As someone who values quality service and timely updates, my experience with Emery Rose left much to be desired. Despite the appealing products, the lack of communication and unfulfilled promises overshadowed any excitement. The option to speak with a human representative proved futile, leaving me in the dark about my order status. It's disheartening to still be waiting for updates weeks after placing my order. If transparency, reliable customer service, and timely deliveries matter to you, I recommend approaching Emery Rose with caution.

I strongly advise against it! If you need to return items, it is impossible. It is very challenging to contact ***, so you are unable to return their items even if they do not fit. Thankfully, PayPal is helping me with a dispute, so there is a possibility that I will be reimbursed for my items. I had to spend $20.00 to return the dresses and had to find the address on their website. I also obtained a tracking number to provide to PayPal. I have learned my lesson and will not purchase anything from a business that is not registered with ComplaintsBoard.com. This is my new motto.
Actually - this was a good experience. Ordered with some trepidations given the reviews, but I was positively surprised. Delivery was via DHL and quite speedy ( about 1 week). I did order in sizes larger than I usually wear and I did not have an issue with anything being too small. Quality is passable *** definitely what I expected given the low price. I will buy again

Do not do it! If you need to return items, you cannot. It is extremely difficult to contact customer service, so you are stuck with their items even if they do not fit!

I have placed 3 orders and everything was shipped in a timely manner and received within 10 days. I agree the sizing is strange but if you follow the sizing chart you will know what size to order. I don't know about the problem people had with quality but I'm guessing they didn't bother to read the size chart. I an a 10 and ordered a medium which according to their size chart says 4 -6 which in regular size chart would be a small and everything fit well.

The clothing quality is very poor and some fits and sizing were weird. I needed up returning half of my order (paid $24 to ship it back). After contacting customer service to find out where I refund was, I was asked to provide shipping receipt and tracking number, which I did. After that I kept emailing to get a response and never did. After almost two months of them ghosting me, I finally filed a dispute through PayPal (it was smart to pay through PayPal). Within a day, I received my $95 refund from the company. No questions asked and no apology or anything. I highly recommend that you shop elsewhere. I would rather give my money to a reputable company with better quality clothing.

Emory Rose's website is poorly constructed for American usage. The first time I attempted to figure out my shoe size, there was no American conversion for it. After I complained, I notice that when I go on the site, it shoes the EUR and US size. Great. There is no way to immediately cancel an order. I immediately realized that EUR 41 is not USA 10 and attempted to cancel the order. I contacted them on FB and sent emails and followed their AI assistant to leave the message. I received emails that my message had been "escalated". I, then, received an email telling the item had shipped. WOW! The site stated it would take a day or two before they ship. I got on their AI system and got a very polite rep. She informed me it was too late to cancel the order and I would need to contact them again later to get authorization to pay to return the shoes! I asked if I placed "RETURN TO SENDER" on the package if that would work. She stated yes. Two weeks later I receive the package in a 2-day priority mail package which states "Not For Return". Two day service that takes 2 weeks when that wasn't what was even promised to begin with? Was that to make it so I could not return without having to pay to return the package? The shoes were only $30. I refuse to pay $15 to return them and want a refund and free return shipping. There needs to be a way to immediately cancel an order or at the very least don't make it impossible to refuse delivery.

I received an unauthorized charge on my credit card from this business, I have reached out multiple times already in order to have this cancelled and they are refusing to. I am now on day 6 with horrible communication and no explanation besides 'someone from our team will reach out'. I explained multiple times this was an accidental purchase, provided them with the last 4 of the credit card the purchase was made on, and also provided them with a picture of the transaction.
