I have 5 Cherry Trees
I have 5 Cherry Trees. I prepaid for Annual Service. I have Complained After 2 Weeks into the Tree Service, because I could Immediately tell something was wrong. I've made Several calls, only to be ignored, when someone do answer my call the lie, saying the will send someone out, no one shows up, I cannot esculate the issue, my trees are dying and I need help!

Experigreen is not a professional service, they have lied to me as a customer
Experigreen is not a professional service, they have lied to me as a customer. I prepaid for lawn service for a year (8 services). I noticed they stopped treating by backyard after a few months and they claim they have signed me up only for front and side yards. they are asking for more money to treat the backyard. All their receipts clearly state they treated the entire yard even though they did or did not. I just canceled their service and they were hesitant to refund my money for the used services. I am going to the consumer court to resolve the matter as they cheated me. Please beware and look for better companies.

This company did a home show in Oak Brook, IL. in 2019 where they offered a one-time special that we paid for to come and give us a one-time application. We did not agree to any other services they took the liberty to come in 2020 during COVID stating we started services. One we did not start any services with anyone during COVID and have been billing us for services that we did not agree to. We did not sign any contract and they keep sending us an invoice for a service we never agreed upon to a house that is vacant. We have called them several times to address this matter and the person Tim stated what do you want us to do about it. We asked them several times to stop sending us the invoice and credit it and he keeps saying I am just a call answering rep but have all the details to credit the invoice. We have been bated and we will be reporting this company to the attorney general. They are taking advantage of consumers and we have tried to get this problem resolved but have been getting the run-around. We never agreed to service at a vacant home. They took advantage of the house being vacant and started during COVID. This is really sad.
Below is a letter that I sent to Experigreen yesterday. It explains the problem.Effective IMMEDIATELY, please cancel my service for the following reasons:I just signed up with you a few weeks ago. I was told that I would receive a phone call the day before the technician was coming out. It was important that I receive that call because the gate to the rear of my property is always locked. I DID NOT receive a call. The technician showed up and applied weed and feed and grub control to ONE SIDE of my front and NOTHING to the back. I saw this when I reviewed my camera feed. I was charged the full price of $208.75. I called in and explained the situation and was told that it would be taken care of. No expected date was given. I waited a few days and sent a note via the website and my response was that you would get someone back out to finish the job. No date of expected return could be given. As of today, no one has returned. On yesterday someone came out and applied liquid aeration. WHY? You had just applied the weed and feed and grub control less than a week before so why would you return with a different application? And why would you apply something else if you had not yet completed the FIRST job? Upon reviewing my feed I noticed that the second technician only did ONE LINE on the grass that is closest to the street.I am still waiting for the phone calls that I was supposed to receive the *** BEFORE to let me know that someone was coming out. If I had received that phone call before the second visit, I would have stopped you from coming because the first application had not been rectified. By the way you charged me $225.00 for the second visit. This has not been a pleasant experience for me and I DO NOT like the way you operate. Therefore, cancel my service immediately. I will be posting a review on Complaintsboard.com,Thank you
I hope I dont have to pick a star because I cannot but if forced to I give you 1-star. You performed a service on my yard that I didnt agree to but want to stand on the fact that the service was fully explained to me yet you have nothing where I agreed to such AND you have a supervisor who told me on 9/2 that she saw where I had cancelled the service. So one of you is lying yet two of us agree the service wasnt agree upon and that would be me and your supervisor. In speaking with you you indicate that you sent a text message that this service would be completed - your text message only stated a technician would be out on 9/1 to perform a special application - NOT AN AERATION. You then further state that the text message was confirmation of the service yet you had no authorization from me in response to the text. You deducted the cost from my account and I want my money back. I gave you my banking information as a convenience to pay for the service I wanted not for you to charge for services I didnt. I've only had your service for two months now and its two months too long. The lack of communication isnt something you should pride yourself on. I especially like when you state that *** explained the types of services to me and in your opinion stayed on the phone a little too long with me - guess you're use to duping customers. And now - according to your instructions after an aeration I didnt want was done - it states I need to water my grass for at least 2-3 hours daily. We weren't watering our grass before this and now I get a high water *** because of your error? Cant begin to tell you how angry I am right now! I demand you refund my money and cancel my service immediately. Also do a little better job at contacting your clients and explaining your service and just what those services will entail on their end before you dupe anyone else.
My lawn looks amazing!
My lawn looks amazing! I have never seen it look more green and be so free of dandelions and other unwanted weeds. Thanks to the work of my technician, Darius, I can definitely say the curbside appeal of my property has greatly improved. Darius is knowledgeable and personable. He, along with all of the other professionals I have come into contact with at this company, put the 'care" back in the 'Lawn Care" business. The cost of services are reasonable, and in my case, much lower than what I had been paying for far less effective treatments from competitors prior to using ExperiGreen Lawn Care. My only regret is that I had not found this company sooner. ExperiGreen Lawn Care service is a worthwhile investment in the beautification and value of property. Southfield, Michigan
Nitrogen kill from last fall has left dead grass patches in the lawn. A service guarantee was noted in our service quote. Therefore, we would prefer the lawn areas killed by the nitrogen application brought back to their original condition or our money back.
If I could give it a zero I would
If I could give it a zero I would. My lawn looks like crap and to make matters worst their customer service is AWFUL! Someone named DJ called my home to offer Mosquito services, I said no and hung up, that person had the nerve to call me back and when I answered the phone he hung on me. REALLY! I called customer service and spoke to someone named Dusty, I told her what happened and we then talked about my lawn. She proceed to give me a summary of the last visit, however, the notes she had was not what was on the invoice that was left for me. I tried explaining that and she said I can email you the invoice and I said and I can email the one I have. First of all, why did my invoice not have all of the details that the technician placed on his summary. She proceeded to talk over me, I asked for her boss and was told there was no one else for me to speak. REALLY. Awful lawn and bad customer service, I don't think so.

