DiGi Telecommunications fail to reload prepaid rm38.00 to mobile number [protected]

Date 21 oct 2017
Location: Digi booth Tesco Bukit Indah, Johor Bahru.
Balance $9.92 Mobile [protected]
I Gave $35.00 to Digi counter as there is a package for $38.00 which the phone can be extended for a year.( the Sales personnel told me).
Therefore the total balance shall be $38.00 + $9.92 = $47.92
Today, I received a phone call from JB [protected] for 240 seconds.
The cost is $5.60. I received a MSG from Digi that my balance only left $1.30.
I am a senior citizen. Age 66. a Malaysian. I sincerely wish that Digi could kindly clarify and investigate this case and appreciate very much for your help.

DiGi Telecommunications unsatisfied for the service at digi centre sandakan, sabah

I had sign the smartplan 78 with Note 8 smartphone price is RM3591.28 by installment 24 month on the date [protected]:35pm). When I got the phone, I found the phone got something problem( it’ll automatically off & phoneset felt so hit). At the same day(about 5:15pm), I tried went to Digi Centre Sandakan, told them about the problem, they tried to ignore me, asked me go to Samsung Service Centre, this let me felt so unfair & they are really irresponsible.

DiGi Telecommunications deduction from the service that I never subscript

Previously, i received a sms about gamestrike that i never login to the particular website. It direct deduct my balance RM4 which happen before. Inside the website, i seen the DIGI represented to this particular website which make me feel sad and anger. Because DIGI had never ask for my permission to subscript this service and reduce my balance and giving my private information to third party people.

I here by want to make a complain report for the DIGI service which give to the third party without my permission. When i received the sms, i immediately send "STOP ALL" to the particular number "20000". However, it has unsubscribed the sms. After 5 minute, they send me a sms again that i have subscript the services. This make me angry that it reduce my balance without notice and inform, a total RM8.

However, i want to call DIGI center about this issue, but no agent from the DIGI service department answer my call at all. This is the second issue i want to make a report.

Here by, I request to take back my money own money RM 8 that DIGI reduce it without my permission. I wish to get the respond from DIGI immediately. If not, i will complain to the head quarter like the case happened before in DIGI center Kuala Lumpur.

DiGi Telecommunications bad service attitude in digi gurney plaza

Date of incident : 7th Oct 2017
Time : ~2pm

We are looking for Iphone package in the Digi center but receive very bad service from Gurney plaza Digi crew. 2 shopkeeper at that time we visited, asking for a iphone package from one of the service crew (wearing spec with bald hair). The response provided was very sarcastic and unacceptable. We are asking for iphone 7plus package, but he told us that the package is coming soon. By further asking if he know when approximately is coming soon date, he responded sarcastically as below:
"Already told you as coming soon, meaning is coming soon lo. You can go Switch to buy one if you want. But i know surely they don't have it too. So this is coming soon lo. OK!" (i purposely write this out to show how the conversation goes so that you will understand what is the service i got in your center) Btw, dont tell me this is sense of humor as he is saying this in very serious expression.
Hopefully DIgi can train your staff well before they are qualify to step out to the front line to serve customer in a proper manners.

DiGi Telecommunications credits deducted for no reason

I am very pissed because of this since it has been happening to me for the last few years. I didn't even turned on my data and it simply deducted me. I reloaded my phone on Wednesday, bought the rm1 for 300mb/day subscription and that's all. Currently I have zero credits because I only reloaded rm20 and used rm15 for Spotify. Come on digi, scam people also don't scam until like this la. Refund me for goodness sake.

DiGi Telecommunications network service very slow

I'm using Infinite 150 Postpaid Plan. It supposely give me unlimited data with unlimited speed. I've just been using this plan for 2 month now. But the network are very dissapointing. The first week I used this plan, the speed test result are 24mbps ( eventhough it still a bit slow but I can still accept it), and now the speed test result are below 5mbps. What wrong? I use it at the same location, the same place. I hope Digi can fixed this issue ASAP. Already been a couple week this network are very slow.

