fake billing after 4 years
I was living in Sharjah in 2013 and had an Etisalat account there with Elife connection included. In october I received an offer from a company in Al Ain and accepted it. Before moving to Al Ain I went to the Al Nahda (SHARJAH) Etisalat office and made the payments due in my account and requested for a transfer of account to Al Ain. In Al Ain my services were transferred and everything resumed as normal.
Four years later in late 2017 I received a mail from Etisalat saying that there is a payment due on my account from 2013. The point I want to make is that they have not contacted me at all for 4 years and all of a sudden there is a bill pending? If it was so the why was i not contacted then? Why was my services allowed to continue for 4 years? Why was my service transferred to Al Ain without taking the full amount in payment?
They send me a mail now threatening to cancel my current service and also taking legal action for an account that was settled 4 years ago? What is happening here?
There was a similar issue in 2016 where they charged me extra on my Elife account. I called them 7 times and explained the situation but they refused to accept the fact that they had charged me extra. But after speaking to someone with a little bit of sense for once, he accepted the technical error in the calculations and apologized. They also refunded the amount next month. These are the same guys that are claiming that their system is correct and there is a payment due from 4 years ago.
This is shameless from a national provider of telephonic services and I must say that the call centre guys from the resolution department are completely stubborn and only refers to their system. What system are they talking about? they very one that lets them sleep for 4 years and then all of a sudden surprise a customer on to making a payment and harassing them with call and threatening mails.
It is a small amount that they are saying is outstanding butI will not pay them since I know how they operate and the way they do their billing. Its not about money anymore it's about ETHICS!

I have been using a prepaid Etisalat phone connection (+[protected])since last four years. As per instructions from one of the customer service personnel, i have already updated my emirates id with the Etisalat office located at Ibn batuta mall, about two months back. But even after updating, my phone is disconnected without any notice. When i approached the customer service personnel, he replied that he can issue a new post paid connection with the same number and the prepaid connection will not be in service without further notice.
I am also subscribed to e life connection ([protected]) since four years.
I request you to look into this matter and kindly take measures to reinstate the prepaid connection with the number [protected].

Fraudulent/Erroneous Use of my Etisalat Account

A mobile line number [protected] was added to my account fraudulently and there is a balance due in excess of AED 1, 000 against it. I have never ordered this line and it does not belong to me in any way. Now, the line I am using is disconnected and they are refusing to re-connect it until they finish their investigation. I phoned their customer service numerous times, filed an official complaint and nothing resolved. The lack of courtesy and adequate customer service especially in these types of scenarios is illogical especially with a company that claims to be the best at what they do and the leader in a country that takes pride in its cutting edge customer service and convenience.
Furthermore, it is alarming where personal information can be used by others to establish accounts without proper screening and adequate security measures.
majestic perfumes llc mobile services not activated - please assist
Our company Majestic perfumes which has now got converted into Majestic Perfumes LLC has not yet been given the new original establishment card physically by Immigration authorities.
The old card has already been taken over by immigration authorities at the time of processing the new card.
We have only the photocopy of the new card with the name Majestic Perfumes LLC to produce it to Etisalat for activation of our mobile services.
Etisalat denies in accepting the photocopy as they want only the original establishment card for processing the mobile service activation.
We had made several vsists to Immigration authorities for Original establishment card, however as per their new rule they do not give Original card and they told us that copy of it should work for us for any kind of services.
We are now tied up in between Immigration authorities version and non-acceptance of Etisalat rule enforcement.
Our company business mobile services will stop soon and we shall be at dis-advantage due to the no mistake done from our end.
Can the Etisalat authorities hear to our call and provide us the accurate solution and advise us the remedy to come out of this dilemma

I moved into newly built villa as the first tenant.
I requested a transfer of E life service in 9th Sep. I was heard my villa is noted as still planned area in their system so technitian will visit to see the problem. It took 3 weeks for the first one to visit. After several calls from technical dept of etisalat,
One technitian said building is not inspected. Inspector came in 1 week. Then he didnt say anything. Today, 17 Oct, I called 101 and was told that target date is set in 24th Nov. No internet for 40days now and one another 5 weeks!