Hello I am reaching out to you because Im having trouble dealing with an issue with experigreen
Hello I am reaching out to you because Im having trouble dealing with an issue with experigreen. I called to cancel my services at the start of the whole Covid thing. The gentleman I spoke to said he would put me on a permanent hold in case I was wanting to continue service at a later date. I was assured that no service would be done without my approval. The following year there were two services done on my lawn without my consent. I travel a lot for work and constantly out of state. I then called immediately when I found out (when I arrived back home) to stop the services. Later I received a *** for the services that I most definitely did not ask for. I called and was asked if I was willing to pay half of the balance to which I replied No because to me that is ridiculous that I would even be asked to pay a dime. I was then told that it would be handled. Now this *** has been sent to a debt collector and I reached out today and was told there was nothing they could do for me. This is absolutely unacceptable in my opinion.

Experigreen is not a professional company
Experigreen is not a professional company. I called and no one returns your calls. i have called back multiple times since they don't return calls finally spoke with representative who sold the package and was fed lies. I received an estimate for treatments/aeration and overseeding to be told it is only for front of yard. Mind you nothing on estimate regarding this is only for front yard. We have had lawn service in the past for quite a number of years and when we moved to our current address unfortunately our previous provider did not service that far out of their service area. So we were searching for a company to do our lawn care and came across Experigreen. They definately told me what I wanted to hear for the service they would provide and I received their estimate and of course several follow ups if I wanted to get their service. *** we accepted and paid in advance. Many other services and providers out there charge this same amount for full yard that was quoted. However we went with Experigreen. I cannot get a straight answer and I have prepaid for the services to receive the discount. I am completely unhappy with their customer service and response time. it seems they do not care about their customers and providing excellent service. *** They do not seem to care for their customers. *** Their service phone recording asks you to refer them. How can you refer someone to them when they can't provide great customer service? Please think about their rating. At this point I am ready for a refund to find a reputable lawn care service who cares about servicing their clients and giving them the attention they deserve. this is why they are in business is their customers but I don't know that they understand that.

