I bought a skort and asked to send it back
I bought a skort and asked to send it back. I ain't got no response from them, but I did send the item back. Still ain't got no response and no refund for the item. Don't buy from them!
I ordered a skort which I loved
I ordered a skort which I loved. I had to exchange it cuz it didn't fit. I sized up but it still didn't fit. Now I'm tryna return it but the phone mailbox is full and I can't contact nobody for the return. I'm pretty bummed out.
I would rate zero if there's an option
I would rate zero if there's an option. They didn't deliver a product I ordered. I sent them emails but haven't received any reply. Considering that their product is already expensive, they should provide excellent customer service.
I only wear DonaJo brand for tennis
I only wear DonaJo brand for tennis. I'm so excited 'bout the new sizing 1.5. Size 1 fit but a bit snug in the hips, the 1.5 is perfect! Love, love this brand. I never had an issue with returning an item or getting a refund for a returned item.
I'm a regular customer and I gotta say, I'm super annoyed with the customer service at ***
I'm a regular customer and I gotta say, I'm super annoyed with the customer service at ***. I've been calling and emailing about this tank top that feels like it's squeezing the life outta me! All I want is a refund, but they're totally ignoring me. It's a shame they can't be more professional, ya know?
I really like the skirts, but the size I bought is too small
I really like the skirts, but the size I bought is too small. The prices are reduced by a few dollars or less, so they're on sale. Make sure to check the return policy before buying. Also, make sure to order the correct size! I didn't bother returning the skirts - they're a bit tight, but I didn't want the hassle, especially after reading the reviews.
I should've read these reviews before I got scammed too
I should've read these reviews before I got scammed too. I returned an item a month ago and still haven't gotten my credit. They won't pick up the phone or reply to my emails. If the skirt fit right in the first place, I wouldn't have had to return it. Can I vent my frustration on their Facebook or Instagram? I don't know how else to reach them! So annoyed!
I bought 2 tennis skirts from Dona Jo, Inc
I bought 2 tennis skirts from Dona Jo, Inc. and I really like them. People always give me compliments when I wear them. I've even spotted them being sold in fancy country club pro shops close to ***, ***. Customers there are super impressed by the awesome colors. The skirts are really good quality. They do run a bit small, so I suggest ordering 1 size bigger than your usual. My tennis buddy in ***, *** recommended their lightweight tights to me.
I bought 2 skirts based on reviews (probably fake)
I bought 2 skirts based on reviews (probably fake). They seem well made, but they're way smaller than the size chart says. I tried many times to get a return label. They emailed me back once, saying they'd send an auto return label, but it never came. I eventually gave up after trying to reach them by phone and email. They never answer the phone on Facebook, it just goes to voicemail. Don't buy from this company! I lost more than $100. They deserve zero stars...
So, I made an order a few days back and got an email thanking me for it
So, I made an order a few days back and got an email thanking me for it. They quickly took my money from my Paypal. I've been trying to call the contact number they gave me to ask about the shipment and tracking, but all I get is a voicemail. I've left a bunch of messages, but no one calls me back. I also sent an email to the address they provided, but no response there either. I reached out to Paypal and they've filed a ***. Watch out! This company just takes your money and doesn't care about customer service! Chances are, you won't even get what you ordered.
I get why this biz ain't ComplaintsBoard.com accredited
I get why this biz ain't ComplaintsBoard.com accredited... cuz they suck. I got 4 skirts... one was $5 off... not a great deal. So, when I went to return 2 that don't fit right, they said I need approval. Like, seriously? I still ain't got approval (3 days now)... I called and left a voicemail, but it was just some generic recording. They clearly don't care about customers. I've bought from them before 'cause their skirts are cute, but they ain't worth the disrespect! This is my last purchase from them... I can't recommend 'em no more. They need to fix their attitude.