DiGi Telecommunications billing

My old account [protected]) was in the name of Phillipa Clare Yoong Li Foong, my daughter. When we changed it to my name - Beryl Joyce Yoong, the number was not changed and now when I pay a bill it goes to the old number (which should be inactive).
On the 19/09/17 I paid RG58.14 inadvertently into the old account. Today I paid the full outstanding amount of RG116.44 into my account with the new number. (170900000001101240160). Therefore please credit the amount of RG58.14 into the new number, as above, and close the old number under Phillipa Clare Yoong Li Foong so this doesn't happen again.

DiGi Telecommunications poor communication with customer and irresponsible staff

Digi does not understand what customers wants. When customers wish to switch other telco only they realise that they need to treat their customer better, so they just simply give their customer a package that they are using with lower price.

Irresponsible staff in Bukit Bintang Centre. They could not recognise which number is issue by their own company. They keep telling customers go to other telco when the problem is only can solve by DIGI.

DiGi Telecommunications digi postpaid 80

I have registered the above plan in June 2017 for my phone [protected]. The account no : [protected]. I registered the Digi Postpaid 80 plan in DIGI centre, Sunway Pyramid. During the registration I asked the staff there whether this plan is a contract basis . He told me that no contract for this plan and I can terminate anytime I want.

on 9/9/2017, I decided to change the plan as the internet line at my area is weak. So I went again to Sunway Pyramid to change the plan to Broadband Monthly RM100 plan. Before I sign up the plan, I asked the staff again, whether the previous plan is a contract. He told me NO. I can terminate anytime as that previous plan is not a contract basis. So I proceed to sign up .

Unfortunately, today I received a bill for my previous plan (Postpaid 80) and it stated in the bill the PENALTY of RM200.00 for termination of the plan . So I called the customer service . The staff of the customer service told me that the DIGI postpaid 80 is a contract basis . I was shocked and explained to her what was happened and she put me on a long hold until I can not hold the line anymore.

I feel so disappointed and unfair as your service staff did not give a true information to the customer. Further more I am your customer since 2011 and I always pay my bill on time.

I hope you can settle this issue for me as I feel that it is unfair for me to pay the penalty as I was not given the true information during the registration .

I really feel disappointed to your service & line.
Before that the line is good & smooth.
Now I duno why the line is totally can't work.
Not slow like tortoise, is almost can't work.
I need your explain.

DiGi Telecommunications *free phone* to postpaid users

I'm staying in Kajang, My father was using postpaid more then 4years he was eligible to get free phone...I ask at my nearest digi center in Kajang but they tell no stock(SAMSUNG J7 PRO) on 16/9 and the will be available in the next week. I had go on 22/9 they repeat the same answer no stock again! It's alreadymore then 2weeks i'm waiting for it. If we doesn't pay the postpaid payment in the fixed date means the digi center will call and message hundred times to pay it but we already eligible to have the free phone and we waiting for it more then 2weeks! Is this the way the digi center treat the customer.I'm unhappy !

DiGi Telecommunications line service

Bermula bulan 5 2017 line internet dikawasan jalan surau sebaya kampung bukit kapar klang mengalami gangguan yàng amat teruk sekali.
Pada asalnya line di sini adalah full 4G tapi sekarang untuk streaming youtube pon hanya 140p sahaja..itu pon loading.
TOLONG LAH AMBIL PERHATIAN KERANA PERHIDMATAN INI SENTIASA BERBAYAR UNTUK YG GUNAKAN DATA PRABAYAR...^

DiGi Telecommunications deposit refund for foreign customer

If you are not from Malaysia, do not ever sign up with digi. About two years ago my boyfriend and I set up a digi account and have to pay $500 per person as deposit. Last year we quit digi due to its poor service and connection in my area (Bandar Sunway). However, till now we still cannot get back our deposit. Im trying to be polite but honestly this company sounds like a scam because it seems like it just want to keep our deposit and never wanted to return to us. We have been complaining for almost half a year and the local store manager just told us to wait and wait. This totally destroy the integrity of this company and all my friends and family members who come here, I would just tell them no dont go to digi.

