DiGi Telecommunications review: 我想要投诉你们所谓的4G 6

自从我去年把我的电话卡升级到4G过后、我发现你们的系统、收线、真的是越来越糟糕。以前的2G 神一般的速度、现在4G还不如之前？我每个月签购RM68(10.5GB)、 平时都不够用的、可是这个月我剩下4.8GB 就白白的浪费。浪费我的钱。玩clash royal 不能、看youtube就一直loading、上网找资料也是一直loading。我身为一个大学生、平日最需要的就是要上网找资料。拜托、我们花了钱就是为了得到自己所需要的服务。就比如现在你是我、你有什么感想。I don't think that you have the kind patience. It's unfair to those who have pay the money and get a bad services . I hope that their have a improvement to prove that you company is a good company. Lastly, if there still the same and without any improvement, you will lose lot of customers if to don't have any improvements. Thats all from me.
