I have submitted this complaint (hereunder) x2 - 7th Jan & 9th Jan to email add: careline@dischem.co.za.
I have used this address previously and I did receive communication back from Dischem so why not this time?
I have a complaint about the abovementioned gel.
I seem to recall buying this towards the end of Nov 2019 (you will be able to tell time of purchase because I always swipe my Dischem Loyalties Card) and have been trying since shortly after purchasing and using it once to get hold of GNI - which appears to be impossible. I have left messages on the reception line and the accounts line a number of times - yet have had absolutely no success in getting anyone to respond to my messages.(I have been using the number listed on the product)
My complaint is as follows:
This gel is awful - it tastes terrible and has some form of anaesthetic in it because our lips and tongue become numb. We discontinued use of this and I would really like to be re-imbursed because to loose R100.00 for something you can't use is not acceptable.
I do have the product with me and I can come into your Overport store to return it. This is also the store I bought it from.
