I have purchased a product on 16th oct 2020. After delivery, As the quality is not good I returned the product. They came and picked up on 25th morning (confirmed authenticity by OTP). But the status then after showing as pickup failed. I recorded the phone call with the pickup guy and shared the details with customer care also but they are not responding at all and telling me to wait for 20 days just to update. Had a similar issue with flipkart delivery also to my brother, where is purchased a product and showing as delivered even though it is not. And no response for that also.
Not giving refund even after taking product back

It shows the status of the products as delivered and we haven't received the orders.
Is that not your responsibility to check whether the order has been delivered, and we have received the mail as the order has been delivered.
We have already raised the complaint on October 9th, but we haven't received the complaint number, but we have received the complaint number on October 12th.
Do you think that the customers need to wait for 3 days to get the complaint number.
And again when we are calling to the customer service they keep on repeating the same statement as we would get back to you within 48 hours and that's
not been done till date.
This looks pitty on your end you do not have tracking of the orders where the products have been delivered, and do you think that the customers would
in form you regarding these that the courier we haven't received.
You just try to push these towards the customers end saying to prove about the signature, how can you expect the customers to prove the signatures.
As we are not bothered about the signatures it's your responsibility to check and deliver the products to the right person.
This shows how security is in place, without even looking at the identity proof how can you just order the products to the random the customers.
This shows how you are stubborn to the customers and least bothered to check the status, and if we are trying to reach you out.
It's difficult to reach you, do you expect customers to spend their precious time just to call and know the never ending status calls.
Every time the customers are forced to call the customer service and there would be no response.
I would like to understand what is the SLA to the customer complaints.
It's been 15 days still you would try to point the error to the customers side.
I would need the refund right now to my account.
Is this the way you respond to customers?
This is really bad experience to me, and bad image on Myntra.
We have lost the trust on your company.

I ordered jbl earphones rom myntra.com and received empty jbl box without earphones in it. Called courier boy and registered complaint through myntra customer service. I have read many complaints of this sort on forums and they simply say we did quailty check and dont care about customers. How can something like this happen if you deliver it right. I am an English woman living in Mumbai, so I decided to buy something from Indian websites not to pay extra for delivery (because most of Uk websites charge a lot of money).
I purchased a Caprese Coral Pink Solid Shoulder Bag with Tassel and it arrived damaged. I called their customer care and barely understood what they wanted to tell me. Their English was really bad.
I would understand it if they didn't claim their representatives speak English well. Even their website is in English, so it means something.

regarding product delivery

I have ordered a product in myntra on 24th April 2017. My order number is [protected]-3286603. On 28th April I got message that the product is successfully delivered. But i have not got the product. When i called the delivery executive he said he will deliver it in 30 mins. After that he switched off his mobile. Then i called to customer care several times, they are telling that they are not able to reach the delivery executive. I have already paid for that product. In customer care records its showing its delivered. But they are not telling me who has collected it. No more trust with Myntra.
Cheap Quality Nike shoes
Cheap Quality Nike shoes bought through Myntra 5 months back. It has torned in a few places. Nike shoes have a waranty on their shoes. I tried claiming the waranty through Nike and Myntra but don't have denied any help in the matter. I bought through Myntra with a 20% discount coupon. Myntra are claiming that as I used a discount coupon, I can't claim waranty. When I spoke with Nike, they are surprised that I got such a big discount on the shoe and are not willing to help with the waranty. Nike not even willing to coordinate with Myntra [their product seller] to resolve the Issue. I am submitting this information to consumer complaint forums and I recommend everyone not to buy from Myntra and Nike, Horible service and No help. Myntra Order number : [protected].
Myntra not picking up 2 of my products

I asked Myntra to return my first product PrettySecrets Bodycon Black and White dress with order id [protected] and return id 4363009 on 23rd March, the very day on which I received the product. They provided me the option of a pickup. 7 working days passed and nobody came to receive the package. They raised a complaint and asked me to wait for 5 days. It passed on 8th April. Now they are asking me to wait longer.
Meanwhile another product of mine PrettySecrets Color Pretty Green Top suffered the same fate. Its order id [protected] generated the request with id 4449101 on 1st of April. Its 7 days passed on 7th April. And again they are repeating the ineffective process of lodging a complaint and are asking me to wait for 5 days.
I have a sum of Rs. 2000 hanging on because of myntra. I am a student and this is what I earned teaching students. Kindly help me get my money back.
Harassing people and refuse to give refund after closing account intentionally
Myntra closes account intentionally without any prior notice. And then refuses to give any refund of the outstanding balance which was left before they deleted the account suddenly. Now, they say they have deleted the account as i had used multiple gift cards in my account and hence they want to see all my gift cards that was ever sent to me and used by me in that particular account. Unless i produce that, they wont give any refund. Well, if thats a logic, they will soon after ask me to produce my salary slip or account of monthly earnings to find out whether i am really capable enough to buy their stuffs or not! The way the customer care representatives and managers harass and humiliate as if i am not a buyer but a criminal, and my crime is usage of multiple gift cards, which they publicly sell on the site! So, you can only buy the gift cards and give myntra money, you should never use them in the account or else the account will be deleted if you start using and then they will start their policy games which changes every dawn and therefore have got no meaning. The policies are just there and changed conviniently to safeguard the mistakes done by the staffs like deducting the credit amount without any valid reason or deleting the account as a whole and digesting any outstanding amount in the account. From "new age fashion" to bluffmasters! Journey of myntra is so very fashionable indeed and unique!
Didn't respond to complaint
I have purchased a item whose order numbeer is 6003910 which consists of Fila Men shoe and Lotto flip flop, both became useless, the Fila Men shoe sole got broken and Lotto flip flop strip get broken with in one month. I register the same complain and upload picture of both item many time, on there site and also mail them at [protected]@myntra.com. First they were telling that did not get any mail from me, I tried about 10 time and cc to my other email id, I were able to got the mail on my another mail Id, but they didn’t and I also make number of call and spent around 100 ruppe, every time they told that sir please mail us again, after that pne day they reply that they got my mail, and the are ready to return flip flop(cost Rs 350) but the problem is that they were not talking about shoe(cost Rs 1699). Then I mailed them again and asked them what about the shoe they replied that please send us picture of defected shoe we didn’t get the shoe picture, they are making me fool they are able see flip flop picture but did’nt able see the shoe picture in the same formate and attached in the same mail.
And I started mailing them from 20th may still they say that plesae send us picture, and every time I send them defected shoe picture but they told that they didn, t recive any picture. I am sending them picture using my gmail Id, where they picture are going I can’t understand their policy behind this.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
