Mixed Feelings About doTERRA: Premium Products, Membership Fees, and Misleading Packaging
Their products are definitely not cheap, but I guess you get what you pay for. On top of that, they charge $25 every year for membership renewal, which is a bit of a bummer. And to make matters worse, they send the same peppermint oil every year as a "gift" to make up for the charge. I mean, it's nice and all, but it would be great if we could choose a gift that we actually need. Maybe a choice between 2 or 3 products would be better.
But let me tell you about my recent experience with their sunblock lotion. I ordered it and was excited to try it out. But when I received it, I was shocked to see how little product was actually in the container. I mean, take a look at the pictures I posted. It's pretty misleading, right? When I contacted customer service about it, they explained that the manufacturer chooses to leave empty space so there is no pressure in the container. I get that, but for a 13 cm long tube, 6 cm of empty space seems like overkill. And to make matters worse, it's uneven from one tube to another. When I brought this up, they told me that they are not responsible for the manufacturer's choice! I was speechless.
Overall, I think doTERRA has some great products, but their pricing and membership fees can be a bit of a turn off. And while their customer service is friendly, they don't seem to take responsibility for issues with their products. So, if you're willing to pay a premium for quality products, then doTERRA might be worth checking out. But if you're looking for a more affordable option, you might want to look elsewhere.
Disappointed with Doterra: Lifetime Membership Scam
I gotta say, I'm a big fan of Doterra oils. They're just so dang good! But I gotta tell ya, I won't be buying from them again. Let me tell you why.
Years ago, they had this membership thing where you paid $10 one time and then you got 20% off all their products. It was a sweet deal, let me tell ya. And it worked for a few years, but then they went and discontinued it. Can you believe that? I was so mad! So I reached out to customer service and they told me they couldn't find anything about that type of membership being guaranteed for a lifetime. Can you believe that? They basically suckered me in and then pulled the rug out from under me.
I even sent them screenshots proving that it WAS a lifetime membership, but they still wouldn't give me my money back or acknowledge that they lied. It's just not right, you know? To be fair, they did give me 50 points or something like that, but who cares? I'm not ordering from them again.
There are plenty of other good oils out there, so don't worry about it. Just go find something else. But seriously, Doterra, you gotta do better than this. It's just not cool to treat your customers like this.
Disappointing Experience with Doterra: Poor Customer Service and Fraudulent Behavior
My experience with Doterra has been less than satisfactory. My first order went smoothly and I was pleased with the quality of the oils I received. However, my second order was a complete disaster. After waiting for what seemed like an eternity, I finally received an empty box. When I contacted Doterra, they blamed the shipping company for the mishap. After another long wait, I finally received my order, but it was not what I had originally ordered. This was a total scam and I was very disappointed.
On July 23, 2020, I called customer service to complain about the situation. The person I spoke with was extremely rude and insulting. She accused me of trying to take advantage of the situation and refused to give me her name. She even hung up on me! I was shocked and appalled by her behavior. I decided then and there that I would never buy anything from Doterra again.
To make matters worse, a month later I discovered that Doterra had made an unauthorized charge on my credit card. I immediately reported this to my bank. This is a clear case of fraud and I am extremely disappointed in Doterra's behavior.
Overall, my experience with Doterra has been a complete disaster. While I initially liked the quality of their oils, their terrible customer service and fraudulent behavior have completely turned me off. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Captivating and Heartfelt: A Review of The Fault in Our Stars
On Nov 2,2020, my credit card was charged by Doterra the amount of $146.23 without my knowledge. They got hold of my credit card because I had bought products from them a month before (Oct 2,2020). I did not order anything from them in Nov, I did not authorize them to charge my card for anything whatsoever. As soon as I notice the purchase on my credit card, I called Doterra right away to refund my credit card. They apologized for charging my credit card without my knowledge but they stated that could not refund my credit card until the products they had shipped to me was received by me and returned to them. On Nov 6,2020, the products they had shipped arrived of which I returned unopened the same day. To this day, Dec 2,2020, I still have not received my money back. I had initiated a claim with my credit card to refund me and I am waiting. Why do I have to go through this over a purchase that I never initiated in the first place? Who has a right to charge people's credit cards without their approval? Be careful when you buy anything from Doterra.
Disappointing Experience with doTERRA: Order Mix-Up, Unhelpful Customer Service, Confusing Point System
I've been a doTERRA Wellness Advocate for over 7 years now. Recently, on November 14th, 2021, I decided to change my Loyalty order to just one essential oil from a diffuser. I clicked the save and ship button on November 19th, 2021, and eagerly awaited my order. However, when the box was delivered on November 25th, 2021, I was disappointed to find that it contained a repeat of the diffuser I had ordered in October. I was confused because I had deleted the diffuser from my order on November 14th and even confirmed that the order had changed by logging out of my account and then back in to see what was in the order.
I immediately contacted doTERRA through their chat feature to ask what was going on. The representative apologized and said they didn't know why this had happened. I was frustrated and asked how I could return the diffuser and cancel my account. The representative informed me that I would have to pay for the return shipping, which only added to my frustration. I used some profanity and asked why I had to pay for return shipping when doTERRA had messed up my order. The representative warned me to be civil or he would end the chat. I was upset, but I managed to get the information on returning the diffuser and canceling my account.