I would also give this company a 0, if it was possible
I would also give this company a 0, if it was possible. Last summer (JUNE) I ordered this service because it seemed to be one of the more reasonable priced ones, I soon found out why! One day while at work I get an alert on my phone informing me that motion had been detected in front of my home, it was the technician from EXPERIGREEN. So I watched for 15 minutes through my doorbell camera just waiting on the so-called technician to start putting down the treatment. Needless to say, he never even got out of his vehicle! That's right no work performed, not even a little bit! 15 minutes had passed and that's when he decided to run up to my door and place a $60 bill on it! Needless to say I was LIVID! That day I called, explained the situation, and cancelled the service. WHAT HAPPENED TODAY? I get an alert, there's another technician at my home while me and my wife are at work. I immediately call EXPERIGREEN to inform them that I cancelled this service last year, once more telling them why, but she goes on to tell me that they have no record of it and that I WOULD BE BILLED but they'll cancel it now. Because I was so pissed, I told my wife to call back and ask for a supervisor, and explain what's going on. So she called back, and they put her on the phone with the person in charge of accounts (REBECCA). REBECCA, instead of looking up last years history, proceeds to tell my wife that we never cancelled and that we would be billed anyway, REBECCA also asked my wife if we cancelled then why did we pay for the service? We paid because we didn't want this crap going to collections and messing up our credit! REBECCA also told my wife that I had already called and never mentioned that I paid for that particular treatment, and also that before my wife and I back with complaints, we need to get out stories and lies together! What company, that is in the business of customer satisfaction does that? REBECCA is rude, disrespectful, and could care less about a client and we will ever consider EXPERIGREEN again.
I initially received a recommendation to use ExperiGreen from a landscaper friend
I initially received a recommendation to use ExperiGreen from a landscaper friend. Was told their value, and quality couldn't be beat. I have had multiple weeding/feeding treatments this summer, and multiple pest control applications this summer, however. My initial contact was with Andrew, a sales rep. Be basically told me what I wanted to hear, to get me to sign on, only to find out later on, he basically lied. I was promised a specific price, which was to include pest control. It did not. I spoke with a different rep, who got me in contact with the owner, who after a healthy discount, was able to add in the pest control and retain my business. Fast forward a month, I get a call about scheduling to spray for mosquitoes. I figure, well I don't want those, find out it's another service, and fee. Which I did not purchase. Fast forward another month, I get a call that its time to schedule for a grub treatment, cant have grubs. It is yet another service they are offering for sale, which I did not buy. Fast forward a month, its time to schedule for aeration and seeding, at an additional cost... See where I'm going with this. Now, as far as the treatments, I have seen a dramatic reduction in clover, dandelions, and weeds. I'd hope so after all I've paid them. The pest control is useless, after multiple applications, I still see ants, spiders, and now black crickets everywhere. I'd call them to complain, but I'm sure it's just another service I have to pay for. Lastly, the tech. Darren seems like a nice guy, he has respected my distance during Covid, which I appreciate. However, this guy sends a notification that he will be performing service at my home the next day, and then just doesn't show. This has happened in the past, requiring a reschedule, and a call to corporate, this time however, he has missed two appointments this week. I called into the office to find out if my tech was indeed coming out today. I was told he was not. I have decided to cancel my services with ExperiGreen and will choose another service to finish out my treatments.

Lawn care
WE have same lawn care for years and I always get a yearly reminder to renew my lawn care. I even get calls on every application. I always talk to a very nice lady with our old lawn service. In the meantime my old lawn care was sold to ExperiGreen. ExperiGreen took it upon themselves to come out to do a lawn care on our property. We never agreed to this. I...

We used to have *** Each year we would contact *** if we wanted them to continue lawn care again. This year we switched to another company and did not request *** to continue. In the meantime *** was sold to ExperiGreen. ExperiGreen took it upon themselves to come out to do a lawn care service on our property. We never agreed to this. They came onto our property, applied a product that was toxic to our children and dog without our permission, and left a ***. I called *** and they reported ExperiGreen was supposed to call first, they never did. Twice I called ExperiGreen. The first time they noted they cancelled the service to my house and told me I was not going to have to pay for the service. Today I got a bill in the mail and text saying my balance is past due. I called them and they basically said it was my responsibility to pay the service. I explained to them I never agreed to of $80. They basically would not let me speak to a manager and would not clear the balance. There was no contract with *** or ExperiGreen ever

ExperiGreen landscaping came while I wasnt home and sprayed my front lawn without my knowledge no previous arrangements were made my phone or otherwise I use them in 2021 what was not informed they were coming in 2022 and did not ask them and they did not ask me they are trying to get $52 from me for services and keep emailing me for payment I dont believe I should have to Pay for something Ive never asked for
I contracted with them for 6 months. They rolled it over without my consent. I then caught them in the act of pretending to service my lawn without their equipment. Effectively, showing up without product and walking around my property. I told the tech to stay off my property and cancel my service. I've since been harassed for a "past due" payment for a service I both canceled and never received. I've tried to get something in writing from them - but they have no records of my service complaint nor request for cancellation. I've been offered a 50% discount on the payment - but they won't send that in writing. This call was recorded, so they have this entire conversation for their records. I don't care about the money, this is on principle and they should not be allowed to dupe more customers. I can only imagine how many never received a service but paid for it anyway. I simply lucked out by being home.
This company took over for Turfman and i had canceled my account with Turfman before they took over. However, there was never notification that this company took over and i had canceled with Turfman at the end of the season of 2021 but i got a *** from ExperiGreen they still showed up and i called them several times to work this out and they say I didnt cancel even though i had canceled through Turfman in 2021. I did not request service and they still want me to pay for service i half canceled before they took over. Plus, we never got any letter saying they were taking over so i never got a chance. Im done talking to these people and i am not sure how else to get this resolved. Only person that was halfway decent to talk to there her name was ***.
We had signed up with Experigreen in 2019 for full lawn care and had prepaid for the year to receive discount
We had signed up with Experigreen in 2019 for full lawn care and had prepaid for the year to receive discount. But we were extremely unhappy with the results. The grass was not green in spite of watering, and the weeds were endless. Every time I would call or let the technician know, they would say that they would take care of it, but they never did. I got a call from Experigreen in Feb 2020 if I wanted to renew and prepay and would like to have any additional services.I clearly told them that I was not interested, because of poor service from 2019 ,so please do not service my property. And then COVID happened. Somehow they sent me a bill for $75.50 , and I had spoken to them multiple times over phone and explained the whole story and they very conveniently claimed they have no notes of it. They have now sent it over to collections because I refused to pay the bill. Firstly they offer terrible service and upon cancelling the service over phone, they claim to have no records and are forcing their service on us and are requiring us to pay $ 75 for something we did not want to begin with. It seems that they want to trick customers and make some quick money. I would really appreciate some assistance here.

