As a regular shopper at Romwe, I must say I'm impressed! The range of trendy clothing and accessories is amazing. The quality of the products is great for the price. I love the unique styles available that help me stand out. The shipping is usually quick, and the customer service is responsive and helpful. My favorite part is the frequent sales and discounts that make shopping here even more delightful.

Romwe Huge Selection, Amazing Quality, Best Value!

First time using this site, so I made a little "test order" & purchased their Striped Lace Embellished T-Shirt. Goods were packaged nicely and I'm pretty happy with my purchase! I think its a steal at only $8! (on sale at the time) All their products are incredibly cheap, with some great discounts added daily and I could spend hours just browsing their massive selection of clothes & fashion accessories. To be honest I wasn't really expecting much for $8 but I was blown away by the quality of the shirt. Good, strong fabric and seems like it will last a good long while. Have worn & washed it several times and still looks brand new!

The website is responsive & user friendly, easy to navigate and checkout process is straightforward. Customer support were polite, friendly & quick to answer any questions I had, definitely a plus. Haven t had the need to deal with their returns department as I'm satisfied with my purchase and doubt I'll be sending it back ever, but if they're customer support is anything to go by I'm sure it will be an easy, straightforward process. Whole experience in general was easy & smooth, hardest part is making my mind up!

Overall I would recommend Romwe to anyone without hesitation, its a great site with plentiful discounts and a never ending selection of clothes & accessories. Ive already placed my second order with them and can't wait to receive it! Qualified for free shipping as my order was over $50 so that's definitely a bonus :)

Romwe Skeptical at first, but super satisfied. Great quality, true to size, fast delivery!

First, I wasn't hired to write this review lol. I've heard many reviews from people complaining about long delivery time, poor quality, and the clothes not being true to size, but honestly the site became my new favourite e-retailer to shop from. Maybe I got lucky, but I'm definitely shopping there again. First, everything is true to size. Looks the same as what is displayed on the site, and was even better quality material than I expected. For t-shirts, the print isn't that bad and the material is usually cotton, so it's super comfortable. Some shirts are more polyester based, but personally I don't mind those as well. In fact they feel like a cotton-poly blend. And the sizing is true to size, but I recommend going one size up in case they shrink. For shipping, I got both my shipments on time as promised. The first time I ordered regular delivery, and later I ordered a bunch of shirts and shorts with express, and they both came on the same day a week later! And I'm from Canada, so that really impressed me. But as a Canadian, I usually have to pay customs, which was almost 30 CAD, but, ROMWE also gives you many deals and coupons if you haven't noticed so I actually initially had a $30 discount. I didn't lose any money at all! Out of everything I bought, only one pair of shorts was a bit smaller than the others so I may give it away. Other than that, I'm so happy that I found a store where I can order good quality and stylish clothes for super cheap! If you feel it's still risky, I still definitely recommend going for it.

Romwe Order didn't turn up- but was resolved

I posted this review a few days ago, and romwe have responded and refunded my missing items. Big thanks to romwe for getting back to me, even if it did take a while. Other than the slow responses, the quality of the items I did receive and the time it took to receive them was worth the money I paid, and if romwe manage to find a better courier I would order from them again.

I ordered a few things with romwe at the same time, and half of my order came quite quickly (within a week or so). The items were good quality, although a bit on the small side (their sizings are a little off, you need to check the exact measurements before buying.) when trying to track down the remainder of my order, the site was little to no help. In their help section I was advised to check with a neighbour or the post office, which I did and still no answers. I then attempted to submit a ticket to complain, but was met with technical difficulties from the website. I then tracked down a contact email and complained directly, to which I had a very slow response which still didn't answer any questions or give me any indications of where the remainder of my order was. I was then told the rest of the order was on its way and to wait another week. I have since contacted them twice (more than a month later) stating my order still hasn't turned up and I have had no response and no indication of whether it is coming or I will get my money back. I'm not sure if it's an issue with the company or the courier, as my items are being displayed as delivered, but the fact is I paid ?45 for items I never received. I just want my money back, but it's looking like that won't happen. I wouldn't use this site again, mostly because their customer service is shocking.

Romwe Would come back, very happy

After placing an order on Romwe.com, and then reading many negatives reviews about sizing, shipping, customer service and quality, my expectations were definitely very low! However I can honestly say I am beyond impressed with Romwe after my first experience, and here's why.

SHIPPING: I am in Australia, I placed an order on a Friday afternoon, and received my package to my door the NEXT FRIDAY! I paid no shipping as my order was over $100 and received it in 1 week! Cant complain about that especially from China. 5/5 for shipping. Everything was packaged nicely as well.

CUSTOMER SERVICE: After I placed my order I received an email immediately from Romwe.com and another email as soon as my order was shipped.

SIZING: I am not sure whether I got very lucky because I know a lot of people have a trouble with clothes being too big or too small but for me all my 9 items I ordered fit perfectly. I ordered my usual size which is a small or a 8/10 AUS size and even the one size items fit perfectly as well. I did order a size up in the hoodie, because I wanted it slightly bigger, and that fits perfectly. So pretty happy with that considering I was worried about things not fitting.

QUALITY: I must be honest and say I was very surprised by the quality. All my items were very decent quality, well made and all the fabrics were lovely and way better than I thought they would be. Pretty comparable to many clothes stores in Australia.

Overall very happy with 9 items for $103, cant complain at all and I will ordering again.
I guess be weary about what you choose to buy, and make that judgment before and if your bigger than a size a typical small/medium then the 'one size' option probably wont fit. But I recommend giving it a shot, because I am happy with my order.

Romwe I love, love LOVE IT! - Honest review - Use your own judgment!

