On Friday November 24 th around 1330 visited the store to purchase some items. The total amount was about 490.00+ - I wanted to used a gift card and the balance on credit card. After they charged all the items the lady at the register advised me that they cannot take gift cards and i should come back to buy more staff later on because its a new system and does accept gift cards..(( I did not get her idea come back in the future to buy more? why?) when i asked her what should i do she goes i will call my manager a "person" named Jonathan. An arrogant , unprofessional with no manners, inexperienced individual with no management skills or customer service skills, young and very route. ... He came over and asked him the same question... he insisted and by raising his voice telling me it was my problem... i have asked him multiple times what should i do and his answer was ,,, "" I have no idea."" I advised him that i will report the incident and his attitude was "" so what there is nothing you can do about it""... Things were out of line... I can go back return everything and never go back to thsi store again, But HR must be aware and find different ways to hire these kind of individuals who raise their voices and have no solution to problems other than been unprofessional... At the end of the i used all the amount in my credit card and and now i have gift card in my hand that i do not need
Desired outcome: I would like an apology and to allow me to return the items - use my gift card and reverse the charge on my credit card
