DY Disappointing Customer Service: My Experience with DY Bikinis

I had a really bad experience with DY. I ordered a bikini and it didn't fit me right, so I decided to return it. I sent an email to customer service and waited for a response. After three weeks of waiting, I still hadn't heard anything back. I was getting really frustrated because I had read all of the reviews on here and was worried that I wouldn't be able to return it.

Finally, I decided to try again and sent another email. But, it's been over a month now and I still haven't heard anything back. I'm really disappointed because I was really excited to try out their bikinis. They look so cute on their website, but the customer service is just not up to par.

I would not recommend buying from DY. It's just not worth the stress and frustration. There are plenty of other places to buy bikinis that have better customer service.

DY Disappointing Experience with DY: Slow Shipping and Poor Service

I recently made a purchase from DY (disruptiveyouth.com) and I must say, my experience was not a pleasant one. I was really excited to receive my bathing suit before the 4th of July, so I decided to pay an extra 20 dollars for "Two day shipping". However, to my disappointment, my order did not arrive until the following Thursday night. This was really frustrating for me, especially since I live only 4 hours away from the warehouse they were shipping it from.

I must say, I was really disappointed with the service I received from this company. It took a whole week for my order to ship, which is not what I expected when I paid for expedited shipping. I feel like I wasted my money and time waiting for my order to arrive.

In my opinion, DY needs to improve their shipping and delivery services if they want to keep their customers happy. I would not recommend this company to anyone, as my experience was not a good one. I think they need to go out of business if they cannot provide better service to their customers.

Overall, I was really disappointed with my experience with DY. I hope they take this feedback seriously and make the necessary changes to improve their services.

DY Disappointed with DY's Customer Service and Refund Process

I recently made a purchase from DY and I must say, I was pretty impressed with one of the items I received. However, the other two pieces just weren't my style and I decided to return them for a refund. Let me tell you, it was quite a hassle trying to get a return address from them. Unlike other online stores, they don't have an address listed on their website. You have to wait for them to get back to you with the return address, which took FOREVER.

After finally receiving the return address, I sent my order back over a month ago and I still haven't received my refund. It's frustrating because I've been waiting patiently and I haven't heard anything from them. I'm not sure what's going on, but I had no other choice but to report the transaction as fraud with my credit card. I reported it today and I hope this gets resolved soon.

Overall, I'm disappointed with my experience with DY. While I did like one of the items I received, the hassle of trying to get a return address and the lack of communication regarding my refund has left a bad taste in my mouth. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.

DY Warning: Terrible Customer Service and No Refund Received - Stay Away from This Company

This company is a total disaster. I recently returned a swim top that didn't fit me well, and it's been almost three weeks now and I still haven't received my refund. I've tried contacting them through their website's contact us link and via email SEVEN TIMES, but I haven't heard back from them at all. It's like they don't even care about their customers. I'm so frustrated and disappointed with this experience, and I don't want anyone else to go through the same thing. I strongly advise you not to waste your money here. I spent over $70 and got absolutely nothing in return. It's a complete rip-off. Don't make the same mistake I did.

DY Terrible Customer Service and Incomplete Refund from Disruptive Youth (DY)

I had a really bad experience with DY (disruptiveyouth.com). I accidentally ordered a bikini online that was out of my budget and tried to cancel the order. It was really hard to get in touch with them and it took FOREVER to finally get a response. After many emails, Instagram DMs, and comments on their posts, someone finally answered me on Instagram. But, they only reimbursed me for part of my order. I've been trying to contact them ever since, but I haven't gotten a response. I never got the bikini I ordered and they didn't fully reimburse me for the charges. I'm really disappointed and frustrated with this experience. I definitely won't be ordering from them again and I don't recommend them to anyone.

DY High-Quality Swimwear: My Review of Disruptive Youth (DY)

I've been a loyal customer of DY (disruptiveyouth.com) for a while now, and I have to say, I've never had any issues with my orders. I've ordered from them twice before, and each time I've purchased about 5 pieces, all bikinis. I know my size and what I want, so I've never had to contact customer service. But even if I did, I'm sure they would be helpful and friendly.

The shipping from Florida to Toronto takes about a week, which is pretty reasonable. I've never had to wait too long for my orders to arrive. The only thing that bothers me is the new duty fees. I know that DY has no control over this, but it's still frustrating. On my first order, I didn't have to pay any duty fees, but now every little thing I buy from the US, I have to pay extra fees. It's a government taxing thing, and there's not much we can do about it.

Despite the duty fees, I still think that DY is a great company. The quality of their pieces is always top-notch, and I'm always happy with my purchases. I love their bikinis, and I've gotten so many compliments on them. They're stylish, comfortable, and durable. I've worn them to the beach, the pool, and even on vacation, and they've held up really well.

DY Disruptive Youth: A Disrespectful and Unreliable Store

This store is the absolute worst! They don't care about their customers and just want to take your money. I've been waiting for over two weeks for a response about a refund and haven't heard anything back. I sent back my items and haven't received anything in return. It's so disrespectful the way they treat their customers. Disruptive Youth is always deleting feedback on Instagram so you won't know how bad they are until they ignore you too. They deleted all four of my comments and many others from other customers. It's not right, they should be held accountable for their actions. I wish I had read the other reviews before making a purchase from this company. I will definitely be warning everyone I know about how terrible they are. It's sad that they only care about making money and don't care about their customers. Savannah Montano should just stick to Instagram because she clearly can't handle running a business.

DY Disruptive Youth: A Company to Avoid at All Costs

Disruptive Youth is a company that has been causing a lot of trouble for its customers. It seems like they are taking money from people who can't afford to lose it, especially young girls and ladies. It's really sad to see a company like this taking advantage of people who are just trying to buy some clothes.

One of the biggest problems with Disruptive Youth is that they don't respond to customer requests for returns. It can take days or even weeks of hounding them to get any kind of response. And even when they do finally give you instructions on how to return something, they don't issue refunds. They don't even let you know that they received the return. It's like they just take your money and run.

If you try to leave negative feedback on their Instagram page, they delete it within a couple of hours. They don't even bother responding to your complaints. It's like they don't care about their customers at all.

I had to open a fraud case with my bank to get my refund. It's a good thing I used a trackable return method and have delivery proof. Hopefully, this will help me get my money back.

I would strongly advise against doing business with Disruptive Youth. Not only are they stealing from their customers, but their products are also of poor quality. The bathing suits are cheap and not worth the money. You can find better quality products at Target or other similar stores.

Overall, Disruptive Youth is a company that you should avoid at all costs. They are not worth the trouble or the money.

I was really excited to order a few pieces from DY (disruptiveyouth.com). I had heard good things about the brand and was eager to try it out for myself. However, my experience with the company was far from positive.

After placing my order, I waited patiently for my items to arrive. About a week later, I received an email from DY saying that what I had ordered was out of stock. I was disappointed, but I understood that these things happen. However, I was frustrated to see that they had already taken the money out of my account.

I replied to the email, asking for a refund since none of my items had shipped. I didn't receive a reply for several days, so I followed up three more times. Finally, I received a response saying that they could only offer me store credit. I declined, since I didn't want to purchase anything else from the company.

I continued to follow up with DY, but I didn't receive any further responses. It's been three months now, and I've given up on ever receiving my refund. I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from DY.

I've heard that Savannah, the owner of DY, has a lot of young girls buying from her. It's a shame that she doesn't seem to care about providing good customer service to her customers. I wouldn't be surprised if this "business" went under soon.

Overall, I would strongly advise against wasting your money at DY. There are plenty of other brands out there that provide better products and better customer service. Don't make the same mistake I did.