Organic Turf sold to Experigreen. I had a contract prepaid 1 yr with Organic Turf. Not ExperiGreen. I wanted to cancel & not have ExperiGreen. But they came out & did my yard one time. They keep billing me $70-$80 for that 1 time service. They call & call saying my *** is late. Threatened to hurt my credit score which i have worked hard at keeping over 800+.I am 85 yrs. old & they keep billing me electronically, I do not want their service & want this *** wiped out. They never called me to see if i wanted to continue service that i had with Organic Turf. I never had a contract with ExperiGreen. They came out on their own & need to wipe my account to zero And quit calling me saying my *** is late.
I previously filed a complaint about this company. They charged for services I did not sign up for, and that they did not deliver. In any case. They sent me to collections for $35.39 which I paid to make it go away. I paid this on 1/19/22 and the check cleared my bank on 2/2/2022. In the past 2 weeks, I have begun receiving calls, texts, and mailings about how they are going to harm my credit and send me AGAIN to collections. I have not had any additional services from this company since I cancelled with them last year, and paid the collection amount of $35.39. I paid what they wanted and now they say I owe more. I called into the number provided in the text message and they were unable to explain, just said it shows I owe $58.61 after payment of the $35.39 they sent to collections. The person I spoke with was unable to provide me with a statement of services they charged for and payments I had made. I feel like this is turning into harassment and I'd like it to stop. If I pay them more, will they keep saying I owe even more? Thank you for your assistance.
I first signed up with Experigreen in 2020 at a home and garden show , prepaid to receive the discount. They called and showed up as promised all year, maybe more then really needed as it was very dry and grass didnt grow much. 2021 I signed back up prepaid. They did not show up as regularly, missed a treatment but did respond when called in late summer. I told them then I was not happy and wanted to quit and recieve a refund for missed treatment. They insisted that they would make right on the missed services and I was a whimp and said ok. I did not sign back *** in 2022. But without contacting me before they showed up and treated my lawn. I had just planted grass seed and of course they used a pre emergent inhibitor. Then they billed me. And now call me again wanting money for something I did not ask for.

On June 1 without my knowledge ExperiGreen lawn care applied Grub Protection to my lawn without my authorization and charged me $141.75. ExperiGreen handles my normal fertilizing needs which typically run around $50 per application. I'm happy with this basic service that they provide. When I contacted them to ask why they applied the grub control without my permission, they stated that they "sent me an email over the winter that stated they would be following the same schedule that they did the previous year." I did authorize the grub application last year because we had an exceptional amount of rain last spring and it made sense at the time. I never read their email and am not even sure if I received it. I never gave verbal or written authorization for them to do the grub application this year. Due to the pandemic money is obviously tight. I feel that their practice of "following the same schedule as last year" is very deceptive. I spoke with Experigreen last week and they said they would be willing to split the cost with me. I told them that was not acceptable and that I would not be paying anything for a service that I did not authorize. I told them I would pay the $52.75 for the normal fertilizing application.

This company provided a service to an association that was not approved
This company provided a service to an association that was not approved. I spoke with a manager there and he stated that he would take care of this bill and that we would not be responsible for it. A month later I am still receiving the bill and emailed him regarding this issue this was his response: I'm trying to get everything taken care of the branch manager and I are on different terms with this since you got emails and a phone call. I put in for it to be removed and got a email back from him. I'm working to get this taken care of. Bear with me. The manager is under an assumption that we received emails and a phone call which is totally false the only email we received was a bill stating they performed the service. If I would had received a phone call or email prior to service I would have informed them not to perform the service. I have not been able to physically speak with the branch manager and have not heard back from the manager I was previously dealing with. They provided core aeration and seeding last year which the board voted for and approved. They came out a year later without notice and serviced this property. They purposely don't notify you so that they can do the service , charge you and say you are an automatic repeat customer. This service was not provided for an individual it was provided to and association who has to vote on any services provided which they were fully aware of. Best regards

