My parents came to visit the 19th, arriving at by Egyptair at JFK. One of their bags was mistakenly taken by one of the passengers. The other passenger took their bag to Orlando. the bag contains medicine for my mother and therefore she neede it immediately. The quality of service provided by Egyptair was below mediocre. Total chaos in communications combined with negligence and no one would any sort of responsibilities or seemed to care that a patient needs a medicine. We were the one searching the name of the other passenger and contacting him. We gave all the informations and yet expected us to solve the problem. They told us to wait untill that passenger travels back to JFK (10 days later) and bring the bag with him.

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

pls i lost a bag and i was told to file a complaint, after they told me they will get back to me its bin three weeks now, pls i really need my bag

I lost my bag on a flight by Egypt air from Algeria to Kuala Lumpur Malaysia in 14 March 2013, flight numbers were MS 846 and MS960.
I claimed in KL international airport then claimed to Egypt air several times but up till now, Egypt air is not caring about the lost bag .I think, if all my efforts are not sufficient to return the lost bag, i should go to the Malaysian court to compensate for the bag and for the careless attention of Egypt air .MERIEM DJAMILA

I lost my bag while my return from Tripoli and I submit a claim no:CAIMS82636 And the response was very cool as it seems that the employees are used for this mess and no care about the content of the luggage to the traveler.
this was on 16/04/20113 and till now I am hearing a lot of excuses at the time I sent all the details like bag photo and my business card which existing on my bag and till now I have a negative reaction, it seems that customer satisfaction means nothing to them.

Dose anybody know where lost baggage ends up if noone collects it. i heard theres a big warehouse that all lost baggage that is lost on egypt air airlines ends up. can someone please provide me with an address and number. very urgent.
