Etisalat i'm complaining about unablity of online renewal

I renewed my residence visa and got my new ID and then went in vacation to my country. I want to renew my mobile number online.
I tried more than 10 times and all of them correct as much as I think but eventhough I tried many other possibilities for filling the spaces but all in vain .
I want to send the photos of my new valid visa and ID and even the stamp of traveling in 27th July meaning since 5 days only .
How can I renew it ? Guide me please

Etisalat fraud

Mr Rashid (nationality Pakistan) employee of the respected etisalat services
had cheated me
I the undersigned imran khan (nationality indian) was cheated by mr rashid employee of respected etisalat services for credit card i lost my job and now the bank is taking legal action against me for which i have done nothing .He took my credit card and swiped it for issuing his mother and wife visa procedure now he is not repaying the amount please help out of this matter i have attached credit card slip i tried to upload the visa copies of his mother and wife too but the format is not supporting please guide me how i can get out of this mess or else please provide me someone to whom i can complain.

Etisalat manager

I came to etisalat agency in al wahda mall i asked to meet the manager/responsable and one the philipino staff he mention to wait that the manager finish with his customer before to talk with me. In front of me the manager asked to his staff what is the issues i explained which was my problem in front of him. After waiting him for 10minutes he passed close to me so i asked him if i could speak with him he totally ignore me and went to speak with someone else and left the agency. This is absolutely not an appropriate behaviour from a manager.

Etisalat service / commitment while disconnection

I have applied for disconnection of my landline [protected] on 8th May, 2017. However due to IT issues the request could not be completed within May, I was informed by Etisalat agents.
There has been many calls to & fro during the processing of the request.
Up on each follow up call, the tele agent generated new complaint no. towards the request.
Lastly I was advised to pay bills towards month of Apr & May (359*2) to complete the disconnection although AED 561 was in credit at the time of advice call. I paid the amount as I wanted the disconnection to take effect soon.
During my follow up call towards end of May, I was told by a tele agent that the IT issue has not been resolved and your account would be disconnected during first week of June and confirmed that the June bill will not be charged to me, I confirmed the same twice during the call.
As suggested the account was disconnected on 05.06.17 and a confirmation sms was received at 08:12 am.
Subsequent to the disconnection confirmation I raised a request to refund my credit amount of AED 921. I was informed that the team is working on it and revert.
I received an email on 23.06.17 that June charges will be applied and deducted during settlement.
I request you to refer the recorded communication I had with tele agent who confirmed that June bill will not be charged to me.
In spite of the confirmation from etisalat there has been June charges being levied to me.
Kindly look into the matter and arrange to refund my AED 921.

Etisalat mobile

I have an Eitsalat mobile.

My mobile outgoing calls & data services were barred since Tuesday without any notification, sms or call from Etisalat. I have been paying my mobile bills on time. On verification post various calls to Etisalat Customer Service, I have been informed the same is due to non payment of a linked land line. This land line & e-life account was closed & disconnected over 15 months ago.

Please note the below:
 - This land line number was disconnected in March-2016.

- My mobile was barred for outgoing in Dec-2016 stating non payment of land line & e-life which was back then already closed over 9 months ago. Once again, no intimation or sms was made by Etisalat. Besides, why did Etisalat wait for 9 months before coming to the customer?

 - Further, in Feb-2017, I have visited the Etisalat, Al Twar Centre. There the entire details below were discussed the Manager there.

 - I informed of the incorrect services & misguiding of the Etisalat service executives who first claimed there was no lock in period of the E-Life services, which actually was not the case.

- Thereafter, when a call for disconnection of services was made in March-2016, the call was noted by the customer executive & confirmed the same will be done on call & no visit to a customer centre was required.

 - Thereafter no information was provided, thereby assuming that the services were cancelled. Nothing was received from Etisalat for over 9 months. That proves that the services were cancelled & all was closed.

- 9 months later the mobile number used to register the land line, was disconnected for the land line / e-life services for non payment of 9 months - for those 9 months when no usage was made & actually the account was closed.

