nonsense message
The day before yesterday, I had changed my digi to maxis Bcz of the cellular in my area. And today got a message from digi that, they asked me whether I'm gonna leave Digi, and I said yes. But turns out after five hours, they send me a message again and this time they said that I have contract with digi soo I'm not able to port in with another company. And I have used digi for 4 and a half years and I'm basically using prepaid. (DIGI you really have to fixed this ! This is very annoying) and I have to wait till tomorrow then only I'm able to used my Maxis.

freedom 365
I have called to customer service to ask about freedom 365 today at 8.02 am. One of a agent working in customer service name muhammad faizul (kindly recheck in system) answered the call and assist me in this enquiry. when I asked him am I eligible to take 365 plan and he told me yes I am eligible. Then I have asked him do I need cerdit card because I am a existing user who using more than 1 and half year already and then he told me that I dun need a credit card. I can use auto billing (debit) service. he said I can request at the digi store because I dun have a credit card and I can request to do a auto billing debit card. he ask me to go nearest digi store which is either paradigm or sunway pyramid. I went to paradigm and ask for the freedom plan but then there he said no access to check and he ask me to go ss2. Then I went ss2. I asked them and they told me that without credit card I cant take freedom 365 plan. I was at outstation and I came back. I left my job halfway and goin to digi centre one by one but then now no point. Its like u guys cheated me by fake information. Really im not satisfied with the service. I need a solution for this. Im a customer using digi for 1 year plus and I need a valid solution. Get back to me as soon as possible.

Untuk pengutip hutang bill digi, tak perlu nak kurang hajar sangat sebab aku tak pakai duit kau 1sen pun untuk bayar bill sebelum ni. Untuk pengetahuan kau (chinese guy), aku dah setahun lebih tak pakai line digi ni. Mase aku convert to celcom pun bill aku clear. Korang yang memandai charge kat aku lagi apahal. Aku takkan bayar selagi chinese guy tu tak call aku semula untuk mintak maaf. Dan tolong jangan call rumah aku dan kurang hajar dengan parents aku. Sampai kau nak libatkan suami aku tak bertanggungjawab bagai. Aku yang decide taknak bayar. Kau sape nak buat keputusan untuk aku suruh bayar. Aku tak pakai dah line tu. Ni name aku norfatin nadiah binti mohamad yusak [protected], selagi chinese guy yang kurang hajar tu tak cakap mintak maaf dengan mak aku dan suami aku, aku takkan bayar 1sen pun dari empatpuluhsatu ringgit yang aku hutang tu. sim card broken cannot change plan
Hi all Digi users, I am writing this to share a "uncommon" policy by Digi. I am Digi customer and I do not sign any plan with Digi. I called Digi Helpline on 3rd January 2019 time 10 a.m. I intend to change my plan to Digi PhoneFreedom 365. The operator gave me a very shocking answer. I was told due to I just change my sim card in July 2018 based on Digi policy new sim card user not more than 6 months cannot change plan.
I was really surprised to hear that. I told the operator the reason I change sim card was because the sim card was broken and I pay for a new sim card. I did not do anything to the sim card in fact the sim card is Digi product. Digi product broken, the customer has to pay for it and then second impact is the customer is not allow to change or upgrade plan. So, the only solution is I move to other Telco service provider. I was really surprised and I feel like Digi really want me to quit from their customer base. Although I do not like the operator like a robot keep repeating the policy and I know the company policy is not made by her but I really feel disappointed with the answer from Digi.
To all Digi users, I really don't know what to say I was penalized to pay for the sim card again I am penalized not allow to change or upgrade my plan. So, the operator's superior's superior told me it takes 48 hours to revert to me. For me 48 hours are reasonable timeline but for the issue whether they allow me to change plan take me 48 hours I feel is long.
My phone is badly down and I need to change a new phone. So, with the service respond I have no choice to struggle with my pity phone for another 48 hours. I really not happy about this and I cannot accept this unreasonable policy.