Unfortunately, canceling my account meant that I lost over 35 points that I should have been able to use in October. I was also unable to use my points in October or November on essential oils for an unknown reason. This was the final straw for me, and I decided to stay far, far away from this company.
In conclusion, my experience with doTERRA was extremely disappointing. Their mistake with my order, coupled with their unhelpful customer service and confusing point system, left a bad taste in my mouth. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Exceptional Customer Service and Life-Changing Products: My doTERRA Review
I've been using doTERRA products for a good 7 years now and I must say, their customer service is top-notch. They always make sure to answer all my questions and address any issues I may have encountered. One time, I received an order that was missing an item, but I was able to chat with a real person from their website and they sent the missing product that very same day, without any additional charges like tax and shipping. Another time, I received a bottle of oil that had leaked during transit, but doTERRA was quick to reship it to me without any charges. And when my order never arrived, they reshipped the entire order without any charges at all. When the package finally arrived a month later, they even told me to keep it without any charges. It's amazing how generous and trusting they are of their customers.
I have complete control over my personal account and I can choose when and what to order. My loyalty order is completely customizable and can be closed anytime I'm ready. I just have to chat with them to do so. I've replaced most of the things in my medicine cabinet, cleaners, and personal products with doTERRA products. The annual membership is definitely worth it, as it gives me 25% off every product and other perks if I want to take advantage of them. It's even cheaper than Sam's or Costco and I get a free peppermint oil as a gift for renewing. My family and I have truly been blessed with these products.
Overall, I highly recommend doTERRA to anyone looking for high-quality essential oils and other natural products. Their customer service is exceptional and their products are truly life-changing. I can't imagine going back to using traditional medicine and personal care products after experiencing the benefits of doTERRA.
Concerns with doTERRA International: Radical Diversity Push, Poor Quality Products, and Outdated Online Technologies
I recently worked for doTERRA International and I have some thoughts about their products, services, and company culture. While doTERRA was founded on Christian values, I feel that they have become quite radical in their promotion of diversity, equity, and inclusion. In fact, they have a whole department dedicated to these ideas and they are pushing LGBTQ ideas on all of their employees. As someone who values traditional Christian beliefs, I find this concerning.
The HR department at doTERRA is particularly aggressive in pushing these ideas. If you don't agree with them, you may find yourself kicked out of the company. This is not the kind of environment that I want to work in. I believe that everyone should be treated with respect and dignity, but I also believe that we should be able to hold our own beliefs without fear of retribution.
As for doTERRA's products, I have been using them for years and I have to say that I am not impressed. While they advertise high quality, I have found that their products do not live up to the hype. They are also unreasonably expensive and overpriced compared to other similar products on the market. I would not recommend doTERRA products to anyone looking for high quality essential oils.
Finally, I have some concerns about doTERRA's online technologies. Their website is outdated and lacks basic security features. I would never trust doTERRA with my personal information or credit card details. I have never shopped for doTERRA products online and I would advise others to avoid doing so as well.
Overall, I cannot recommend doTERRA as a company or their products. While they may have started with good intentions, I believe that they have strayed too far from their original values and are now promoting ideas that are not in line with traditional Christian beliefs. Their products are overpriced and of poor quality, and their online technologies are outdated and insecure.
Doterra Review: High-Quality Products, Frustrating Business Model
I've been using Doterra for about 4 years now and I must say, the quality of their products is top-notch. However, I have to say that their business model is quite frustrating. I recently ordered a product and was charged the same amount the following month, even though I only wanted to order it once. I tried to cancel the order, but it was not an easy process. They provided step-by-step instructions on how to cancel the LRP order, but failed to mention that you have to call or talk to them online to do so. My mother and I were charged again for a LRP order that we tried to cancel, and we didn't even want it as she was getting something different this time. It's quite frustrating to be charged and sent products that we only wanted once. It feels more like a scam than an actual business model.
I would not recommend using Doterra, as you can find the same quality oil at other places for cheaper and without the hassle of becoming a member. If you do decide to use Doterra, I suggest that you do it as a one-time order and do not sign up for their loyalty rewards program. It feels like a pyramid scheme, as they try to get you to push their products onto your family and friends under the guise of doing it as a "business." They claim that you can make lots of money by doing just a few "small things," but in reality, you're just charging everyone underneath you "extra" and giving the rest to Doterra.
Overall, my experience with Doterra has been nothing but stressful and anxiety-inducing. I would not recommend it to anyone who wants to avoid the hassle of being charged for products they don't want and being pressured into becoming a member.