 - All the above details were discussed & noted at Al Twar Etisalat Centre in Feb-2017 & the ENTIRE outstanding was waived off.

 - Further, the Etisalat Manager at Al Twar also confirmed that no barring on mobile services can be done due to any landline or other services outstanding amounts.

 - Now, post 5 months, once again my outgoing has been barred due to an outstanding showing on the Etisalat systems towards the same landline on which all outstanding amounts were waived off due to Etisalat employees' mistakes & providing wrong information through out just to gain new customers.

 - Further, please note that the services have been barred without any sms or call from Etisalat.

 - On 4th July 2017, I have spoken at length to a customer service executive who transferred my call to his supervisor.

 - After over an hour long conversation with the supervisor, he confirmed that the outstanding will be waived off and the mobile services will be reactivated by the end of the day. A customer complaint number was provided by him as well. However, no services were activated.

- The next day I called the Etisalat & was given the same story of non payment & was asked to send a detailed email & the services would be resumed within 24 hours. The email was asked to be sent to:
[protected]@etisalat.ae. I did the same, however nothing post 24 hours. Further, after over 24 hours, I received a failed delivery status of the email. The customer executives say the email address is correct.

- I called up the following day again & was once again given the same story with only a complain number in the system & no further details now being told that what all was told earlier was false by the earlier customer executives and now this will take 7 days at least with no guarantee that the outstanding will be waived. Please note - the TOTAL outstanding was waived off in Feb-2017 so no reason why ANY amount should now show outstanding in the Etisalat system.

- I received a call from a customer executive who asked for the whole story again & even after saying the same things & getting frustrated with every call & every new customer executive I speak to, my mobile services have not been reactivated yet.

- Please note that the amount was waived off only because of wrong information by customer executives AND the details not being updated by the customer executives in the Etisalat system properly. All the calls with customer executives were verified based on the recorded calls by Etisalat themselves which was called back to me & confirmed that we were right in our complaint.
Further, why did Etisalat wait for 9 months to collect outstandings of over AED 5, 000? Why are the Etisalat Sales/Customer executives providing wrong information regarding locks in & disconnections just to get more customers?

Many customers of Etisalat are going through the same problems. Absolute harassment over services by Etisalat is causing frustration to its users. This will only ensure that people find another alternative to Etisalat.

Etisalat wrongly charged 250 aed

My March 2017 Bill came with an overcharge of 250Aed, which was charged for technician visit. I had no such visit from Etisalat so I wonder how/why I should get charged or pay that amount.

Immediately I called 101( I am literally tired of calling) alerted the customer service person of the wrong charge, he promised they would get back to me as he has lodged a complain. I got no call, after a week I called back to follow up but this time the lady admitted the amount was wrongly charged and promised within 48hours the amount would be eliminated from my Bill.
I felt so relax until the end of the month when I got my new bill only to discover that nothing has been done regarding the overcharge.

To cut the long story short, since then i been calling for over 10times if not more they all promise to get back to me after 48hours but they never do, in fact the last person I spoke with promised that the amount would removed from my account but as of yesterday I remember getting an sms reminder to pay off the same overcharge.

It's so annoying how a simple problem cannot be resolved since March. What upset me the most is how the customer service representative play with me, so unprofessional.
I am tired of calling 101 because they have no solution for me, they are only playing around, most of them don't even speak or understand English language well.

I don't know how active this platform is, but I hope it can help fix this issue.

Etisalat elife services closing

Dear Sir/Madam,

I was staying with my family in Dubai till 31 May 2016. We were having a Elife Triple Play Connection with Number [protected]. on 02 Jun 2016, I went to Etisalat Customer Care in Mirdiff City Center and requested for terminating the services of Elife Triple Play and accordingly the staff attending to me told me that the final bill was some 733 (Don't remember correctly), I paid the full amount and was issued with a printout (Which I am attaching). After that I left the country and was away for a long time. I had visited the country for short spells of 2-3 days. During early this month, when I was in Dubai for a couple of days, I happened to use my old SIM which was still active and came to know though SMS messages that there was a pending bill of about AED 660/- and Etisalat was in the process of taking legal action to recover the money. What I could do then was to go to a nearby Customer Care Center and lodge a complaint showing them the printout which was given to me at the time of closing the service.

