Used car bought and paid for 28/02/2020
Collected 1st week march and it displayed problems - broke down in Evan Halshaw car 10/03 - Blackburn - rang Manchester where I got it from as did get any support at the break down.
26/03 booked in for them to look at - Corvid 19 struck so had a car with an intermittent problem. re booked - April, May, June asked to ring back to book july due to staff available yes I example I wouldn't pay for the fixing as its a fault item which they need to fix yes that wasn't a problem. Car broke down again in july and I run a key worker back forth to work and I couldn't relay on the car which was now booked in for end August. I~ have email say take to garage as they didn't have the staff to do it early I paid out 258 pound on an understanding it would be reimbursed. So no reimbursing and my warranty does cover I yet again explain about sold faulty item and my rights as a consumer heard nothing back. Written to Evan Halshaw help. Email again Sean. So I have asked for a deadlock letter or refunded of my repair cost and the refund of a warranty plan I paid for that if this is the service its not going to be used as I will not deal with you again.
I need some sort of response but I will be taking this to the ombudsman as I though I would get the support from a bigger company