I requested to port-out from Digi to U-Mobile, then they told me that the request denied because i have contract obligation, but my postpaid plan got no contract. Later on, i found out that suddenly Digi activated Exclusive Deals without my permission so that i can't port-out. This action abuse my right as customer. I called and they said will cancel the deals in 24-48 hours. Looking forward to port-out as soon as i possible, because i have urgent business in my hometown that need good internet coverage.
bad internet/network coverage
I'm staying in Taman Klang Utama, postcode: 42100.
Most of the time signal bar fluctuating at 2-3 bars recently and with internet signal showing 4G LTE.
But at all time all day long the internet is so bad, worse than 3G, sometimes even simple loading google also could no
t complete the loading, it's wasting a lot of time for waiting the poor internet loading and end up with failure/time out.
I'm so upset for this service quality.
And fyi, I'm using corporate plan, but I do not feel it is worth for the value and I'm convincing the company to change the service provider if we are always getting this kind of network quality.
customer service matter
Im using digi prepaid.On 6/12/18, I had requested to transfer to Celcom, but on another day, they rejected my request due to NON fulfilment of contract obligation, then I call for the customer service, and they gave me a reason of the registered owner name at Celcom are not same with digi, so they reject me. They ask me to change the name and resubmit again, but after all until now they didn't approved the submission. Just now I contact with one of the digi agent and she said I have to wait until Monday and they don't even want to admit their false. I heard that DIGI will do something to make their customers to feel the process is very complicated so they won't change to another telco. I think this is true in my case, so guys if you want to use digi, think twice before u use it because if you want to change to another telco, they will not let you to change.
I got a call from digi when this morning
This morning I got one call from digi, the person say he is from digi centre of sibu.
He told me the digi centre will be sue my father in 48 hours. I ask him about what's the problem of my father. The guy say there is a number [protected] that under my father name, and it got a postpaid payment above two thousands with acc. number [protected] is not yet to pay and now the digi say that number is a blacklist number and digi will sue my father in 48 hours. But I'm so wonder, the number we never hear it before and never saw it too, we live in Selangor and my father also never register that number with his IC too, why the number is under my father's name?How come the number can be apply and using by other person that without my father own signature? We never use that number and also don't know about it too. Why the guy can say the digi will be sue my father in 48 hours? And why the guy say he is called from digi centre in sibu but why not the digi centre from Selangor?It's so curious. I told that guy we never knew the number and never use it too.But he keep saying now the number is under my father's name and the digi is ready to sue my father if we don't have any action for this case.And the end, the guy say if we really don't have use that number and also don't know it then he want us go to police station to make a report for it, and also go to Pesuruhjaya Sumpah to make an Akaun Sumpah to report that problem. He say after make that two reports then go the digi centre near by us to give them the reports and the IC printing paper to solve this problem. Should I believe it or not? and if It's the truth I also want to complaint you guys too because why the digi can apply the number that without my father own signature and now want us to pay the payment or you guys want to sue my father in 48 hours? This not our problem, it's your guys problem!How can you guys say want to sue my father that we never know that number and why the number can be under my father that without his own signature? Please give us a explain for this problem, if you guys really want to sue my father, we also can sue digi too because you guys are got mistake and make we felt so worry about this matter! I hope you guys can show me the prove and explain to us why the number can be under my father name but without his signature by him? Hope you guys can give us a good answer, thank you.
line coverage
Hi bloody Digi team, i'm eyan currently staying at Jalan Bintang Utama 4, Senai, poscode 81400, Johor, regarding my signal very poor and no service in fact . I'm working at skudai area which phone line no problem at all. But the problem is when i'm going back to my house! I have called digi alot of time to improve their signal but still signal is very very poor until "no service" at all ! I cannot use my mobile data and phone to call out and receive call at all! Bloody hell! and once im getting out to work i will cut it off automatically. I'm using Umobile line personal hotspot to even submit this damn post! By today i will change my damn digi to Umobile instead! I'm so done with you Digi!
unable to resolve a simple issue
Dear DiGi,
I'm writing this in regards to my case ID CAS-[protected]-B7G5.
Here is a brief flow of the issue.
14th November 2018: I reloaded RM100 to my prepaid as the credit was insufficient to deduct RM20 for the mobile data. As RM100 is entitled for 120 days, I checked the validity is until February 2019. No flaw in this process. Validity and amount, all correct.
20th November 2018: The prepaid ownership has changed from Sim Hong Jiang to Joanne Hew Yoke Leng. Again, no flaw in this.
The problem arises on 25th November 2018. I received an SMS stating that my validity is expiring. ? As I said, I have reloaded RM100. How is it suppose to be expiring on 25th November 2018?
Live chat in the morning on 25th November, not helping at all. Only inform me that there is no record of reloading on the 14th November. Record in old owner (Sim Hong Jiang). So as for the record for new owner (Joanne Hew Yoke Leng), the validity of the credit is only for 5 days.
Went to one of the DiGi store, hoping to resolve face to face. Again, no help is provided. They claim they are only frontline, only can raise the issue as they are unable to change the system and hence, the case ID. Even said that they will get back to me in 2 days. In the end, I was forced to top-up a minimum of RM5 to extend my validity just to wait for the 2 days, making my credit to RM91.12.
After 2 days (28th November 2018), no calls, nothing. So, I called to the customer service line. And AGAIN, they can only HIGHLIGHT the issue to the Billing Department. Saying that I can only wait for them to call back.
The thing now is, today is 29th November 2018. My coming validity is tomorrow 30th November 2018. Am I suppose to continue to top-up RM5, RM5 to extend the validity until my case is resolved?
It is very simple. Just extend my validity to 120 days as this is what I have paid for. I, as a customer, I did not make any mistake for the above. I, as a customer, genuinely reload RM100. I, as a customer, wishes to continue to use DiGi and hence, changing the sim card ownership to me.
I do not know why I'm being put in all these fuss when I did nothing wrong on my part. Is just ridiculous as my card is being treated as a new sim card with 5 days validity by changing ownership? What's the point to change ownership then? I might as well get a new sim card by paying RM10-15? And with that also I am well aware the validity is only 5 days!

