I was buying a Titan with a sales guy named ***. We agreed to the dealer's asking price with no haggling. We went through the price out the door and he said I didn't need to leave a deposit. We started the 'remote' sales process and I gave my drivers lisc, ss# job and credit info. I was going to pick up the truck after my weekend of work. Then a few hours later a 'sales manager' called to tell me I was 'out bid' for the truck. Yes, his words were 'out bid'. I had an email record of the sales process and was blown away. Two other sales managers called to say the same thing and that there was nothing they could do. This is how they treat hard working, paying customers in the middle of a pandemic. They bid us against each other, violate sales agreements and hijack prices. This is some of the most shameful, ridiculous behavior I have ever seen in sales outside of time share salesman.

Me and my partner bought a used 2019 Jeep Cherokee from Dream Nissan. We only got one key fob even though we were supposed to get two. They said we would get the second one with our title paperwork after 7 weeks. We had to go in and threaten to return the car before we finally got our title paperwork. The dealership didn't inspect and re-title the trade-in in Kansas before selling it to us. We were able to fix the problem before facing tax penalties with the State of Kansas. But they never gave us the second key fob and won't give it to us now. They say it's not on the "we owe" document we signed before we knew they wouldn't give us the second fob. We want the second key fob or a $270 refund to make one.

I bought a car from Dream Nissan on July 29, 2022. It was a 2013 BMW 328i Xdrive. The salespeople and finance manager (***) were supposed to sell me a car without any mechanical or transmission problems. But, unfortunately, the car turned out to be a lemon. I have attached a link below to a video of the inspection that shows the damages, including turbo, transmission, thrust arm, and drivetrain damages. According to the BMW inspector, the car was not inspected properly before the sale, and these damages could not have occurred in just 90 days. I contacted the Sales Manager on October 31, 2022, but they said it was not possible and promised to call me back. This transaction was unprofessional and showed a lack of integrity and commitment to customer service. I am reaching out as a last resort, as I have no other way to get Dream Nissan to help me with this destructive car purchase. Thank you for your time.