I am now out of the country and would like to know as to how this extra amount is charged after I closed the Elife Triple Play Service.

Etisalat double charged this month because they forgot to charge me last month?

Last moth i checked my email and etisalat online account several times, expecting my bill, but was charged only 29, 00 aed.
But this month I was charged 589 aed! apparently because due a mistake in the system the didn't charge me correctly last month?
This is not my mistake.

How was I supposed to pay the bill that I never received? I checked and checked, and in the end used the money for something else.
Now I'm supposed to pay almost 600 aed at once because of a mistake someone else made.

That is absolutely unacceptable and I have a right to know who is responsible.

Dear Etisalat Customer Care,

I am writing to express my disappointment with your E-Life services due to the charges you imposed under the E-life Account Number [protected] which is under my name Jasmin Vargas.

The undersigned has an E-life Account (Number [protected]) with Etisalat since September 2015 (it is 2-years contract) and it will end the contract in September 2017.

During the contract period, I lived along with my friends in a villa and the location opposite in Child’s Park in Al Jafiliya (alongside Chelsea Hotel – Satwa). Without knowing the fact that SATWA Residential particularly the villa are subject for Demolition/Restructuring area.

On 1st of February, 2017 the Baladiya along with the DEWA came to our villa and suddenly cut the line (electricity and water); therefore, without any choice, we shifted immediately. I did try to contact Etisalat Customer Care requesting for e-life shifting but the call was not successful.

Therefore, without hesitation I went to Etisalat Al Fahidi Branch to personally raise the request of e-life shifting; however, it was not successful because we (I and the Etisalat agent) came to know that the area inside Satwa where we shifted was part of a FROZEN AREA or RED ZONE (below screen shot):

In addition to the above, we paid our e-life account last 28th of January, 2017 (screen shot below) and we evacuated our place dated 1st of February, 2017 we brought along with us the e-life router. Therefore, nobody uses that e-life account until now as you read this complaint.

I am aware that my E-life contract will be due this coming September 2017; however, due to Baladiya came to our place and cut the DEWA which was the reason we evacuated from our previous place in Al Jafiliya and shifted in the same building of Suntek General Trading – NOT OUR FAULT! Because the said area in SATWA IS UNDER DEMOLITION/RESTRUCTURING AREA.

In view of the above scenario, I hereby request to WAIVE OFF THE AMOUNT OF AED 1, 551.46 – as it clearly shown that we didn’t use the E-life since we shifted dated 1st of February, 2017.

Etisalat elife location shifting

I made a request to shift my elife connection to new location on 14th of may I got an appointment on 16th of may at 8.00 am. I skipped my office and waited for etisalat techinician till 9.00 am to visit my new location. Then he came and told I have to wait because there is no port available on their optical fibre box. I asked for a turn around time he just said "you have to wait brother" is that a "turn around time"?. I kept calling their call center and they kept filing complaints and followups. Nobody called me till 21st, I recieved a call from their appointment center and scheduled an appointment on 22nd 11.00 am. Again I skipped office and waited till 12pm nobody showed up or called so I called appointment center and came to know they cancelled appointment without notifying me because they didnt have engineers approval and they have other major projects at the time which is not my concern. Now I wasted two days. If I call callcenter all they will tell is they have filed a complaint and I will recieve a call soon. But nobody is calling to rectify my issue. Whom should I contact again? The tat mentioned for external elife shifting is 3-7 business days. Which is long over. I hope etisalat will look into my issue and solve it asap.

