TAKE THE $$ AND ***. I signed up with this company when they offered a 10% discount if I prepay. I've never had an issue with any other Lawn Care company in the past when I did thisjust Spring-Green. Tried to contact the office (3) times to resolve, left messages, no call back. Luckily I prepaid with my charge card and am going to dispute the charges. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR "*** AWAY" FROM *** GUYS.

I have used the Spring green in *** for the last 10 years, as of today I quit the service and will never use Spring green again or recommend spring green to anyone I know. The service is medicore at best, but this location and the customer service received was the worst of any company I have ever dealt with. The person who answers the phone is rude and has no clue what is going on with when applications should be completed. I requested a call from the 'owner"/manager of the location who did call me back and when I told him how I was treated and that I planned on cancelling the service he did not try to rectify the situation instead he cancelled the service. Extremely unprofessional.

Contracted Spring Green to remove my RPG device in the fall of 2019. The technician took apart the RPG and left me with a plastic bag with the RPG. When a technician came out the following Spring to restart my sprinkler, I was told that the technician needed to install a washer and some sort of wedge and was charged $160+ for the parts. When asked what happened to the old parts the technician said he didnt know and needed to charge me for the parts. I told him that their technician dismantled the unit and should have been responsible to put all the parts in the storage bag. I got several collection letters and calls to pay, after attempts to speak with management no on ever responded. I won't ever use this company ever again. They have poor business practices and no sense of customer service at all.

Marc is so knowledgeable. He walked my property line and explained about the conditions of my yard. He gave me tips about knowing when to water and what brown spots might indicate. He is a very good asset to your company. Treat him right! Thank you

They serviced my lawn on 4/5 without my consent. I had prepaid the previous year & finished our services at our new address since the year was prepaid. I found out that serviced my lawn with a *** on my door. They say that it is stated in each *** that service automatically renewed year to year if not cancelled. This policy is awful especially in light of ***. So much going on in peoples lives, weve experienced the death of 2 family members & been busy attending to all that comes along with this... then, having to spending 2 half days off to try to get in touch with a live person at Spring Green in awful. I had to reach out to *** twice who said hed have the *** office call me that same day or next which never happened. It is only reasonable that you should ask for a homeowners full consent before applications. Very disappointed in the customer service & inability to reach a live person without spending a couple hours of the phone.

We signed up with a promo they had. One week after payment, no word about our first service. We call, and magically we have an appointment next day for our first lawn treatment. The next day (Friday) we get an email at 4 pm stating our service was postponed to Saturday. Ok, stuff happens I guess. Saturday- we do not get any word at all. They no call no showed, not even an email. We called both Friday and Saturday and left messages which were not returned. An email was returned Monday, and they said they would put a rush order in for our missed appointment, about 5-7 business days (for them missing an appointment?). We called on Monday and Tuesday, no response, until late in the day Tuesday we were told Wednesday we would finally get our first treatment. Wednesday- the truck shows up at 1:30 pm. He sits in his car for 25 minutes, then gets out, plants 2 flags (one in the front, one in the back yard) and puts an invoice on our door. Without doing anything at all. No fertilizer treatment or anything. This company is scamming people and providing no service what so ever. *** away.

I recently secured a contract for 4 yards with Spring Green 1.5 weeks ago. I worked through 4 representatives (Donna, Giana, Crystal, and Marylynn as well as a supervisor Ludi) to come to an agreement on a price as well as 2 managers to agree to a price. Fast forward to yesterday 5/11, Spring Green came out to spray the 4 yards. The tech sprayed the first yard and then came to mine. Once the tech arrived he stated that the yard in question was bigger than quoted and that it was not right. He said he would spray but we would have to follow up to get it figured out. He must have made a call then proceeded to tell my wife that it was too windy to spray and left. He then proceeded to the next yard I had a contract on and sprayed that yard. If it was too windy to spray why did he continue to spray that yard. Fast forward again getting ahold of anyone is a chore in itself. After 2 days of trying to contact Spring Green I was finally able to talk to a manager. It was stated that they misrepresented the size of 4 yards and they needed to charge more money. I am not sure why this was not caught to begin with but if it was an issue why did they spray the 3 other yards. This was poor customer service as they said its not their fault as i did not disclose how big the yards were. I told them that is not my job as well as not knowing how big my yard was to bid a job. I cannot believe this company will take a contract and then back out once they found out they did not look at a job correctly and try to pull more money from a customer. Once I told them i wanted to cancel my contract they told me it is 3-4 weeks to get my money back. If they are worried about how big a yard is maybe they should send out a tech to bid the yard instead of estimating via google earth. That is totally unacceptable and I cannot believe a company this big would do business like this. Its a shame i have to give 1 star because they do not deserve that.

