DressLink berkenstocks/hoodie

I placed my order on November 27th, that same night my account was charged... It's now December 22nd and I still have not received my order. It says 7-12 business days, but this far longer than that. I tried to call the phone number multiple times and it goes to an answering machine saying to leave a voicemail, then today it says it's full! I either need my money back or my order needs to get here! I will never order from this site again.

DressLink fingerling

I highly recommend and hope that people read these complaints before buying from this website. You are dealing with a bunch of individuals in China that could care less about proper service. I ordered fingerlings on November 15th and today it is December 21st and yet to have received the product. I wish someone had warned me with posts like this prior. With more internet searches it also appears these fingerlings will be some knock off product if it ever gets here. DO NOT ORDER FROM THE SCAMMERS.

DressLink I ordered a coat on dec. 1st. it was shipped out dec. 4th. I have not received my order. it says it should take 7 to 12 business days!

My order number is DLNC858H5. My tracking number is LS281879429CN. IT IS A BLACK O NECK WARM HOODED PACKABLE DOWN COAT SIZE 3X. I ordered it on December 1st, and it was says it was shipped out December 4th. I haven't received it. It says I should receive it in 7 to 12 business days. You all took the 44 dollars out of my account! I want a full refund, or my order!

DressLink shoes never arrived.

I purchased shoes on December 3. I still have yet to receive them. I've left voice messages and several emails to only get no reply. I've tracked them and it looks like they made it out of China on the sixth. Attached is a picture of my order details. I hope this matter can get resolved ASAP. These are a Xmas gift to my girlfriend. That's in a week.

DressLink I didn't receive my orders until now

My name is Amal Yamani, and I have already made an order on the 7th of Dec with 152.27 pound. It says in the your website that I will receive my order from 3 - 6 days (Express Shipping(3 - 6 business days). Unfortunately, I didn't receive it until now. I also got a tracking number, but even that is not appeared in the currier website.
The broblem now besides the daelating is that I will travel on this Saturday 23 Dec for a long holiday, and my plan was to have these cloths (the order) with me during my vacation. I would suggest please to confirm to me that I will receive my order by Saturday 23 Dec as a maximum, OR cancel the order and refund my money.

DressLink fake fingerling arrived broken and damaged

I expect a full refund for my money. These happy monkey toys are broken and used! The packages have been opened and the product IS NOT the product we purchased or the product displayed in the photos in the dresslink site.
I cannot give these as gifts to anyone. These products do not work nor do they appear new in any way, shape, or form.
We expect a full refund of our money and we will be posting this all over our social media pages.

DressLink order not received

I ordered what I thought was a wowwee unicorn fingerling as a Christmas present for my daughter on 14th November and I'm still waiting for it! Payment was taken straight away I contacted customer services and was given a tracking number but when I tried tracking it the item couldn't be found. I was suspicious about the product being fake so went back onto the website to see they had changed the wording from wowwee fingerling to finger toy! I've sent an email demanding my money back but I'm not holding my breath.

DressLink fingerlings

Ordered a fingerling and I've waited two weeks and no sign tracking said it was on its way to Heathrow airport then a day later ITV news reports fake fingerlings have been seized by customs at Heathrow, I didn't purchase thinking I was taking this big risk I was told genuine fingerling. I want my money back, don't even know if writing this complaint is going to get me anywhere

DressLink fingerlings

I received 2 of the 3 items I ordered which are not only the wrong items they arrived damaged and used! These knock off junk things you sent me are called happy monkey not fingerlings! I am sending these pieces of junk back and want a full refund asap I have not even received the third item! You are scam artist I am putting in a complaint with the better business bureau, writing bad reviews everywhere I can and refuse to be ripped off! I will be contacting my credit card company to complain as well and ask them to reverse the charges from this scam of a company! Not happy! Tania pitts! My delivery confirmation is lm050048726cn I am giving you one day to respond to me with my full refund or I will start actions with the bbb and my credit card company!

