Disneyland Interactive approximately 8-11 rides were not operating properly or closed during our visit

March 26 or 27, 2017

We drove from Holbrook, AZ (7hrs) to go to our Granddaughter's Cheer Competition right next to Disneyland. I bought 7 tickets at the price of $1044.00 for a 1 day hopper. During our visit there were 8-11 rides which were either out of service permanently or temporarily. This caused us to miss out on the Disneyland experience. Because of the outage there were many more people roaming the streets which made it even more crowded than usual.

This is my second complaint. I did not hear from you the first time.

I would like a refund of my money in the amount of $1044.00. Thank you

Disneyland Interactive dinner reservation at new orleans restaurant

We had made reservations for 3 people for the $ 45 package a person including the fantastmic show for Saturday Sept 30, 2017 at 6:50 . After checking in early, we still waited for 30 minutes and were offered a table in the hallway by the door. After complaining they dismissed us, never gave us a chance to talk to the supervisor and then canceled our reservation which took another 15 additional minutes. We could have gone back in the queue, but no promise of sitting outside and an additional wait time of 20 to 30 minutes. This is unacceptable and we were very disappointed of howwe were treated. We wanted to complain at City Hall, but even that waiting line was 45 minutes plus. Needless to say, we waited for 45 minutes to be seated and turned away, no food, never saw the show and spend 2 hours in the car to get to Disneyland an home.

Disneyland Interactive parking services

Hi there,
My boyfriend and I came to Downtown Disney last night. We went to Trader Sams, and afterwards we walked around and we spend $30 at a pin store. We asked to validate and we were told to just keep our receipt. When we got to the booth to leave the parking lot, we handed over our receipts, the ticket booth man did not say anything except "that'll be $24. We told him we spent well over the necessary amount for validation and had provided him with our receipts, and with a smirk he said they do not accept receipts. That is not what we were told and although we explained that to him he was very rude to us. We should not have had to pay that, we had just been discussing how wonderful the employees of Downtown Disney and Disneyland are and how they treat you like you are special. That experience ruined our overall experience of the night and I felt treated completely the opposite of how you should feel when attending Disneyland. I would like a refund. Thank you for understanding.

Disneyland Interactive mickey mouse bubble machine

I purchased a Mickey Mouse Bubble Machine on August 28, 2017 in California Adventure. They looked real fun and made lots of small bubbles and I thought that my Grandchildren would enjoy using it. I buy one for over $20.00. I take it home to Utah and I let my grandkids play with and they love it. Then the batteries started to run low after less than a week. So I tried to replace the batteries with new AA batteries. The machine wouldn't work with my batteries. I looked at the AA batteries in the your Mickey Bubble Machine they are made in China and look different from the batteries that I can buy here in the U.S.A.. In fact I tried 3 different types of
American batteries and none of them will work. I put the batteries back in that came with the bubble machine and it still worked a little, but none of my new batteries worked. Now I have a bubble machine that is only good for the trash. Also I ran out of bubbles and put bubbles that I bought at the store and these bubbles don't work very good in your machine and your stores at Disneyland don't tell you that you have to have a special kind of bubbles that you can only get from them. I am not happy that you sell things that can't be played with outside your park! I will no longer purchase any item in your park, because I am not happy about this waste to your customers. Disneyland Interactive hotel staff member

There was an employee by the name of Caitlyn Lewis at your Disneyland Californian Hotel & Spa resort that we overheard use some distressing language. She was in contact with an African American family and when they were walking away we heard her call them "stupid liberal n words". Frankly I don't believe that an employee of a family orientated place such as Disney should have an employee representing them this way. It's shameful of the company, and I can only imagine what that family would feel if they had heard her.

Disneyland Interactive thor character

On July 19th, 2017 my family and I entered california adventures where we proceeded down Hollywood Blvd. We saw the Thor character and my mother ran to him to take a picture as she is an enormous fan. He noticed but did not stop to take a picture even after we asked for a picture. When any "American family" (white family) asked for a picture he stopped and posed. If my family payed over a thousand dollars to enter the park and they wish to take a picture I expect a picture. I was disturbed by my experience.

Disneyland Interactive too many rides and attractions shut down

Hi,
We visited Disney for the xth time and were never disappointed until today. Many attractions and rides were closed without notification - preferably at the time you actually buy a ticket! When we talked about this with customer relations at Disneyland we were treated very rudely. Were told it was listed "on their website", that those rides had been done for 1.5 years (really? would that not be time to be done with it?) and that the one ride had just been down for one day (which was also not mentioned at the entrance).
Altogether, very disappointing - would have expected a price reduction of the tickets at least!

