Nightmare Experience with The Honest Company: Unreliable Service and Unauthorized Monthly Shipments
This company is a complete disaster! My friend gifted me a coupon for a month's supply of diapers from The Honest Company, and it has been a nightmare trying to redeem it. First, I tried to order the diapers online, but there was no option to enter the coupon code. So, I called the company to place my order, and they told me that I needed to create an account first.
After creating an account, I still couldn't see my order, so I called the company again. This time, they informed me that my order didn't process because I needed to pay tax on it. I gave them my credit card information, and the representative said that since it was my second phone call and third attempt to place the order, they would waive the tax.
Eight days later, I still hadn't received my diapers, so I logged into my account to check the status of my order. To my surprise, I saw that I was signed up to receive another month's worth of diapers in a few weeks. I never authorized this, nor did I sign up for a monthly shipment. I called the company again to ask where my diapers were, and they told me that the order got lost. They promised to send it the next day, but I was still frustrated about the unauthorized monthly shipment.
When I asked the representative about it, they told me that when I ordered a bundle, I was automatically signed up for a monthly shipment. I explained that I only gave them my credit card information to pay the tax, and I demanded that they send me my diapers and delete my account. This company is a complete scam!
Overall, my experience with The Honest Company has been terrible. It's clear that they don't care about their customers, and their customer service is a joke. I would not recommend this company to anyone, and I will never do business with them again.
Mixed Feelings About The Honest Company: A Review of Their Free Trial and Membership Program
So, I gotta say, I have some mixed feelings about The Honest Company (honest.com). I mean, on the one hand, I was pretty stoked to get some free samples of their diapers, cleaning products, and vitamins. I mean, who doesn't love free stuff, amirite? But then, as I was about to hit that final "Order Trial" button, I noticed some fine print that made me pause. It said something like, "Hey, by the way, if you order this free trial, you're automatically signing up to be a member of The Honest Company. And if you don't cancel within 7 days, we're gonna start charging you a monthly fee for our stuff."
Now, I don't know about you, but I'm not a big fan of sneaky fine print. I mean, I get that they gotta make money somehow, but it just feels kinda...dishonest, you know? Like they're trying to trap you into paying for something you didn't really want in the first place.
Anyway, I went ahead and ordered the trial anyway (I mean, come on, free stuff!), but I made sure to mark my calendar to cancel before the 7 days were up. And I gotta say, the stuff was pretty decent. The diapers were soft and absorbent, the cleaning products smelled nice and worked well, and the vitamins seemed legit.
So, all in all, I guess I'd give The Honest Company a solid 6 out of 10. I appreciate the free samples, but I don't love the sneaky membership thing. And while the products were good, they weren't necessarily better than other brands I've tried. But hey, if you're looking for some free stuff and don't mind the fine print, it's worth a shot. Just make sure you cancel in time!
Disappointed with Honest Diapers: Caused Rash on My Son's Skin and No Improvement in 8 Years
We usually use Seventh Generation or Cloud diapers, and never had any problems with them. But, recently, our Target has been out of stock of those brands, and we had to buy a pack of Honest diapers. Unfortunately, both times we used them, my son developed a rash in the waistband area on his back and sides. The rash appeared a few days after we started using Honest diapers and went away when we stopped using them. It's the first time I had to use diaper cream on my son in his two years of life.
I bought Honest diapers because they claim to be free of harsh chemicals and skin irritants, and better for babies. But, it seems like that's not the case. I'm very disappointed that I wasted my money on these diapers twice. I'm not the only one who had this experience with Honest diapers. A quick Google search revealed that other parents have been complaining about this since 2013, and probably earlier. Why hasn't Honest done anything to fix this issue? Does the company care so little about babies that they haven't made any effort to improve their products in eight years?
To me, Honest seems like just another Johnson & Johnson, only concerned with making a profit and ignoring the harm their products are causing. It's especially upsetting when it involves babies and young children who can't speak up for themselves.