DiGi Telecommunications digi line and digi internet

Hi there, I just transfer from maxis to digi. my contact number is [protected]. Under Sim logistics sdn bhd.
I would like to complain that I am so dissappointed about digi line. it is terrible bad line and lag and there is bad quality of internet line too. When I make call or coming call/ using internet, it is so lag and until no voice at all and for internet there are no line at all sometimes. This happen not only in my office (office address: lot 691 (B) kg kuala lukut, 71010 port dickson, negeri sembilan), even my home near town (home address: no 5 Pt 1160, batu 1 jalan seremban 71009 port dickson), and even in putrajaya (galleria pjh presint 4), and also in kl area (vista amani condo, sri permaisuri), and ampang area (d'pines condo) I had very bad experience on mentioned places.

Please help me to fix this problem.

DiGi Telecommunications no service since 13.09.2017

Since yesterday(13.9.2017) there are suddenly no service in kuala tahan(national park) pahang. I cant make call, texting or connect to internet. Why does Digi take a long time to fix this issue. Tired waiting. Have to use hotel wifi to make this complaint. What kind of telco that need a long time to fix this issues. When will the digi will fix this whole no service.

DiGi Telecommunications problem with the connection

Dear Digi,
I'm here to make a complain and also need the information what is going on. This is because since 8 September 2017 i'm facing the problems with the incoming and outgoing call and all the massage. When i make a call it is not connected same goes the other way around when other try to contact me. At first i thought my phone problem. But when i ask my famly member that using the Digi they also had a same problem. But the internet connection is working as usual. This happen when we were at out house area when we were out from my house around 1km the line is back to normal. Please i need immediate answer from your side. And pleased if you have any issues with your system please inform to your customer/Digi users 24hours before so that we know without wondering. And this is not the first time the problem happened.

DiGi Telecommunications digi service

I'm new user for digi. When I tried to transfer reload for my friend, I press *128#... and choose talktime service.. but then it was only have 3 option..
1. Talktime Advance
2. Super Long Time
3. Talktime transfer international.
Now tell me, how can I transfer for my friend which is same country as me, not international?
ok then I tried transfer using Mydigi app but it can't f****** proceed...
This is really bad service.. please improve this like ASAP

DiGi Telecommunications settled debt reappear as debt

Im Viganeswari Logavinyagam (NRIC [protected]) forward to your attention our current unwarranted predicament with regards to my former Digi account.
Recently I notice that I'm under CTOS from unsettled Digi dues.
I settled my last Digi payment at UOA Bangsar around August 2014.
The cash payment of RM 260 was made to a Digi representative at the booth.
The payment was done long after I switched my number in August/September 2009 to a different provider.
Chronology of events:
1. 2009 - Switch over to other operator.
2. 2014 - Received call from Digi collector on a balance payment of RM260.
3. 2014 - Made payment at Digi booth.
I've not encountered any problem thus far since the last payment was made until of recent.
Why this sudden appearance of unsettled duress since we've not encountered any problem with other financial application prior to this.
I feel being punished for something which was not my fault.
Could someone provide a solution to my predicament.
Hoping for a good will discretion from your organization.

DiGi Telecommunications bad coverage at my area

Area: pulau bruit daro sarawak..

Internet connections in this area become slow lately..before, it was good..hope that digi will fix this asap..im not able to play my playstation online about 8 days already..it requires good connection as before..plz..plz..n plz fix this. I hope this problem will be settle by this week.i think this happen because of the bad weather lately..hope u will find a solution for that..

DiGi Telecommunications data and internet plan

Im using rm28 per month for 5GB/FB with 15GB social free unlimited data. I have been using DIGI almost 6 YEARS and I did not having problem before but since raining a few days ago, the internet connection keep disconnect and the line is so so slow until now eventhough the weather is good. I need to on off the data but it doesn't help. I keep checking my data balance but nothing wrong with that. Please make it good as before.
