Dore Property Management was supposed to take care of our rental property, but they didn't do a good job. They didn't watch the tenants closely enough, and the tenants caused a lot of damage. We had to spend a lot of money to fix the house up. The electrical was damaged, the carpets were full of cat urine, and there were holes in the walls. We had to use a bin to get rid of all the garbage.

I asked DORE Property Management to rent out my property in August . I asked them if I would be charged if they couldn't find any renters, and they said no. On September 14th, I asked them to cancel the listing, and they told me I had to pay $500 to remove it. They only had one viewing during that time, and they didn't mention the cancellation fee to me. They only showed me the "fine print" after I asked about it. I paid the fee, but when I complained, they didn't respond. The salesperson was misleading.

DORE Property management managed my property in Orleans. When my tenants left, they left a window open and the air conditioning on, which caused my house to be very hot. They also left the back patio unlocked, which made me feel unsafe. The washer was left closed and wet, which caused mold to grow. At the beginning of the tenancy, they let the tenants move in before the contract started. They didn't seem to care about these problems and just told their subcontractors to check them. They didn't try to fix anything or offer any solutions. I'm very disappointed with their work and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