Terrible Customer Service Experience with The Honest Company
It's pretty crazy that there's not a lot of places to leave a review for the Honest Company online. I had a pretty bad experience with them recently. My friend just had a baby and I wanted to send her a diaper cake as a gift since she didn't have a baby shower. I know that diaper cakes take time to make, but I decided to order one anyway, along with some bath items. A few days later, I checked my order online and saw that it had been refunded because the item was not available. What the heck! I didn't even get an email notification about this. I tried to contact them by phone for two days in a row (and I called in the morning), but there was no response on their online chat system. I finally emailed them and asked them to cancel the order because the diaper cake and bath stuff were meant to be a whole gift order. Why would I want to send half a gift?
A week after I placed my order, I got an email saying that it had been shipped (just the bath item). Then I got another email from customer service saying that they couldn't modify orders once they were placed. That's pretty hypocritical! They "sold" me a diaper cake, but then canceled it because they couldn't get it made. But I couldn't cancel my order, which was supposed to be a gift set?
Their customer service is terrible and I would never buy from them again. I'm really disappointed because I expected more from Jessica Alba (and I even read her book). Obviously, it's all just glitzy marketing and they don't care about the operational side of things.
Disappointing Customer Service Experience with The Honest Company (honest.com)
So, I had a bit of a problem with The Honest Company (honest.com) recently. I've been getting their bundle for three months now, and this time around, my address got printed wrong by their warehouse. I'm pretty sure my apartment number got cut off or something. But when I called customer service, they insisted that I had the wrong address and that it was my fault. I had to wait on hold for 35 minutes just to talk to someone, and then they hung up on me! Rude, right?
Anyway, I tried emailing them to explain the situation and see if they could expedite the shipping, but instead of helping me out, they just sent me an email saying that I was wrong and that the customer service rep was right. No apology, no nothing. They didn't even ask if I was satisfied with their response. It was really cold and unprofessional.
I mean, I get that mistakes happen, but the way they handled this was just really disappointing. They could have at least said that they were looking into the issue or something, instead of just defending each other and making me feel like I was in the wrong. And the fact that their online chat was unavailable and their email response time was 72 hours just made things worse.
Overall, I'm just really disappointed in The Honest Company. I thought they were supposed to be all about honesty and transparency, but this experience just left a bad taste in my mouth. I hope they can do better in the future and treat their customers with a little more respect.
The Honest Company: Non-Toxic Products and Cute Diapers, but Customer Service Needs Improvement
I gotta say, I'm a big fan of The Honest Company. Their diapers are just the cutest - I love all the different prints they have. And the wipes? So thick and sturdy, they get the job done. But what really sets this company apart is their commitment to being non-toxic and plant-based. It's so important to me to use products that are safe for my family and the environment.
And let's talk about their household products - they're awesome! I love being able to bundle everything together and have it shipped right to my door. With a 3-year-old and a 6-month-old, going to the store all the time is just not an option. The convenience factor is a huge plus for me.
But, I gotta be honest (no pun intended), their customer service reps can be a real pain. I've had to deal with them a few times now, both on the phone and through their online chat system, and let me tell you, they can be downright rude. One time, I was trying to fix an error on my account and the rep kept telling me I was wrong, even though I knew I wasn't. It took a lot of arguing and being rude back before they finally fixed the mistake. And don't even get me started on the time I was pushed into signing up for a bundle - it was so uncomfortable and I felt like I had no choice.
The good news is, they did eventually resolve the issues I had. But the attitude and aggravation along the way was just unnecessary. And now, every time I try to edit my essentials bundle, I get an error message and have to call customer service. Here's hoping I get someone polite this time around!
Honest Company Review: Great Products, Terrible Customer Service and Quality Control
I started using the Honest company with my first daughter four years ago and I gotta say, I loved their products. But, I had a number of issues with their billing and customer service. It was a real pain in the butt, let me tell you. But, I decided to give them another chance when my second child was born about a year ago. However, I have been steadily losing faith in the company over time.
The diapers don't seem to hold up the way they did with my first child. I mean, what gives? My order just before the last one did not include wipes. Can you believe it? They supposedly ran out. How does a diaper company run out of wipes?! And to make matters worse, the $15 credit they gave us to compensate did not even cover the cost of us buying another four packs of wipes at the store. It was another huge hassle, let me tell you. They had also sent me size 4 diapers when my daughter was still in 3's. I ended up keeping them because my daughter was close to being in 4's and I honestly did not want the hassle of sending the diapers back and waiting another week for my new ones.