Avoid doTERRA at all costs: A MLM company that doesn't care about its distributors
I've been in the MLM game for a hot minute, and let me tell you, doTERRA is the absolute WORST when it comes to helping out their distributors. My fianc? has brain cancer and was having some issues, and two years ago, this billion dollar company BOUNCED a $900 check to her due to some computer glitch. They tried to cover it up by offering her points, but that's just not good enough. I should have gone to the media then, but I didn't. Now, two and a half years later and after two brain surgeries, my fianc? missed out on her bonus by just 3 points because of a price change on a loyalty order that is supposed to be automatic. I called in and paid for the order, and was told that she had met her goals and everything was good to go. But now, I've been on hold for 11 days straight trying to fix this situation, and they're telling me "another week" because they didn't process the payment in time. Seriously? A billion dollar company can't cut a $900 check for a mistake? I own a global company myself, and if one of my employees has an issue, I cut a check or transfer money immediately to fix the problem. I don't put them off for weeks and ruin them in a time of need. It's just not right. I can't stand the garbage that doTERRA spews in the name of caring about people. They don't care at ALL. So, if you're thinking about joining this company, AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS.
Disappointing Customer Service and Concerning Product Safety: My Experience with doTERRA
I recently had an issue with doTERRA and their customer service that left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. I needed to pause my account for a month due to travel purposes, but when I reached out to customer service and two supervisors, they denied my request. Instead, they suggested that I involve my neighbors, family, or friends to make and receive orders for me, or else I would lose my status and points.
As a loyal member who has been ordering a minimum of $125 per month, and sometimes even $400 plus orders per month, I was shocked to hear that there was no way for me to pause my account without consequences. It took me over a year to climb to a status of 30%, and I have been saving my earned points for a specific oil that is rather expensive. The suggestion to involve others to make and receive orders for me was not a viable option for me.
When I asked what would happen if I were extremely ill and hospitalized, I was told that I would still be sanctioned for not ordering their monthly minimum. The response was disheartening, and it confirmed my suspicion that doTERRA is a pyramid scheme. It seems that doTERRA, who makes multimillions, does not have any consideration or care for the very people who buy and sell their products, which make them all that money.
Despite my disappointment with their customer service, I must say that the products themselves are of good quality. The oils are so much better than those of other great companies, and they can be taken internally. However, recently, in 2023, Prop 65 has been added to anything claiming that can be taken internally now (on the website). This new addition states that each product contains lead and other chemicals known to cause cancer, which is concerning to me.
Now, I cannot sell the oils without notifying each buyer about the law that states it's been known to cause cancer. This new development is not only concerning to me, but it also raises questions about the safety of the products. I gave doTERRA two stars because of the quality of the oils, but their very strict policies with very fine print rules that don't support or benefit the buyers leave much to be desired.
In conclusion, I will be using my points for my next month's order and then leaving this company. I cannot support a company that does not have any consideration or care for its customers.
doTERRA's Past Tense Oil: Quality Concerns and Skepticism
Recently, there have been some concerns within the community regarding the quality of certain doTERRA products. Specifically, users have expressed disappointment in the effectiveness of their Past Tense oil and have reported that it no longer provides the same level of relief for muscle soreness and tension as it used to.
Furthermore, many users have noticed a significant change in the scent and consistency of the oil, suggesting that doTERRA may have watered down their formula in order to cut costs and increase profitability. This trend towards prioritizing financial gain over product quality has left many loyal customers feeling betrayed, and has generated public skepticism about the authenticity of doTERRA's claims to sell premium, 100% pure essential oils.
Despite these concerns, it is important to note that doTERRA also offers a range of other essential oils and wellness products which may still be of value to consumers seeking natural solutions for their health and well-being. However, it is ultimately up to each individual to carefully research and evaluate the products they choose to use, and to remain vigilant in their support of companies that prioritize integrity and customer satisfaction over profit margins.
Mixed Experience with doTERRA Essential Oils: A Consumer Review
As a consumer of essential oils, I recently purchased several products from doTERRA after hearing about their reputation for providing high-quality and effective essential oils. However, my experience with their products did not match my expectations, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts on this particular brand.
Firstly, I must note that my experience with their wild orange essential oil was not positive. After adding just one drop to a litre of water and drinking it daily for a week, I ended up developing cystitis. This was not a pleasant experience, and it made me question the quality and safety of their oils. In my opinion, this is definitely a matter that requires attention from doTERRA.
I also tried the cinnamon bark essential oil, but I found it to be incredibly strong. Only one drop is required to use it in food, but even then, it tasted bitter and did not have the pleasant aroma that I associate with cinnamon. When used in a diffuser, the smell was also quite unpleasant. In the end, I found it to be of no use whatsoever.
Fortunately, I did find some positive uses for their wild orange and lemon essential oils. I now incorporate them into my washing machine and ironing spray, and they work quite well in these areas. Nonetheless, I must say that I'm quite disappointed with the overall experience of using doTERRA essential oils.
In conclusion, my personal experience with doTERRA essential oils has not been entirely positive. While some of their oils, such as wild orange and lemon, can be useful in certain situations, I cannot recommend their cinnamon bark oil. Additionally, the fact that I developed cystitis after using the wild orange oil does give me cause for concern. As a result, I would encourage other consumers to exercise caution when using doTERRA essential oils and to be mindful of any potential adverse reactions.
Avoid doTERRA - Poor Service, False Guarantees, and a Complete Scam
As someone who has had personal dealings with doTERRA, I must say that I have been extremely disappointed with their service. I placed an order totaling $2680 through one of their representatives, who I had verified was legitimate beforehand with the company's help. However, what followed was a frustrating experience that seemed to drag on endlessly despite my best efforts to get the matter resolved.
