Unbeatable sale prices
I read the reviews carefully and decided to try out ebags.com and I'm glad I did. No store online or otherwise comes close to their site wide sale prices! Shipment of my two Osprey packs came with in 7 days like they said it would and packed securely and arrived in mint condition. Will totally order from them again.

I bought a bag for my wife on here. It was exactly what she wanted and what I ordered. The only thing I disliked about the site was that I found it very hard to just simply browse the site to see what the offered. There was so much to go through. Definitely will not knock off a star for that though. I'd order from them again.

I LOVE this site and its eponymous products. I own the ebags brand Mother Lode, a laptop pack and the packing cubes and I they are essentials. I use and abuse them daily, travel with them and they take it. Highly recommended for bag purchases, but PARTICULARLY recommend that you take a hard look at the ebags-branded option, if there is one, for items you're considering.

Easy to carry and different compartments
Ebags suitcase is great! TLS Mother Lode Mini 21" Wheeled is our model and we love the different compartments. Easy to carry and nice design! We used for a month trip two people combining with a backpack. We can carry all the clothes and separate dirty clothes for laundry. We can also keep cables and computer for our online job. Toilettries can also keep in different compartment since there are many of them. The suitcase is perfect for short trips even for two people. Hopefully trying more products of ebags!
I'm thoroughly baffled by the awful customer service
I'm thoroughly baffled by the awful customer service experiences people are reporting. I've been a loyal eBags customer for 3 years and I almost exclusively buy their in-house brand. The best purse I've ever owned is from them, and all of their eBags brand items carry a LIFETIME warranty. My purse developed a bad lining rip on the inside and I wanted to repair or replace it. When I originally called customer service, the rep told me bags had a two-year warranty, and I corrected him and said no, all eBags products are lifetime warranty. He said he would check with a manager and call me back. I never got a call back, which bummed me out. But I recently emailed customer service to follow up, and in less than an hour after my email, the warranty department had a replacement ready to send. I didn't have to ship the ripped bag, send pictures, nada. I have the Piazza Day Bag (purse from heaven), Motherlode overnighter backpack, a laptop bag, and packing cubes. I'll never get handbags or luggage anywhere else. Ever.

Supra DLX 3 piece set
I placed an order for this set on 11/29/21. Order #EBG35171076. I immediately tried canceling the order, I was told that I could not and to refuse delivery. I did that, and ebags confirmed that they received it on 12/8. I have been told a couple times not that they have processed my refund, but I have not received anything. I've called (never once have had anyone answer) sent NUMEROUS emails, chatted with associates on the rare occasion that option is available. My emails are not answered and there has been no resolution. At this point, my $233.19 has been stolen!

I ordered a carry on and a battery online through ebags.com, however, I was not sent the battery -- instead I received a luggage tag!
I have made several attempts to contact them online through the website and via email, but received NO RESPONSE! I am very upset & totally disappointed in this company as I am not getting a response from anyone!

Not allowing an order still in process to be cancelled
After confirming an order yesterday (June 21) (Order Number: EBG35121845), I was surprised not to see an expected delivery date. As I wasn't planning to be at the proposed address beyond the weekend, I immediately contacted customer service and tried to cancel. It appears that you cannot cancel orders, even those that haven't been processed yet, and customer service (via chat) could only suggest that I contact UPS to return the product once it goes out, and only then can I consider getting a refund.
I would caution anyone considering a purchase from eBags -- their customer service and unwillingness to deal with a cancellation *before they'd even processed the order* is mystifying.

I have read their return policy and completed the form to receive a return label. Every time it says "try again later." Later hasn't produced a form.