On 6/2/22 I received my spring treatment on my lawn care and in addition an unauthorized application was serviced on my lawn. I received an online email invoice indicating charges for both the services and showing the payment was automatically debited from my account. The account in which the payment was debited was an authorized account that I set up with ExperiGreen. On today 6/3/22 I contacted ExperiGreen concerning the unauthorized payment and treatment. I spoke with *** in the payment center and explained my issues. *** informed me that the unauthorized treatment was applied automatically since the treatment was completed in 2021 and that any treatment previously applied would automatically be carried over into the next year. *** also explained that the auto payment was charged base on it being the last card on file that was used for payment.I explained my concerns with receiving a treatment to my lawn in which I did not authorize and the changes being debited from an account in which I did not authorize. I also asked for a refund for the treatment which was not authorized.*** indicated that I would not receive a refund since the treatment was applied and the payment was processed! I explained that I did not have a chance to dispute the charge because it was debited from my account immediately upon services! I asked to speak to someone who may be able to authorize the refund and *** responded that they would tell me that they agreed with her assessment. I again asked to speak to the next person with authority and *** informed me that she made the decisions and they were final. I asked was there a manager and *** refused to provide a name or transfer the call!

I hired Experigreen to handle my routine lawn care needs in the Spring of 2021
I hired Experigreen to handle my routine lawn care needs in the Spring of 2021. I had new Bermuda sod laid down throughout my entire lawn in early February and relayed that information to Experigreen upon requesting their services. The sod that was laid down did extremely well. It was thick, without weeds and vibrant in color. Photo has been attached. Experigreen applied applications on April 6th, May 6th, June 23rd and September 29th. Between the June and September applications, the lawn started struggling significantly. At this time, 90% of the grass in the backyard has died and half of the front yard was damaged. One important thing to note is during the application on September 9th, two things occurred 1) the technician applied fertilizer that left a very distinct line down the middle of the front yard (photo attached). To clarify, half of the front yard was healthy and the other half was burned from fertilizer treatment 2) the technician made absolutely no note re: how poorly the grass in the backyard was doing even though we relied on their expertise.I have been working with Experigreen for over two months now to rectify this. I have provided them documents and allowed soil sampling and a visit from a Pesticide inspector. I have been told they will make this right because they were indeed in charge of my lawn care. I have provided quotes for sod replacement upon their request. I have been told their insurance company will reach out to me to arrange payment and have never received a call. I am asking that Experigreen replace the sod in my back yard and part of the front. It cost approximately $7,500 to install sod and as noted, I have provided Experigreen a quote on how much replacement will be.

I believe it was in the year of 2019, I have once before filed a complaintsboard.com Complaint on this particular company requesting a solution return of all of the funds which I'd paid to ExperiGreen Lawn Care under a service contract which was not completed and cancelled by me due to very poor service. So, Complaintsboard.com had actually granted my resolution and had demanded that ExperiGreen provide me with a FULL RFEUND, WHICH THEY DID COMPLY AND HAVE REFUNDED TO ME ALL OF MY FUNDS VIA BANK CHECK. I believe it was in the year of 2019, I have once before filed a complaintsboard.com Complaint on this particular company requesting a solution return of all of the funds which I'd paid to ExperiGreen Lawn Care under a service contract which was not completed and cancelled by me due to very poor service. So, Complaintsboard.com had actually granted my resolution and had demanded that ExperiGreen *** provide me with a FULL RFEUND, WHICH THEY DID COMPLY AND REFUNDED TO ME ALL OF MY FUNDS VIA A CHECK. I also had in fact mailed into a ***, Director of Call Center Operations, and it was also sent out to ***, *** Communications Specialist. The Cease and Desist Order requesting them to no longer contact me via the mail by Direct Mail Sales Soliciting Postcard Advertisements, they both have in fact received the Cease and Desist Order as it was sent via certified letter, yet still mailed 3 new business solicitations to my home just a month ago, despite my written request for no further contact. I'll never conduct any business with them ever again in the future so why mail sales information to my home? It's costly and its a total waste of money on their part. It is COMPLETELY OVER between myself and this company, yet they still continue to waste their funds attempting to solicit business from me each and every single year.

I am writing to file a complaint against Experigreen ***, ***
I am writing to file a complaint against Experigreen ***, ***. I established service with Experigreen ***, *** in May . Initially, I established service for my address at ***. Because I had been referred by a friend, I was signed up for 4 lawn applications; two for $25.00 and the other two for $50.00 each ($25.00 discount for the referral from my friend and $25.00 for a second service address added). I have made payments. In late May , I established service for my church, and I requested the bills be sent to my address. In late October , Experigreen sent me an invoice with an amount that was not correct. I called the office to inquire about the balance. I was told by the representative that I had met with someone and added an additional service to my account. I denied this and reminded her that there had not ever been any personal contact with anyone. She told me that she would research the issue and get back with me. She failed to return my call with a results of her research. I received another invoice for the same amount a second time. The same young lady answered the phone and stated, I have spoken with the gentleman who service your address (I forgot the name she gave me), and he stated that he had discussed adding an additional service to your account. I replied, I have never had any face to face contact with anyone, nor spoken with anyone, for additional service. May I speak with your supervisor? She replied, I am the supervisor. I asked, Is there anyone above you there? I am sure that you have someone that you report to? She said, I am the manager and I do not have a supervisor. I said, What is the number to corporate office? She responded, This is corporate office. I hung up my phone.I am now in receipt of an invoice with an higher balance. I am not going to pay for a service I did not authorize, did not request, nor ever spoke with anyone