My problem start with etisalat spot in dubai mall in 26 of september I went their and asked to activate my line which number was [protected], the agent take some details and he said you can come next week to ask if your request accepted or not. Sunday 3/10/2017 I went back to ask about my request, agent his name was khalid said it is not possible to activate your line again, then he asked me to pay 100 aed to activate it I said okay he started to scan sim card and I signed and when I gave him my card he said sorry only cash visa machine is not working I said it is okay I will get cash from the atm just 4 minutes and when I get back he said I am sorry I cannot activate it.. Seriously. However, I asked to buy new sim card, agent mohamed atef explained to me the offers and packages, and when I chose one he asked me for my id and my visa, I gave him my id and showed to him my entry visa, he said I have to ask my manager. He took my mobile and when he get back he said sorry my manager need the visa that placed in the passport. And he gave me his private number to contact with him before I came again and he said I will help you. Sunday 8/10/2017 I went back with my visa and id, mohamed atef again asked me to ask his manager, he took my mobile, he came and said we need salary details from your company... Seriously. After all of this I will never ever even think to use etisalt.

I had a terrible bad service experience in your service even the staff of Enovation sales agent name Aqila Gill and Mr. Sunil they never ans. my calls and give me feedback, they leave me in the air and lie putting on there system that somebody calls me and I never pick the calls. logically I am eager for the connect why I will neglect the calls. since 17th of September 2017 I apply but until now 27th of September nothing happened and its seems they never take seriously on my application. so no point of view to continued Etisalat connections. I am wasting my load and effort to calls them to follow up the status. it is ridiculous experience.

Really bad service that I received from 2 agents working with this company.. one of them I was asking him about the extrat charge that I have, he didnt even knows from where this extra, i called to discover why they charge me more what I'm paying every months and he didn't do any effort to check really unprofessional.. his name Aamar

i have been requesting to cancel my account number. etisalat service on this issue is very poor. my first request.. the agent told me to wait 3days for a confirmation call for my request - NOBODY called. i made a request again,
they updated my info and i was told to wait 48hrs, still NOTHING happens. i tried to send email to [protected]@etisalat.ae, they will have an automatic reply to wait for 5days. today is my 10th day of waiting. hopefully Etisalat will improve their service.

I have taken a connection for internet and landline on 15 Aug 17. The sales guy told me that I can watch tv channels on my laptop as I was going for du connection and they were providing Apple TV device. Later in when I got the connection I was unable to watch any channel on laptop, when I called the sales guy he told me to login a complaint at the customer care -101. The technician came and tried but could not do anything and in turn again directed me to contact the sales guy. But I was shocked to see 250 dhs charges for technician visit when I got the bill. I feel like cheated and request you to look into this matter and take action against the responsible person.

A minute before that the guy who work there is kicked me of from same place where it was my turn . Why u not hire more people if u have not enough to serve people faster? I applied for a new connection on 27th August, today is the 7th day and till now i have not received any calls from Etisalat technical team to install new connection. I have been calling 101 and 7622 but without any luck. Both teams are playing a blame game on each other. I was promised before the long weekend starts, my connection will be in place. But because of such a BAD service from Etisalat my weekend is ruined.
I still do not have any update when i will receive my connection. I have already spoken twice to the floor manager of 800101 but still issue remains unresolved.
I am writing here as a last resort, final attempt if connection will be active. Else i will have to dump etisalat in favour of DU

My name is engy I have this new number as visit line ([protected]) I been recharging it from mall of the emirates brunch and never faced any issues.
Yesterday I went downstairs my apartment in dar al wasl to recharge my account and my mom's along with my baby.
I had faced the worst experience in my life with one of you customer representative her name is (Bishee fadhil) she told me I will need both phone to enter some code in order to activate your new package you added or your passports to swipe I was so surprised from what she said... why does she needs these! I always go do it in mall of the emirates brunch and the guys there are more than helpful and friendly never ever faced any issues with any one and it takes them 2 minutes to make it done.
but this lady attitude left me with no words I kept explaining to her that's what I been doing just last week and week before she said I don't know this way they have different systems this is the way I use with a very rude attitude and aggressive way... I turned to the other side while she's doing her job and I was talking to my mom and my baby and with no respect she interfered in our conversation saying no this is how I do it and yes I understands Arabic! I told her who asked you? am not talking to u even! And she gave me this attitude with not 1 % care of me being a client need to be served I asked her colleague where is the manager here give me someone responsible who I can talk to and he said no one is here madam today is Friday and she kept raising her voice and saying no one is here it's only us call customer service if you want to complaint I was so shocked of how she could have this aggressive attitude while she saw there's a little baby here and I didn't disrespect her with one single word! I told her relax control your anger and don't raise your voice shame on you... I asked her why you don't have a name tag so I can see your name she didn't even bother to answer and she started to spell her name while shouting out .. I had to ask her colleague again and she didn't want to stop raising her voice...
Am very disappointed of how she treated me since the very moment I entered the store she didn't even bother to say hi how can I help u because she was busy with her phone, when I said marhaba she didn't reply and than out of the sudden she said I can speak and understands Arabic! Really! Where are we!
She defiantly not a good image for etisalst and more over she was so arrogant to apologise or just to stop the argument! She was so stubborn like we were friends and she thinks am wrong and kept her eyes on the screen like I don't care what you saying! What a shame for a lady to treat another lady that way! Specially supposedly she's a professional one works for the etisalst!
I can't believe the diarespct I faced yesterday and am still feeling pain in my chest because of the embarrassment she put me through front of my baby and my mom...

