eBay review: Sai.export

I bought a ring set from them. They sent it late and I was already out of the country when was delivered. When I returned, one month later - I realized that the product was not as described. The lab certificate was missing and tested moissanite by my jeweler.

I asked for a return and refund.

After a lot of struggle they sent me a return label. I returned the item but they will not refund me.

Ring that was represented by buyer in eBay and bought by me - (with a http lab made diamond.

I asked seller for the certificate as advertised because the diamond tested Moissanite.

The seller changed then the listing. see pic

eBay doesn’t refund because it looks that the item that I got is what the seller represented. eBay did not took in consideration the difference in the item represented

There is a substantial value difference between a lab created diamond and a moissanite. I don’t care for moissonaite.

Until today I still did not received my money back although the item is not in my possession.

I believe that the seller takes advantage of eBay and its customers and that is fraudulent.

I think that is the responsibility of eBay to look into this sort of situations and to commit to integrity of its operations

I contacted my police station and the issue is under investigation but I am very disappointed of eBay customer service care and support
