After so many follow-ups it was delivered on 29.02.2016 at our office.

As per your commitment, parcel must be delivered within 2-3 business working days, but we got it in 10 days. You have a very bad delivery services, as many times my order was placed and it was delivered after 6-7 days.
We will never book anything on your courier services in future... Very disappointing services.

Dear sir,

I have sent courier no m29347711 from mumbai to delhi on 21.01.2015 at 11:00 am. I have been promised that the courier will be delivered in 48 hours. However, the courier has not been delivered till now. The courier contains important documents, which must be delivered by 4:00 pm today. Your customer care executives are not able to tell status of courier. I have been following up with your customer care executives since morning. They are telling that server is down so they can not do anything. Sms tracking is not working. Website is also not able to track. Please look into the issue and ensure that courier is delivered by 4:00 pm today. Otherwise, the matter will be taken to consumer court for the loss caused to me due to late delivery of courier.

Sir, my order with tracking no v21975436 has reached tirupati on 12th of this month and from then onwars, there is no progress in the status of my order... It is not yet delivered to me... It has to be delivered to srikalahasthi with pincode 517644... It is very disgusting for such a delay... Please look over the matter and respond promptly and take quick action... I think that it is scam. I got the letter from dtdc express inc. And it was written that I won $75, 000, but in order to get my prize, I needed to wire money and only after that I was able to receive the prize. However, I wasn’t sure that I needed to pay such sum. The representative said that I could pay today $500 and later I would wire the remaining sum or I would lose my prize. I am suspicious that it is real.

My dtdc courier tracking number is b23911837. The content inside was an iphone 4s (white) mobile phone. The courier's status is showing in muzaffarpur (bihar) but they said they don't have our parcel. I registered complaint on dtdc but I didn't get any response.
Now they are not even picking up my phone call. I think they have stolen my phone. Please guide me what should I do next.

This package never arrived at the said destination, even though it says on the status that it says delivered on 20th august. The number of the receiver does not exist, and the name 'satto' put there is fake, and we do not recognize any person by such name.

I have been tossed from one place to another like a volleyball and no one is willing to take any action for helping us. We have been already contacted dtdc mahadevpura, kalkaji, okhla, the franchise, and the courier guy, and they keep asking us to call each other, instead of doing anything about it.

After providing horrible service, dtdc is providing an even more horrible customer support. We are definitely never going to use its services again after this.

I checked online I found the status showing the consignment is delivered at the destination. But when I called to the company (manpower services) in gurgaon where I sent courier from bangalore they said we have not got any courier from your name. So I wrote a complain and started enquiring and finally I got to know that at last point courier got stuck and he did not deliver the courier and simply updated that delivery successful. I am still coordination with dtdc and they are confirming again that courier is delivered but still they have not got anything. Pfa of slip they gave to me.

C'ment no z52872216 dated 06.04.15 booked from solan (h. P) to bangalore not received as 27.04.15 and as per dtdc tracking it is showing in trasit and reached bangalore on 08.04.15 while contracing to 080 - [protected] they said we have not recieived the c'ment and after confirming from ambala/chandigarh the load was recived by bangalore office.
It is a tension for me where is my c'ment. It is a question of integrity of the company.
No one is replying and communicating for the same. Hope it will be resolved soon with your help.

I am dr. Rishab sharma and I have my medicines delivered by dtdc courier from mumbai. The awb no. Is m11147233. On tracking by dtdc website.. The courier has arrived in ajmer on november 17 and today is november 26. They are not delivering it to me within ajmer. I dont know how to react with your pathetic services. It has some important medicines, please look into the matter and deliver the courier by today.

I recently send my 55 inch led tv to india from melbourne, australia using dtdc australia (waybill # n93678541) which I have packed with great care; bubble wrapped and cardboard wrapped so that no damage of the screen is possible even with rough handling (I have put 7-8 layers of bubble wrapping and 3 layers of cardboard wrapping). When I got hold of the shipment, the screen was completely damaged at all end with severe cracks all accross the screen. Seems the tv was dropped the during the transit activties. I was pretty devastated to see the condition of my favourite tv.

I have send the photograph of the damaged tv to dtdc for compensation and insurance claims but they have already started to make excuses putting the fault to me (i. E the customer) for imporper packaging etc. I also have send a subwoofer in a seperate box and saw dent on one of the side even though it was also packed very well.

I would never recommend dtdc to anyone if they are sending fragile items such as tv or other electtronic items. I don't even know if I will get compensated for the tv although I will go to the victorian consumer court if needed but I have already learnt my lesson.