For one, I was told multiple times that some of the oils I had ordered were out of stock, and that I would have to wait for them to become available again. This was frustrating enough on its own, but then I was also told there were issues with shipping! With a delay that lasted such a long time, I wonder if the company even cared about their customers. What happened to customer satisfaction and showing true care for the people you're serving?
To make matters worse, despite their promises to help and their "guarantees," I have yet to receive any sort of resolution to my issue. It's been two years now since I first started experiencing these problems, and doTERRA still has not done a thing! My numerous emails and phone calls have been met with silence, and it seems like they simply don't care about my concerns or my experience with their company.
All I wanted was for them to fix this issue and help me get the oils I paid for, but they have been completely unresponsive. It seems to me that doTERRA is only interested in making money and not in providing quality service to their customers. This experience has left such a bad taste in my mouth and I would not recommend anyone dealing with this company. It's a complete scam!
In sum, I implore you to RUN AWAY from this pyramid scheme! Do not allow yourself to be lured in by their marketing tactics and hype. If you're serious about essential oils, look elsewhere for a more reputable and honest company that truly values its customers. Save yourself the hassle of having to go through what I did with doTERRA!
doTERRA Essential Oils: Effective, Ethical, and Life-Changing
When I first heard about doTERRA, I have to admit I was a bit skeptical. I mean, how could some essential oils actually make a difference in my life? But after doing some research and trying them out for myself, I can honestly say that I am a convert.
First and foremost, the oils themselves are fantastic. Yes, they may be a bit pricey at first, but when you consider how many drops are in each bottle and then take into account the high quality of the oils, they are absolutely worth every penny. Plus, you can tell that the company really cares about sourcing their oils responsibly and ethically.
But what really sets doTERRA apart is their commitment to changing lives for the better. They have a lot of programs and initiatives aimed at supporting communities around the world, whether it's through helping farmers in developing countries or providing aid to those affected by natural disasters. It's clear that they take their role as a global citizen seriously.
On a more personal level, I love that there's no pressure to use or purchase products that you're not interested in. The folks at doTERRA are genuinely interested in helping you find what works best for you and your unique needs. They're always happy to answer questions and provide guidance, whether you're a seasoned pro or new to the world of essential oils.
Overall, I can't recommend doTERRA enough. They're a great company doing great work, and their products are truly top-notch. If you're curious about essential oils and want to try out a brand that's both effective and socially responsible, look no further than doTERRA.
Unsatisfactory Customer Service Experience with doTERRA: A Review
I recently had the opportunity to order from doTERRA and unfortunately, my experience wasn't as pleasant as I had hoped it would be. My order was several days late, which was a bit of an inconvenience for me. When I reached out to their customer service team, I was disappointed with their unhelpful response. It seemed like they were uninterested in working with me to rectify the situation, and they even refused to issue a credit for the shipping delay.
At that point, I was feeling really frustrated and disappointed. I expect a certain level of customer service from the companies that I choose to do business with, and doTERRA was falling short in that department. I tried to explain to them that I wasn't interested in receiving a late shipment, and I fully expected them to honor their shipping commitment. It just didn't seem like they cared about keeping their customers happy, or about respecting their word.
As a result of this experience, I've decided that I will likely return the shipment once it finally arrives. I just don't feel confident in doTERRA's commitment to customer service and satisfaction. While I understand that every company has its hiccups from time to time, it's important to me that a company takes ownership of those issues and works to make things right with their customers. Unfortunately, that didn't happen in this case.
All of that said, I do want to be fair and acknowledge that doTERRA does offer some really high-quality essential oils and other products. It's not all doom and gloom - if you're someone who's really passionate about essential oils and the benefits they offer, doTERRA might still be a good fit for you. Just be prepared to potentially deal with some customer service issues along the way.
Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with doTERRA. I wanted to love their products and the company as a whole, but my interactions with their customer service team left a sour taste in my mouth. I'll likely be exploring other options for my essential oil needs in the future.
Negative Experience with doTERRA: Beware of Promoters like Dr. Paul O'Neill & Questionable Qualifications
I had a completely negative experience with doTERRA, a multi-level marketing company promoted by a person by the name of Dr. Paul O'Neill. I first encountered Dr. O'Neill in a cancer center in Corvallis, Oregon where he proved to be an incompetent locum from out of state. His qualifications raising red flags in my mind, I tried to research him but was unsuccessful in verifying whether he even attended medical school. It is alarming how such an individual could be associated with a company selling essential oils, which are used in delicate situations such as cancer treatment.
Dr. O'Neill's tests were not only wrong but also incomplete, and my information was not even entered into the system. He failed to deliver any reliable services, and everything he did was incomplete work. Given that he proved to be an untrustworthy person, it is not a surprise that I would not waste my money on products created by doTERRA.
On top of all this, I discovered that this so-called Dr. O'Neill has associations with other shady websites that are specifically designed to take people's money, or worse, steal their identity. It is unfortunate that companies like doTERRA continue to allow such individuals to promote their business despite their questionable history.
In conclusion, my experience with doTERRA was an absolute nightmare. I cannot recommend their products to anyone, and I would advise others to be very cautious when dealing with them. It is always important to do your research and gather information about a product, service, or company before making any commitments.