ExperiGreen performed core aeration on my lawn in August
ExperiGreen performed core aeration on my lawn in August . Fast forward to 2022, on June 30, 2022, one of their reps rang our ***. No one answered. The rep walked around the property and left without performing core aeration. That very same evening I was billed $146.75 and received an email telling me that they performed core aeration and to ignore the core plugs that were lying on my yard. The lawn was untouched and with the backyard fence gates locked, no one could get into the backyard either. When I called their office the next day, on July 1st, and told them that I had not requested their services, nor was I notified of the visit and that the service was not even performed, they mentioned that the service renews automatically I had them cancel my account right away and sent them Ring videos of the rep ringing the doorbell and walking away and eventually of their truck that was parked in front of my neighbors yard driving away without any activity after 20 minutes. I also included the photo of my yard which was untouched. Their response was - 1. That they had done a liquid aeration instead and not the same core aeration that I had them do the last year 2. After reviewing the photos, the rep mentioned he spoke to a household member and completed the task 3. When I contested this untruth and challenged it (since no one in my household had done so), they said that the truck was parked for 20 minutes. That itself was proof that the lawn had been serviced. And that the rep was so fast that the video doorbell didnt pick up his activity for those 20 minutes and not because there was no one in the yard (as per ***)4. And that it doesnt matter if the fence gates were locked - their rep had ways of servicing the backyard in spite of locked gates! (as per ***)Looking through the complaints on this site related to this establishment and the common MO through all of them, it is tragic that this flagrant business practice continues

Sept 2021 I contacted Experigreen for armyworm treatment
Sept 2021 I contacted Experigreen for armyworm treatment. I was offered a fertilizer/grub control. I was unsure about the grub control due to cost so the tech told he didnt think it was possible to be done same day as surface feeding treatment so I had time to decide. That evening, he left a message confirming that the surface feeding treatment would NOT be done the same day as others but would be done within the next 2 weeks. 2 days later I decided I did NOT want the grub treatment planned to call to cancel that evening. When I got home, there was a service ticket on my door and the grub treatment was COMPLETED. I called Dusty and explained that I wanted the grub control off of my *** due to do the fact I was not given a chance to cancel. I told her I still had the voicemail he left me as proof. She said she would credit my card but it would be due later? She refused to remove the *** so I called the technician I originally spoke to he apologized but continued to try to bargain with me about how much I would be willing to pay. He finally agreed to remove the $80. I deleted his voicemail at this time. In January, I received a *** for $80. A few weeks later, I received a call with the threat to send me to collections. I called and spoke to Dusty who told me there were no notes in my account about the conversation I had with the technician and she would not remove the ***. When I asked to speak to the salesman/technician I dealt with, she claimed he didnt work there anymore. I later called again and explained this to another lady who said she would talk to Dusty and call back. She called back telling me if I could send the voicemail to them, she would remove the $80. I explained that I no longer had the voicemail since this situation was supposed to be resolved last year and wasnt asked to send it back then. She told me shed talk to Dusty again and give me a call back. I never received a call back but I am now being harassed by the collections agency.

We had used a lawn service prior to ExperiGreen at ***
We had used a lawn service prior to ExperiGreen at ***. As the front yard is enclosed by a fence, the lawn care company would call the day prior to ensure the gates were unlocked to apply the treatment. ExperiGreen bought the company and continued the same process of calling or texting the day prior to ensure the gates were open. Around the time we started using ExperiGreen, we had moved to another property and were maintaining the property to put on the market for sale. We did not live on the property, so advance notice had to be given for treatments. On Mar. 1, 2022, we sold the house to a new owner. On Mar. 5, 2022, I texted ExperiGreen to let them know that we sold the property and would no longer be needing the service, but that we had given their contact information to the new owner. I did not receive a reply. I also responded twice to notifications by mail that the service could be paid in advance, etc. to let them know we had moved and would no longer need the service. Then I started getting phone calls from ExperiGreen indicating we needed to pay for a lawn treatment. We had never been notified at any time that a lawn treatment was going to be applied. On Wed., Apr. 27th, I called ExperiGreen as they had left a message on my phone. During this call they indicated a lawn treatment had been applied Mar. 3, 2022 and that we owed for this service. I explained the situation and indicated that we had never been notified of a treatment being scheduled per the process that had been agreed upon for property access. I sent them the last text exchanged Nov. 18, 2021 that demonstrated the process used. And my text Mar. 5, 2022 indicating cancellation. We did not agree to the Mar. 3rd service as we did not own the property at that point. It had been sold Mar. 1st. ExperiGreen is now threatening to turn us over to a collection agency to pay for a service we did not agree to on a property we did not own at the time of the service.