I just received my most recent order today which included wipes, but they were nothing like the quality of wipes they used to be. For one, the packaging is new and I absolutely hate it because it is more difficult to get the wipes out of the packaging. And it looks like there are almost half the amount of wipes that used to be included in the bundles. The wipes were also extremely thin and overly wet. One reason why I liked the Honest wipes over all the other brands was because they did not leave so much extra residue behind on my baby's butt. That is no longer the case for they now leave just as much, if not more than the leading brands.
This is the last order I will ever make with the Honest company. I used to recommend them to everyone I know, but now I will warn every person I know of what a cheap and untrustworthy company it has become. There are plenty of other natural diaper companies out there today who I'm sure would be happy to have my business.
Disappointed with The Honest Company's Customer Service and Delivery Process
I just gotta say, I had high hopes for The Honest Company when I placed my first order on Dec 26. I was stoked to find a company that seemed to care about making eco-friendly products. I ordered some dish soap and dryer sheets, and eagerly awaited their arrival. But when I got a notice saying they had been delivered, I was confused - I have cameras on my porch and I knew for a fact that they hadn't been delivered. So I tried to find a phone number for the company, which took me way too long, but I finally found one and called them up.
The customer service person I talked to was nice enough, but they basically told me to just wait a couple days for FedEx to deliver it, even though I knew that wasn't going to happen. So I filled out a ticket with the company, but all I got was an auto reply. I traded a bunch of emails with them over the next few weeks, but nothing ever got resolved. They kept telling me my issue had been resolved, even though it clearly hadn't.
Finally, after almost a month of this nonsense, I called customer service one more time. They said they would have to reach FedEx and they would call me back. But when I called back later, they told me they were issuing a credit, not a refund, and that I could use it to reorder the items. But when I tried to do that, the items were more expensive than the credit would cover, and there was no credit on my account anyway.
I was so frustrated at this point that I demanded they either reship the items or refund my credit card. The woman on the phone said she would research it and call me back, but she didn't leave a message when she called. The only response I've gotten since then is a notice that my "subscription" will ship on the 23rd and I'll be billed at that time. So now I'm signed up for a monthly subscription that I didn't even want, and I still don't have my products or my money.
Honestly, I'm just really disappointed in The Honest Company. I thought they were supposed to be better than this. But I guess they're just like any other company - all they care about is taking your money.
Honest Review of Organic Products: Quality Comes at a Price
If you're looking for good quality organic products, you'll have to pay more than you would for regular products from other companies. But let's face it, most people would rather buy natural products than ones with a bunch of chemicals if they're the same price. When it comes to free trials, there's always a catch. It's not a "free sample" that you can get without looking back. The same goes for "free gifts" - you can only get one if you purchase something. But anyway, I grabbed the free trials, but before I even got to the checkout, of course, I wasn't going to let go without reading anything. It's very clear and simple to understand the process of their business. It actually explains, guides, and shows every detail of the purchase and membership. The moment I got the free trial, I called them up and canceled the membership with no harm.
I love their products, especially the shower gel and shampoo in one. It makes my son's skin so soft, and the smell is just right. Same with the healing balm - OMG! It works like a wonder. I actually use it on my lips during the winter, and it works great, although the smell is a bit waxy, but who cares? The diaper is also good. I purchased their training pants to Zulily, and I'm not so happy with it. They should have put an opening option on the side because little ones can get an accident poop, and because there is no opening on both sides, you have no option but to break it. And now, there's no way you can securely discard the diaper without putting it in a plastic bag before throwing it away because it's exposed. (Not everybody has a diaper trash can). The sizing of training pants is smaller. It's too tight on the sides and loose in the middle waist. Who does that? Only them. The padding inside is not enough to absorb more pee. I tried to use this at night, thinking since it securely fits on the waist, it might be better than the regular diaper. When I woke up to check on him, oh dear, I thought he just jumped in a pool of pee. He was soaking wet till his chest. I was so angry and ended up changing his whole sheet set in the middle of the night. So never again with that training pants. I don't care if it's organic or made by heaven.