Mixed Feelings about doTERRA: Positive Health Benefits, Frustrating Customer Service
Overall, I have mixed feelings about doTERRA. While I have been taking their Lifelong Vitality Pack for a couple of years now and have noticed some positive health benefits, the recent experience with their customer service has left me feeling frustrated and trapped.
Firstly, I was hoping to discontinue my purchase and use my reward points instead. However, when I tried to access my account, I was told that my birthday doesn't match the date given at sign up. This seemed odd to me, especially since all of my other information – such as my address, phone number, and credit card – matched up perfectly.
After some investigation, it's possible that the incorrect date was accidentally entered by me or perhaps even changed by someone else to deliberately lock me out of my account. Regardless of what actually happened, it's incredibly frustrating that this one detail about my account keeps me from changing or withdrawing my order.
I can't help but feel like I'm being trapped as a customer, which is definitely not a good feeling to have. Part of me even wonders if this is legal or ethical behavior from doTERRA.
That being said, I have had positive experiences with the Lifelong Vitality Pack itself. I feel like it has helped me maintain my energy levels and overall health, which is why I continued to purchase it in the first place.
However, if doTERRA continues to behave in this manner towards their customers, I may need to rethink my loyalty to their brand. When it comes down to it, good customer service should always be a priority – otherwise, customers like myself may feel coerced or even trapped into continuing to purchase products they no longer want or need.
Loyal to the Brand: A Review of dōTERRA's Excellent Products and Customer Service
When I first signed up with dōTERRA back in 2017, I was blown away by their excellent customer service. Since then, I've never had a negative experience with them, which has generated a tremendous amount of loyalty for the brand. Not only do I appreciate the high-quality products they offer, but they also work well for both myself and my family.
Although I still love dōTERRA's products, I will mention that they are on the pricier side compared to some of their competitors. However, I still keep my monthly orders low, and I do not mind paying the small annual fee of $25 for the membership, especially since they provide a free 15 ML of peppermint.
One thing I particularly enjoy about dōTERRA is the frequent Bogo (Buy One Get One) sales that happen throughout the year. These promotions help make the higher prices a little more worth it, and I find that the quality of the products more than justifies the cost.
Currently, I am loving dōTERRA's Past Tense oil. I have been using it on my neck and head, and it provides almost instant relief from any pain or discomfort I may be feeling. I will say though that the scent can be a bit overwhelming for some, but I don't mind it too much.
Overall, I am a proud dōTERRA girl and am grateful for the quality of life that their products have brought to me and my family.
Review: Frustrating doTERRA processes overshadow product quality
Upon exploring doTERRA's website, it is essential to highlight the less-than-desirable experiences with the company. While the product quality may be top-notch, it is disheartening that doTERRA's policies and processes are causing frustration among its customers.
Customers have expressed their dissatisfaction with the requirement to order something every month, as it seems that they cannot remove their credit card information or empty the cart entirely. The process to terminate the monthly subscription is also elaborate, involving printing out a form, signing it using ink, scanning it, and emailing it back to the company. Despite submitting the form, many customers have claimed that they are still being charged monthly, leading to an uncomfortable situation.
With the frustrating situation, some customers have conveyed that they might have to block their credit card and obtain a new one to stop the charging. It is unacceptable that doTERRA makes it challenging to cease from ordering their products.
In summary, the onerous process of terminating the monthly subscription, inability to remove credit card information, and the difficulty to stop ordering have left some customers feeling disappointed with the company. It is a shame that such experiences taint their perception of the product quality. It is essential for doTERRA to address such concerns so that customers can be delighted with both the product and their experiences with the company.
DoTERRA Essential Oils vs. Affordable Alternatives: A Comparative Review
I recently stumbled upon a price list for doTERRA essential oils, and boy was I blown away! The prices were simply outrageous! As someone who's been using essential oils for some time now, I couldn't believe the amount they were charging for their products.
I was curious to investigate further, so I did some research and found that I was getting my hands on essential oils that were 100% pure therapeutic grade, at half the price of doTERRA's products. This led me to speak with a few individuals promoting doTERRA products, and they claimed that my oils couldn't compete with the quality doTERRA was offering.
I found this statement to be extremely hard to believe. After all, how could two bottles of the same product with the same ingredients be so vastly different in terms of quality? I believe that doTERRA reps may have been swayed and convinced that their products were better, without actually trying out the competition.
In my experience, I have come across poor quality oils, and I can attest that not all essential oils are created equal. However, the oils that I use have not only passed my personal quality tests, but they have also been tried and tested by others who have switched over from doTERRA's products after realizing they were paying double the price for the same quality oils.
I personally think that humility is important, and that individuals should approach things with an open mind. Therefore, I invite doTERRA reps to set aside their beliefs about their brand and give my oils a try. Who knows, they may just end up switching over to a more affordable, equally efficacious option!