spring of 2019 I asked Expirigreen to treat my yard ONCE to brighten it up to help sell our home
spring of 2019 I asked Expirigreen to treat my yard ONCE to brighten it up to help sell our home. The sales representative said that was no problem. The company came to our home (*** dr. liberty township, OH) and applied the treatment.Afterwards, I made the payment ($53.25) and I thought it was finished. Well a month later, they came back and applied another treatment. I called and asked them why they came back when we agreed I only wanted the ONE treatment. They said normally they don't do one treatments, they do packages. After arguing my case, they decided to not charge me for the 2nd treatment. In the meantime, my family and myself relocated to South Carolina. Well this morning (4/3) our loan broker informed me I had a blemish on my credit report. After further investigation, it was from Experigreen. I was confused because I was paid up with them when I moved. I called them to find out what the issue was. Well it was completely on their end and they did not take any blame for it. What happened, was when they decided not to charge me for the 2nd treatment, they ACCIDENTALLY refunded me for the first one. I didn't notice because we were relocating at the time of the refund. I had already changed my number to a South Carolina number and already had our address changed as well. I received no emails from there about the issue either. So what do they do? They wait until September and send it to collections, which damaged my credit! And the sad thing is, I had paid them, I did my part as the consumer, but my credit is being punished for it. When I spoke to experigreen today, they didn't take any blame for the issue, the only thing they insisted on me doing was paying the bill. The bill I had originally paid ($53.25). it was extremely irritating to say the least. I asked the woman (BECCA) what I could do today to get it off my credit and she said if I paid the outstanding bill, that would start. I asked if she could write a letter with a letterhead, stating that it was a mixup on their part and that i paid the bill (which I re-paid today, 4/3 $53.25) so I could get it off my credit. She stated that she could get a draft started and probably get it emailed to me. I waited and did not hear a thing. I called back and this time she said she could not write such an email so I would have to get a hold of the collection agency and see if they could. Once I was in touch with the collection agency, they stated they could not get me a letter for a few weeks and it would be mailed. The way experigreen not only showed how unprofessional they are in numerous ways, the way they had a major error on their end by accidentally refunding me the payment I had already made to them, but to have the audacity to not only "send me another bill" and then send it to collections because they could not get in touch with me! I had already paid them. I completed my end of the business transaction. The way the company did not accept blame and immediately send it to collections is ridiculous.

I am still getting phone calls from them and e-mails saying I owe for services
I am still getting phone calls from them and e-mails saying I owe for services. This was my review to the Complaintsboard.com. I have spent $1042.00 in 2019 and $892.50 in 2020 for there lawn services. So I have no problem paying for services done. They were just coming out and leaving a bill on the door. I called and stopped that, having them calling me the day before they came out. In 2019 I added grub protection and I told my representative I needed my grub protection done in first week of June. They never came out when I requested. At the end of June I got a call saying they were coming out to do my lawn service. They did, my grub protection. I told my rep I would not pay for it because I did it myself. They were almost a month late. They took off the charge. The exact same thing happened this year in 2020! Going into Sept. they called and said the were coming out the next day. I was HOME that day and SAW the gentleman spraying for mosquitos. When I looked at the bill on the door it said they also did my lawn treatment. I did not see him doing that. I also have a security system which would have triggered a video. In calling them, they said it was a spray treatment. My lot is 150 feet deep. I would have saw and heard someone spraying in my yard. I have grass 10 feet from my back door which I was looking out all morning. I have talked to them at least 3 times. The same lady. She said the employee who did my services has been with them quite a long time and would not do that. She said they have a GPS tracker and the employee was at my location long enough. I asked to talk to someone above her, she mentioned the name Chuck as the one who was in charge. I asked her to have him call me. She said it would be no good to talk to him. She never offered to come back and do the service. I told her if I paid the bill I would never use you guys again. Later that evening I got a e-mail from CHUCK with a cancel service request. I looked on-line to see if my account was at zero. It shows I still owe 84.00. I also tried to use there web site for help. There comment was "Were sorry for your frustration but you still owe us money." I JUST WANT THE SERVICE DONE I'M PAYING FOR! ON TIME WHEN REQUESTED. I paid almost $2000.00 in the last 2 years as I said in my first sentence. There response was they did the service and wanted to see the video, When talked to the lady on the phone originally and explained to her the security system only triggers a video if motion is detected. There was no video triggered. Asking me for a video proof that they say I said I have, is wrong. They are twisting what I explained. I never expected this to go this far! Furthermore, I had them aerate my lawn in Oct. 2020, which I paid for. I did not want to cancel service, they did that. They made mistakes before with the grub protection which they admitted. As I said I was home that day, all day. We, including my wife did not see anyone spraying the whole yard. We did see him putting down the mosquito repellant. This was a nice day in the 70's with our windows open.