They gave me two of the same thing (and charged me for both)
They gave me two of the same thing (and charged me for both). I couldn't meet their return deadline (because I was traveling) and they said they'd give me a credit if I paid for the return shipping, which I did. The extra thing was still sealed (in the plastic bag they sent it in, with tags on it). They sent it back to me claiming it was damaged, which clearly isn't my fault since the bag was unopened. I've emailed them and used their contact form (no phone number given) three times already. It's obvious they're blaming me for the damage and I doubt I'll ever hear from them again. The skirts and tops are cute (I've bought at least 8 of each!), but I won't be dealing with a company that treats customers so badly ever again.

I followed the size chart, but the jacket was much too small. I can’t possibly wear it. I would like to exchange it for a larger size. The website says that it is not returnable. I want an exchange, not a refund. Your size chart is wrong. The last time I ordered from you I followed the same chart and the jacket was huge. I didn’t contact you because I can wear something oversized. This new jacket I can’t fit into. Please help me. Thanks, Phyllis Greenberg
Desired outcome: Exchange of item for a larger size
I bought 2 skirts from DonaJo, but they were too small (not like they said)
I bought 2 skirts from DonaJo, but they were too small (not like they said). I tried to get in touch with them through emails and a phone call/voicemail, asking for a return label to exchange for a bigger size. But they didn't respond.
I bought a skirt from Dona Jo, but I want to return it
I bought a skirt from Dona Jo, but I want to return it. I've sent them many emails, but they won't give me a refund label or reply to any of my messages about the return. I placed the order on March 22, and my order number is ***. I'm super annoyed and worried that this company isn't what they claim to be. I really need some assistance to sort out this problem. Thanks

I ordered the wrong size and asked to exchange it for a smaller one
I ordered the wrong size and asked to exchange it for a smaller one. I got a message saying I would receive information on how to return it, but it's been three days and I haven't received anything despite sending three emails asking for help. I did get an email saying to order a new skirt first and then return the incorrect size, but I complained about the delay and still haven't received any directions on how to return it. On top of that, there's no customer service available by phone. I'm really frustrated.
I bought stuff from Dona Jo online, but they sent me things that are way too big and long
I bought stuff from Dona Jo online, but they sent me things that are way too big and long. The items didn't say they couldn't be returned, but when I tried to send them back, they said I couldn't. That's not right. They should let me return them and give me my money back. Today, I checked their website and one of the items I bought is no longer available. They charged me $59.50 for that one and $37.50 for the other, so together it's $97. They act like a fancy online store, but they don't even have a phone number and it's really hard to return stuff. I just want my money back and people should know that their return policy is uncertain and their practices are not cool.
I got lots of Donajo skorts and I like how they fit
I got lots of Donajo skorts and I like how they fit. This last skort I got - order number *** - ultimate Tigre size3 is messed up. The pant part is way smaller than my other skorts - like it's a size 1 or 2 pant but on a size 3 skirt. I know this skirt was on sale and can't be refunded but it's messed up, so it's not the same as me not wanting it or the size being wrong. I emailed twice to return it for an exchange or refund and haven't heard back. Can't even call them. Here's some pictures comparing the pant part of the skort. This happened before and they exchanged the skort for me and the new one was fine. They need to improve their quality control. Thanks for your help.
I bought a team skirt from Dona Jo and loved it, so I decided to splurge and buy 3 more
I bought a team skirt from Dona Jo and loved it, so I decided to splurge and buy 3 more. It cost me a total of $184. Supposedly, the skirts were delivered to my mailbox, but I didn't get them. I think the mailman put them in the wrong box. I emailed Colleen F from Don Jo, and she compared it to buying something from a store, putting it in my trunk, and then having it stolen from my car. She said I shouldn't expect the store to reimburse me in that situation. But it's not the same because I never got the skirts in the first place. She did offer me a 50% discount if I wanted to buy them again, but I don't want to pay extra for the same skirts. I've been to the post office 3 times, and you know how there's always a line. The people there were nice and suggested that I dispute the charge with my credit card company.