Disneyland Interactive bad service

My name is Consuelo Simental my family and I went to Disneyland for the 1st time on 3/22/17 thru 3/26/17 . I am really disappointed for many factors. First of all it was ridiculous that everyday there were so many rides closed or down. Not only 1 day but almost every day. The rides that were down were Materhorn, Indiana Jones, Space Mountain, Autotopia, train, character boat, Pirates of the Carribean, Big Thunder Mountain Railroad. Not mentioning that there were no Fireworks during the week. And to top it off of the weekend days they cancelled the fireworks due to weather. When weather was perfectly fine no air no nothing. I think that out out of courtesy to the people that spend sooo much money in going to Disneyland. Disneyland should at least post it on website where visible when buying tickets and planning their days. Also on 1 of the days of the fireworks it was just HORRIBLE the way your employee handle the crowd. They shoved us and would not be nice about it . I tried explaining that half of my party was in another land waiting for me with fast passes and with my toddler which peed on his pants for not letting pass by to take him to a restroom. After I literally Stopeed them and told them in their face that I had to go to restroom. But they wouldn't let us pass by. Also ont he very last night we were there at Disneyland the very last ride my son and daughter were on was the Indiana Jones and it stopped twice. First time was just for like 1-2 min the second time was like for 10 minutes my son has slight autism and was very scared. Then I was waiting for my oldest daughter to do the baby switch well that was the last ride since they stopped for so long and I was unable to ride on Indiana Jones. All this is very sad because I am a single mother worke extremely hard to make money stretch and meet ends and still took me a cuple years to take my kids for the first tim wand this happens. In our experience it was very sad and awful our experience to "The Happiest Place on Earth" and the saddest part is that probably by the time I'm able to save up again they won't be soo little and will have to wonder how a lot of rides and nice fireworks are. Please I ask that somehow you can help me at least with some kind of discount or even help me out please my kids have been thru a lot recently they lost their dad this was one way of easing their pain a little.

Disneyland Interactive service animal not recognized as a "disability"

While my family and I was a guest at Disneyland and California adventures, we had by far the worst experience ever. We have a 4 year old Lab, a Diabetic Alert Dog, for our Type 1 Diabetic son. It was extremely warm from May 18-20 and we had everyone trying to pet our animal along with the heat, it was tough. While on the Disneyland side, we were allowed to get return times, to come back and access certain rides and even some rides had kennels for our dog, then we came back to same rides and they would not accommodate. Really? Why the change? Then, some rides would not gives us return times because it was too crowded, sorry we had to wait like everyone else. They didn't care that we had service animal. Gee thanks, we went to city hall to ask what options we had and they made a few suggestions(didn't help), didn't seem to understand that our dog can't stand on hot ground in heat, even with pad protection on.
Here comes the kicker, we we went to California Adventure side and asked for return times, and they said our service animal is not considered a disability! Oh, so we have to wait like everyone else, so we went to talk to supervisor and he said same thing, sorry your not a disability, and don't get return times. I explained how dog needs shade and it's hot on pads, his response was sorry. He looked at person behind me, next. Didn't give a crap!
Back to city hall, nothing, no reimbursement, we bought a hopper pass, not one ride at that side on California Adventures, they would not reimburse us. They make a ton of money everyday, they should be ashamed for treating us that way, we aren't trying to work the system, just avoid overheating our dog, thanks Disney, we're boycotting you...

Disneyland Interactive dangerous amount of people

I would like to make a formal complaint. I took my children to Disneyland and the California Adventure Park for their first time ever on 5-21 through 5-22 2017. The amount of people there was dangerous, overwhelming and extremely disappointing. Cars ride ran out of fast passes by 11:00 and was a 2 hour wait. The Matterhorn, Hyperspace Mountain, and Thunder Mountain were all out of order each time we went to get a fast pass. And when we had the fast pass and returned the same thing - out of service for 30 plus more minutes. At one point my eight year old almost hyper ventilated from the amount of people we were trying to move past and through. People were getting ran over by people on electric motors. I even seen a child who was obviously fighting cancer due to there porcelain bald head. How do the elderly and kids like that enjoy the Happiest place on Earth? I by no means have $2, 500 dollars just laying around to spend. We saved over a year for this experience and it was extremely disappointing. I don't see how the CEO, CFO, and CMO can hold there heads up high when they allow hundreds of thousands of people in the park at one time knowing darn well the danger associated with that. The lines to get food were just as bad waiting an hour plus just to order. It is shameful that Disneyland resort allows such chaotic lines. What if a terrorist attack or an emergency took place? People would get trampled on and killed trying to vacate the park. It would be extreme devastation. My kids were very disappointed and even in tears at one point in time because they could not experience the rides and adventure they had been waiting on for so long. We waited so long to visit and took my 6 year child for her birthday and even kept them out of school for a day. Majority of the employees operating the rides were just as frustrated dealing with hundreds of thousands of people. There was no politeness nor welcoming smiles just tired and rude employees. The experience was very disappointing. The owners of Disneyland seem to be like hawks, preying on small children that of course parents want to try and provide meaningful experiences for, and, therefore make a killing off parents wallets at the expense of our children. Very, Very disappointing. Something needs to change in regards to capacity at these parks. It is dangerous.

