Hi,
I wanted to make a formal complaint so that no one else has to go through what I went through obtaining your co pay card.
October 4th, 2023 I was approved for my co pay card and overjoyed that I can continue this medication and for only $5.00.
It is now March 29, 2024 and after calling probably a 100 times between Olumiant, Kaiser, Med Impact and Senderra Pharmacy I was given a number to call #800-364-4767 and they said oh, we do not work with Kaiser Permenente. Period. We don’t work with them, this co pay card won’t wok for you.
So I was told my medicine was being shipped to my address Feb 5th so I did not get my medication since the co pay from Kaiser was $200.00 a montb. I’ve been without medication for 3 months now and am in great pain with lasting effects.
This entire journey never should have happened. Your company should have told me at the first phone call, “We do not work with Kaiser Permenente.”
Done deal and I would have been spared mentally and physically.
