I been a Dish customer off and on for 20+ years - every time the promotion is up dish would BANG my bank account for over 100 dollars a month - { I took their access to my bank account away - } I would call and in order to keep my monthly cost down { 73 monthly } they would take away some programming - but still add about 10 bucks more to my usual monthly bill - so I am paying more for less programming - I also added local programming { abc cbs nbc fox - ect for a extra 10 bucks a month - last NOVEMBER dish had a spat with ABC and I lost their program - then several months ago dish has a spat with NBC - and I lost their programming — they never reimbursed me for loosing the programms - Just kept charging me for them - their still not available 10/19/23- I cancelled Dish and it was the BEST thing I ever did - I installed a outdoor antenna it gets 63 HD stations — { unbelievable clarity tv picture - way better than dish HD } and I bought a TABLO QUAD DVR - it works GREAT - also I downloaded the FREE SAMSUNG TV PLUS app - 110 free stations and we also stream HULU — total bill for the equipment about 250,00 — same as 3 months dish bill — I should have dumped dish 10 years ago! My cost per month now is under 20 bucks.. Dish has NO CUSTOMER APPRIECIATION - NONE - Why anyone would spend so much for dish is nuts - there are so many other CHEAPER ways to watch TV these days!
Desired outcome: Desired outcome= I am so happy that i dumped dish netowrk.
Why would they reimburse you for something you’re not paying for? You don’t pay for any particular channel. And just like all providers, you agreed you expect no compensation.
You are a prime example of the rude, arrogant and insulting employees at Dish! Customers mean nothing, customer service is a thing of the past!
Interesting considering I am a customer as well. You are the perfect example of the rude, arrogant, stuck up customers who do not understand what you’re paying for and then get mad when someone explains it to you. Facts don’t care about feelings, no matter how upset that gets you.