Disneyland Interactive customer service & tickets rip off

Rude staff members at the gates with no clue what customer service is.
We bought Magic plus tickets online about 2 month in advance but apparently they are not valid for some reason (although there was no other options for specific dates on the website).

Guest service relations department was useless, you will need to wait 1.5 to 2 hours long queue to speak to someone and they won't be able to help you, all they do is give you a customer service telephone number, we asked to speak to the manager, she was extremely rude and there were no apology, there is no money refund and you are not allowed to pay the difference in price. You will need to purchase new tickets which can be quite costly if you are a group of people or a family.

Also, very long queues for absolutely every ride (we visited the park on Monday), most of fast track machines are not working. We had to wait 80 minutes for the Big Thunder Mountain ride.

We emailed to the customer service team DLP.GUEST.[protected]@disney.com but the only response received was the automatic email saying that somebody will get back to us within 15 days. Nobody contacted us or acknowledged whether they will look into the query, so we sent another email and again only received automatic reply that we need to wait another 15 days.

We are not sure whether the customer service/ guest relations or complaint team exist at all as nobody has approached us, acknowledged that it will dealt with and no apology was received sofar (It's been a month now!)

Really disappointed that customers are not valued.

Disneyland Interactive too many attractions out of order during our visit

On Sunday, March 26, 2017 we visited both California Adventure and Disneyland. I bought 6 adult hopper tickets and a parking voucher earlier online. I paid $1044.00 for the tickets.

We are from Arizona and our Granddaughter was in California for National Cheer Competition. We decided to make a family trip. Unfortunately and oddly (we go to Disneyland ever 2 or so years) there were quite a few attractions which were either closed for renovations or closed due to breakdowns. Following is a list of the ones that I can remember: Indiana Jones, Big Thunder, Space Mountain, Matterhorn, Hyperspace Mountain, Grizzly Peak, Paradise Pier Rollercoaster, Cars Land.

I paid $1044 for the tickets and would like to have that money reimbursed. We spent a lot more than that to for travel costs, hotel, and food. At the park, since so many of the rides were down we spent a lot more money on food and in the stores. Another $1000.00

I appreciate your consideration and still look forward to visiting the park again, should this be rectified. Thank you.

Disneyland Interactive Disneyland

I had a terrible experience at Disneyland. I was so excited and happy to arrive at Disneyland. It is a beautiful place. Unfortunately, I got disrespected by one of the assistance. The lady assistant said I couldn't get in the ride because I was too big and fat, and started laughing. Then some people said, hey that wasn't very nice. I left crying and I wished things would've been different. I saw too people recording the situation and I'm scared it will go viral. I knew i wasn't too fat for the ride. I'm 175 pounds. I have previously got on that particular ride without getting harassed. I can't believe I didn't get to enjoy my trip after a 3 hour drive. It's saddens me because I love Disneyland and wished things could have gone differently.

Disneyland Interactive customer service, malfunctioned ride

After spending $600 to get in to California Park I was appalled at the worst customer service ever! My son is handicapped and bound to a wheelchair. The only ride he could go on was Toy Story. The employee made him wait longer than people in the back of the line. When he rode this ride the gun device for shooting didn't work.

On Bugs Life the employee made us go wait by doors and told my handicapped son to wait by him. After many minutes they left my son sitting there so I approached the employee and asked what the problem was and he told me not to worry about it. VERY rude! Employee told my party to go in and get a seat and he would wheel my son in. We took are seats up front to see my son all alone in the back. I had to ask people to move who were very disappointed to witness this discrimination.

I asked a food place if there was a wait to get in and he replied "what" what do you mean. Poor attitude.

The "soar ride hade a 25 minute wait, one side broke down which they failed to tell customers and the wait end up being 2 hours. The employee who finally got us ready for the ride was in a very bad mood and when I asked why this ride took so long he said to me that's the way it is.

Worst spend $600. You should be sued because this is not the happiest place on earth. It was a total nightmare.

You cannot discriminate against wheelchair people. I expect half a refund or some compensation before I take this to another forum.