I used this service to send one urgent courier (1 day delivery) from pune to mumbai on 11 oct 2014. As on today (15 oct 2014) no one knows where that parcel is.
Their online tracking doesn't work
No one picks up at 022 [protected]. The number for pune 020 [protected] is out of service.
Sms tracking does not work
Email tracking does not work
The place from where I couriered, is totally unaware. He said we sent from here now it is not our responsibility that it didn;t reached to destination. I sent it from shop no 23, lg floor, arun plaza, near dange chowk.

The only question is why are they still operating and fooling people?

Consignment no:h34522854 had been shipped from a dtdc courier branch in pragati nagar, kukatpally, quthbullapur-50090 in hyderabad on 20th sep'2014, as per the executive at the branch, this was supposed to reach tirupati (the destination) on monday somewhere in the afternoon. But it didn't, even the consignment number that was on the receipt has not been logged into the system, so I can't even track it. The contents contained an important letter that was supposed to be sent to a bank within tuesday, 23th sep '2014.
On approaching the branch regarding this, I was appalled at the sheer lack of responsibility and ownership that they showed. On much argument i'm was told that I would get an update by evening today (24th sep '2014) which is too late to just find an update. I request you to take the required action and make sure that the courier gets sent at the earliest

The consignment no. Of my courier is b12641185. I sent the courier from bangalore to ludhiana via dtdc courier on 1/9/2014. There were 4 items in the package. The package reached ludhiana on 3/9/2014. But no attempts were made to reach the customer to deliver the package. When the recipient went to the dtdc courier office to collect the package, one of the items was missing from the package. During the transit or after the transit the package was opened, item was removed and package sealed.

This is the worst customer experience I have ever had. Dtdc is pathetic.

On june 04, 2014, I was send a package that included product I have purchased from home shop 18, the consignment no is f08231574, that was booked from korba to delhi.
I am disappointed from the service provided by dtdc like response, reply and behavior of dtdc staff at the branch office and customer care center. I have made numerous phone calls to the delhi okhla branch office but just did not get a reply. Till today my product is not despatched.
Later, when I called different numbers to trace the consignment, I get no answer. I had also posted a feedback on their website and got no reply from dtdc. I have sent emails to css.[protected]@dtdc.com, [protected]@dtdc.com, [protected]@vsnl.com, css. [protected]@dtdc.com but no one in dtdc seems to care.

May 05, 2014. The courier company had told me that this parcel will be delivered to
The consignee with in 4 to 5 days; but today is may 20th 2014; the courier has not been
Delivered to the consignee, on the other hand they are not able to track this
Courier even. No response had came till date from them after my repeated follow ups
And telephonic. Whenever I ask for the same they told today it will be delivered.

You are the last hope of mine. Kindly tell me, what can I do against them and help

A courier was supposed to be delivered to me in mumbai from nagpur. It was despatched on 24th april 2013. It should have taken at max 3 days. Its almost 10 days now (4th may 2013). They have admitted that they can not track one bag which had 7-8 other consignments. 5 days have passed and still they cannot track the misplaced bag. This is heights of irresponsibility. The parcel is required urgently. Please suggest how it can be retrieved or how dtdc can compensate such mishaps.

This is in regards to awb# k60862295. The consignment was supposed to be delivered today (22 jan 2013) and has not reached yet at 8pm. When we called up brookefield office at 740pm waiting for the consignment and spoke with mr. Sridhar, he spoke extremely rudely and said that the delivery boy has tried delivering but the door was locked and hence returned back.
Firstly, since I was on sick leave, I had not been outside my house and was 24/7 in house - there was no representative of dtdc who had come.
Second, we checked at the security gate for the entry and the security at our gated complex mentioned that dtdc courier delivery boy had not come in the day at all in the complex.
Third and very important, when we called back again at 755pm, sridhar said that he has a personal function to attend and that if we need the parcel we should come in 5 mins or will get the same tomorrow and cannot wait for us. While I undersatnd the shop timings are till 830pm per main office.
It is equally urgent for us to get the consignment in hand however 5 mins is unreasonable time that was given to us. Also the way to speak and talk to customers was highly disgusting and unrespectable.
While I have not received the consignment yet and am not sure if this will reach us in safe hands and well packed as required, I would like to raise a grievance to customer care and have them take appropriate action against sridhar and brookefield office.
I would like to seek further updates to the action taken else will raise the same to consumer court. The consignment has a special injection with a microchip for our pet which has certain sensitivity attached to contamination of the same.

Sir, I sent a courier to nepal via dtdc couriers on 18may 2011. The courier has not been delivered yet. The excutives are not responding properly and the online stastus of the consignment shows the status 'delivered'. The consignment no. Was n92854942. The parcel was very important. Pls help