About the diaper bundle, if you calculate and compare it to other brands, it's just a few cents more difference. Besides, you can choose when you want them to send you your next bundle just in case you still have more diapers left. $80 is just hard to accept. They should have a diaper-only bundle with a lower price. The wipes are too expensive, like gold. 72 pieces for $5? Lord gracious! What's in there, Egyptian cotton? I know it's thick and it feels clean, but gosh, seriously pricey! The only way I can buy their diaper is when they have it on sale in Target because it saves you more, but you can only get one print.
Well, for me, this company is not bad at all.
Disappointing Experience with The Honest Company: A Review of Their Diaper Bundle
So, I recently ordered a diaper bundle from The Honest Company and I was super excited to receive it. However, when I got my package via UPS, I was disappointed to see that the box was damaged and looked completely different from the pictures I had seen. But that wasn't the worst part. When I opened the package, I realized that I had only received three packs of diapers and one beat-up package of wipes, instead of the seven packs of diapers and four packs of wipes that I had ordered. I was really upset about this, so I contacted customer service via chat and spoke to a woman named Samantha. She was very understanding and apologized for the issue. She asked me to take pictures and send them to her so she could report the problem. She also told me to throw away the damaged items and promised to send a replacement bundle as soon as possible.
A few days later, I received an email stating that my replacement package was being shipped. I was happy to hear that, but when I looked at the tracking, I realized that they had shipped it to the wrong address. I was surprised by this because Samantha had to look at my order to re-order my bundle, so she should have seen the shipping address. I contacted customer service again and they told me that they would contact UPS and have the package rerouted to my current address. They said it would take an additional 2 to 3 days. I watched the tracking and two days later, I realized that UPS was unaware of the address change. I called customer care and waited for a while to talk to an agent. Finally, I was able to talk to someone and they fixed the problem. 34 days later, UPS dropped off the package.
When I opened the package, I was very upset to see that it was in bad shape and all of the diapers and wipes were smashed. This was not acceptable at all. Before I made my purchase, I did a lot of research on The Honest Company and their products. I loved that their diapers were high-quality, hypoallergenic, and made without latex, fragrances, lotions, or chemicals. They hadn't been bleached and the prints were really cute. I was excited to try them out, but after this experience, I don't think I'll be purchasing from The Honest Company again. It cost almost $100 per bundle, which might not last me that long considering I'm having twins and they go through about 10 to 20 diapers a day each. I read that The Honest Company was supposed to provide top-of-the-line service and products, but that wasn't my experience. I'll be switching to a different brand. I just wanted to give my honest review of The Honest Company.

Mixed Feelings About The Honest Company's Diapers and Wipes: A Review
We've been loyal customers of The Honest Company for over two and a half years now, and we can confidently say that we love their diapers and wipes! As a former nanny, I've been using their products since 2015, and I've always been impressed with their quality and effectiveness.
However, in the past year, we've started to notice a decline in the quality of their diapers and wipes. We've purchased several variations of their size three and four diapers this year, and unfortunately, some of them have ripped upon opening. This has been frustrating, as we've come to rely on their diapers for their durability and leak protection.
But the biggest difference we've noticed is with their wipes. We often use them for a quick clean for our little guy when we're out and about, but they've started to break out his skin. This has been concerning, as we've never had any issues with their wipes before.
We can't help but wonder if The Honest Company is expanding too fast and no longer putting in the effort they once did to ensure the quality of their products. It's disappointing to see a company that we've trusted for so long start to slip in their standards.
Overall, we still believe that The Honest Company has a lot of potential and we hope that they'll take the necessary steps to address these issues and regain our trust. But for now, we'll be exploring other options for our diaper and wipe needs.
Disappointing Customer Service Experience with The Honest Company: A Review
I recently received a very kind gift of 12 diaper bundles from The Honest Company when my son was born. Although the diapers are not a perfect fit, I am grateful for the generosity. However, I have found myself with a surplus of size 3 diapers that do not fit my growing baby boy. I reached out to The Honest Company via email to inquire about exchanging them for size 4, but unfortunately, I have yet to receive a response after waiting for a week.
Feeling frustrated, I decided to give them a call. Unfortunately, I was put on hold for a whopping 2 hours before the phone line suddenly cut out. I had to call back and wait another hour before finally speaking to someone. This experience left me feeling disappointed and annoyed.