On April 9, The Tinley Park Illinois Office sent a representative to service my lawn even though I thought the service had been cancelled
On April 9, The Tinley Park Illinois Office sent a representative to service my lawn even though I thought the service had been cancelled from the previous year. He arrived while I was still asleep and therefore I could not tell him not to service the lawn. As is their practice they left a bill on the front door for $40 payable to their office in Mishawaka, IN. On 4/14, I called and talked to Jeremy and explained the situation who said he would call Corporate regarding a billing credit and get back to me. I received no response. On 4/20, I checked the website to see the $40 charge was still outstanding. I sent a message through their customer service explaining and for someone to contact me. Again, no response. However, that same afternoon I received a call from James, who applied the fertilizer, wanting to know why I left a one star rating on their website. I explained to him and he said he was at the Corporate office and would check into it and someone would get back to me. No one responded. On 4/24, I called the office and spoke to a Carina. No one was available for her to check with so after hearing my story she said she would cancel out the charge. It wasn't done. On 4/28, I called again and spoke with Chelsea who said only half was credited. I told her this was not acceptable and she said she would check it out and call me back in a few days. No one called and nothing was cancelled on the billing. On 5/1, I called again and this time talked to Brandon who stated he was the Quality Assurance Manager. We went back and forth on this with him stating I had been contacted by email, which I never received or deleted because I knew the service was cancelled, and he stated their company had a policy of not refunding a full amount and they would only credit half of the charge, James also had stated this. Getting frustrated with all of the calls and knowing their reputation for sending people to collection, I paid the $20 under protest and told Brandon I was going to the Complaintsboard.com to file a complaint. He stated "that's what they're there for." The $20 was put on my charge card and last time I looked, it had processed. Well today, 5/4, I checked the website to be sure the charge was cancelled and they are showing a balance of $20 which will probably end up in collection if this isn't straightened out. I think their practice of automatic renewal without contacting the customer first is bad business. The previous year I had requested a 4 step program which was done poorly and I was not happy with the service. The price then was $38. They increased the price to $40 and had planned to do a six step program this year without my consent. I had told the rep, Josh, last year that I did not want to continue the service and had complained to him a few times. He always tried to fix the problem, but it was too much trouble to bother with a service that caused me follow up for complaints. I explained to both James and Brandon I already purchased the product for a 4 step application to be applied by me and that the first application had already been put on the grass the week before they came and put on another. I'm fortunate the grass didn't die from too much fertilization.

I am extremely angry that I have reached out on numerous occasions about NOT receiving the services agreed to and promised by your rep when I first signed on! I discussed early crabgrass treatment preventative and other broad leaf weeds. I called when I saw crabgrass actively growing and other weeds. I sent an email to your site, which is a joke "sorry for the inconvenience". I was told on the phone how to give *** days, and it would turn purple. I KNOW when and how weeds die and THERE WAS NO SIGN of any weeds dying and we are in Septemeber! My last call I was told about week half ago that I would be getting aeration and seeding. I immediately called and said "NO! There are no bare spots to seed, my lawn is still full of weeds! I certainly don't need aeration or seeding!" I was told I would receive a return call within 2 days as to what to do. l did NOT receive any phone call, and came home to a *** on my door for 'micronutrients to promote growth and treated for actively growing broadleaf weeds. There was no time left or date on the ***. Through my phone, the call was on 9/10 at 2:23 pm. I want my money refunded immediately! I will also go to local tv station over this. I am a senior and feel I have be scammed BIG time! I am physically sick over this! I called the *** ph# from website and said it was wrong #. I didn't bother with Livonia location. It's always a run around! Please remove my current charge and refund! I would leave zero stars! HORRIBLE! No wonder I don't see their lawn signs any where!
My lawn was serviced and tracks marks were made on our lawn by the tech when installing fertilizer. My neighbors lawn was also damaged. I would expect that a tech would know what he was doing. However, I contacted customer service twice by phone and emailed. I was told that they didnt know when the service manager would contact me. Its been a week and I havent received a response by phone or email; neither has my payment been refunded. This is unacceptable. I decided to use this company instead of TruGreen. I just moved to my new home in December and my lawn was in good conditionnow the track marks and dead lawn areas are an eye sore.Beware when hiring this company
I canceled there series last year. They showed up today when I was at work and treated my yard and left a *** .I use a different company now my yard has been treated 2 times now *** is experigreens tech no phone number this is a scam