I will not buy from them again
eBags is absolutely terrible company and there is no customer service! When I tried to contact eBags via phone they never picked up and their line was always busy! I wasn't able to reach anyone no matter how hard I've tried.
I ordered a handbag from them and I paid extra money to get it in two days but it actually took them over two months to deliver it. All that time I was in stress and had no idea what to do, I thought I lost my money, but suddenly two months later my bag finally arrived. I'm glad that I finally received it but these two months were a real nightmare. I will not buy from them again and would not recommend them to anyone.
Do not use Ebags!
Ordered a bag from eBags and it looked nothing like pictures on their website! It was just a cheap copy of what was in the actual photo. Material was very cheap and I was extremely disappointed with my purchase. I immediately contacted customer service and provided photos and they said that there was nothing wrong with the bag and refused to refund my money! I will not be purchasing any more bags form this compnay. Avoid!
misleading pricematch
I purchased the northface sweeper bag from ebags.com, a few hours later I found the bag for 25 dollars cheaper http://www.sunnysports.com/Prod/NFCPSWN.html#ReviewInfoTab. I contacted the customer service professional on live chat to cancel my order but he assured me that if I submitted a price adjust request that they would honor it. After receiving the bag I received an email stating my pricematch had been rejected. I went online to ask why and was told the link was broken, I sent the link again and said it was not broken. The agent (Charles) then told me that he could not see the price on the website and to call in. I called in and was told by Aaron that the bag was not the same edition (false- verified with Northface that only one edition of the sweeper bag has been released), and that when he added it to the cart it did not "stick". I have no idea what this means as I was able to order the same bag from the site within minutes! I will be returning the bag and will never make a purchase from ebags.com ever again!

It was a long process but ebags.com came through!
They list deals encouraging customers to use a code, in this case, HURRY, in order to get an EXTRA 20% off. EXTRA here, doesn't actually mean extra anything. After spending an hour shopping their site, measuring my suit cases, and calculating how many packing cubes would fit into them, I input the code that should have lowered my price by 20%. The items in my cart were, in fact, on sale. But, it's safe to assume that when a website claims that a code will get you an EXTRA 20% off, you should actually get an EXTRA 20% off. It is completely misleading. I'd go so far as to say this was fraudulent. When I shared my concerns with my husband, he said he had also had the same bait-and-switch experience with eBags when they asserted that you can't have an extra 20% off items that are already on sale. I made contact both via Live Chat and email. Each response was curt and failed to acknowledge the misleading nature of their ads. I won't be back to this site. Don't waste your time shopping there, since they will lie to you and speak to you as if YOU'RE the one being deceitful.
It's a SCAM. They just want you to visit their website. I was able to place an order 3 days ago. I got a notification today that my order has been cancelled. I'm pissed. Boooooooo!

Do Not give them your email address! They will send you SPAM 10 times a day and will not unsubscribe you from their mailing list. I have repeatedly asked to be removed. I have even spoken to one of their representatives and he promised that he would remove my name. This has gone on for a month now and they keep sending me SPAM! I sent my last request today before filing a complaint with the FTC.
ok, so presumably you've already been charged shipping once, now you are going to pay shipping again to send it back? Not to mention the inconvenience. In addition to which they will likely charge you a restocking fee. How's that $25 savings gonna be looking then?
Fraud - Return credit issued then reinstated 5 months later
I returned a $125 bag. The company took weeks to credit me. I had to make multiple calls. They told me on the phone they received the item and had not gotten around to giving me credit. I asked for email confirmation of the return (they send emails for the purchase so doesn't that make sense). They refused.. (dealing with a foreigner). I finally received a credit. Now 5 months later, the same charge back-dated to November is re-instated. How this is even possible is beyond me. Now I have to go through the credit company..? This is infuriating and I will never deal with this company again. I recommend you stay away too.

Just have to say their return service is extremely poor and somewhat dishonest. Happened to return my purchases to eBags. First, request my return via eBags.com and it said to wait for certain time to received my return label, so I wait, wait, and wait.. eventually I have to call their Rep to request for return and they don't have any record of my return request?!? Luckily, I have my return label after the call. I did the returns, but they only credited me 1 of the 3 items returned, which doesn't make sense because I packed everything in the same box. I called their Rep. and the Rep seems to know it right away about being received ALL my Return items. Just curious: they just forget... short of staff... or scam?!? After all they still refund my money! just wander why I have to keep checking on them to get my return fix, instead of having me return worry-free as a happy customer!?! I purchased a luggage item from eBags on Jan. 18, 2009. Received order confirmation, with expected delivery on Jan. 21, 2009. I subsequently sent an email asking them to price match to a competitor's website. I received an email on Jan. 19 in the morning saying that eBags will price match and send me a credit. Late in the afternoon, received another email from eBags saying that they are canceling order. I believe that their so-called price match policy is a fraud. I sent them an email stating that but have not received a response.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I requested a price match on a Kelty Cooler right after placing my order. Within the hour I received the 110% price match as well as the promised $10.00 store credit. I was very pleased.
They are the worst, late on the delivery, sent to wrong address. Their Customer Service department is mostly non-english speaking that hasn't a clue.