Disappointing Rewards Program and Customer Service Experience with doTERRA
I recently made a purchase on doTERRA's website and spent a whopping 500 dollars on various items. However, I was disappointed to find that the rewards program did not offer much in return for my loyalty. When I contacted customer service to inquire about returning two items that were around 100 dollars each, I was informed that it was not possible. I was not pleased with this response and asked what rewards I could receive for my purchase. The representative informed me that since it was my initial order, I would not receive any rewards points. Even if it was considered a "loyalty" order, I would have only received a measly one dollar in rewards points. I must say, I was not impressed with the rewards program and it did not do enough to gain my loyalty.

Finding a Better Source for Essential Oils: My Experience with Doterra and Other Companies
I been using doterra essential oils for a long time now. But last year, I did some research in the industry and found out that there are many other companies that offer high quality 100% pure therapeutic grade essential oils, not just doterra. So, I decided to try out a few different companies and found a replacement source that is better quality in my opinion. And, it has been saving me about $80 a month on the amount of oils we use in our family each month.
I don't think I would recommend doterra as their MLM marketing model will require them to always overcharge for their oils. There are other companies out there that offer the same quality of oils at a much lower price. So, if you're looking for essential oils, I would suggest doing some research and finding a company that offers high quality oils at a reasonable price.
Overall, I think doterra is a good company, but there are other options out there that offer the same quality of oils at a lower price. So, if you're looking to save some money on your essential oils, I would suggest looking into other companies.

Mixed Feelings: My Experience with doTerra Essential Oils
I gotta say, my experience with doTerra has been less than stellar. Their website is a bit of a mess, and I can never seem to figure out how to navigate their "virtual office." It's like they want me to join their MLM scheme or something, but I just want to buy some essential oils, you know? And don't even get me started on their rewards program. I keep getting promised free stuff, but it never seems to materialize.
That being said, I do have to give them props for their cod water diffuser. It's pretty sweet, and it worked great... until it broke. And when I reached out to doTerra for help, they wouldn't even give me free shipping or a discount on a replacement. I mean, come on guys, I'm a loyal customer here.
All in all, I think doTerra is a bit of a mess. Their business model just doesn't seem to be working for me, and I think there are better ways to get my essential oil fix. Maybe I'll try finding a local supplier or something.
Concerns about doTERRA's Practices: Environment, People, and Ethics
I recently learned about doTERRA and I have some concerns about their practices. It seems like they are not being responsible when it comes to the environment and the people they work with. I heard that they have hired a man named Hassan who has been accused of being a rapist in Africa. This is very concerning and I think that doTERRA should not be supporting someone like this.
In addition to this, I have heard that doTERRA is not following through with their agreements with local villages. Instead of paying them in cash as promised, they are giving them food. This is not fair to the people who are working hard to provide doTERRA with the resources they need. It is also not sustainable in the long run.
I am worried that doTERRA's practices are harming the environment as well. It seems like they are not being responsible when it comes to sourcing their products. If they continue to operate in this way, there may not be any frankincense left in the world. This would be a tragedy and doTERRA would be remembered as the company that took frankincense away from us.
Overall, I think that doTERRA needs to take a closer look at their practices and make some changes. They should not be supporting someone who has been accused of such a serious crime and they should be following through with their agreements with local villages. They also need to be more responsible when it comes to the environment and the resources they use. If they do not make these changes, they may lose the trust of their customers and the respect of the wider community.
Doterra Convention: Inspiring but Disappointing - My Experience
I recently watched the Doterra convention and it was amazing! I was so inspired by the great people and the hope that this business could bring me. I was ready to jump in and make this my own business. However, I soon realized that the reality was not as great as I thought it would be. I needed to be placed in someone else's upline and away from the violence that was happening in my current situation. I needed a place where I could grow my business and have great support. Unfortunately, Doterra was not able to place me in a position where I could do that. I was extremely disappointed after watching the convention. They preach all the good things about their company, but they leave newbies in bad situations. It's not fair to preach good and then leave people in harmful situations. I guess this is the universe telling me that Doterra is not an honest company that I should get involved with.
Caution: doTERRA Products May Cause Allergic Reactions and Health Risks
This company, doTERRA, claims that their products are all-natural and good for your health. My old roommates used their products for about three years, but I had a lot of problems with sinus headaches. My throat would feel scratchy and I had trouble breathing. On August 21, 2020, I had a really bad reaction to one of their products that had clove in it. My sinus headache was so bad that I had to go upstairs to get away from it. My throat felt like it was closing up, but luckily it opened back up after a little while. Then, in late October 2020, I had another bad sinus headache from a lavender product that my ex-roommate was using. I decided to move out and gave them 30 days' notice on November 1st. I finally moved out in the middle of November.
I tried to complain to the FDA, but their form is only for drugs. I found out that the FDA had warned doTERRA about their marketing practices back in 2014. I think that children and pets could be at risk from these products, too. People like me who have allergies and asthma should be careful when using doTERRA products.
Who knows, they may just end up switching over to a more affordable, equally efficacious option!
doTERRA's Involvement in Turkish Scam: Questioning Company Values and Ethics
As a human being, I believe that it is important to raise awareness about companies that support unethical practices. Recently, I came across some troubling information about doTERRA. Apparently, they are somehow involved in a scam led by a woman named Asli Meydi. According to reports, she has been scamming harvesters in Turkey by underpaying them for their work and using false promises to exploit their labor.