Etisalat etisalat salesperson unethical way

Hello,
I am not sure if this is the correct way for my complaint to be resolved, But I hope someone really helps me out. The problem started on the 14th of February. I received a call from on Etisalat Representative, Arun. He offered me a Postpaid plan (I was using using a prepaid line) along with a new Apple I Phone7 .He said I would have to pay 115 Dhs for 24 months and that would be all inclusive. And he said I would get a Message for the new I Phone Delivery in 2 days.I asked him if any documents should be submitted first but he said for this offer it was not required to .And I told him to register me for the offer. He changed my plan from Prepaid to Postpaid at the same time .I waited for 2 dayd for the Message for the new Apple I Phone but nothing came. So I called Etisalat Customer Care at 101. That's when I got A Shock as I was told there was no Apple I Phone in the system for me against my cell number [protected]. Immediately I requested for my number to be migrated back to prepaid. I was told that to do that I waould have to pay migration charges. this was on the 17th of February .After that I keep on calling 101 and each time I h
am assured that I shall help within 2 days . But I am still struggling. The names of some of the Etisalat Representatives I have spoken to, Shahnivas, Arbiya and a few others in March. The ID given was [protected] . After tat the person I spoke to was Noor Singh .Then after a few days it was Mai. then I was told the migration charges were waived off and I made a payment for the phone bill and was told that my number would be made prepaid in 2 days and I would get a message . Again No Help. Then I called and the person called Asin responded . I got a ref. no. [protected] . Again same story. Then it was Nobel on the line 'New ref; no; [protected].then it was Chirag who promised to help . Then it was Atulya .Then again after a few days it was Priya. A new ref. no. 1056552 . Then it was Tejas, Prem, and Wasim. All promised to help but No Help. Then on 14th of May Sushmita called .Now I am being told to pay A big amount .But it is not my fault if Etisalat people have not looked in my matter for so long as I was cheated in the first place. I am so Saddened with this experience as I have been a loyal customer of Etisalat and have the same number since 20 years. I am very Frustrated and cdon't know what to do as the Customer Care People are not able to help. One of them told me I should have got A new Sim Card and stopped using this Number. Is this Efficiency of Etisalat Customer Care. some of the ref. nos. saved in my mobile are - [protected] -- [protected] --- [protected] -- [protected], I am so unhappy and Tired of all this that I don't know how to resolve all this. No-one is giving me the contact of Head of Department So I don't know what to do . Hope Someone Out there Hears my Complain.

Hello. I am amjad. I shifted from abu dhabi to dubai and requested for my services to be changed to dubai on 4th may 2017. My account number is [protected]. I got a call on 6th may that a technician would come the next day (7th may) and do the needful. From 7th may till jow no body came. I am calling twice every day and every time I am being told by bunch of intelligent people that today some one would come. The 101 team asks me to call appointment team and when I call there they say call 101. Its really pathetic and ridiculous. Etisalat jas such bad service and delivery. I cant imagine this is happening in uae and then in dubai.

Dear Sir,

Kindly give attention to my this email, to understand my problem properly.I am the company accountant and i have very big problem which i am trying to explain you.Sir we was using etisalat business plan for our company eight employees, but one day Du Representative came to our office to explain us the things that we will give more data more minutes etc etc.but he did not tell or explain us anything that if we will move from etisalat to du before twelve month completion then penalty could come or any other problem could make.he just said us that give me your all company documents and one letter printed on your company letter head that we want to transfer our all etisalat numbers to du.Du Representative said me that we have mutual contract with Etisalat.so just you should give us all the documents and letter and sign and stamp these all du forms.So these all numbers will automatically transfer to du with out any problem or issue.so we have done like that.now after some months we got AED: 8007.76 fine from Etisalat side.so now my company said me that you have done this contract with du coz we did not know about this fine or penalty, so you have pay it by your own head.sir kindly it is stated that i am poor and normal accountant, so how i will pay this much amount.i am clearly mentioning it that Du representative deceived and betray us.He did not providing us the sufficient information regarding this contract.so now i trapped in this problem.kindly help me and i have du representative number and name.i even called to du customer care office they told me in this way that we did not force you that you have to do contract with du. They said me why you have done contract with du coz we did not force you.so i think its unfair that du said me like this as a customer.they are not cooperating with me nor they are listening with me and i am in very big trouble now.coz Etisalat sent us final notice that we will disconnect the company land line and fix numbers also.so this is all scenario please i request from etisalat to cooperate with us and help me to solve this problem.please give us a little time to solve this problem and do not disconnect our company landline or fix numbers otherwise my company will fire out me from my job

