Etsy review: Divine silver ornaments

Order of gold and tanansite stud ear rings made to this company on the 25.10. 2023. And paid n full on the 26.10.2023.

The order made through etsy the order number is [protected].

I was told one of the stones was damaged and they will order another pair of ear rings that would take 1 to 2 weeks,

i have had nthing but excuses from this company, when i asked why have the ear rings not been delivered, my answer was ' hey they have not arrived ' my reply was that they should know where they are and who is delivering the order.

Next was they will remake the ear rings but it will take another 2 weeks, by this time i have been waiting until now and recieved nothing, i sent an official etsy e mail to the company requesting my money back in full, the reply i got is ' it will take a while' i have asked them what do they call a while! they should know exactly how long it will take to return my money in full.

It has been 4 1/2 weeks now and they are not a bit bothered i bought the ear rings for my grand daughters 21st birthday which is now 3 weeks away, i am retired and not well off and i need this money to buy her another pair of ear rings, which if left to divine sliver it will never happen.

I feel that i have been made a fool of by this company, i have been a customer of etsy many many times and never had this ridiculous and possibly fraudulent dealings before.

As etsy is the official sales web site for this order i am please asking for etsy to return my money to me as soon as possible and deal with this company yourself
