Me and my family travelled from OR Tambo in Johannesburg to Dublin Ireland on 30 October vir Cairo.

I am requesting compensation for my damaged travel system we booked in as cabin luggage (before we got up the plane)
The value of the travel system is more than €1200 but it will cost me €1200 to replace as it is now on a sale. I have attached images of costs of replacement to this email.
When we landed in Dublin, our new 3 piece travel system was nowhere to be found. We had to leave all our details and 2 days later it was delivered to our house in an unusable condition. Now my son is without a carseat so I expect this to be sorted asap so that I can repurchase this travel system asap.
Please let me know how the payment of compensation will be made. It is very upsetting to see how our valuables that we entrusted to Egyptair are treated with such disrespect!
I have sent 3 emails to [protected]@egyptair.com since 2 November 2023 and haven't heard anything.