It is disappointing to hear that doTERRA is a part of this scandal. As a company that prides itself on selling natural and holistic goods, it is alarming that they would support such unethical behavior. It is our responsibility to hold companies accountable when they are involved in injustices like this.
Moreover, reading about doTERRA's support and involvement in this scam raises questions about their values and integrity as a business. Do they truly stand for the values they claim to represent? It is crucial for doTERRA to take a stand against this scam and demonstrate their commitment to ethical practices.
In conclusion, it is concerning to learn of doTERRA's connection to the Asli Meydi scam. As a consumer, I believe that we should use our voices to hold companies accountable for their actions. We must demand that doTERRA takes responsibility for their involvement in this scandal and work towards creating a more just and fair business environment.
Buyer Beware: My Disappointing Experience with doTERRA's Unethical Business Practices
I want to share my sincere disappointment with the business practices of doTERRA. It is disheartening to see a company that claims to promote health and wellness engage in underhanded tactics. I urge those considering purchasing doTERRA products to think twice before supporting a company that doesn't respect its customers.
I strongly believe that companies should be fully transparent about their products and pricing. Unfortunately, doTERRA falls short in both categories. The prices for their essential oils are exorbitant, and there is little to no explanation for why they are so expensive. Moreover, doTERRA does not provide information on their sourcing methods or quality control, making it difficult for consumers to make informed decisions about the products they use.
But what truly shocks me about doTERRA is their blatant disregard for customer privacy. The company has a history of pressuring their customers to share personal information and recruit others to sell their products. This is not only unethical, but it is also a violation of customer trust. No one should feel forced to share their personal information with a company, especially for the sake of making a sale.
In conclusion, if you are considering purchasing doTERRA products, I urge you to reconsider. This is a company that values profit over customer care and transparency. There are many other companies out there that offer high-quality essential oils and have ethical business practices. Let's support those businesses instead and force doTERRA to change its ways.
Investigating doTERRA: An Ethical Review of the Natural Health & Wellness Company
It is concerning to read about companies whose priorities may not lie in the same direction as their customers' beliefs. The review of doTERRA left a sour taste in my mouth as it suggests they place profit over the environment and people. However, as a human being, I wanted to gather more information about doTERRA and their products before forming an opinion.
Upon browsing their website, I found that doTERRA is a company focused on natural health and wellness using essential oils. They source their oils from around the world and claim to have a strong commitment to environmental sustainability and ethical sourcing. It is good to see that they are taking steps to reduce their impact on the environment and sourcing their products responsibly.
It is unfortunate to hear that doTERRA is accused of paying people to rape the environment. I watched the linked documentary and found it concerning. However, I also realize that it is important to take all information with a grain of salt and verify all sources. It is also important to consider that doTERRA has many positive reviews from satisfied customers who swear by their products.
Overall, it is troubling to hear about any company that does not prioritize the environment and ethical sourcing, but it is up to each individual to decide for themselves if they want to support doTERRA. It is important to do thorough research and gather information from various sources before making any conclusions.
doTERRA: A Disappointing Company - Manipulation, Low-Quality Products, and Lack of Social Responsibility
As a human being, I must say that I am deeply disappointed with the way doTERRA operates. From the top level executives to the dealers selling the products, the entire company reeks of greed and selfishness. It's truly saddening to see a wellness company stoop so low as to manipulate its dealers to push their products and leave them in debt.
Moreover, while the product may seem adequate, it's far from what we expect from a company that boasts about its natural and organic ingredients. The quality of the oils leaves much to be desired, and it's often unclear where the ingredients are sourced from. The packaging also seems quite flimsy and cheap, making me wonder about the company's values in regards to the environment and sustainability.
What's even more troubling is that the people who are actually making the oils, the farmers and workers who labor to bring these products into our homes, live in poverty. It's alarming to think that a company that claims to care about wellness isn't even taking care of the people who make their business possible.
All of this is evident in Vice News' segment on the company. It's clear that doTERRA is not the company it claims to be, and its practices and values are questionable at best. As consumers, we deserve better and should seek out companies that align with our values of integrity, quality, and social responsibility.
Unimpressed with doTERRA: A Review of the Brand's Essential Oils
When it comes to essential oils, there are a wide variety of options to choose from. Many consumers are turning towards doTERRA, which claims to provide high-quality, therapeutic grade oils. However, upon trying out some of the products for myself, I have to say that I was not impressed.
One of the most significant issues I encountered with doTERRA was that the oils just didn't seem to smell authentic. I have used oils from a variety of reputable brands, all of which were GCMS tested, and the difference was striking. While those oils had a natural, earthy aroma, the doTERRA products I tried seemed rancid and adulterated.
For me, the fragrance of an essential oil is one of the most important factors. I am particularly sensitive to smells, and I want a product that smells wonderful and natural. Unfortunately, doTERRA simply did not meet these standards for me.
But it's not just the aroma that concerns me. I am hesitant to put any product on my body that doesn't seem to be of the highest quality. I want to know that I am using products that are safe and pure. With doTERRA, I just don't get that sense of assurance.
Overall, while there may be some people who have had great experiences with doTERRA, I would have to say that it just wasn't the right fit for me. If you're looking for high-quality essential oils, I would recommend doing your research and finding a brand that truly lives up to its promises.
