I switched back to Eastlink on August 29 2023 after a brief time with Rogers . My problem started from there ! I used my account with TD to pay for my service however unbeknownst to me I used my prior account to pay for my service as the bill payment was still on my banking ! I had to erase the prior account then replace it with the new account 😣 I was called about my delinquent payment but i explained that I had paid it ! Finally Eastlink representatives realized what happened ( my monies was paid to my older account ) and now would look into the matter to have the monies put into the new account !
Well I am still receiving calls from Eastlink to pay the money even though they have the money from the older account to be switched ! IT DOES NOT MAKE ANY SENSE TO ME ! I did indeed pay money on my account October 3 $116.00 and October 18th for a bill that was due on November 2nd
In just a month I paid a total of $166.00 ( not even 3 months For basic phone abd messaging etc )
I was reassured recently by Eastlink that they FINALLY found the issue and the matter was finally resolved !
Claimed loss: Only to be presented with the most recent bill of $163.95 😠😡 I told the Eastlink representative yesterday that I would not pay anything else until this matter was taken care of even though I was told it was remedied 😡😡😡
