Was told to open claim for water damage in my guest bathroom. There was no extensive damage, 60 dollar drywall repair needed. They want you to sign before you talk to the adjusters...scary if I would have fell for it.
I had called a plumber out to replace a leaking garbage disposal
I had called a plumber out to replace a leaking garbage disposal. While he was onsight he showed me that I had some water damage in the cabinet and offered to put me in touch with Ecodry. Within an hour I had a representative from Ecodry at my house. I would have been surprised to get a phone call that quickly, so having someone at my house was a welcome surprise. Chris did his review of the damage and walked me through the details. He even offered me guidance with opening up a claim with my insurance company. Approximately, two hours later a crew from Ecodry was at my house. They did their work quickly, safely and followed all social distancing as would be expected nowadays. Once their work was competed I received a follow up call to schedule a return trip the following day to check on the moisture levels. The technician arrived at the scheduled time and did his moisture review. I was fortunate that there wasn't much moisture so the dry out had completed within 1 day instead of the usual 3-5 days. Working with Ecodry has exceeded all my expectations. I would highly recommend this company for dealing with any water damage at your residence. This could have been a very stressful experience but thanks to Ecodry, it was great.