Etisalat dubai etisalat/elife internet not working

Dear sir,
My elife internet connection not working before 4 days i have lunch the complaint on thursday 20th april evening time and case referance/complaint nmbr is.[protected].Your operator ask 24hrs my problem solve but iam still wait no come any body tecnition after i call 3 time on you nmbr 800101 and ask my problem not solve but she ask today come today come.Plz plz plz solve my problem. Thanks

Etisalat e-life line cancellation still pending since 1 month

I am complaining because you are busy more on sales and pushing revenue more than resolved problems and customer satisfaction. The reason am dissatisfied. Since 1 month I called to cancel ELIFE line and till now still pending with a follow up 5 to 6 times and always with the same reply this time it will be happened but unfortunately nothing was done.
The worst thing I’m receiving message saying,
We have tried to contact you ………………….but we could not reach you, please be available …………….you may receive a call within 24hs……………………
Also I complain for the above message that no body called me and am available with the same mobile number registered within Etisalat

I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem

Etisalat extreme roaming calls charged

I have charged my card with 300 egp on 7th april, 2017 and i travelled to saudi arabia on 8th april. On 12th april i got a message that my ballance is about 42 egp although all my calls were a receiving calls.

I need an urgent review/explanation/reply for my complaint and i need urgent compensation for that.

Otherwise, i will share my bad ecperience with etisalat on social media.

Etisalat e life wireless connection not established till date

I had made a request for change of location, it took nearly 2 weeks to transfer the connection, once the connection was made they were telling that my wireless router is complaint and i need to change it( kindly note that this router was perfectly working for the past 2 years, i had the same issue 2 years back while shifting, the router automatically became defective), i honestly feel that there is a foul play happening to utilize the customers to change the routers and make the routers defective so that they can charge 250 dhs for router change .
Kindly note that even after request for change of router on 6th of april its not been replaced ( ref no. [protected]- customer care had told it will be replaced in 3 days now they are telling its will be reinstated by 12 th of april ), please do the needful for atleast paying pack the amount for days not utilized and take action at the earliest

Etisalat international roaming not working

3. Call to # 8002300 & 101 on 6th April.
4. International Roaming not working in China, Guangzhou 26th till 30th March 2017.
5. International Roaming not working in Oman, Muscat - 5th April 2017
6. International Roaming not working in India, Trissur - 8th till now.

Please refer to all the above. I have changed my SIM to Nano SIM on 23rd March from micro SIM at Etisalat office in DAFZA. From that day onwards, international roaming was not migrated to my new SIM, in-spite of making complaints and request on 6th April through phone. Further the attitude of staff who spoke to me on 101 was of denial and arrogant.

Etisalat etisalat/lte fix connection requested to be cancelled

I have been many times call 101 to follow up my lte connection to cancelled it because if confused maybe after a month will come the bill but before i request to cancel it in main outlet and i paid the last bill for march and they tell to me after 1 week the technican will come and after that the technician come march 2nd week and they take the devices.. And now 2 months bill come to my email.. How it comes like that the technician tell to me he cancelled already and he report to etisalat already before but now still active my account and continues of giving charge! My complaint number [protected]

Etisalat complaining about change the sim card postpaid to pre-paid

Dear Sir,
I got one SIM card from one of the Etisalat Agent who was selling near Deira Metro Station. That Agent said to me this is prepaid card, free sim & net free etc...
After second day somebody called me that you got post paid card which is activated. I was surprised. Agent was cheated me. I registered complaint three times but still not get resolution. Daily follow up this complaint.
I have three complaint number ([protected] / 11-03-17 & [protected]/25-03-17&[protected]/29-03-17 also complaint conversion number10115525/23-03-17) I was really fedup in this matter.
So please take necessary action against this complaint. Somebody called and threaten and harassed me also from that Agent. Last 25 days I was become mentally tortured. So please take action in favour of me.
I cant pay the post paid amount because I am a low salary staff.