I'm 16 years old and I found out about this store while looking for some cool, edgy, but affordable pieces that would match my style, and I sure did hit the lotto with Romwe! (This is all my own opinion by the way, and if I had not been so satisfied, I would have said differently.)
A lot of critiques tend to say the same things about their orders, but there are explainable reasons for them.
Shipping takes too long - plan ahead of time! This is a Chinese based site, so be considerate of why it might arrive a little longer than you thought.
Poor Service - Let me just say, every time I spoke to the helpers, but I was AMAZED by their kindness. I don't know where people are getting that, but to me, I really do enjoy Romwe's customer service. Just be considerate that they are in fact an Asian based company, therefore, might not speak that well of English:)
Clothing quality is bad - This is what made my ENTIRE experience worth while. EACH and EVERY one of my clothes turned out wellmade, and I will post pictures below to show! The material is thick and soft, on the Anime outfit and the one with the blue haired boy, while the Superman shirt had a nice, unique texture which fit the style! The pink game shirt surprised me because I thought it would be a much thicker material, but it was still great nonetheless!
Sizing is inaccurate- I know things may be different since this was produced in China, but the sizing chart shows exactly what you will see when you recieve it. Trust me, just get your handy tape measurer and ensure that you are measuring yourself correctly, and you won't have any problems. ALL of my clothes fit, all of them!
I'm your average size, if not a little more at over 120 pounds, so I'm not a skinny girl who fits in everything, and still got great shirts:)
Overall, if you disregard all of the slanderous remarks about this site, you will hit a LOT of jackpots!
Thank you Romwe! I will definitely be shopping here often, and am waiting on my second order!

Romwe Not at all what i expected! In a good way!

I bought about $150 worth of clothing from romwe and after placing my order I decided to look up some reviews. The reviews were NOT good and I got very scared, then placed a ticket for romwe to cancel my order. However, due to the extreme time difference, I did not hear back from them right away and while I was awaiting their response, I found a blog that gave a fairly decent review on them so I decided to change my mind and keep my order.

In the blog I read, she talked about how the sizes are WAY smaller than what americans are used to so I submitted another ticket to customer service to change the jeans I ordered from a Medium to a Large (I weigh 120lbs, never thought I would be a large in anything!). The customer service ticket was taken care of within 24 hours, so that was impressive!

The blog I read also talked about a lengthy shipping time since the clothes come from china and that even when you get the clothes, they are of poor quality. I shrugged my shoulders to the latter and decided to just be patient with the shipping.

Low and behold, two weeks later I get a package with half of my order! I was surprised in a good way! Also was surprised by the material of the shirts. NOT CHEAP material at all and so very soft. I wore one of the shirts the next day and could NOT stop touching it throughout the day, it was so comfortable.

A short week after that package arrived, the rest of my order came in. The pants I changed from a medium to a large were in the correct size and let me just say, they are the most comfortable pair of jeans I have EVER worn. I have wide hips so sometimes jeans can be too constricting and by the end of the day I cant wait to take them off. With these jeans though, I was actually sad when the end of the day came. My only complaint is the the distressed knees of the pants (the slit/cut at the knee) was not at the knee. I ended up just taking a razor blade and making another slit at where my knee was, no big deal. (If any Romwe rep is reading this, tell your clothe-makers to put the pants on the mannequin to determine where the knee part of the jean is, it is obvious they just assumed and made a cut, which was wrong)

Overall, my experience was AMAZING. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

Romwe Don't worry! Honestly a great experience =]

After seeing all the negative reviews I HAD to tell about my POSITIVE experience. A lot of the things said about Romwe are over-exaggerated and completely unfair.

I shopped on Romwe after seeing all of their ads on facebook and was amazing at how cheap everything was and how unique and cute their products are! I spent around a 100 dollars (including the 60% off discount you get with your first purchase) I then realized that I knew nothing about them! I read a ton on review after my purchase and got extremely anxious with bad reviews I saw. I even messaged customer service that I was concerned but hopeful. They got back to me the next day! Which I didn't expect. All of my products came in the mail about two and a half weeks later (which is longer than they said but I am patient I mean they come all the way from china!) I once ordered a costume from china from a different site and it took two months! So this was very fast for me =] plus your package is very closely tracked, you can track it from a number and website they give you after your purchase!

Now, the clothes I was also nervous wouldn't be what I expected, HOWEVER they were GREAT! The materials were the exact same as any forever 21 I've shopped at! The fit was good (some skirts gave my a little muffin top but thats because I just got back from vacation) The measurements I checked for each size matched up to what I received. If you like forever 21, charlotte russe, and unique cute stuff you will love Romwe. Same exact quality as forever 21 seriously. This store just made me realize what a $#*!ing rip off forever 21 is. Selling the same china made stuff for like double the price, and don't get me wrong its still cheap but I would never have been able to get what I got at Romwe for the price I paid there.

My ONLY criticism - they should be more honest with shipping time, good customers understand the wait, I mean how much of a brat can you be expecting something from china to come in three days. ALSO, there was one peice (a unique romper with a lace top) that did not look the same in the picture, however its still cute I just need to make some changes to the top there are these weird pads over the nips that look out of place but its easily fixed.

For $112 at Romwe I got:
1 pair of highwaisted jean shorts
4 skirts
1 kimono
2 rompers
3 shirts

=D I highly recommend shopping here! I would suggest adding an inch to the waist size of the skirts! Unless you have abs XD