Just to be clear i understand yard services.. I hired them to come treat for weeds ($50 paid) and while it took 2 months for the weeds to die i was infected with ChickWeed. While I was waiting for the weeds to die I had them put down a grub killer($100 Holding). I called them to talk to them about the weeds and also about the grubs and they told me they would send someone out. 2 weeks later I call back to see when they would be out and was told they had already come out. There was no contact with me or anyone at my house. I asked if I could have them come back out so we could talk about the weeds and grubs, I was told that they could not meet in person due to covid. I'm sure we could maintain a 6' separation or I could talk to them on the phone from across my yard. I was then told that they could not help me until the balance ($100) was paid in full. I have received another bill with a 3rd month of interest added.

Ive been with this company for a little bit now and they used to be great and do a fairly descent job, I cant say that now. In fact they are the worst company to have do your lawn. They call and leave message that they are coming yet no one shows up. Seems like they do not care about their customers. When I try to call Im either on hold for an hr plus or if I have them call me back no one does for hours or days. Still waiting for a lawn treatment. Only had 1 done in March so now service is behind and there are a lot of weeds in my lawn. When I complained seems like no one wants to hear it. I will Never and I mean NEVER use this company again. Not worth the time or money spent. If you are thinking about using them, erase that thought and go with someone else. Two stars is being too generous.

Spring-Green Lawn Care I signed up Spring Green Lawnservice to service my home property

I signed up Spring Green Lawnservice to service my home property. Their service burnt a large portion of my lawn and they insisted I pay for their horrible service and they did nothing to repair my lawn. The service cost me $58. When I called several times to resolve the problem they just made excuses and denied any fault.

Spring-Green Lawn Care I prepaid $378.70 on 3/8 for 2021 lawn service with Spring-Green lawn service

I prepaid $378.70 on 3/8 for 2021 lawn service with Spring-Green lawn service. They have not provided service. All the numbers listed for the company are automated and they do not answer or call back, despite a call back being an option on their system. I believe they have closed their business and want my money back. There is a completed debit charge on my checking account. I have received no other receipt. I have used their services successfully in the past. This transaction was conducted over the phone.

We use Spring Green lawn care for service on our sprinkler system. They billed us for work that they did not do. We called in several times trying to work through the problem asked for managers and never seem to be able to get a response back. They then sent us to collections.

Spring-Green Lawn Care Spring of 2020 I made an on-line request to Spring Green to do core aeration on my residence at 3651 Persimmon Dr

Spring of 2020 I made an on-line request to Spring Green to do core aeration on my residence at 3651 Persimmon Dr. Algonquin, IL. No payment was made. No time frame was given but I never expected it to be over 6 months later. After a couple of months of no action I assumed that my request was ignored. I sold my house on the 6th of Sept 2020. I opened some junk mail from Spring Green and it was a bill for core aeration done in Nov 2020. I wrote a note explaining the situation and the next mail I received was a collector for the bill plus interest $113 . ID 2016684

Spring-Green Lawn Care Business was asked to stop coming to my property for their services

Business was asked to stop coming to my property for their services. They were not helping my lawn as promised, but killing the grass. The personnel claimed somebody still came after my request to stop coming and was asking me to pay for said service. This is unacceptable, crooked behavior! I paid for all services rendered prior to notifying them their services is no longer needed.! I did NOT sign any contract with them, it was pay-as-you-go basis. They sent my information to a collection agency which is now starting to harrass eme for payment. This needs to STOP. Thank you.

