I was there at 0955hrs - waiting for my haircut at 10am.
The female hairstylist was impatient when I tried to explain the hair cut that I wanted. At one stage - she asked whether the hair trimmer was at No 1, I have no idea of the number to set for the hair trimmer and she commented that she didn't know what I wanted and walked away-telling another hair stylist to attend to me. What attitude is this? When customer suggested a particular hair style, as a professional hair stylist should be able to roughly guess &suggest to customer whether the cut is suitable for the face features and not make the customer looked like idiots! I would like to terminate and have the balance in my card refunded back to me asap. Thank you