Romwe Exceptional Service

Let me go straight to the point, I was never a fan of online shopping until I found ROMWE and now I am addicted to the website and cannot help but always buy something, what else could I have asked for? Very professional with their service and excellent customer service! A friend of mine introduce me to ROMWE, I was skeptical to shop from them because of some bad experience I have had overtime with some companies online, couple with some of the reviews on ROMWE, but after so much persuasion from my friend, I tried to give it a trial and the experience was unbelievable experience, so glad I make a try with them. They are so great and real, ROMWE is an astounding online store to shop. Their delivery time was also excellently superb, just love everything about them. Very quick and their fashion styles were okay, Excellent site, great price and quality. I went there to order some dress for my niece and my children as their birthday gifts and found out that I couldn't even stay under my budget because they have so many cute things. The website is really easy to use so ordering was a breeze, and it was shipped and arrived within the time frame they listed on the shipping FAQ chart. The clothes are seriously great. The quality surprised me a lot. I am a fashion snob and I inspect stitching, fabrics, cut, etc. All of my items rank right up there with some other high end brands, the quality of the cloth I got there are of great quality, the store is filled up with so many great materials. Most of the dresses are nicely made, Romwe always have the best fashion in the clothing industry with comparison to other fashion labels. The Material of the clothes was pretty nice, the cloths are even cheaper than their competitor's own, and the material doesn't fade or shrink in the washer. The dress came exactly like the picture I saw on their site, which is a huge plus.
Honestly speaking, Romwe has become my favorite catalogs. It has a wonderful catalog selection with different things to suit everyone's fashion needs and desires.
To be on ROMWE always, is an unforgettable and awesome shipping experience of my Online shopping and getting them at the fastest speed at my door step.
Finally, ROMWE will be recommended to all my associates, I must say, with all fact and evidence before me that this site is one of the best I have ever ordered from in my entire life. I have being ordering from many sites before, but with ROMWE, I have never had such an easy and stress free experience in online dealing. What entices me the more was their Extra-ordinary customer support, which was available to answer all my questions, in regards to the item itself, and other item not related to what I purchased. The shipping methods itself, is a class own its own.

Romwe ROMWE Review: Terrible Experience, Charged 3 Times for 1 Order, Incompetent Customer Service

I had a terrible experience with ROMWE. I tried to place an order earlier today, but my card was getting declined. The status of my order is waiting for payment. However, when I checked my bank account, I was shocked to see that they charged me three times! I was charged $153.99 for an order that I didn't even complete. I opened a ticket and explained the situation in detail, but their customer service rep kept insisting that they couldn't find my order number. I was getting desperate, so I started chatting with a representative via their live chat. At first, she couldn't understand the situation and kept telling me to use a different card. I told her that I didn't want to purchase anything anymore, I just wanted my money back.

My original order was worth $51.33, and my card got declined for some reason, so I stopped ordering. When I checked my bank account later that night, I was mortified to see that they charged me three times, all were made at exactly 15:58. My bank said the charges were made within seconds apart! How were they able to do that when I only tried to place an order once?! I sent screenshots of my online banking and the order itself to the representative, and I gave her my whole card number, date, and time of the charges so that it would be easier to look up.

I worked for the Fraud and Payments Department of a major Fashion Website in Manila, so I have an idea of how it works. She said she would have her colleague check it, and they would email me within the day. However, based on what I have already experienced, I'm losing hope that I can resolve this without involving the bank. I am now disputing these three charges with Visa, all amounting to $153.99. What a nightmare!

I do not recommend this website. They will just cause a whole lot of inconvenience to you. This was the last response from their rep: "Dear, Thank you for your message. For this order: RWBYH27715, you failed to pay, if you don't trust us, you can contact your bank for an answer. Any questions, feel free to contact us. Sincerely, Customer service Romwe.com."

I failed to pay? I have clear evidence that they charged me not once but three times, and they have the audacity to accuse me of lying? I DON'T TRUST their company. I have been patient and understanding that there is a language barrier, and their English is limited, which is why they may come off as rude, but this is just gross! There is no point arguing with their incompetent customer service rep. To anybody who might be lured to this website because of the cheap prices, you won't even get what you paid for, you get nothing but inconvenience.

Romwe Romwe Review: Inconsistent Sizing, Poor Quality, and Frustrating Returns - Don't Waste Your Time or Money

I've been a frequent shopper on Romwe for quite some time now, having made over 10 purchases with a total cost of $150 or more. I must say, my experience with this site has been a mixed bag. While they do have a great selection of dresses, I've found that even with dresses, the fit can be quite weird. I often have to use pins to adjust the fit in certain areas. As for pants, I wouldn't even bother trying. The sizing is ridiculous and inconsistent. And don't even get me started on the shirts - the sleeves are always too short and the material feels like paper. Plus, they're always see-through!

In the past, I've written reviews advising others to use the measurements provided by Romwe to ensure a good fit. However, I've come to realize that this is not always the case. I can order a medium in every single item and half of them will be too big for someone who weighs over 200lbs and is over 6 feet tall, while the other half will be small enough to fit on a child's doll. It's frustrating and disappointing.

Recently, I posted reviews for items that were completely off in terms of sizing. As you can see if you browse through the reviews on the website, Romwe's only response is to ask if you checked the measurements. I even attached photos of the items with a measuring tape around them to prove my point, but my reviews were not approved. It's clear that Romwe doesn't care about their customers' experiences.

If you do decide to order from Romwe, be prepared for a long wait to receive your order. And even when it does arrive, the sizing will likely be wrong and the quality will be subpar. I've found that 90% of the time, the material is see-through. And if you order a large enough order to qualify for free express shipping, don't get too excited. Romwe will separate your order into several shipments and only send one as express, even if you paid for express shipping for all of them. You'll end up waiting over a month to receive the rest of your order.

Dealing with returns is a whole other issue. I've had to go through the process multiple times and it's always a hassle. It's a waste of time and money.

And don't even bother with the bathing suits. I ordered them last year according to my size and measurements, but they were completely off. The cups were way too big, even though I ordered according to my cup size. Romwe's response was that the measurements were posted online and it was my problem if it didn't fit. It's frustrating to say the least.

It's worth noting that Romwe is essentially the same as Shein. In fact, half of the items I've ordered from Romwe have come with Shein labels. So, I wouldn't recommend using Shein either.

Lastly, be wary of the good reviews on Romwe. I've received emails from them offering free credits and other incentives if I give them a good review. It's clear that some people are getting paid to post positive reviews, so don't trust them. Overall, I would advise against shopping on Romwe.

