This site offers hats of many designer brands for reasonable but not exactly cheap price. When I got my package the box was crushed. The hat was supposed to be a Dorrinda Clark Cole the hat was anything but that it was a FAKE and their return policy is you can return it but they will charge you 20% plus 10% to re shelf a FAKE I was charged $86 for.
Desired outcome: Wish they would stop Fakes and refund the full amount. And shut them down. It is against the Law to sell
Package not being received.
I order a suit on April 28,2023 they said it shipped April 29th. It is May 13,2023 and nothing. I called today they will not refund my money nor send another suit. I was told wait 48 hours and call back. I went from Supervisor to Manager and told me to check with my neighbors, the post office the mail room an d the apartment front office. They said they couldn't do anything else. While I was talking to the Supervisor the phone cut off. I told them I ordered another item from them and had to wait an additional 10 days to get it.

Orders that was supposed to be placed and cancelled
I called in on April 9, 2023 to place an order. It was a night mare. I don’t know what is going on with my order or my account. I have been a long time customer of especially yours but because of poor customer service, I am cancelling my services with especially yours. I called on April 9 to placeoure an order. I usually place my orders on line, because I had a credit on my account, I was told that I had to call in. I called in 4-5 times into the wee hours of the morning because the kept telling me that they could not find my orders. I told them I wanted to cancel 2 of my orders and they claim they had order the products that I requested only to find out that it was not true. Called in today on 4/11/2023, requested to speak to a supervisor. Canisha claim she was a supervisor. I tried to find ou what was going on with my account and she told me to hold on and then hung up the phone on me. I still have no clue what if anything was ordered for me. I am seeking assistance with my account and I would like to cancel any and all orders because this is unbelievable to deal with poor customer service .
Desired outcome: To clear up any inaccuracies and orders that may be on my account or in my order history and to cancel my orders like I requested them to do.

Wigs
I received order #: E6076198 March 25, 2023 at 5:13 pm. The colors weren't As pictured nor were they in the color bracket. Therefore, I tried to return the merchandise today (03/29/2023) but FedEx said I should take it to USP who state I should to FedEx. Each place said it didn't register on there machine, so I returned home. After calling and speaking with customer relations I was told I had to go back to either one & pay to have it return. I inform the person of the Return/Exchange Policy on my receipt which states free within 21 days. She stated I had to pay for the shipping cost. Next day tried to return with UPS the price was $100 said clerk.
After complaint received from them & I quote, "Please make sure any shipping labels from us to you are remove before you use the Smart Post Label on. This should be given to USPS not FedEx. We do apologize for any confusion this has caused." Only no LABEL include so replied on it. Then this: Thank you for contacting us. We apologize for the confusion. We researched your order E6076198 and find you purchased drop ship items. Drop Ship items ship directly from a third-party manufacturer, not from our warehouse and do not include a SmartPost label. The return label is not pre-paid. Mail returns to: SPECIALTY COMMERCE CORP. 400 Manley Street WEST BRIDGEWATER, MA 02379.
Please be aware that we have a strict 21 day return / exchange policy for drop ship items. We must receive the items back in our warehouse no later than 04/11/23. The items must have all the tags attached and sent back in the original box that you receive the wigs. The items must be in Pristine condition (please refer to our Drop Ship Return / Exchange Policy on the website for details).
To ensure that we receive your order within our policy guidelines, please check with the Post Office to confirm which ship method is needed to have the order received in our warehouse by us no later than 04/11/23. Is this a ploy to keep the money I paid?