Disappointed in doTERRA's Balance Essential Oil: A Review
As a frequent user of essential oils, I was excited to try doTERRA, a highly reputable brand of essential oil products. The website promised me a range of high-quality oils with many fragrances and properties to choose from. However, my initial excitement was quickly doused when I actually tried the products. After paying what felt like a small fortune for just one small bottle of essential oil, I was disappointed to find that I needed to use far more oil than the recommended usage in order to experience any fragrance at all. Despite the website's assurances that just a couple of drops would be sufficient to diffuse the fragrance throughout the room, this was not the reality. In fact, I found myself using up all the oil in just a few uses, which was frustrating and incredibly disappointing.
Overall, I cannot recommend doTERRA's Balance essential oil. Despite its high price tag, it did not meet my expectations in terms of fragrance and longevity. As someone who has had good experiences with essential oils in the past, I was disappointed in the quality of doTERRA's products. I would advise anyone considering purchasing essential oils from this brand to exercise caution and perhaps seek out the opinions of other users before making any final decisions.
Poor Customer Service: DoTERRA Fails to Refund Purchases
It's unfortunate to hear that the reviewer had a negative experience with doTERRA. While the oils themselves may be of great quality, it seems that there was a serious issue with the refund process for this individual. According to the reviewer, they returned a package in December and as of February, they still hadn't received a refund. When they followed up with doTERRA, they were denied a refund and left with no solution to their problem.
Customer service is a vital component of any business, and it is disheartening to hear that doTERRA was unable to provide adequate assistance to this customer. It seems that their lack of action has not only left the reviewer out of the money they spent, but also with a negative perception of the company as a whole.
It would be beneficial for doTERRA to consider increasing their efforts to ensure that their refund process is both efficient and reliable. It is important for customers to feel confident in their purchases and know that they have avenues for resolution if a problem arises.
Additionally, doTERRA may want to explore ways to better communicate with their customers during the refund process. Providing updates or estimated timelines for refunds could help alleviate frustration and create a more positive experience overall.
In conclusion, while the oils themselves may indeed be great, the negative experience this reviewer had with doTERRA's refund process is definitely cause for concern. Customer service and satisfaction should be a top priority for any company, and it seems that doTERRA may need to reevaluate their approach in this area.
Negative Experience with doTERRA: Pushy Representatives, False Information, and Harassment
As a human being who has had personal experience with doTERRA, I would like to share my thoughts on the brand and their products. Unfortunately, my interactions with doTERRA have not been positive and have left a sour taste in my mouth.
I have had the displeasure of dealing with four different representatives who sell doTERRA. None of these individuals were able to provide a pleasant experience, as each one was quite pushy and not very knowledgeable about the products they were selling. I was often promised numerous benefits regarding the oils, but in reality, the products did not live up to the hype.
The most concerning aspect of my experiences with doTERRA was the false information I was given, and in some cases, medical advice from people who were not qualified to offer it. This type of behavior is unacceptable, and I cannot stress enough how dangerous it is. Our health should never be put in the hands of someone who lacks the proper credentials to provide medical advice.
One of the representatives even went so far as to harass me in a vicious manner. This type of behavior is not only unprofessional but is also completely unacceptable. I reported the incident to doTERRA, but to my dismay, I never received a response. I even went so far as to contact the company three times regarding the mistreatment, but yet again, I received no assistance.
In conclusion, while I cannot speak for everyone who has dealt with doTERRA, my personal experience has been extremely negative. From the pushy representatives to the false claims and harassment, I am left with a very poor impression of this brand. I would advise others to be cautious and to take a closer look at the products and representatives before making any purchases.
Mixed Feelings: A Review of Doterra Essential Oils and Their Website Experience
Having been a loyal customer of doterra.com for quite some time now, I must say that I am feeling quite disappointed with the overall experience. While the products themselves are no doubt of exceptional quality, the entire purchasing process has left a lot to be desired. From the ordering process to navigating through the website, everything seems to be a bit of a hassle with doterra.
One of my biggest grievances has been with the delivery. While I understand that delivery times may vary depending on several external factors like location, I feel like doterra could do a better job of keeping their customers informed about the expected delivery date. Many a time I've had to wait for weeks on end for my orders to arrive, and until I explicitly reach out to their customer service, there's been no communication whatsoever about the status of my order.
Another issue that I have faced is with their points system. While it might seem like a great value proposition on paper, my experience with it has been quite the opposite. The points that I have earned for my purchases don't seem to add up as quickly as doterra claims they do. I find myself having to make multiple purchases before I can even redeem any of the points, which essentially means that I'm not actually getting any worthwhile value from this program.
However, despite all these issues, the one silver lining has been the quality of the product itself. The essential oils from doterra are indeed of exceptional quality and are unmatched by any other brand in terms of their potency and efficacy. But then again, I've also come across other brands like Plant Therapy that offer oils of comparable quality at much more reasonable prices.
All in all, while I'm still a loyal customer of doterra, I can't help but feel tempted to look for alternatives for all my essential oil needs. The brand certainly has a lot of room for improvement, and until they address these issues, it's hard to make a solid case for sticking with them.
