1. I have concern why it was not told me there will be insurance charges credit shield, while dealing the lady told me there will not be any hidden charges.
2. I paid the initial credit shield charges and requested to cancel it
3. The next month I paid the extra 95 aed for the same matter but got call from dubai first lady that you need to pay additional charges of 110 aed then next month onwards there will not be any extra charges.
4. Even though I was on annual vacation, I transfer the funds to al rouzuki exchange as per the instructed by lady of df on 16th aug 2013, already send the bank statement to prove the same.
5. Your marketing people trapping me in saying this month also you have to pay late payment fee as we received the payment on 1st sept 13 against my payment on 16th aug 13. Pl check with al rouzuki exchange.
6. During my vacation of 40 days I used to get threatening sms for presenting the security cheque for only 110 aed balance, why?
7. Attitude of sales and marketing people are not good and always in position to threaten the customer, not bother what customer want to say, neither concern about maintaining the customer relationship. Please refer the conversation happened with your people in past.
8. I made mistake that I had taken bt from your bank, which was given me only trouble in last 2-3 months, poor customer relationship, not have any concerns towards customers, I can say worst banking people!
I was about to pay only 1789 aed as monthly emi, but due to greediness of dubai first, I landed in difficult situation and trap laid by them to exploit the money from me.
I paid the money 1789 aed every month timely, which I was supposed to do.
But forcefully you are giving me insurance, which I was instructed the lady at the first day I don’t want it, pl cancel it still enforced on me.
Please stop the threatening sms and calls to customers for your profit. This is totally unexpected from such a professional & reputed company.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I have the same problem with credit card shield insurance that I don't know anything about.
Agree... Their draconian Terms and conditions are the worst tool to get a customer into trap! WORST EVER BANK DEALT WITH... Worst Customer Care Services! All be Beware while dealing with this bank!
I am now facing the same. They say you it is put up on our site and everywhere but the point is when you sell ur credit card by word of mouth, why do none of your executives mention the defaulted insurance being charged from me when they repeatedly say "no hidden charges, no other any sort of charges".
Then they say it must atleast be paid for the month it is charged and from the next it may be discontinued. 40-50dhs out of my pocket for a service I did not take up on my own and not wanted is a loot!
I will for sure have a bad publicity for this misleading experience. There can be no trust.
The lady contacted me regarding Dubai moments card told that it is free from all hidden charges and it has 50% off on all cinemas in all UAE. now that they chargered me fully for movie ticket and also 42 AED for credit shiel insurance which i have no information of, so i tried calling this lady who is not at all responding and their customer care tells that its our fault that we didnt confirm first with the call centre. So they have no control on their lieying employees. WORST OF ALL BANK NEVER USE ANY SERVICE FROM THIS PEOPLE.