Romwe Mixed Feelings About ROMWE: Discounts and Quick Customer Service, But Sizing and Quality Concerns

I recently purchased some items from ROMWE and I have mixed feelings about my experience. Let's start with the bad. I ordered 4 items, 3 hoodies, and a t-shirt. I usually wear a small/medium size, so I ordered the hoodies in medium to make sure they were comfy. However, two of the hoodies were only available in one size, which I assumed would be a medium or large. Unfortunately, they were much smaller than I expected and would only fit a 9-12 year old girl. I wish ROMWE had specified the size of the one-size items. It took almost a month for the items to arrive, which was a bit frustrating. Additionally, I noticed that some of the pictures of the models wearing the clothes were heavily photoshopped, which made me question the quality of the clothing.

On the bright side, the other hoodie I ordered had a size option and I got a small, which fit well. The t-shirt I ordered was also great. I accidentally ordered two of the same item, but I was able to get my money back quickly by writing a ticket. I appreciate that they put the money back into my "wallet". The discounts on ROMWE are fantastic, and I was able to get all 4 items for only $70 with a coupon. The shipping was also reasonably priced.

I recently ordered a dress for only $18 (including shipping) that I'm excited about, but I'm a little worried about the quality. I hope it arrives before the wedding I'm attending this weekend, but I doubt it will. Overall, I had a mixed experience with ROMWE. While I appreciate the discounts and the quick customer service, I wish they were more transparent about the sizes of their one-size items and the quality of their clothing.

Romwe Disappointing Experience with Romwe: Missing Item and Poor Customer Service

I recently made a purchase from Romwe.com and I must say, it was a bit of a disappointment. I ordered 11 items in early-mid April, hoping to get some black colored clothing for my new job and a pink sweater that I had been eyeing for months. I didn't want to buy the sweater alone because I live in Canada and the shipping cost was not worth it. So, I decided to order a few more items to get free express shipping and expected my package to arrive in a week.

However, after a couple of weeks, only 10 of my 11 items were ready to ship. I was confused because everything I picked was listed as in stock and/or priority dispatching. Finally, on May 8th, I received an email saying that everything was processed and shipped except for one shirt. The email stated, "We are writing to inform you that your order will be shipped in separate packages, as some of the item(s) are in popular demand and will take a while to arrive."

I received my package on May 12th, but sadly, my pink sweater was missing. I opened a ticket with Romwe, but it didn't feel like they read or cared about what I was asking for. I asked if it was possible to have the pink crop sweater shipped with the last shirt that was yet to be shipped. However, they offered to refund the money for the sweater as compensation. I was upset because I didn't ask for a refund, I wanted my items. I also checked the page for my other shirt, and it was still listed as IN STOCK. This was horrible.

I replied to their email, stating that I would like to receive the pink crop sweater rather than a refund. I didn't mind waiting, and I asked if there was an estimated time for the delayed item. However, they suggested a full refund of the pink sweater to save my time. I was confused because how would it be quicker for me to place a new order completely? I felt like they were giving me BS reasons on why the refund would be better for me, and I didn't have time for that. In the end, I just accepted the refund.

Although the other items I received were good, I will never order from Romwe again. It was a frustrating experience, and I don't want to go through that again.

Romwe Romwe Review: Poor Quality Clothes, Terrible Customer Service, and Scamming Tactics

So, I came across Romwe and decided to give it a try. I mean, who doesn't love a good deal, right? Well, let me tell you, I was in for a rude awakening. The clothes I received were of such poor quality that I wouldn't even use them as rags to clean my house. And to make matters worse, the sizes were completely off! I mean, I followed their size chart and still ended up with clothes that were either too big or too small.

So, I decided to try and return the items. And let me tell you, their customer service is a joke. I tried emailing and using their live chat feature, but no luck. It wasn't until I left a negative review on SiteJabber that I finally got a response. And even then, it was just a bunch of empty apologies and promises to fix the issue.

They even had the nerve to ask me to take pictures of myself in the clothes and send them in so they could confirm the sizing. Like, what?! That is completely inappropriate and I refused to do it. And even when I offered to send the clothes back for them to measure themselves, they still refused to issue a refund.

It's been weeks of back and forth emails and still no resolution. And to top it off, they had the audacity to ask me to change my negative review to a positive one. Like, are you kidding me? I would never recommend this company to anyone. They are scammers who don't care about their customers or the quality of their products. Save yourself the stress and stay far away from Romwe.

Romwe Romwe.com Review: Don't Waste Your Time, Energy, and Money - Leave the Site Now!

The first time I ordered from romwe.com, I didn't check any reviews beforehand. I didn't have high expectations because the prices were so cheap. After reading some reviews, my expectations were even lower. However, I received my order just four weeks later, which was fine since I wasn't in a rush. Tracking my order was a bit difficult because the link didn't take me to the correct shipping site, but I didn't mind. The two dresses I received were what I expected, but one of them had a hole in it. I sewed it up myself, so it wasn't a big deal. The sizing seemed off for both orders, but I thought maybe I had measured incorrectly.

For my third order, I ordered four dresses. Before anything was shipped, I was informed that one of the dresses was out of stock. They asked if I wanted a refund or if I would rather pick another item. I chose a swimsuit that cost less than the dress, but they didn't refund the difference. I contacted them twice about it, but didn't receive a response. It wasn't a huge difference in price, so I eventually gave up. Then, one of the other dresses I chose had its photo changed to a completely different dress. I had chosen the dress because it covered my legs, but the new photo was of a mini dress with a sheer fabric going to the ankles. The top of the dress was also different. Luckily, I had taken a screenshot of my order shortly after purchasing, so I was able to compare the before and after. The SKU number was the same, but it was definitely not the same dress.

I contacted Romwe.com several times about this issue before it was shipped. I wasn't demanding that I get the dress in the original photo. I was merely asking that they exchange the item for another item before it was shipped (after explaining that the photo was changed). However, they shipped it anyway without exchanging the item. I spoke to someone on their live chat, but they said there was nothing they could do. I spoke to someone else on their live chat, and they told me to submit a ticket. I submitted a ticket, but I'm still waiting for their response. Based on the reviews and Romwe.com's general attitude and false advertising, I doubt submitting this ticket will do anything. The item has already shipped, and I assume it will be a huge ordeal (along with the cost of shipping it back) to receive something I will actually wear.

