Epost Notification by epost

I received an EMail to ([protected]@shaw.ca) saying there was a notice for me & I needed to fill out verification form. I filled it out but was not accepted; I then tried to set up an account with them, but again, was not accepted. Is this a scam or is there a notification for me? If there is, please tell me how to find out what it is; if its a delivery why not just put it in my mailbox? I have no idea what it could be.

Desired outcome: Please resolve this as quickly as possible, it may be important.

Epost property tax bills did not come via epost

Hi, I have been having a terrible day talking to your agent after a harrowing experience with the City of Toronto Property Tax Dept. I signed up for epost Property tax bills which showed up as Approved for quite a few months now. As I have not seen my property tax bills till March, I called city of Toronto on April 10, 2018 and was told that City of Toronto has no obligation to ensure that the tax bills have reached a client and that I should have called, which is the legislative law. Agreed. Now, I call epost and talk to this agent who confirms with her superior that the epost account for the city of toronto bill was triggered only on April 10, 2018 at 1 pm. This does not make any sense as I use epost to pay all my other bills and keep track of every bill. If a bill is triggered only on April 10, 2018 at 1 pm, then the fault is that of epost and you should accept responsibility and pay the fine of 35$ that I owe City of Toronto for the bill that never came. I want epost to refund me 35$ for the penalty I paid. Depending on your response to this complaint, I will proceed with a social media and CBC piece to describe the pitfalls of using epost.
thank you
Joseph

Epost Mailbox clean up

epost has advised us that they are deleting mail older than seven years old. This service is basically useless for tracking email documents if nothing will be retained for more than seven years. The only options given were to either store the mail locally or incur a fee for online storage?

And they're only giving us 2 weeks notice, and the only way to store mail locally is to go one by one through 10 years of history and save each mail piece individually. They're holding our data for ransom, basically. Also, if you sign up for storage with this "Vault" product of their, any mail you save there apparently can no longer be printed?