outstanding payment of postpaid number
On August 2nd, I have recharged 300.00 to my current postpaid number with wasel vouchers. One voucher is 100aed; another voucher is 200aed. But for the next few days, my overdue amount still remains as 594aed. It is supposed to be reduced to 294aed only since I already recharged 300 as I just mentioned.
I have made calls regarding this issue. Then different customer representatives give me different answers. One representative told me to wait patiently and soon my overdue amount will change. Another representative told me the billing system was not updated due to some technical issues and asked me to follow up on august 10th. The third representative told me I wrongly made recharged to wasel account. And my 300aed went in vain. The forth representative told me the change of overdue amount would not be reflected on any app or system, but will be reflected on next PDF bill.
Considering the four versions of answers given by different representatives, I am really concerned about etisalat's customer service.
I am even more afraid that I will never get my 300aed back. To be frank, etisalat really disappoint me this time.

The problem began when I reached Etisalat store in Grand mall el maadi Egypt to pay my bill
First I didn't found the agent who is concerned with collecting bills and found only other two agents who are concerned in found solutions for other customers problems and when I told them I just want to to pay my bill quickly and I shouldn't wait all this time because of absence of other agent but they told me I had to wait with other customers and wait my turn
Second: when I followed their rules and get my number "95" and waited for about half an hour they did the service for number "98" before me because he went and talked to them privately and when I objected, they didn't deny their action and told me it's not my business so I refused to pay the bill and left the store
Third: I made a complaint to Etisalat Egypt and they replied after couple of days that the store manager sent his apologize to me
Is it fairness and professionalism in dealing with Etisalat customers and is it right for this issue to be ended by just apologize

4 months back I had port my no with Du. on 7 Aug my no was barred and when I called customer care they said I have an outstanding balance when I asked why they didn't notify me they have no answer except sorry.
when I asked to check about my details the representative told me that etisalat has blocked my email id also
when I check that online as I am an Elife customer too and paying 399 every month no account and outstanding I can see as they barred the service on my online account too.
question is how come a customer will aware whether they have outstanding until unless we don't receive any notification?
secondly if I was paying for my service on a monthly balance why I will keep 100 200 as an outstanding?
it was your responsibility to notify a customer that we have an outstanding like you call us most of the time for new offers.
since yesterday I called etisalat and du 3 4 times and except sorry they only have one answer
WAIT for 2 hrs, 12 hrs and now I have been told to wait till 24 hrs.
I am very disappointed etisalat with this kind of service also improper information from different representative.
terrible billing
I am an Etisalat eLife connection user for about 4 years. While their service is satisfactory, they routinely over bill customers. They add packages by themselves and keep billing. Their bills are the most confusing I have seen and an undergrad student can do a much better job creating a billing system than etisalat. None of the monthly bill formats and charges tally with each other. If you subscribe to their A service costing 300 per month, you will be billed 450 due to blah blah blah which is never ending. They will tell you that you are confused because our billing cycle is such that it generates 40 days bill every month, so the bill you receive in August is of complete July and 10 days from June. But then the bill I receive in September is also complete August plus 10 days from July. Does that make sense? Total crap.
same to me, always excess billing and i am always complaining everytime i received the bills and complain for almost 2hrs discussion, they are simply scammer.