I consider myself to be a patient person who doesn't sweat the small stuff. I'm not high maintenance, nor do I have unreasonable expectations. However, I still advise anyone and everyone contemplating ordering from Romwe.com to leave the site and not look back. I'm not saying this out of irritation or frustration because I've chosen not to feel either of those emotions. Even if you're patient, have a laid-back personality, and have the lowest of low expectations, it's still not worth it. Save yourself the time, energy, and money. Do yourself a favor and exit the Romwe.com site before ordering. Don't question whether you should have tested it out. Let this review counter the little voice in your head that says, "Oh, but maybe I should try it anyway. The prices are so cheap. It might be okay." I'm here to say, don't do it. Leave the Romwe.com site now and don't look back.

Romwe Romwe Review: Poor Quality Items, Unhelpful Customer Service, and Stolen Photos

I recently had an experience with Romwe that left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. While I did receive two items that were as expected, the third item I received was not at all what was described on the website. I ordered a grey sweatshirt with embroidered cats on the back elbows, but what I received was a cream colored, see-through thin shirt with cats embroidered on the front elbows. When I contacted customer service, I was met with a nightmare of a response time and unhelpful responses.

Their customer service page states that tickets will be responded to within "1 working day", but it took three business days for me to receive a response to my initial complaint. When I was finally contacted, I was told that they do not "have any clothes on outside of arms, check the pictures on our website" and was asked to send a picture to them of the item... which had been included in my first message to them. They ended the message with "waiting for your fast reply". I responded the same day, re-attaching the picture of the item, along with their own website photos showing the difference. Two days later, they asked me for a picture of the packaging, which I promptly provided. It took another two days for them to respond, and their solution was to offer me a 50% off coupon for my next purchase. As I continue to receive their mailing list emails with 55% off coupons, I declined their offer.

To make matters worse, I later found out that many of the photos Romwe uses as their "item photos" are stolen from other sites. They then have their manufacturer reproduce a similar item of poor quality. This can be researched on your own by using google reverse image search. I found an example of this with an item I purchased, which was actually a picture stolen from a shop in Florida.

While I did eventually receive a return label after opening a dispute with PayPal, Romwe closed my ticket for "no response", even though I was just shipping back the item. When I opened a new ticket, they refused to issue the refund, claiming that since a Paypal dispute was opened, they will not issue the refund. So, now they have both the defective item and my money. I suspect they refuse to issue the refund because they had to pay to return their defective item.

Overall, my experience with Romwe was not a positive one. While some items may be as expected, the risk of receiving a poor quality item that is not as described is too high for me to consider purchasing from them again. If you do choose to purchase from them, be aware of the risks and use PayPal to protect yourself.

Romwe Impressed with Romwe: Trustworthy, Affordable, Great Customer Service, and More!

I've been shopping on Romwe for a while now and I have to say, I'm impressed. I've spent almost $500 on the site over several orders (not all at once, of course) and I plan on continuing to shop there for a few reasons.

Firstly, I find Romwe to be trustworthy. Unlike some other sites I've shopped on in the past (like YesStyle), I feel reassured that the products sold on Romwe are genuine and true to the images and descriptions. I've purchased over 20 products from the site and all of them have been authentic. Sure, there have been a few times where the color of a product wasn't exactly what I expected based on the image on the site, but Romwe does warn customers about this possibility. Overall, I don't feel like I'm being scammed when I shop on Romwe.

Secondly, I appreciate the benefits that Romwe offers. Depending on how much you spend on an order, the site is always offering discounts. However, these discounts only apply to orders above a certain amount (AUD $82). Additionally, if you spend over a minimum amount, you can get free standard or express shipping. This is great because some sites don't offer free express shipping at all, regardless of how much you spend.

Thirdly, I find the prices on Romwe to be very reasonable. The products are inexpensive but still of great quality. I mostly buy shirts on the site and they have a wide selection. Most of them are under AUD $10-15. While the minimum spend for a discount or free shipping isn't exactly cheap, I find that I can purchase a lot of items for a great price. I usually spend around AUD $140 to $180 and get about 7-9 items per order.

Fourthly, I have to give a shoutout to Romwe's customer service. They are absolutely amazing. Whenever I've sent in a ticket, they've gotten back to me within 24 hours as promised. I always get a swift and professional response to any of my enquiries or issues with orders.

Fifthly, I appreciate the options that Romwe gives me for handling my orders. There have been times when I needed to cancel an order and they make it easy by cancelling the order and returning the money back into my Romwe wallet. From there, I can choose to withdraw my funds back into my bank account or keep them in my wallet to use for my next purchase.

Sixthly, I've never had a problem with shipping. I'm either always qualified for express shipping or I pay about AUD $19 for it, which I don't mind doing. Since I'm in Australia, my orders usually arrive in about a week (considering business days only) or a bit longer, but never more than 2 weeks. I've noticed that shipping may take longer if you're in the US, but I can't speak to that personally.

Seventhly, I appreciate that Romwe shows you which items are currently stocked at their warehouse. These items are labeled as "priority dispatching" and have a small truck icon with an "L" inside it next to the product name. This means that they don't need to be attained externally, which usually adds an extra 2-3 days to your order waiting time. Whenever I make an order, I make sure to add only "priority dispatching" items to my cart so that my order can be shipped out as soon as possible. If a product I like isn't "priority dispatching," I just save it to my wishlist until it is. Note: "priority dispatching" is different from being "in stock." If a product is out of stock, it'll state that it is and you won't be able to add it to your cart.

Lastly, I appreciate the variety of products on Romwe. The site has a whole section dedicated to what items are added to the site daily. You can even browse by date, which is great. They always have something new to add to the site.