Return/exchange policy
Two wigs ordered; order # E60761980001 received late on 03/25/2023 at 5:16 pm instead of the 21st as stated. Problem wrong colors not gray, tried to return for exchange, followed all instructions chipped returns label from receipt and attached to box. Proceeded the evening of 03/29/2023 to FedEx where its label was scanned but I was told that I needed to take the box to UPS. Left there went to UPS they also scanned the label and stated I should take it to FedEx. I said no, I just left there & he told me to bring it to you. She then tried scanning it again to no avail. So, I came home & call the number on my receipt where I was told that I would have to pay for the return. I stated to her the returns/exchange policy (For a one time free exchange within 21 days of ship date, use the Exchange Authorization Form on our website to receive your Exchange Authorization Code.) My code # RA 599036. Still, I was informed I must pay for the return to which I said what about the return label. And again she said I must pay adding its only $9.95. I thank her & hung up. Today 03/30/2023 I took the package back to UPS for returning only to be told it would cost $100 to send it. I spent $108.79 for two wig that I will never wear & can't return.
Desired outcome: I'd like the color in third picture which is 3T44 but not color sent. Picture # 1 is what I received picture 2 is on online & plus I'd like the sell price. If the color can't be match then a refund is preferred, thank you.
Unauthorized money being withdrawed out of my checking account
Noticed on my account that $14.95 had been withdrawn from 2/22/2022 thru 2/13/2023. The 2/13/2023 is the date in which it was noticed. I reached out to the company for an explanation in which I explained that it was a total of 13 unauthorized withdrawals totaling $194.35. The representative acknowledged that it was an error of EY as the representation on the the phone when I placed a order on that date had selected this option without my permission.
The representative spoke with the manager and came back to the phone and stated that I would be returned the amounts that were takened.
I checked with my bank this morning (3/1/2023) and was told that 6 of the 13 charges was returned ($89.70). They suggested that I reach back out to the company. I did call around 8:03am (3/1/2023) and the representative basically stated that I was not going to receive the other 7 refunds/return adjustments to my account because EY policy allows them to keep the rest. She was very rude, loud, and disrespectful as I explained that I was a widow on a very structured budget and I needed my money back. Again, she said her boss would say no. First of all, she never took the time to send me to her boss as she spoke for them and she spoke to me as if I was a kid and I will be 77 years old tomorrow to be exact.
Desired outcome: I would like the other 7 unauthorized pull amounts be returned totaling $104.65. This would then satisfy the 13 unauthorized charges that the representative stole from me on behalf of EY.F. Johnson
My recent order placed on the December 12,2022
My name is Donna Marble. I placed an order 12/12/2022. Upon the completion of my order, the young lady repeated my old address. I informed her that I have not lived at that address for three years and I had updated my address with your company. I repeated my current address three times. When I received conformation of my order, I saw that my order was going to be sent to the old address! I called customer service and informed them not to send the order to that address. I spoke to a supervisor and was informed to call back in the morning. I did so and was assured by another supervisor that my order would be sent to my correct address before Christmas. I have not received my order! I called again and was informed that my order has been sent to the wrong address. I spoke to a Mr. DeMar McKinsey this morning and was told that he would investigate and to call back on the 29th of December to have my order sent to my address or get a refund! First of all, why does the customer have to call back about an error that was created by your company? I have been a customer for many years. I want my order or my money refunded. I am very unhappy with the service that I'm getting!

I ordered a skirt suit, which arrived as planned. However, the top was 1 size and the skirt was a different size. I shipped back the top, thinking I could swap it out for the correct size. Well, that isn't the case. After waiting a week I called customer service. The rep informed me I needed to send the skirt back as well to keep the set in tack. From what I can tell it was never a set, it arrived in 2 different sizes. I shipped the skirt back, then called 2 weeks later. They have not received the skirt as of yet. Therefore I need to wait another 10 days and then call back to check the status of the return. It can take up to a month just to get a return processed. I have spoken to at least 3 Customer Service representatives, they were rude and unprofessional.

