I ordered an engraved locket that is half the size it appeared to be. And the engraving and birthstones were too small to see. The baby's bracelet, I'm sure, is too small for a newborn and the engraving is super small. And the jewelry case I bought engraved is so cheap looking, I'm too embarrassed to give this to my stepdaughter, but it's too late to change since it's a Christmas gift. I wish I would have read REAL reviews, and not the ones from their own website. The pictures are FALSE ADVERTISING as the jewelry does not come CLOSE to them.

I am extremely disappointed with Eve's Addiction and will not order anything from them again, they are highly unprofessional! I have purchased a personalized bracelet with an engraving from them and when I received it I was shocked to see my mothers name was written with a mistake!
I contacted them and demanded a full refund but they refused. They said that the only thing they can do is give me a small discount on my next order. Absolutely ridiculous!

This company is a fraud! I ordered some products from Eve's Addiction website as presents. When they charged my card I realized that they double charged me. I immediately contacted customer service and was told that there was some kind of error and they'll refund me in 24 hours. But they never gave my money back! Later they charged me again. In the end they charged me 4 times. What kind of error is that? They just stole my money! I made only one purchase! Horrible scam company. I'll report them to BBB and now I have to cancel my bank account. Absolutely ridiculous!
I received my order yesterday, 2.5.19, and was very disappointed. I ordered a size 9 and it looked small. I took it to my local jewelry store and they measured it at a size 7. This is an embarrassment and I cannot give it as a gift. I contacted their customer service and the best they will do is a 30% off coupon and free shipping. Why would I re-order from a company who could not get the order correct and offered bad customer service.
I placed an order for an engraved necklace, and it did not come out well (too light). They quickly replaced the item with everything prepackaged ready to return the original. Their customer service was as professional as possible and I am very happy with my experience.

Unfortunately I did not read the reviews before I made an order so it's kind of my fault. Anyways, I purchased two rings from Eve's Addiction and paid extra money for rush shipping. One ring was for me and the second one supposed to be a birthday gift for my sister. I made my order back in December and it is now February! Birthday has come and gone and I received nothing yet. I am just a student and I don't have $80 to just throw away. I am extremely disappointed. I sent them many messages and asked what was going on, but never received a response. After reading all the reviews I doubt they will ever give me my money back. This horrible company should be shut down.
i'm disgusted with eve's addiction
My brother passed away several months ago. Mother still cries everyday, so I thought I would order her a pendant with my brother's picture. I also ordered an engraving on the back so she could keep his picture close to the heart. I searched online and found Eve's Addiction website. I sent them a message telling how important that order was and told I need the pendant to be perfect. First of all, they absolutely forgot about the engraving. I called customer service, they apologized and sent a second one. When I received the second one there was an engraving, but there was no picture on it! I was so mad and contacted them asking for a refund, but they refused to give my money back. They sent me two items, which were both poor quality and charged me for it! Horrible company, I'm disgusted with Eve's Addiction.

Okay, well I bought a set of engraved rings for me and my boyfriend. They went on back order so I called and asked them to cancel that order And that from their I was gong to make a different purchase. So, I make my new purchase and get the rings and they are super great. Then I get 2 weeks later a HUGE credit amount charged to me from eves and so I look and the rings I canceled they went ahead and sent them and charged me full price for the non-clearanced version of it. So, I call to get it fixed and they won't let me return them for their mistake their stupidity because they are engraved with an engraving I never chose.

Ordered a ring from eves... I was really excited and then it arrived and I was totally disappointed! The preview of the product looked awesome and the engraving looked fine... The piece of jewelry is so small you can not even read the engraving! They claim they want to keep their customers happy, but I'm sure they just want your money! Big waste of $70 dollars! Will tell everyone I know not to shop here... Total ripoff!
missing stones in necklace
I rarely post a negative review about products, but this experience was so bad, I felt like I should warn other shoppers: I ordered this necklace for my mother-in-law's 60th birthday - six birthstones for her six grandchildren. It came the Wednesday night before our trip to visit her early Friday morning. When I opened the box, there were two stones missing from the necklace. After searching the box, I found the two stones loose in the bottom. I immediately called Eve's Addiction, but they were already closed (I'm on mountain time and they close around 5 EST). I left a message with them and was told that it would be returned the next day. Unsure of what to do, I immediately found a local jeweler to repair the necklace before our trip. There was no time to wait for another shipment. Eve's Addiction never called me back and finally responded by email on Friday after I had left to see my mother-in-law. I called them second time and explained to them what happened and they told me they couldn't do anything about it because I had let another jeweler touch the jewelry and that it could have been my fault. There was no hint at an apology -- they really didn't care. I couldn't believe how awful their customer service was! I have pictures to show what the necklace looked like when I got it, but I am not able to post them to this review. Luckily I found a jeweler to fix it for me before my mother-in-law's party and he didn't even charge me because he felt so bad about it- it was suppose to be a sentimental gift. I just wish Eve's Addiction has shown an ounce of care about a defective product. If decided to go ahead and order- be sure to have plenty of time in case you need it repaired. Also, the local jeweler told me that the stone were just loosely glued into the metal, not inlaid, and so temperature changes during shipment or use can easily pop them out if they are not set correctly.
quality is not worth price tag and customer service is a joke
Was so excited to buy my dream earrings, but they arrived broken. Contacted EvesAddiction and they refused to send me a shipping label to return the item. Why should I have to pay to ship back an item that arrived damaged when I already paid to have it shipped to me in the first place? I finally conceded and mailed the earrings back at my own expense. One and a half months later, I still have not received my refund and they are ignoring my emails. Quality is not worth price tag and customer service is a joke. Would never shop there again.
fraudulent shipping policy
My very first order from Eve's Addiction arrived incomplete - I ordered two pairs of stud earrings, and received just one pair. (With a receipt that read "Checked By ___". The company speedily shipped me the missing pair once notified, via customer service, of the problem. Then, after placing a few more orders, I began to receive their "free gifts." A "free gift" from Eve's Addiction is a crappy, cheap-looking metal earring that no one - not even my jewelry-obsessed ten-year-old daughter - would want to wear. When you receive the "free" gift, you might scratch your head, since you neither ordered it, nor do you appreciate it. And then you try to return their merchandise. BAM! Surprise! You discover that the "free" gift is actually $20 (which is laughable, given its quality) - that means, whatever you return will be refunded to you MINUS the $20 of the supposed "free" gift, which you neither requested (nor, most likely, are you wearing). At this point, I don't even care what they sell on their site: I will NEVER buy anything from this business again, and others should beware their dishonest business practices, since the other complaint on this board shows that they are unlikely to change.