Disneyland Interactive lab rats

This episode was extremely disturbing. This show portrayed two teenage boys doing a baby care project with dolls. In it they were competing for their project. They started sabotaging each other's baby dolls by seriously injuring each other's baby doll projects including burning the faces of the babies in a waffle iron an the throwing the babies through glass. I think this episode needs to be pulled immediately an I don't want my kids watching this episode or show. These babies represent human life

Disneyland Interactive the disney commercial on disney channel

Black history. The fat girl has her facts all wrong martin lurther king did not walk for freedom. He walked to stop segregation. The way she said what she said sounded very racist... I grew up watching disney channel and the show was always encouraging everybody to get along. And take care of the the world. How about. Instead of yall trying to make more segregation issues. How about yall say nice things that will encourage the kids to end racism

Disneyland Interactive cancelling girl meets world

When i saw on the news that my favorite show girl meets world was going to be cancelled it broke my heart. That show has always been my motivation to keep being positive in life. I don't understand why the show would be cancelled if there are so many fans that watch it. the show is and has always been a hit. I have been watching all the past shows and every time i watch them i understand more about how life should happen. The behind the scenes episode showed how many fans rowan blanchard and sabrina carpenter have from being in the show. Why would the show crush so many fans for one of the biggest hits from disney channel. If there was any possible way to reconsider to keep the show on air it should happen. i have had hard times in school and the show made me keep a positive mind that it will get better even when there are hard times. When the show goes off the air it wont just anger fans but it will be dearly missed for the great effect on young teenagers.

My 14 yr old granddaughter watched Girl Meets World's last show yesterday afternoon. She came into my room, with tears in her eyes, asking 'Why would they cancel the best Disney show there is?'. GMW was the only show she really liked on Disney - sure, she'll watch some of the others, hoping they'll improve, but they stay the same. She said she understands that Disney never has a program last more than 3 or 4 years (which she agrees with me, is a stupid way to run a program) - but was wondering why they couldn't give them at least 4 years. I told her that the viewership probably went down during that ignorant 'triangle' stuff - she agreed that may have caused the downfall, cause she lost interest during that time also, but once she saw that they got away from that during 'the lodge' show, she was excited about it again. What kind of writers would do something like that to a supposed 'family show' - that doesn't happen much in real life . She has decided to stop watching Disney - thanks for that - the only half way 'clean' programming on the air - and you ruin it for her with all the junk you're bringing to the channel. She liked Liv & Maddie until you took them to California - so now she's lost that one too. She loved Jessie and Good Luck Charlie, but yep, they're gone too. Then you put garbage like Hannah Montana reruns back on. Disney is losing it - no wonder they're losing viewers also.

I'm sorry a show that meant so much to you is being canceled. While you may know a lot of fans, that doesn't mean it has a huge viewership or fanbase overall. According to Forbes, the viewership declined from an average 5.16 million viewers to 1.5 million. Contracts for actors may have come into consideration as well.

Disneyland Interactive Manhandling 5 yr old autistic grandson

On January 8 2016, I, my 5 yr old Grandson and 3 others went to Disneyland with tickets purchased through our local Regional Center for Autism. The tickets were purchased in Nov. to be used only on Jan 6-9.. My Grandson waited in line for the Indiana Jones(around 10/10:30 a.m.) Ride for 45 min.. Upon finally getting to the front of the line a male ride attendant grabbed his arm and took him to the measuring stick. He kept telling my Grandson to stand up (which confused him because he was standing) the employee then grabbed his face (hard) and was forcing it up.. My Grandson began humming because of pain and being uncomfortable. We proceeded to get the man away from him and tried to explain he was Autistic.. We then got my Grandson to stand up straight and told the man look, at which he responded no he cant go on, a female attendant then yell if he can't stand on his own he can't go on..( it's not a stand up ride) the old man finally waved us on. where upon disembarking we contacted by email Disneyland

Disneyland Interactive Parking

i want to make a complaint about a Disney employee his name was jonathan from tellery .me my husband and kids where waiting for the mickey van when jonathan and a few other employees where all playing by the mickey van he was rude and using foul language calling one of the employees a female dog thanks to him my 2 year old keeps repeating that word .i am appalled at this young mans behavior and want immediate action taken .

Disneyland Interactive inappropriate comments in the tv shows

In the new Disney Channel series Bunk'd, I have noticed that the woman Gladys has said a few things that are very inappropriate, like when there was a police at the camp and she told him to put the handcuffs on her because she is a very naughty girl, also when there were a ton of kickbacks shipped to the camp and Gladys didn't know what to do with them so she call somebody and they said something to her and she says " I can't put them there!" And in the show K.C Undercover, in the Halloween episode when Ernie starts acting like a dog, one of his parents says that we will need to get home fixed, Ernie say "WHAT!" In a surprised voice. Now I am only 12 years old and have been watching Disney Channel, basically since the day I was born, and these things traumatized me and Mede me very surprised when I heard them. Please do something about this. It will always bother me. Thank you.
