Selamat petang, saya Izdihar dari Cheras . Saya nak tanya kenapa duit saya ditolak sebanyak RM34walaupun saya tak suscribe(gambar 1) apa² pun sebelum ni. Selain itu, saya nak beli plan internet RM38 tetapi baki duit saya RM34 sahaja so saya pergi beli RM5 topup pada 23 October 2018 tapi apa yang saya dapat cuma RM3. Baki saya hanya meningkat daripada RM34.06 kpd RM37.06. So saya hilang RM6

Saya nak complain line tempat tinggal sy teruk gile sampai nak google something pun take few hours. So bad!
Pls la do something. Every month we pay. Me and husband. Bukan pakai prepaid tau. Both us pakai line. Tapi bila balik rumah after work mmg line mcm siput sedut tersenguk2.
Skala 1 to 10 i will giive u 1 only. I like digi cause so senang nak paymen, nak tambah interner and lots of benefit to us. Offer2 menarik.

I have already sent stop all message to these added value subscribtion digi. But still my bill payment is increasing. I have to pay extra rm21 for nothing. Pls stop these service instant. For every message digi sent, rm3 has been charged to my number. My original bill is rm150 and for past 3 months, my bill is rm 178. And i've to pay for nothing. *please stop these services instantly*
Please fix Internet network and signal location
Hi Digi.. Im use for digi line postpaid fo more 5 years.. But now i the networking signal is too worth..And now we're use 8 line digi for whole my family. Including broadband. The signal is very low and very bad.. Just only 20kb/s to 100kb/s..
My digi plan is high-speed plan and unlimited data.. So we a disappointed with digi..
Please upgrade your signal for many users in my area.. Kg Pangkal Kuang Katereh.. My house and my shop is behind the main road from kota bharu to Kuala Lumpur.

bad service, irresponsible staff
The staff told us to took the digi plan he introduced, we agreed and payment was made. After that he said that the plan is unavailable. But he was holding another 2 numbers of mine and he said that he will help us to handle this case so that the number will still active. Ended up my line is now deactived.
Pls imporve your services and train your staffs to be more responsible.
digi service and unclear charges
Previous year until apr 2018 i was a digi user, but digi is the worst ever telecommunication service provider.
i) Whenever you call their customer service (CS) helpline, you will always hear some sort of their CS is busy, have to wait at least 15 minutes to get the CS talk to you, sometimes eaited till 30 minutes.
ii) i was taking the postpaid 50 package, i did not use exceeding the free limit, but since dec2017, there are simply some extra service charge at the rate of rm 4 per charge, certain months at rm 10 ..i called digi helpline each month ( where i waited very long to get speak to digi cs), but the same problem repeat each month until i port out in Apr 2018.
iii) before port out i did clear all outstanding bill . But 3 months after i port out digi, suddenly i start receiving calls, each time from different private number escalating me to pay outstanding bill, claimed that they represent digi, and they talk very rudely. Since i already port out digi and unable to check bill statement in digi apps, i answered in the call requesting digi to email online statement to my email address. Unfortunately the digi people answer very rudely that they only know the amount i need to pay, their task is to escalate me to pay immediately, if i need details i need to go to digi centre on my own. I am working and digi centre only open at my working hour. Why digi cannot just email the bill detail statement to customer, so that customer can double confirm the doubt outstanding bill ?
Really dissappointed with Digi service provider!

terminate digi and move to a different network while retaining the number
I am using a prepaid smart plan. I asked digi to change my plan but they couldn't do it for me. Apparently my plan is not eligible for that. Finally I decided to switch to a different network. I have registered, paid and got the approval from the other network. I requested for my digi number to be retained. I followed the guideline, sent SMS and requested to leave the network. I got an SMS from digi that my request is under process. Waited overnight for it to be processed but my simcard is still somewhat not activated. I called up Digi customer service to assist me to speed up the termination process and I was told that my current digi smart prepaid plan is not eligible for that no matter what I do. Digi had been giving me a lot of problems. The plan is way too expensive. I was not told when I first purchased the simcard that this plan can't be changed nor the number be reused. It's not fair on my side, I was only asking for a better plan but I need to maintain my number due to important matters but they can't do for me. Now please assist me in terminating my digi account because I'll be switching to a different network that can give me a better plan but I would like to keep my current number. Thank you.

Im Jini here, regarding my signal very poor . My area is Telok Panglima Garang post code 42500 . I have called digi alot of time to improve their signal but still signal is very very poor until cannot use my mobile data and once im getting call it will cut automatically .
Im using postpaid which is have 20 GB per month but all no use . i have made my payment every month without any outstanding but still i cannot enjoy your digi service . Sure i will give 0/10 . Please consider my complaint before i change to other network .

scout out dirty word from your staff
i had request to port out from digi, but rejected 2 times, i had call & also come to center to check, but your staff is totally bad attitude and also scout out dirty word "Cibai" to customer, really bad mouth! and also throw I-Pad in front of customer! what kind of service center like this? internet coverage
I rarely get to enjoy 4G speed in past 2 weeks. my battery drains faster due to unstable internet coverage and I don't get to enjoy the internet but I have to pay monthly? Please assist this urgently or you might lose 3 customers.

