I bought this item but accidentaly ordered 2, so without opening it I sent one back the following day using royal mail. I dont know my way around e bay but got proof of postage but not tracked. The company said they never recived the item, so I looked for help from e bay. They rang me then rudly put the phone down as the guy on the other end of the line couldnt understand me. Im 84 yr old, im now out of pocket £88 all because I got proof of postage but thats not enough for ebay

Desired outcome: i want my refund and the disscusting rep that rang me disaplined