poor quality
I've got a pendant and chain fron Eve's that my kids bought me for mother's day. I'd love it except it makes me break out when I wear it, the place it lays on my skin itches and burns just like when I discovered I can't wear anything less than sterling silver or ten karat gold. Soooo, even though it's stamped 925 I'm not a believer and now I don't know what to tell the kids since they were so proud to have bought mommy something nice. I know I haven't developed a new allergy I've been wearing the same two pieces of sterling around my neck for ten years and still do not have a problem withthem, just the pendant from Eve's addiction.

BEWARE this company will sell your information. Apparently when agreeing to the terms and conditions you'll also unknowingly agree to a "complete savings" membership at a cost of $12.00 per month. This is a complete scam. Based on the prices, I was expecting cheap looking, tacky jewelry which is exactly what I got. Clearly I got way more than I bargained for.

not so "free" shipping
I ordered 3 items from the website. Free shipping on orders over $75. The items were cheap and didn't look anything like the quality merchandise on the site. I opened them at the mailbox and immediately took them to the post office to return them. When I received my credit, it was $5.95 less than what I paid. They charged me for the shipping. Their return policy is deceiving...if your order qualified for free shipping and you return something and it reduces your order below the required amount...they charge you for the original shipping.
I received crap merchandise, had to pay to ship it back to them and then got hit with the original shipping charges.
I will never do business with them again...
FYI...QVC refunds all shipping charges on any returns. Heels.com pays the shipping both ways for any purchase. Kohl's, Macy's, JCPenney, American Eagele, Aerie, Target, just to name a few, will never charge back the shipping charges for returning one or all of the items, even if there was a qualifying amount.
Sorry that you consider this policy standard procedure.
I'm not the kind of person looking for fault. If I thought for a second that I wasn't going to like an item, free shipping or not, I wouldn't waste my time ordering. I am also the kind of person that will write a positive comment, call a manager to my table to compliment them on the exceptional service I received from their staff. I will also take the time to complete a store survey to let them know about a sales associate that went above and beyond.
I used this forum to inform others of their shipping policy and to state my personal opinion regarding the quality of the merchandise. I never went after the character or made assumptions of others that didn't have the same opinion as me.
terrible quality of item - item arrived broken and did not look like the perfect item on the website. poor craftsmanship and poor customer service. i think any good reviews on this website must be fake and posted by their own staff. on their own webs...ite they only post good reviews so don't bother reviewing them through their website if you have anything negative to say - wont post anything below 4 and a half stars. not a company i would ever do business with again! they are not ones to care about retaining customers like many other companies i have done transactions with
I received an engraved bracelet for a gift that is so scratched that I can barely see the engraving. I cannot give this gift so I'm out over $100 as engraved jewelery is not returnable. BUYER BEWARE! Karen
I love the quality and styles that Eve's offers. I usually order above the $75 to take advantage of the free ship offer. If you send an item back and and it reduces your order below $75, it's not a $75 order anymore. Don't you know that is standard procedure with all merchants? If it weren't, many people would order two items send one back and get free shipping while creating an increased burden on the merchant.
If you know of a merchant who does it differently please let me know so I can place some orders before they go out of business.
By the way you sound like one of those people who goes looking for fault. Did you really open the package up at the mailbox to immediately confirm your suspicion that you weren't go to like it?

bad customer service
I have shopped from Eve's Addiction various times and felt content until after placing an order my order didn't arrive. An order that was suppose to arrive in 3-5 business days is still yet to get here (it has now been almost 2 weeks since it was shipped). The tracking reference has shown the package in the same location in CT (I'm in CA) for this whole time. Most companies would apologize and re-ship the item, but not Eve's Addiction. They prefer you wait for 14 days and then they ask you to go do the footwork on finding out about the package from the Post Office, bringing them the info about the lost item - and item they can check the tracking and see it's been the same spot for 2 weeks! Unfortunately that is not the end of it, during this time, they also were replying to my emails with information I was giving them in the first place in regards to the package shipment and location etc. Already asked them for a refund or to ship the items out to me again - NO RESPONSE! I've seen better customer service from street vendors!
