YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED. It's a hassle to be without your debit card waiting for a new one -- all because of something you did not authorize, but it is well worth it! I have hope that I will be refunded my money ... but I am not holding my breath. AVOID THESE PEOPLE!

I was charged this same amount on my CC but the thing is I didn't order anything. I have never heard of diet max until I saw this charge on my CC. I called them to tell them there was a fraud charge for their pills on my CC and they were So Rude. they accused me of just forgetting I ordered it online just to get out of the charges. The person I spoke with refused to let me speak to a supervisor or credit my account and the pills were shipped to a different state than I even live in. BEWARE! of this company! Thank God my CC put it down as fraud and will take off the charges.

I will say that I had the same exact thing happen to me. First, it took 7 days to get to me then I called because they charged my account before the 10th day. I asked them why and they said that the trial started on the day I ordered. They also said that it should have been explained to me that I should call back if I didn't get the product with in 2-3 days. The 1st person that I talked to told me that they would cancel it for me.. But "somehow" the call "dropped". I called back and a man told me that it was in fact cancelled and that I would recieve an e-mail with the information. Once I got the e-mail I asked him for any other information that I might need for my refund and he said that I could cancel again if I wanted to but he couldn't give me any other information. Then he just hung up on me. I called right back and spoke to yet another person that could not speak English very well. I told him that I didn't mean to be rude, but I was already frustrated enough and was it possible that I would be able to speak with someone that I could understand? I got a female, she was probly the most helpful. She said that I would be getting the refund within the next 2 weeks. Well... here I am over a month later still trying to get my money back. The telephone number on my Bank statement is disconnected. Thank goodness I googled and found this site to get a current phone number. Today I spoke with yet another agent that informed me that the notes stated that my case would be sent to the billing department for review.. but that I was not told that I would get a refund. I was placed on hold when she came back on... she told me that they would send it over again for review. I told her about this site and that they didn't have good reviews at all. asked to speak with someone in billing and she told me that billing doesn't take phone calls. WTF? What type of business does that? Finally, I told her that I was not please with that option and I wanted to speak with someone right now that could help me. She placed me on hold then came back and said that she was going to transfer me to a supervisor. After being on hold for 25 minutes someone can on the phone and told me that my refund was rejected. He said that my trial started on the date of order which was the 8th of Sept. That if I counted the days the 17th(the last day of the trial)the date I was charged. I asked him how the freak could someone try a product with a trail that started on the date you order and takes 7 days to recieve? 38 minutes later I told him that I wanted to speak to the head of the department that he worked in. That I would call whomever I had to, to make sure that everyone would know that this is how they do business.. After almost an hour... I was told that I could send the product in and get 49.00 back because they have a 45% restocking fee.

Same story. I live in Canada. Cancelling your credit card does not protect you. I cancelled my card on Oct. 10th and they were able to charge my new card on Oct. 14th. You must call your credit card company. They will tell you to send a registered letter stating you do not authorize them to use the card. Keep a record of everything you do. Once it shows that the letter has been successfully delivered on Canada Post, the credit card company (mine was Royal Bank) can take action. Also, if you're like me and you haven't received anything other than the trial product and it's been over a month since they charged your credit card, you must contact Diet Max again (email does not work so this means another registered letter) and explain to them that you have not received the product. Then your credit card company can go after a refund for you. Very tedious -but the only way. This is the most frustrating experience. I urge everyone to file complaints with the Better Business Bureau and Phone Busters. If they receive over 1000 complaints in a one month period, they will shut down the company and won't allow them to sell the product in Canada. Better Business Bureau link is http://www.bbb.org/canada/Business-Complaints/ and Phone Busters link is http://www.phonebusters.com/english/reportit.html PLEASE report them so they stop harassing Canadians and others around the world!

I have also had the same as all complaints...I did speak to someone 3 times...they said no problem, we'll send an email and you must respond... No email ever came. I called back, they said they would cancel. This was all before the charges actually came out of my account. They told me nothing would come out... Then low and behold, gone. I called again, talked to a guy, I told him I would get a lawyer. Whatever. After reading all this here, I canceled my debit/credit card. I hope they have no other way to charge. I also had to pay overdraft fees. I can't afford it again

...I fell for the free trial too...thought they were just charging a shipping and handling charge. I ordered it October 27, 2010 and November 03, 2010, a "pending" charge showed up on my bank account for $87.13. I called to cancel and you have to do a song and dance to get a refund and stop the charge. They offered me a $20.00 discount and I refused. I told them I wanted a full refund..I did not desire to become a "Member". We will see what happens...I hate overseas companies that do business in this manner. The 800 number you call to request a refund is so scratchy your not sure of any details. There ought to be a law...meantime, I have learned to NEVER order off unknown sites. It's sad that a site like that can drag down internet shopping.

This product wasn't shipped to me within the trial period. I was charged before the 1st bottle and when I called everyone said the same thing and before they made good on promises the phone would conveniently disconnect. I am on my fourth call to them and they only want to give me half the money back if I don't cancel my order. I am going to report them to the BBB today for bad practices.

I initially found about this free offer through a newsletter from a health magazine. The reporter went on & on about how she tried the product & it was awsome. So I figured what the heck. They had a link on their website with a promo offer code to enter to get the discounted shipping & free trial. The website did not say anything about having to cancel within a certain timeframe for the acai berry but what it DID say you had to cancel was some HCG crap they were giving you for free. I didn't want the HCG crap in the first place. I received email confirmation and called the number and spoke with someone there to tell them dont even bother sending the HCG and that I did not want to be charged for it or anything else. I had also checked my bank account and saw 2 pending charges for the shipping. There was 1 charge for the $2.95 & another for $1 something. I asked the lady in customer service about that and she sadi she didn't know what the other pending charge was for and that it should not go through and that the shipping charge should only be $2.95. Well both charges went through in addition to charges from my bank for "international" charges to my account! I ordered the product on 10/28/10. I asked the lady on the phone if there would be an email sent out when the product shipped & she said no. I asked her how I would know when to receive my product & she said it would ship out immediately & that I would receive it this week. Well...still havent received the product & today I checked my account & yep...there is an unauthorized charge of $87.13. Total BS! I tried to call the company & the lady that answered the phone said that I would have to call back in 3 hrs because they are doing maintenance on their computers system so they could not access any information right now. My response to her was "how convenient!" I immediately called my bank & cancelled my card! luckily the account I used was not my main account. But it's still a hassel because the charge is still in pending so I have to call back tomorrow to actually dispute the charge. What a friggin rip-off! NEVER again will I order anything with a "free trial"...I don't care who the heck promotes the product! They are all big scammers!

Finally i got through on the [protected] number and they "assured me" it's all been cancelled, it seemed very straight forward but no doubt verbal diarrhoea on their behalf. I would suspect they already know my credit card was cancelled very quickly after the transaction and i re-itterated that fact and that any future requests to my cc company will be denied. I had a chuckle to myself as she kept saying "there's no need to worry as we won't charge your card again" ...no chance of that seeing as i have a new card now and they not only blocked them but all the affiliates too. Thankfully i was quick off the ball and got my card cancelled before any real damage was done...i'm now £10 out of pocket due to the shipping charge and telephone charges but it could have been a lot worse, i'm not even going to dispute the shipping charge even though i begrudge them getting any cash from me, i'm going to print the original order out and stick it on the wall by my monitor to act as a reminder not to be a nugget and fall for any scams again.