In addition to trying to contact them via email and phone, I also attempted to chat with them live. However, every time I reached the front of the queue, the number suddenly jumped up and informed me that I was now number 25. This made me feel like my time was being wasted and that my concerns were not being taken seriously.
Overall, I have to say that my experience with The Honest Company's customer service has been the worst I have ever encountered. It is frustrating to have to spend so much time and effort just to get a response or resolution to a simple issue. I hope that they can improve their customer service in the future so that others do not have to go through the same experience.
Honest Company Baby Wipes: Multiple Wipes Coming Out of Package - A Frustrating Experience
I recently bought four packets of Honest Company baby wipes, hoping to find a reliable and safe option for my little one. However, I have consistently faced an issue with the wipes coming out of the package in multiples, rather than one at a time. This has caused me a lot of inconvenience and frustration, as I end up wasting a lot of wipes and money.
When I reached out to the customer service team at Honest Company, I was disappointed with their response. They simply forwarded me an email tutorial on how to pull a baby wipe out of a package, assuming that I was doing it wrong. As an experienced mother, I know how to use wipes and have never faced this issue with other brands in the past. This is clearly a problem with the wipes themselves, and not my technique.
After receiving this unhelpful response, I have decided not to purchase any more Honest Company products. Instead, I will stick with reliable options like Huggies baby wipes or the store brand, which not only come out of the container one at a time but are also much cheaper to purchase.
Overall, I am disappointed with my experience with Honest Company and would not recommend their products to other parents. It is important for companies to listen to their customers and address their concerns, rather than simply dismissing them with generic tutorials.

Frustrated with The Honest Company's Customer Service and Lack of Diaper Prints
I've been trying to get in touch with someone at The Honest Company for weeks now, but it seems like they're always too busy to answer the phone. And to make matters worse, they're closed on Fridays! When I do manage to get a reply to my emails or Facebook messages, it takes weeks and the responses are always generic. It's frustrating because my family has been loyal customers for a long time, and we've been getting bundles for both of our kids. But I think I'm done with them.
One of the reasons I'm so frustrated is that they haven't had any diaper prints that I want for months. I keep putting off my shipment, hoping that they'll restock, but every time I check, there are fewer options. A month ago, I got a generic message telling me to be patient because they had exciting news coming, but they wouldn't tell me what it was or when it would happen. It's been months now, and I can't even get plain white diapers in the size I need. What's the deal?
I've dealt with their horrible customer service in the past, but this added frustration is just too much. The Honest Company needs to get it together. No one wants the prints they can't sell. It's a shame because I really wanted to support a company that was focused on natural and safe products for my family, but I can't deal with the lack of communication and availability.
Honest.com Customer Service Review: A Disappointing Experience with Lost Package and Refund Policy
Honest.com, what a disappointment! I had a terrible experience with their customer service. I was so frustrated with their lack of accountability and responsibility when it came to my delivery. I ordered products worth $122.31, but they were never delivered. I reached out to Honest, but they refused to provide any assurance or solution.
I was given three options to resolve the issue, but none of them worked. I checked with my neighbors, filed a report with local enforcement, and even changed my settings using FedEx Delivery Manager to require signatures. But, because FedEx marked the package as "Delivered," Honest refused to issue a replacement or refund. I was so disappointed! Other retailers would have fixed this issue and earned my trust, but not Honest.
Their policy around refunds and replacements for lost or missing packages is complete BS. I refuse to spend money on a service that doesn't value me as a customer. It's so frustrating to deal with a company that doesn't take responsibility for their mistakes. I hope they improve their customer service and policies, or they will continue to lose customers like me.
Disappointing Experience with The Honest Company: Poor Packaging and Customer Service
I recently bought a bunch of stuff from The Honest Company for my daughter's hospital take-alongs when she was born. I was pretty excited to try out their products because I had heard good things about them. But unfortunately, my experience wasn't great.
First of all, the free gift I got with my order was a household cleaner. It was packaged so poorly that it leaked all over the box and everything inside it. Even the newborn needs were soaked! I was pretty upset about this, so I contacted customer service to see what they could do.
They asked me to return the soaked products, but that was impossible because they were dripping wet. I mean, come on, you can't ship a package of diapers that's completely soaked through. So I was stuck with all these ruined items and no way to return them.
