A while back I agreed with one of your agents to pay 124.33 a month for our service. Shortly there after you started increasing the rates. I kept paying the 124.33 as agreed. Yesterday my wife told me that there was a message on the screen that you were going to cancel our service. I called and sat on hold for a long time, only to speak with someone in Costa Rica who did not speak english well at all. I can't tell you how upset I am that I cannot speak to someone in the United States who speaks English. My payments were current but there was a balance that had been building every month to a Grand Total of $11.78. We have had Dish for 20 years or so and you were ready to cut off our service for $11.78.
I waited on hold with one of your "customer service" people for 20 minutes, plus my time over $11.78. I cannot believe how poor of a business program that is. Today I tried calling again and have spent another 30 minutes of my life only to try and talk with the guy in Costa Rica. My cell phone number is [protected]. If somoen wants to call me great, otherwise I guess this account will self destruct in another month or so...HONOR YOUR AGREEMENTS OR DON"T MAKE THEM
