I just spoke with a representative (I think) from Digital River Ireland, because I need to know why my account was charged $99.99 USD without my authorization. she wans to give me a number from AVAST, but I no longer have a subscription with them because their customer service is trash, neither do they have a valid phone that function! why she wants to give me a number when my bank notify me that Digital River took my money (not Avast) why would I need to speak to Avast? I cancelled my subscription before it expired and remove all their apps from my PC because they charged my card twice and when I try to get back my money they keep giving me the run around and when I tried calling g them the phone was invalid, so I immediately opt out remove their software's and get a new antivirus, they keep sending me emails that my subscription needs to be renewed but I ignored them until I finally blocked their email address, now this morning I woke up with a notification that Digital River Ireland charged my card. I am kindly asking Digital River Ireland to refund my $99.99 USD back to my account, because I did not authorized this transaction.