To make matters worse, all customer service offered me was a $6.00 credit for the value of the leaked gift. That's it. The rest of my $70 order was a total loss.
When I tried to write a review about my experience, I followed the guidelines and stated what had happened. But apparently, my review didn't meet all the website guidelines, so it wasn't published. I was pretty disappointed because I wanted to share my experience with others.
Overall, I was pretty let down by The Honest Company. I had high hopes for their products, but the poor packaging and lack of customer service left me feeling pretty frustrated. I don't think I'll be ordering from them again anytime soon.
Great Diapers, Disappointing Customer Service: My Honest Review of The Honest Company
I gotta say, I'm a big fan of The Honest Company's diapers. They really work for me and my little one, and it's super convenient to have them shipped right to my doorstep. Plus, I love that they don't have all those nasty chemicals that other brands use. And let's not forget about those adorable patterns - they're just too cute!
But, I gotta be honest (no pun intended), I've had some issues with their customer service. It's like they don't even care about their mistakes. I mean, come on, they're a big, profitable company - they should be able to make things right when they mess up. For example, one time they accidentally shipped me a double order and charged me twice. When I called to let them know, they didn't even offer an apology or any kind of compensation. They just told me to return the extra order to the UPS store and wait a whole week for my money to be refunded. Like, seriously? That's not how you treat loyal customers.
I really wish they would step up their game and start showing some appreciation for the people who keep them in business. Maybe they could send out some coupons or credits to make up for their mistakes, or even just say "hey, keep the extra order, you've been a great customer." But no, they just don't seem to care.
Honestly (again, no pun intended), I'm starting to look for other options. I know they have a monopoly on this kind of product, but I'm sure there are other companies out there who actually value their customers. I'm just really disappointed that The Honest Company isn't one of them.
Anyway, I'll still enjoy those pretty diaper patterns for now, but I'm definitely keeping my eyes open for a better option.
Disappointing Products and Customer Service from The Honest Company
I gotta say, I used to be a big fan of The Honest Company when my little ones were still in diapers. Those diapers were the bomb! But let me tell you, their spray sunscreen was a total bust. My hubby slathered it on multiple times and still got a major sunburn. And don't even get me started on their fabric softener. It's so thick that it doesn't even come out of the dispenser! I mean, what's the point?
I've tried reaching out to customer service about these issues, but they never seem to acknowledge how bad their products are. At least they offer refunds, though.
Honestly (no pun intended), I used to love this company when they were smaller and more focused on making quality products. But now that they've gone all corporate and are trying to go global, I just don't like the direction they're headed in. I prefer supporting small, mom and pop shops that make their products in-house and grow organically.
With all the money they've taken from hedge funds, I feel like they've lost sight of what's really important. That's why I've switched to using Puracy products instead. They're much better quality and actually work like they're supposed to.
I really wanted to like The Honest Company, but I just don't think their products live up to their claims. It's a shame, really.
Disappointing Experience with The Honest Company: Damaged Items, Missing Products, and Poor Customer Service
I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with The Honest Company. I wish I had checked out some reviews before I went ahead and placed my order. When my package finally arrived, the box was all banged up and when I opened it up, I found that two of my items were damaged and four were missing altogether. To make matters worse, there was an open package in there that belonged to someone else, complete with their home address. That's just not cool, man.
So I reached out to customer service, but like so many other folks have said, the wait was just ridiculous. Eventually I got a call back, but only after I specifically requested one. The person I spoke with told me that if I wanted a refund or replacement for the damaged items, I'd have to send them pictures of the damage. And because of their mistake, they'd send me a shipping label so I could send the unwanted items back. So now, on top of everything else, I have to take time out of my day to take pictures, upload them, wait for a shipping label, find a box, and take it all to UPS. It's just not worth it, you know?
Honestly, I don't think The Honest Company is very accommodating when they mess up like this. As a first-time buyer who was really excited to try out their products, I'm pretty disappointed. I don't think I'll be buying from them again.
Disappointing Customer Service Experience with The Honest Company: A Review
I recently made a purchase from The Honest Company (honest.com) for some Hand Sanitizer spray and Alcohol Wipes. I ordered 2 - 12 packs of the Hand Sanitizer spray and 2 packs of 450 Alcohol Wipes, which came to a total of $151.36. I placed my order on August 13, 2020, and was eagerly awaiting its arrival. However, when I didn't receive my order, I decided to check my account to see if there was any information about it. To my surprise, the order number and tracking number showed that FedEx had delivered my order on August 21, 2010, at 1:28 PM.