Called for assistance to get a even exchange and representative was so rude message that was sent to my phone wasn't honored because it was had expired called the day before and representative say I can't do an even exchange then today 6-30 they don't honor the $20 off plus free shipping false advertisements because they can't send everything via text representative say well don't send info or promo if not honored
I ordered two of the same wigs from this place based on the picture on their website. I had ordered two of them last year from a different company so I knew what they should look and feel like. The wigs I received were extremely cheap and not what was pictured online. I returned both of them and called to have the original shipping fee refunded because they did not send what I ordered. The customer service representative told me several times that it's against their policy to refund shipping fees. Eventually, I requested to speak with a supervisor who said the same thing. I told both of them I compare it to ordering an apple from their website but they send me an orange. When I return the orange because it is not what I ordered, they keep the money I paid to have the apple shipped to me. Ultimately I was told they would refund the fee as a courtesy. I am waiting for the refund for the Dollar General store looking wigs and the shipping fee. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN! Sending people items that are different from what they ordered seems to be a scam and not refunding the shipping IS A BUSINESS WITHIN ITSELF! A SCAM! I would have rated them ZERO stars had it been an option.
Money being withdrawed out my Checking Account
Well I made an order awhile back and then I have been having money drawn out of my bank account and I have not ordered nothing else or received nothing else so I would like my money put back into my account please. Today money was withdrawal out of my account,May 23,2022 at 4:00pm, for the amount of $16.95. And also in April 25, 2022 for $16.95 and I have not made no purchases. Someone in that Department is purchasing stuff and using my checking account.

Please watch your debit account a "pending/ hold" status was placed twice for one of the items I was seeking to procure. Two times. So, $64.92 more than the amount that I authorized was pending on my account.
Arnela hair piece
I ordered the Arnela hair piece and couldn't get it out of netting, it was tangled up in the tags I cut them off to get wig loose from net! Well this was the worst wig I ever got! It's indescribable! 80% of under hair showing, about 20 twists! It is so defective it can't be worn! I can't return because I cut tags off! They have lost a good customer!

I ordered a dress back in October from Especially Yours it arrive within seven days October 13, 2021. I tried it on didn't like the way it fit on the next day I returned the item with their return label. I just received my refund on November 9, 2021, It took almost a month to get my refund back, not only that I paid my shipping and handling and paid for the label that they sent to return it they did not give me my shipping and handling back just the amount for the dress and I don't think that's right that sucks.
Desired outcome: If you are anything from Especially Yours make sure you don’t have to return it, because it will take almost a month to get your refund and you won’t get your shipping and handling back.

I have been trying to get a refund for approximately 2 months now. I called almost every week to check the status. The representatives and even managers, in my opinion, is giving me the run around about my refund. The merchandise has been received and I don't understand what's the problem in giving me my money back. The representatives and managers that I spoke with are very unprofessional and down right mean to me. That is when I get upset and demand my money back. I will NEVER order any more from this company! Returning items are so difficult!

Customer service
The customer service I received today while trying to place the same order 3 times was horrible! Either they do not care or they did not want to correctly take an order. I order enough to know protocol and how things are offered to a customer. After finally getting a supervisor and finding out that they do not know everything to tell a customer in any situation, I mean 3 different people and all of them giving incorrect information. Well now, my order was never taken and talking with a acting supervisor got no results either. Maybe I am not suppose to deal with this company and I wont be now!

Return policy
I returned a wig because it was the wrong item. I paid $33.09 for it, but was refunded $24.84. I was charged for the shipping even though I used their return label. I do not think it is fair to charge me for their mistake. I called about this but got no help. This is wrong. I want my $10.25 back. The order is #E537866900018 and the date was 8/01. I have been buying from them for quite some time, but this is my last.

This is complaint of the rudeness and disrespect that I've experienced with 2 representatives. I received my order and it clearly appeared that the product was a used product, because the lace was cut to size and strands of the wig had a different texture. The texture was rough as if the product was cinched with too much heat.
I was not afforded the opportunity to explain what I just stated above, when both times I was hung up on. This treatment to a customer was clearly unnecessary. I was very surprised and disappointed in the behavior of the representatives of Especially Yours, Inc.
I spoke with a Supervisor but still I want corporate to be aware of this incident. The item will be returned, hopefully for an even exchange.

On 09//07/2020 I placed an Order # E4937414. Today is 09/19/2020 and I still don't have the order. FedEx tells me that a label was created and the item is still at the facility. TRACK Standard PACKAGE 9261292700990547396169. The same is for another order I placed on Order # E4942544 on the 11th of September. Both orders have been paid and I am told if I refuse the orders I have to pay a restoking fee. The nerve. What happened to customer satisfaction. They took my money gave me nothing for it and now wants me to pay a $15 restocking fee?