DressLink finglerlings

What a terrible company with if anyone can imagine even worse customer service! I ordered 3 "fingerlings" a month ago and just received 1 "happy monkey" earlier this week that does not even work and no one can tell me where the other two i even ordered are. It takes customer service at least two days to respond to an email and they do not answer questions or help what so ever. Did i mention there is also no telephone number so that you can call these people? Worst experience I have ever had. Also you can now not buy these fingerlings anywheres else and after spending $75 and not being able to get a refund I am going to have 3 very disappointed kids. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

DressLink damaged counterfeit products

Ordered Fingerling Monkeys which at the time of order had authentic picture on website (including picture of packaging from Wowee).
Received completely damaged packages that are counterfeit knock off "Happy Monkey" which is NOT how it was described or pictured at time of order. Website no longer even shows this item likely due to clear fraudulent activity.
Customer service is terrible. Was told she worked for After-Sales department but couldn't help me and that I would need to contact After-Sales department. What?!

DressLink happy monkey

Hello this is Jessica I recently purchased a happy monkey from you in November and I got it in October. And it turned out to be fake. I would like to get my money back or I'm going to call my credit card company. The order number was DLN9m394D. That happy monkey really looks fake know I see you have it as a different name on website . It's called a finger monkey know .

DressLink ordered a what I thought was a wowee fingerling money

What I received was a fake and on the news yesterday they said that these are fake. I am very upset. At first I filed a complaint with paypal because I had not got it then it came Saturday and I just put it in the closet and told paypal that I finally got it. Then report on tv and I checked .It was a fake. I noticed they changed the wording on the monkeys since I placed my order on November 4th. I ordered this the first of November and finaly received it this weekend. Now I hear on the news today that these are fake. What is my next step?They are advertises as fingerling but I noticed that recently changed the to playful monkey

DressLink ugg boots

I ordered Ugg Gita boots on ORDER number DLNU451I3 and my Paypal account was charged on 11-23-17. I have not received a shipping notice almost two weeks later! The United States telephone number goes to a voice mail and that voice mail is full! I suspect this seller does not even have these boots to sell. I have just now read all the other reviews with similar ordering problems from this online company. The site looks legitimate but obviously is not. Their site says email inquiries are welcome but I have had NO response to mine. They have had $100 of my money for almost TWO weeks and have done NOTHING to further the transaction. I want a refund NOW!

DressLink ordered two fingerlings not one

I placed my order for TWO Fingerlings on November 11, and just received my order today, December 1. I received ONE Fingerling and One Happy Monkey. I did not order a Happy Monkey! The box is bent up and looks as if someone sent it back. I decided if it works the same as a fingerling, I wouldn't say anything. But it only says a few sounds, and its eyes don't even open! So NO I don't want this Happy Monkey! I want what I ordered!

DressLink fingerlings

Ordered 3 fingerlings for a start I've only received two. The boxes are completely battered they have clearly been used as they are in the boxes upside down. Utterly unimpressed can't find a number to ring or complain too. Utterly disgusted. Don't order from here. It would appear I'm not the only person to have problems with this site would like my money back so I can find my daughter fingerlings that aren't damaged and actually receive a whole order not just part!

You can complain to service@dresslink.com, although you might not have much luck. I would recommend complaining to your credit card company. These are cheap, knock-off versions, and they shouldn't get away with this. I complained and got a refund. Good luck!

DressLink returns - never buy from dresslink

Dresslink will not refund two dresses that are too small for me. Their sizing is all wrong and therefore the dresses do not fit.

They have offered me a partial refund of $5 but I do not understand why I cannot have the full payment refunded. I am entitled to send them back and receive a full refund but Shirley from Customer Service will not tell me where I can send the dresses back too.

Awful customer service! NEVER BUY FROM DRESSLINK

DressLink fingerlings

I ordered 2 fingerling monkeys about a month ago. I had no confirmation email but the money taken out! They came 2days ago in boxes that are falling apart. They don't even have the same name and the paint is already coming off before it has been taken out of the packet. I wouldn't even think of giving them to my kids. There is no way to get in touch with this company and no returns documents. They are selling the as real and its disgusting. I want a full refund!

DressLink fingerlings monkey

I have taken pictures n will be turning this company in if i dont get a refund..These monkeys are not what is shown in the picture, they dont work.. They are not in a package, I am demanding a refund..
My order number is DLNQK2479.. These were for a Christmas Party.. and DLN43TOR7. These are too make noises n move n be the Fingerlings and their eyes are to move, look its just a plastic monkey THATS IT.

DressLink finger monkeys

I ordered my product Oct 30 and I haven't received it. It said 10 to 15 business days not 20 and I still didn't receive it! What is going on? I call the customer service number and there is a recording and then leave a message! The worst customer service! If I would have known I would have ordered it through Amazon at least it would be here in 2 days!