I was home all day on the day of the supposed delivery, and I didn't receive anything. I decided to check with my neighbors to see if the delivery had gone to the wrong house, and that was indeed the case. I was frustrated and disappointed that my order had been delivered to the wrong address. I immediately sent an email to customer service to report the issue.
To my dismay, the response I received from customer service was not what I was expecting. They told me that they would "OPEN AN INVESTIGATION" with FedEx, but they were not responsible for "PORCH PIRACY". I was shocked and disappointed that they were not willing to take responsibility for the mistake. I understand that porch piracy is a real issue, but I was hoping for a more empathetic response from customer service.
After a few days, I received an email from customer service stating that they had spoken with FedEx, and they confirmed that the package had been delivered to the wrong address. They told me that they would credit my card within 48 hours, but I was still frustrated that I didn't receive my order. I had to order my supplies again, even though they were supposedly going to credit my card.
Overall, I was disappointed with the customer service I received from The Honest Company. Their response to my issue was less than favorable, and I felt like they didn't care about my satisfaction as a customer. I will not be ordering from them again, and I will be telling everyone I know not to order from them either. Their customer service needs improvement, and I hope they take steps to make things right with their customers in the future.
disappointed
What happened to you, The Honest?
This used to be a great place for buying good-quality items. Now it's a total mess.
My last three times were terrible and I would give you one more shot, but I'm afraid I won't do it anymore.
Now your items have a poor quality, last time I got a wrong order. It seemed that I just received someone else's one.
I have been trying to figure it out since last Friday, but haven't succeeded.
I am very disappointed, it was one of my favorite websites :(
Don't subscribe –waste of money
I ordered some samples of baby production from the company www.honest.com. I was really shocked, when in the end of the month it turned out that these jerks started to take money from me. They took money for the order, but later they charged me for something else. I have no idea for what really. I sent emails, but these jerks didn’t reply. I wonder if there...

This is a complaint about The Honest Company -- the company backed by Jessica Alba that markets baby products. My wife signed up for a monthly subscription package and, in February 2012, decided to cancel the subscription. It is now May, and we are still having baby products autobilled and autoshipped despite my wife talking to them on the phone each month and being told that the cancellation was being taken care of. The Honest Company is, unfortunately, most dishonest in their business dealings -- do not subscribe.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I got the sample pack for my daughters neighbor she just had a baby
for 5.95. I made the mistake of joining the Company to get the sample I did not read the fine print to cancel in 7-days and 35.95, 39.95, and 79.95 was taken out of the checking account. I had just got paid and paid all my bills and down to paying my auto Insurance and buying groceries and the money was gone. I called them up and explained I did not realize I was getting billed for joining their web site for a sample I paid for and I did like the sample but not the fees or had no choice what was in the box because we did not need baby things. They have so far cancelled my membership refunded half the money. They did have fed-ex pick-up the box the next day and I was told when the box is received the rest of the money would be refunded. I am just not happy with how the company tries to tricks you into buying a sample pack, they have your credit number and just take money out of my account, It is not a Honest Company until they change this way of doing of doing business. A person fills tricked, it is a turn off, and a person fills stupid for not reading the fine print. Screwed and violated after the money is taken out their own account. I won't be back, and will not tell people about the Company if I do it will be a warning. I still see the ad pop up on the computer for the sample and I just cringe and hope I get the rest of my money back. Awful feeling...
I have same problem with (Dis) Honest Company continuing to deduct $70.95 and $35.95 EACH month from my bank account despite my pleas to stop via email and telephone calls. I am further outraged that I was blocked from sending emails to them. I got a month and then explained became unemployed- the amount they take is over 1/6th of my total income at the moment! They have no mercy and their products are grossly overpriced.
yes my name is eddie, and i keep getting mail from these companies that i won money, like north american award center, n some other, ect..., i wish somebody can put a stop on these companies and not talk about it and do some thing two these ripoff companies, that all i have to say because i really piss.thank to all yal thieves out there.
