Custom Measurement Dress
I ordered a custom dress from Dorris Wedding. They tailored the dress incorrectly and have taken no responsibility for this error. They made the waist measurement the bust measurement. Sent pictures of such to prove the waist was incorrectly made to be the bust measurement. This is proven in the photo by being where the zipper ends, mid back, and 5-6” below the added cup sizes. Their customer service is extremely poor and lacking. They want me to pay an additional $50+ to send the dress back and will not issue a refund even though this is their error. This company is a complete scam and should be investigated. I sent the correct measurements to this company and they placed them incorrectly on the dress and have taken absolutely no accountability or remorse for their incorrect tailoring.
Desired outcome: I would like a full refund on this dress. I am more than happy to send this dress back at sellers expense. A prepaid shipping label sent to me via email.

I ordered an ivory wedding dress for my elopement. When I received the dress, it was very much white. I contacted customer service via email (because they have no phone number to call) I was made to feel belittled by their customer service. I sent pictures of my dress to confirm I had in fact been sent a white dress. Customer service sent me pictures of the white compared to the ivory… the white dress had tan bra cups and the ivory had white. Guess what color my dress had? TAN. Customer service looked at the picture I sent them and were certain they sent me ivory but like the white dress, my dress had tan cups as well. They refused to work with me on exchanging the dress for the correct color and made their return process so much of a hassle, it’s nearly impossible to return it for the full refund. I will certainly never be ordering from them again.

Desired outcome: I would like an apology.
2 Mother of Bride Dresses
I ordered 2 mother of the bride dresses as per their size chart. The one dress did not fit and the other was very poor quality. When I reached out to return them they inform me they needed to be returned to China. They tried to encourage me to keep them. Why? Then I realized the cost of returning the 2 dresses to China would cost me $300.00. They do not disclose on their website the address for returns, essentially misleading the consumer by omission. My credit card company was no help in a dispute claim against them. So buyer beware, for this an any website that does not disclose a return address for their products.
Desired outcome: I was left with 2 dresses that I could do nothing with.

False advertising of products
This company is using pictures of wedding dresses made by other designers, passing them off as their own, and selling products that do not resemble the picture at all. Their return practices are also problematic, and they request that the customer pay for the shipping they did to send the dress to you, plus the amount to ship it back, effectively making you only get about half of the amount you paid for. They are infringing on other companies’ copyrighted material and passing it off as their own by putting a watermark on pictures they have stolen from other sites.

Need to return and get a refund
I have tried several times for the past 2 weeks to contact Doris Wedding about returning my dress and getting a refund! They have totally dropped the ball and will not respond to me! I am beyond frustrated with this company. If they give you an email to use for returns, they need to use it properly. I tried the Live Chat and got this ridiculous Robot that continued to tell me they couldn't help me. My order number is drw20211227-51636. Can someone please help with this? I see other people have experienced the same situation as me. It is really disappointing and frustrating.

I have tried various times in the past week to contact this company for refund/return instructions. They are ignoring me. The dress I received is awful and cheap and not at all as pictured. I ordered a custom made wedding dress. When it arrived it didnt look anything like the photos. The quality was terrible and it was completely the wrong size. They asked me to send photos which I did as proof and they sent other photos back to me of a different dress inside out saying that it was my dress and they had photographed it before they sent it to me. They have not responded about the photos I sent them of the actual dress I received. They are lying about it and denying what they have done.

Prior to ordering my dress I e-mauled asking several questions, including if the dress had a train and I was told it did not. I did not want a train so after being assured it did not have one I ordered it. When the dress arrived it did have a train, was the wrong color and all the beading was falling off. I have been e-mailing back and forth with the terrible customer service for weeks with no resolution! If you are reading this DO NOT order from this company they will scam you! Send you a different product and do nothing to make it right! Terrible terrible terrible terrible!

I received my dress today, 8/29/2018. As per the costumer service department, I must email them with a request for return. The emails come back as undeliverable. The chat link doesn't work. Nothing is wrong with the dress, other than i found something else during the wait time. Tags are still attached and the only time it was worn was today, trying it on. Back in the bag it went! I understand I will only get 80% of my money back, charged for the free shipping and I must pay for return shipping.

Very disappointed in the customer service and the lack of responsibility towards the customer. I bought a bridesmaid dress from dorris wedding in 2018. I had found a very pretty rose colored dress on their website (see first picture) and it worked perfectly for the wedding. When I received the dress, it was nothing like what I was expecting. Turns out that the dress they sent me was a bright red color (see picture 2). I doubled checked my order and determined that the color I was supposed to get did not match what they sent. Naturally I thought a simple mistake had been made and that the company would be able to switch out the incorrect dress for the correct one. I was wrong. I sent in a ticket letting them know a mistake had been made and asked what the procedure would be to get it exchanged. They wrote back saying that I would have to pay for the dress to be shipped back and I would only get an 80% refund since their is a restock fee. I responded saying that they were the ones that had made the mistake in the color and asked for a full refund so I could purchase the correct dress from them. They denied my request, saying that there are slight discolorations (because of lighting, photoshop, etc) in all dresses and that it is not their responsibility. This was not a "slight" discoloration. This went back and forth many times but they still denied that this was their fault.

The dress I ordered did not match the description. It's a light purple, NOT white. In the beginning they did communicate with me about my order and they were quick to do so, however now that I want to return the dresses because the color and fit are not acceptable, they will NOT REPLY to my return request. They state that you need approval to return items within 14 days. I have emailed them 4 times in the past three days with NO RESPONSE from them. I ordered two dresses with the hopes of keeping one, so I'm out $320 as of now. I sent pictures of my order, a picture of the dress so they could see the color and pictures of my previous emails with no reply.

Been trying to leave an honest review on their website for 2 days, they keep deleting it.
I got the most terrible dress in the universe and I want to tell everyone about this bad experience.
First of all, the delivery took forever. I think I waited for 2 months if I am not mistaken.
The dress looked horrible. A cheap and rough material, thin... And the champagne color... Even though I ordered a green one. It's a huge mistake, don't you think?
Their support offered me to ship it back with no shipping cost refund. That would sound great if it was my fault. Plus, it turned out that the shipping cost is very high. I don't think I am ready to spend so much money on this.
So I have nothing positive to say. Just avoid them.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
