A payment has just gone through my bank account of €79.99 for an alleged order of AVG antivirus supposedly on 1.1.2019. My computer ceased to function about that date, having been left unused for more than a year without the battery having been removed.
I have not replaced my computer, and thus cannot use this AVG service.
Please refund the payment ASAP.

After checking my pay pal balance I noticed a transaction to this company for £59.99.
I disputed this payment with pay pal and they say it was an authorised payment. I have since checked back on my payments for last year and the same company took a payment of £74.99 which I had overlooked. I don't know who this company is and I certainly have not agreed to these payments and do not know how they have been able to take this money from my account, I haven't signed any agreement of membership with them

a charge for $89.99 on my credit card
I used an old computer that has a free version of AVG on it. Last Thursday, Feb 7, a pop up appeared asking if I wanted to upgrade/update AVG. I hit the RHC X to close the screen because I didn't want to upgrade AVG. On the same day, a charge for $89.99 was processed on our card.
We are not aware of any other internet purchases made on the card on the day and many of the complaints on your system seem to be for unauthorised payments to AVG.
The payment only reference I can see is 0702 AUD000000008999.
Can you please tell me what the charge was processed to?

I have an unauthorised amount of $179 been taken from my bank account. I have not purchased anything from your company and do not need internet security with avg which is what it is regarding. I need the amount reversed back into my account please l am on my own as my husband is in a nursing home eith early inset Alzheimer's and that money in my account us hard earned money l put in on Friday to pay my legitimate bills. I have also had an amount of $79.99 taken from my account. It may be tied up with Avast subscriptions as I did pay an amount of $59.95 a few days ago and which was preceded by an email from Avast. This payment of $79.99 was without warning and I definitely did not purchase anything else. I have since been searching the website and it appears that there have been many other payments taken out of people's accounts. It must be a scam and I am waiting to see what Digital River Ireland will do about this.
I did not order anything and my account has been hacked
I checked my bank account and there are 2 withdrawls waiting to be taken out one for 21.20 the other for 5.25. I called [protected] and was told I need to give him my order number. I do not have a order number I did not order anything. Then he said he needed the card number it was taken from, thank god I cancelled that card before calling them. So I gave him a dead card and he still insisted I give him a order number. I was asked for my e-mail addresses. Then he said I have to send my bank account statement so they can verify my complaint. I told him I was contacting my lawyer and he hung up.

I have been charged today on my Amex for £44.99 which was not authorised. This must be refunded immediately. I do not have an order number as I did not order it. My e mail address is [protected]@g101.co.uk. I tried to go on and resolve this online but when I enter the password (after copying and pasting it so there were no errors) it would not give me access. I then pressed forgot my password in order to generate a new one but all it did was reconfirm the original one and I proceeded to do the same again and was still denied access.

I have a deduction of A$153.99 coming off our Company Credit Card with no accompanying paperwork.
I am led to believe that this deduction is for AVG.
Please cancel this deduction immediately as we no longer use AVG on any of our computers and haven't done so for some time.

Guys, do something to change your processing name when taking payments from personal accounts. I have wasted 20 minutes trying to find out who you were and why your name was in my personal account, only to discover (in a goggle search) numerous individuals who have experienced the same thing. Good day, I experienced a nightmare with the dealing with your reseller Digital River. I have been using your software since 2012. I went to upgrade it taken advantage of your
half-price special. In speaking with a digital River representative who had a horrendous foreign accent. She was located in the Philippines. She did everything wrong. She could not understand me and I could not understand her. Finally, after a good 20 minutes. using my American Express card we were able to get through this. after all was said and done she sent me the wrong product for Microsoft PC. When in fact she knew I was upgrading a Mac machine which are ready purchase software from your organization in 2014. I immediately called back when I realized the download was not for my Mac. I got a second person young male who also spoke very rapidly and difficult to understand. He won on to a complete dissertation. How I would have to return the first item and credit my American Express card and repurchase the proper item which I should've gotten the first place. Billing me twice. The entire project took almost an hour to get through having to use three different email addresses and multiple passwords. Your Corporation really needs to have responsive representatives who understand and speak the King's English. Trust me when I tell you I love your software. But, in dealing with online representatives were very difficult to understand and who do not understand me. This experience was truly I tell you aggravating. On a scale of 1-10, 10 being the worst experience these people hit in 8. This experience truly ruin my day! Notwithstanding, now having to deal with American Express and therefore the department to clarify the situation. Your records and for legal purposes might customer order number with digital River . I am currently working in law enforcement for over 40 years. I find the work force out there, ill-informed as to their products and lack the necessary attention to the customer and the sensitivity to their needs. Good day! I have received notifications via texts saying that the unauthorized charges have been refunded. However, I wonder why the amount in my credit card keeps going down.