I've bought a bunch of shirts/skorts from Dona Jo in the past month
I've bought a bunch of shirts/skorts from Dona Jo in the past month. The first time I wanted to return something, I emailed them and after a few days, they emailed me a return label and gave me my money back. The next time I ordered, the stuff didn't fit right and I asked for a return again. They sent me an email saying I'd get a response in 24-48 hours, but that was a week ago. Today, I asked for a return label for two items. After reading some other complaints, it seems like others have had the same issues with Dona Jo. If you could help speed up the process of getting a shipping label and refund, I'd really appreciate it. THIS COMPANY ONLY DOES ONLINE BUSINESS AND YOU NEVER GET TO TALK TO ANYONE!
I bought stuff from Dona Jo, Inc
I bought stuff from Dona Jo, Inc. and didn't like it or the fit. Their return policy only gives store credit, which is okay, but they never sent me the credit. They owe me $55.88. I returned the order #*** on 4/20/2022 using USPS, tracking #***. On April 27, I emailed their customer service at ***@***.com. Isabella C, the Customer Service Rep, replied. She said it takes "7-14 business days to process... We sent a note to our fulfillment team to check on your return, but once it's processed, you'll get an email confirming it. The store credit will be given as an electronic gift card..." I haven't received my credit or any response to my many inquiries. They have my stuff and my money. I want $55.88 back. They haven't contacted me despite me sending several email inquiries: April 27, May 16, May 29, June 1, June 8.
I bought a bunch of skirts in different designs, 'cause they said I could return 'em if needed
I bought a bunch of skirts in different designs, 'cause they said I could return 'em if needed. Some of 'em were discounted by like $3, but they didn't say it was a "final sale". When I got the package, it looked like someone messed with it and 3 of the skirts were missing. I sent 'em a bunch of emails to let 'em know, but they took more than a week to reply. They only do email, so there's no way to talk to a customer service person. When I asked for a return label, they said 3 of the skirts were on "final sale" and could only be returned for store credit. One of the skirts they said was on "final sale" wasn't even something I ordered. I wouldn't have bought different patterns if I knew I couldn't return 'em. The company says the skirts were marked "final sale", but they weren't when I ordered 'em. I want a full refund for all the skirts.
On 5/11, I made 2 orders for $42 and $225
On 5/11, I made 2 orders for $42 and $225. The $225 order didn't have any sale items, but a discount code called "Thanks25" made the price of two items go down, so the new total was $195. I returned everything in one envelope because nothing fit. The email with the return label said that some things were on sale, so I could only get a store credit for them. It doesn't make sense that using a promo code would make something a sale item. First, they didn't refund me the $42 order until I asked. The $225/$195 order was for 3 skirts and a tank top. Two of the skirts were supposedly on sale because of the promo code (totaling $93, while the other skirt was full price at $59) and they would only give me store credits instead of refunds. Since I had already asked for 2 replacement skirts, I didn't argue and instead asked that my whole order be treated as a return, and that the store credit (which should have been a refund in the first place) be used for the replacement items. In an email on 5/20, Ghilherme R said it would be handled that way, and I can't think of any good reason why it should have been such a problem. That meant the store credit would be used to pay for the replacement skirts, and I would get a refund for the rest. I didn't want a store credit because I don't like any of the new fabrics. The third skirt was no longer available. (When I followed up about my return and replacements, GR apologized and said they couldn't find the skirts that had been set aside for me. Until I said I was contacting the ComplaintsBoard.com unless they gave me a full refund, when the skirts reappeared.) I ended up with 2 skirts, a $42 credit for the tank, and a store credit for $44.25. I emailed Guilherme that the credit was supposed to pay for the replacement skirts and that I shouldn't have a store credit. I got an apology and was told it was sent to accounting to be fixed. After a week with no response, I followed up again. I was told that I wouldn't get a refund. All of this has been going back and forth with 10 emails over a 3 week period since they don't take phone calls. Very frustrating.