Overall, I'm a happy customer and I plan on continuing to shop on Romwe. The only thing I wish they had was membership benefits like YesStyle, where gold members get a certain amount off all products on the site. But since Romwe already has such cheap clothes, it's not really a big issue for me.

Romwe Disappointed with ROMWE's Service: Constant Delays and Lack of Communication

I recently made an order on ROMWE for 3 bathing suits on April 11th. I was aware that the shipping time would take 3-7 days, but after a few days, I went onto the website to check the status of my order. Unfortunately, it was still processing. I decided to speak to an online representative who assured me that they would make my order a priority shipment and that it would be shipped out within a few days. However, I received an email from customer service stating that my items would be shipped in 4 days.

A few more days went by, and my order was still processing. I spoke to another representative who explained that one of the bathing suits was in high demand, so it was taking the warehouse longer than usual to process. I was understanding and explained about the email that was sent to me, but nothing seemed to change.

I decided to speak to another agent, and they told me that all of the bathing suits had been processed, and we were just waiting for the warehouse to ship them out. However, a few more days went by, and my order was still processing. I spoke to yet another agent who explained that their warehouse was moving, so all shipments had been stopped, and she was unsure of when my order would be shipped.

I decided to write a ticket explaining everything, and they said that they would ship out the items that were already processed and refund me $5 for the inconvenience. However, I would have preferred my order to be overnighted instead of receiving a refund. I received another email stating that they would ship out my package with no further delay and send the other bathing suit when it was ready at no extra charge.

I was relieved, but then I received an automatic email stating that all shipments had been stopped due to a software update in the warehouse. I decided to go online today for another chat, and unfortunately, my shipment will be part of the delay, even though customer service specifically said that my package would not be affected.

I am frustrated with all the excuses and lies. I need these bathing suits for my bachelorette cruise, and I don't want my money back just yet. They said that my order would be shipped within 48 hours, but if I want my money back, it will take 7-15 working business days for the bank to process it. I am hoping to get an actual answer soon. Additionally, there is no contact number to speak to a manager, and the manager was off since it was 2 am.

Romwe ROMWE Review: Poor Quality, Terrible Customer Service, and Risk of Losing Money

So, I stumbled upon this website called ROMWE and decided to give it a try. I mean, who doesn't love a good deal, right? Little did I know that I was in for a big disappointment. I placed an order for $190 and was eagerly waiting for my package to arrive. When it finally did, I was in for a rude shock. The quality of the clothes was poor, the materials used were cheap, and the fitting was terrible. The sizes were either too big or too small, and I had to be very careful while measuring before ordering.

I ordered a pair of jeans in size L, but they wouldn't even fit a 10-year-old. The arms were too short, and the length was showing my stomach, even though it was a "one-size" normal t-shirt. I mean, seriously, we're not in the 80s anymore. I was so disappointed with my purchase that I decided to return everything.

Now, here's where the real trouble began. ROMWE claims that you can return the items within 30 days, but when I opened my ticket, I didn't get a reply. In the confirmation email, I was told to let them know if I wanted other items or vouchers, but obviously, I declined. Then, a few days later, I got another email saying I had to confirm either one option or the other, and that they were waiting. I then said I wanted a refund, and they replied that it would take 15-20 business days. That's literally one month! On their website, it says that you get the refund within 7 business days under the refund conditions. All I know is that I have not received my refund, and I still wonder if it will come at all.

In conclusion, I would not recommend ROMWE to anyone. The quality of their products is poor, and their customer service is terrible. It's not worth the risk of losing your hard-earned money.

Romwe Romwe.com Review: Complete Disaster - Poor Quality and Sizing Issues

So, I recently ordered from romwe.com and let me tell you, it was a complete disaster. First of all, let me warn you that romwe.com and shein.com are the same website, so don't be fooled by either one. I spent a whopping ?135.58 (or $176.78 for my American friends) on clothes, only to receive items that I can't even wear.

Before placing my order, I carefully selected all the clothes I wanted and checked the measurements for each item. I even went the extra mile and used the online chat to speak to someone about sizing. I provided my measurements and UK size (12) and asked for their recommendation on which size to buy. They sent me a picture of a size chart and suggested I buy a medium, even though I wanted some extra room. However, I ignored their advice and ended up buying an XL in every item except for two, which were in a L.

After waiting 15 days for my "3-7 day express shipping," I finally received my order, only to be completely disappointed. Not a single item fit me, not even one. I wouldn't normally write a review like this, but spending so much money for nothing is just unacceptable. Some items had loose threads, were extremely thin and see-through, and overall just poor quality. It doesn't matter if some items were good quality because I can't even wear them due to the sizing issue.

I know that someone from romwe.com will most likely reply to this review and apologize for letting me down. But honestly, I don't want an apology. I don't want to pay to ship back 6kg of bad items to China with tracked delivery. After spending all my money on their website, how can they expect me to pay even more to return items that were their fault in the first place?

So, unless you're buying for a young child or you're a size 6 or below, I highly recommend that you do NOT buy from this site. If you want good quality, well-fitting, and affordable clothes, head over to Missguided or Boohoo instead. Trust me, you'll actually get items that you can wear.

Anyway, sorry for the long rant and life story. I just wanted to warn others about what they might receive if they order from romwe.com. Spend your money wisely and have a good day.

Romwe Disappointing Experience with ROMWE: Inaccurate Sizing and Poor Quality Products

I recently purchased some clothes from ROMWE and I have to say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience. The clothes I received did not look like the pictures on their website and the sizing was completely off. It seems like they just try to replicate designs from other sites and don't really care about the accuracy of their products.

I ordered several tops and while I can technically wear them, they don't fit like they're supposed to. I even ordered a size larger than I normally would and they still fit snugly. I'm a size 6 in the US and usually wear a small or medium top, but these clothes just don't fit me. One of the long sleeve tops I ordered was supposed to be tunic length, but it only covers my waist. The sleeves are also much shorter than they're supposed to be. It's just not what I was expecting.