I've been loyal to digi for almost 10 years. your coverage and everything is really frustrated. i don't know why I've been this patient for all this time. I can't even play mobile legend in peace and some area don't even have your signal. This is 2018 for god sake. Please upgrade. I'm a disappointed loyal customer. I'M GONNA CHANGE FOR GOOD! GOOD BYE! ADIOS!
bad coverage
im staying at lembah subang area, working at kelana centre point, petaling jaya selangor.. when i change my plan from postpaid to Contract postpaid plan, i think my Handphone coverage is not so good..sometime at my area, im missing the 4G line and i can't play the game like Mobile legend, PUBG etc. line coverage looking very poor! please do something
no line 3 day for whole area
The entire area ( Pulau Ketam - postcode : 42940 ) has no lines at all, it has been three days. No notification have been received..To day just call Digi customer services to ask, just inform is update something, need ke-4 day just cover the line. I hope to inform us whatever post notification at Digi home page or what.When got any update will lead no line service, please inform us and we can inform the family in advance so that they are not worried.

First, I'm using unlimited internet for 1 day and it fast for only 20 GB then it became so slow even though it is UNLIMITED. Second, after the internet became slow I bought a 1 GB data plan to cover it but the plan didn't use at all for that 1 hour and my data speed still slow at 70 KB/s. I want a refund for both of the problem you have made. By the way, the place I'm living has coverage of 4G+ so it doesn't make any sense why the internet became so slow

Since last 2 weeks staring from 2pm til 7pm, the internet coverage very poor when I was at my work place. RHB Centre @ Jln Tun Razak.
When to Digi Store, the Personal advise me to off my 4G. Back to office still same problem occurs.
Try to live chat but unable to do so coz the line not ok.

bad coverage no signal internet
Hi digi.. Im use for digi line postpaid fo more 5 years.. But now I the networking signal is too worth.. And now we're use 8 line digi for whole my family. Including broadband. The signal is very low and very bad.. Just only 20kb/s to 100kb/s..
My digi plan is high-speed plan and unlimited data.. So we a disappointed with digi..
Please upgrade your signal for many users in my area.. Kg pangkal kuang katereh.. My house and my shop is behind the main road from kota bharu to kuala lumpur.
Please do something.. Urgently we need internet for running my online business..

I use plan digi 58.Actually my problem is, this weeks, i have to use many data so i bought internet Rm10 for 15 gb for 7 days because i need to install many apps as student material so i dont want to waste my 5GB data.But just now, i got message that i use 75% of monthly weekend data and also my youtube data become less but my 15 gb for 7 days still many.May i asked why?its happen two times, and its last month which i not really care and this month is very obvious, so I just want to know cause this is my first time use digi.Maybe its because hotspot or anything else?Sorry, for complaining but it is serious for me, cause i need to save money.