Today is the last day I'm using digi. I will top up my maxis number and flush the sim down the toilet.
I have 90% of internet quota left yet even low quality music on YouTube cannot play. I got headache from all the buffering and took my hand phones off.
The call line is so trrrible that my family said my phone is unreachable most of the time.
This is a rip-off and the last time I ever switched from maxis.
I am going to spread this word to all of my friends and family.
Please please never use digi people. You will regret wasting your money and thinking digi will improve.

fraudulent postpaid plan registered by digi staff
I am very pissed with your staff. I have called your call centre twice and lodged a complain against one of ur staff based in Sunway Pyramid DiGi Centre. I walked in to ur DiGi centre in Sunway Pyramid on 11th Aug 2018 to settle my Postpaid bill RM105 and also checked with the staff (Chinese male staff) if I am entitled to enjoy the P20 Huawei Smartphone (RM1) if sign up for RM190 Postpaid Plan? He said I am but need to pay my existing month outstanding balance amounting RM105. I said Yes, that's my main purpose so I wanna sign up for the bundle package after payment. I asked if I can settle my payment online instead of using card and sign up for the promo. He said better to use card as he will assist to make payment using his Ipad and sign up for the bundle package together. I agreed and gave him my credit card and NRIC for the payment and new package RM190 sign up. First he charged RM68 on my card, I asked why only RM67 instead of RM105 and he said need to charge another time for the balance which he charged RM38 again on my card. I received 2 messages to notify on the payment received. Once all done, he gave me a sim card and said DiGi is giving me this sim card for free for testing purpose, its unlimited usage and free of charge. He also mentioned that the FOC card service will be auto terminated in a week time. I agreed to use for a week and then change to my own sim. The next day morning, I received a message stating that I have an overdue payment amounting RM37.41, I got worried and called DiGi helpline to clarify. Staff name Rina checked and confirmed that I still have outstanding to be paid. I told her that I have made the payment in Sunway Pyramid centre. She checked again and said they RM38 charged on my card was not to knock off my outstanding but to sign up for a new Postpaid Plan with new num, which I don't even know what is the new number registered. I told about the bundle package and upgrade my existing plan to RM190. Rina told me that the staff had registered the new Postpaid plan RM38/month under my NRIC. I told her that the staff did not asked my permission to use my NRIC to register for the plan instead he just gave me the new sim card and said FOC due to testing purposes. I told her that I am going to make a police report because this is considered fraud. She told me to wait and will help to lodge a complain and investigate further. Then she told me that I can make a police report as well. I agreed. I was informed that will receive call from manager within 48 hours. I waited for 5 days but no calls from DiGi instead auto reminder calls for overdue payments. So I decided to call the helpline again to check on the case update. A guy answered the call and said that they have escalated the case to Sunway Pyramid DiGi Centre and waiting for an update. I told him that Rina promised me will receive call within 48 hours but I have given time more than that and DiGi is still failed to get an update. I told him that if DiGi suspend my line for something I have paid, I am gonna make this viral in media and lodge an official complain. He said will address this case to respective team to act immediately on the case. But looks like DiGi have never done what they promise and they love to give empty promises to customer. I did not receive any calls nor update from DiGi and they suspended my line today morning. Since DiGi do not have an attitude to keep their promises so I decided to not be as cheap as DiGi and decided to lodge an official complain to keep my words. Now, I have done the 1st step which is my written complain and next will lodge a police report for security reasons. I will also make this viral and will definitely influence my friends and family to not support DiGi for any reasons as DiGi dont even take any action after mentioning their staff did FRAUD using customer's NRIC without their consent.

Whenever digi make a mistake, the customer will have to bear with it! They registered my ic number wrongly and they're not offering any ease or help but asked me to walk in to their centre to update. This is ridiculous. It's their mistake! Their connection is really bad in my new office and was told that it will only be fix next quarter! Then what am I paying for since I can't use it in my office and I have wifi at home! This is really ridiculous. Digi did not offer any help and just ask us to wait. When I wan to port out from Digi, they rejected me because of their mistake.
auto subscription everytime I reload
i nak complaint setiap kali i reload mesti ada mesej tolak rm 3.00 or 4.00 subscribtion yang i tak pernah langgan pun. before this i ingat masalah auto subsribtion ini berpunca daripada handphone i so i tukar phone baru but its happens everytime i reload. this is so frustrating sometimes i just reload rm 10.00 in a blink of eye habis macam tu je kena tolak macam2 auto langganan yang entah apa apa.

I would like to complain about the slowness of my broadband. The cycle is already renewed and the quota is still a lot. What seems to be the problem here is probably because of the bad network coverage in my area or the IP address does not provide fast internet. I'm not sure neither of it.

Bhd. No 6&8 Jalan Molek 1/12, Taman Molek, Johor Bahru, Johor. She is very confident to say to me that the free phone can be redeem at any time even after one year, at that time I ask her few time to sure I can believe her and she never warning me that the promotion can be change any time, while when I go to redeem the free phone on 31 July 18 and she say the promotion already ended, I feed cheated, at the time she just say follow the term & condition and what I say is why need the promoter? the promoter need to explain and must warn the customer in certain matter, This is the first time I switch to Digi and the case happen, I hope I can get back my free phone as show at the promotion time I sign up, Thank you.

Dear Sir, I think we have an unauthorized personnel registered an Digi Account using our Company Name.
We were very surprised to received a SMS from Digi to our Celcom handphone number [protected] regarding Account No: [protected]. As a matter of fact, our Company has never registered any DIGI Account.
It was even more to our surprise later when we approached one of the Digi Centre. They told us that our Company has an outstanding bill of about RM24, 959.44.
This is crazy. You better terminate the account immediately and investigate this fraud case.
We hope you can attend to the above matter and contact us for a good explanation.

Hi digi. I am one of the digi prepaid user. Why suddenly I receive the message that my credit have been deducted and the amount is a lot? This is my third times encounter these problems but my first time complaint to digi site. I didn't even online and turn on the internet connection using the number. Kindly help me to solve this problem as soon as possible. This problem make me fed up. we need to switch digi to celcom since the line coverage digi is very bad.