And then there are the pants. Oh boy, don't even get me started on the pants. I measured myself carefully before ordering and even then, the pants were way too small. I could have ordered the largest size and they still wouldn't have fit. It's just ridiculous.

I understand that the prices on ROMWE are pretty low, but even at this price point, the clothes are unacceptable. I gave them two stars because I'll probably wear the stuff that fits okay, but I definitely won't be ordering from them again and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Romwe Romwe Review: Cheap, Torn Clothing and Fake Reviews - Stay Far Away!

I must say, I had a terrible experience with Romwe. Let me tell you, if you're looking for cheap, torn clothing, then this is the site for you. But if you're looking for quality clothing that actually looks like the picture, then stay far away from this site.

I made the mistake of trusting the reviews on Trustpilot, but let me tell you, they cannot be trusted. In fact, Romwe had my review removed from the site, and I'm sure they've done it to others as well. I'm assuming it's because I didn't have an order number, but who knows with these shady companies.

And don't even get me started on their 5-star reviews. They're doing a really poor job of writing them, and some of them are even copied and pasted twice by accident. It's obvious they're trying to cover up all the negative reviews, but let me tell you, if a company is capable of giving this type of service, then that's the type of service they give, regardless of how many fake 5-star reviews they write themselves.

My granddaughter ordered seven things from this site for Christmas two years ago, and only four showed up. And to make matters worse, none of them were the correct items, and they weren't even the same color as what she ordered. The clothes looked like cheap knockoffs, and they were not as pictured at all. We were charged for all items, and they arrived in a dirty bag with no paper or receipt.

Some items did finally arrive, but two did not. And the ones that did arrive were ripped, the wrong sizes (extremely small!), and bootleg knockoffs. We received the wrong colors, and the items were not what was in the photos online at all. For example, one item was supposed to be a leather jacket, but what arrived was an ugly, brown polyester coat that stops just under her breasts. And to top it off, one shirt was ripped right across the front, so it's useless and can't be sewn.

My granddaughter did like one shirt, but it was red and was supposed to be black (red wasn't even an option in this style). And to make matters worse, she didn't even think to write anything down when ordering online, so we have no order ID because she forgot the password to that email address.

Lesson learned, never again will we order from Romwe. They shouldn't have had my review removed, and now I will make it my duty to warn everyone on every single site I can. So, everyone else, you've been warned.

I decided to purchase a winter coat from the site in a medium size, and I even measured myself in centimeters to ensure that I would receive the right size. Unfortunately, the medium was much smaller than I anticipated, and it took an incredibly long time to arrive. I later found out that the site is based in China, and clothes from Asian retailers tend to run smaller than American sizes.

I decided to give ROMWE another chance and ordered the same coat in both large and extra-large sizes to cover my bases. I am 5'2 and weigh 120lb, so I am not particularly extreme in either direction. However, even the extra-large size barely felt roomy enough to keep. It's essential to keep in mind that the sizes are misleading if you're looking for an American fit. Additionally, the items I received had a strong plastic, synthetic smell that was challenging to tolerate. I also added a sweater to my second order to qualify for a coupon for 5-7 day shipping, but it ended up taking over 20 days to arrive. The sweater was supposed to be baggy and oversized, but it was annoyingly small and even came up on my arms. I tried washing it, but the plastic smell didn't come out. So now, I have an undersized sweater in my closet that I probably won't wear.

While the coat looks decently made, the seams on the inside of the sweater are incredibly sloppy, with stray threads everywhere. I believe that the manufacturing of many of these items must be quite cheap. Overall, I think that ROMWE's website is misleading. You may think that you're getting trendy clothes for a great price, but what you're really getting is shoddy craftsmanship and tiny clothes that take forever to arrive. If you don't want them, you have to ship them back to China at your own expense. Stick to H&M and Forever 21 at the malls if you want better quality clothes for your money. Between the misleading shipping offers, the deceptive "coupons" that entice you to load up your cart and don't really affect your total, and the overall crummy quality of the clothes, this place seems scammy to me and not worth the hassle. I even feel like the positive reviews must be fake.

Romwe Romwe Review: Poor Quality Products and Terrible Customer Service

My experience with Romwe was a total disaster. I have never seen such poor quality products in my life. I ordered some swimsuits from their website and it took ages for them to arrive, over two weeks! When they finally arrived, I was shocked to see that they looked nothing like the pictures online. The quality was terrible, and the material was so thin that I felt like they were going to fall apart in my hands.

The stock photos of models wearing the garments looked great, but the reality was completely different. The swimsuits were a different shape and color, and they were made from cheap, tattered material. I tried them on, but they didn't even fit properly, even though I followed their sizing chart. It was clear that Romwe had reached a new level of selling trash.

When I contacted their customer service, I was disappointed to receive an unhelpful response. They told me that they don't allow returns for swimwear, even though I had seen their return policy on their website. It was difficult to find, and I felt like they were hiding it on purpose to trick people into buying their terrible products.

I would advise anyone to avoid shopping on Romwe's website. Even though their products are cheap, it's not worth it. You're basically paying for rags. I hope that more people read reviews like mine and stop shopping on their website. Romwe should be ashamed of themselves for selling such poor quality products. They have no integrity, and I hope they go out of business soon.

Romwe ROMWE Review: Misleading Discounts, Vague Descriptions, and Misleading Photos

So, I recently made my first online purchase from ROMWE and let me tell you, it was a real eye-opener. I learned a lot about being a cautious buyer and not falling for false advertising.

Firstly, let's talk about the 60% off deal. It's not what it seems. The discount is only applied to each item individually, not the total purchase. So, if you have an item that's already 50% off and you think you're getting an extra 60% off, you're actually only getting an additional 10% off. It's a real bummer, to say the least.

