I gotta say, I been usin' Do It Yourself Pest Control for a while now and they got some good stuff. I been killin' spiders, lawn grubs, and springtails like nobody's business. And let me tell ya, they got way better products than that Home Depot down the street. Plus, the prices are pretty fair, if ya ask me. And don't even get me started on the shipping. It's fast as lightning and I ain't never had a problem with it. Overall, I'd say if you're lookin' to get rid of some pests, this is the place to go.

I bought this stuff to get rid of bees with the bellows duster. I put it right where they go and even after a few days of doing it over and over, I still got a bee highway. The company told me to buy a different duster to get to them better, but I ain't giving them any more of my money. I'll just call someone to come do it for me.

I gotta say, I had a pretty rough experience with Do It Yourself Pest Control. I tried to place an order twice, but both times they cancelled it on me. And when I tried to call them up to figure out what was going on, I couldn't get through - their phone number is just a cell phone based in L.A. (you can try it yourself if you want - it's ***783). I even texted them 11 times, but they never replied. And don't even bother with their chat feature on the website - it's unmanned, so you're on your own once you place your order. Honestly, I don't know if I'll ever get my stuff from them - it's like playing Russian roulette. Save yourself the headache and avoid dealing with this Thomas C. guy.

I put in my order on September 20th, 2020, and according to their website, it should have been delivered within 3-5 business days. But, let me tell you, it was a real hassle trying to get my hands on my order. I made four phone calls, and only two of them were helpful. The other two, they just told me to call back if I didn't receive my order within 24 hours. Like, what kind of customer service is that? I even sent an email, but it went unanswered.

I was really frustrated because I couldn't cancel my order. They said it had already been shipped on September 22nd, 2020. And, get this, if I wanted to return it, I had to pay for the shipping myself. So, I had to wait two whole weeks for my order to arrive. Meanwhile, I had to dodge yellow jackets left and right. It was a real pain in the butt.

When I finally got my order on October 5th, 2020, I wasn't even offered a refund or discount or anything. Not even an apology! I mean, come on, guys. That's just bad business. Needless to say, I won't be using this website again.