Another thing that really bothered me was the lack of information about the material used in the clothing. The descriptions only give vague terms like "stretchy" or "warm", which doesn't really tell you anything. I ended up buying a sweater that turned out to be made of an itchy, uncomfortable material that I'm allergic to. It was a nasty surprise when I opened the package.

The photos on the website are also misleading. The items that don't have a person wearing them are photoshopped to look better. When I received my order, I found that a lot of the clothing was see-through, which wasn't mentioned in the description. Some items didn't look like the photo at all, and others were way too small. The crop tops, in particular, were child-sized and labeled as being for toddlers. It's ridiculous.

To make matters worse, the shipping isn't actually free. They charge you for duties and taxes, which can be a real pain if you live in an apartment and no one is there to sign for the package. The shipping company only tries to deliver until Friday of that week, so if you miss it, you have to pay for the shipping all the way back to ROMWE. I had to call ROMWE and the shipping company multiple times to sort out issues with my package, including shipping to the wrong place and not reading delivery instructions. On the third try, they finally got it right, but my sister ended up paying twice for the duties and taxes because the delivery guy didn't check that it had already been paid for.

Overall, my experience with ROMWE was pretty terrible. I bought eight items and ended up selling four of them back to the community and donating them because they were such a disappointment. The sizing and material were all over the place, and the photos were misleading. The only thing I was satisfied with was a vest. I definitely won't be making another purchase from ROMWE anytime soon.

Romwe Poor Quality and Frustrating Return Process: My Experience with Romwe

I recently made a purchase from Romwe, spending a total of $214.56 on clothes. I wasn't in a rush to receive my order, so I waited patiently for a few weeks. When I finally received the first shipment, I was excited to try on the clothes, but my excitement quickly turned to disappointment. The dresses I ordered had black and brown stains on them, and the stitching was loose all over the place. The quality of the material and tailoring was extremely poor and not at all as pictured on their website.

I immediately opened a ticket to cancel the rest of my order, but Romwe had already shipped out the remaining items. Their customer service assured me that I could return the items if they didn't meet my expectations. Unfortunately, the rest of the items had the same issues as the first shipment - they were defective, poorly made, and not as pictured.

I opened a new ticket to start the return process, which took about two weeks of exchanging messages with their customer service. They asked me to send pictures of the defective items, and then offered me $10 as compensation and to keep my order. I was not happy with this offer, as I had paid over $200 for clothes that I couldn't even wear. I insisted on a full refund.

After much deliberation, they agreed to refund me for the items I was returning, but they wanted to put the refund in my Romwe wallet. I was not happy with this, as I wanted the refund to go back to my original method of payment, such as my PayPal or credit card account. I felt like they were dragging out the return process and didn't want to accept returns.

I returned the clothes on Monday, April 24th, and they are expected to arrive at Romwe's New Jersey warehouse on Thursday, April 27th. However, I have not received a response from their customer service since Sunday, April 23rd. I have sent six messages already and have not received any response. The return process has been ambiguous and frustrating, so I would caution other consumers against buying from their website.

Romwe tariffs issue

My account in ROMWE is [protected]@gmail.com. In the politics they say that if you get charged with tariff issues they will help you pay it with a half compensation. When I asked Them to help me they decided to blacklist me and I think that is unThem to help me they decided to blacklist me and I think that is unfair.They also insinuate that the invoice is fake and I don't really have time for doing those kinds of things. If I had known that they weren't going to help me I wouldn't have paid the customs but I did it scenes in their political said that they would have help me. I would have returned the package But it's too late since I have already paid and received it so I just want him to give me my compensation and we can finally end this problem

DELAY DELIVERY. *Worst service*

I ordered some clothes from Romwe.in on 3rd of July 2019 and it has already been 12th of July 2019 now but I have not received my products . I thought it might only take some 4 days to get delivered. Romwe windbreaker

I bought this cute windbreaker when it was on sale (i forget the price) but after wearing it once and washing it, the stings started to fray and after i washed it, it put my whole laundry load in a giant knot and the strings got ruined. Along with that I ordered a long sleeve shirt in my normal size and it came in small enough to fit my 10 yr old sister.

Romwe bag and clothing

I have placed some orders in November and my items have not arrived. I have contacted Romwe being told that the items will arrive soon but after waiting for over a month, I have contacted again today and they said my items was returned, without any notice or confirmation. I am very unhappy with the service as the items was for the festive season for a gift, I was hoping to receive it anytime during Christmas period but your team has failed to deliver on time. This is absurd as the expected delivery was 1 week. As a consequence, I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with your service. I would never recommend Romwe to friends and family, I had an appaulling experience. I demand a compensation as a result of poor customer service. I would appreciate if I get any positive outcome.

Romwe money back

This website provided me cheap poorly made clothes. I returned and NEVER got my money back tge stuff worth $60. It is Cheap china clothes that take to long to get here. It is honestly upsetting when these sites are made and you think "that's cute" and people are just taking your money. I really wish that I could get my money back and that this does not happen to anybody else. I will never use these cheap websites again!

Romwe not receiving package

I was not home when my package was "delivered" and so it is apparently being "held for consignee pickup". I have not been told where to pick it up from or what company is holding it. I went to my local Australia post and they told me the tracking number is not in their system at all. There are no details anywhere in the app telling me where it is. I did not receive a card or an email telling me anything.
I just want to know where my package is

On August 17, 2018 I ordered US$ 115, 62 merchandise and payed it by Paypal. You sent me the receipt. The clothes were supposed to be delivered at 1670 James Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33139, (Crest Hotel Suites) with a maximum delay of 7 laborable days because I had to leave the place on Wednesday 29th August 2018 at 8.00 AM.
I received an email from you that you had shipped the order on August 22nd.
Unfortunately the package did not arrive to my address and I left the place as I had planned with no news of the items I had bought and already payed 11 days before.
I ordered the Crest´s manager not to accept the package because I was leaving US to my country and nobody could take care of it in the future.
So I want an immediate refund for the money payed as I received nothing from you.