I am a current customer of Spring-Green. I need to cancel service, as I have moved to another lawn care provider. I am unable to reach anyone from the company in order to cancel. They provided the Early Spring Starter on April 7,2021. They have provided no services since that date even though I paid in advance. My yard is full of weeds & I want someone here immediately. Very poor service from a company that is supposed to provide 6 more treatments

I am a current customer of Spring-Green. I need to cancel service, as I have moved to another lawn care provider. I am unable to reach anyone from the company in order to cancel. Spring-Green Lawn Care $360 was paid in February

$360 was paid in February . Service was not as described. I spoke to ursula, owner, to get a refund. She agreed and said a check would be mailed. On 6/1 she texted me to say I could pick up a check (since check she said she mailed in march never arrived). She said she would be in the office 6/3 all day because it was to rain. I texted her all day and did not hear from her until 2pm. At which time she said "she spaced out" and forgot. She said she was getting vehicles inspected etc and did not have time today. We drove 60 miles to pick up the check and now still do not have the money. I simply want my refund.

Spring-Green Lawn Care Spring Green, Irmo, SC was our previous lawn care provider

Spring Green, Irmo, SC was our previous lawn care provider. We maintained the service for less than a year. During this time, we notified the provider regarding sub-standard service. The final straw was when one of his workers sprayed a gardenia bush with weed killer, destroying the plant. In speaking with the provider, I offered to pay one half of the $56 charge rather than having him replace the plant which was about 3 foot tall. I mailed the $28 check and indicating that this was payment in full. He cashed the check indicating acceptance. After accepting this payment, he filed a complaint against my credit. Actions of this sort is why his reputation has been damaged.

I paid 216.32 dollar by check for the 8 treatments for year 2021. Check was sent on March 17 and has been cashed but I haven't received my first treatment as of April 6. I have been calling for three days and no answer. finally got someone who put me on hold and after 22 minutes I hung up. I've called several different numbers to Spring Green in different areas and still no one picks up. I would like service or my money refunded. I had Spring Green last year and told them not to continue service in 2021 but they had a lower price for less treatments so I went for it. Paid in full. Would like to speak to someone at Spring Green and have service started asap or give me a refund .

I have been a loyal customer of *** for the past 10 years, with small issues that I took care off with weed killer. In the last 3 years my lawn, First time I call they told me to see it works and give it 10 days the 2nd call they said I has been to dry and weeds will grow, I gave them another year which again I call due to weed issues, this time they said it was due to to much rain always an excuse no to spot treatment, this time I call they told me that my warranty was over. I told them to cancel my service and they said ok you owe us for one treatment which I paid. I feel I was taken by Spring-Green in the last 10 years. I only want them to come and retreat the entire yard now.

I purchased a 1 year service package for 7 treatments plus a free core aeration and a lawn evaluation. Over 1 month passed, no word from them. Impossible to get through to them on the phone. They never answer. The do not return voicemail messages. I do not believe they even have a call center or an employee to answer the phone. After calling repeatedly, over and over, going to their answering machine because "all agents were busy" finally someone answered saying he was "on the road" and would call me back. I told him I want to cancel. He confirmed. He gave me the refund amount. Now it's been weeks and I still haven't received a refund. They are not answering or returning calls. I am filing a complaint to get this resolved.

This company has fraudulently charged me for a service that I cancelled the day after I initially requested service. I have spoken to several different customer service representatives at Spring Green and explained that I cancelled this service the very next day after I requested service to start. They have completely disregarded my claim and the fact that I called several times to explain what occurred. They in turn have harassed me for a period, each and every day about $51. This company has not reported a collection account on my credit report. Again, this bill is COMPLETELY FRAUDULENT and should not exist at all since I cancelled the very next day after service was initiated. Please assist as I am a year in with this matter and without resolution.

Spring-Green Lawn Care I paid for weed control from Spring Green and they said to call 2 weeks after the application if there is still weeds and they will come back

I paid for weed control from Spring Green and they said to call 2 weeks after the application if there is still weeds and they will come back out for a respray as part of their guarantee. My yard still has weeds and I keep calling for a respray, it is very difficult to get a hold of someone on the phone and when you do they say they will note the file and get someone out for the respray but nobody ever shows up. I also received an inaccurate *** in the mail for insect control $159 and I did not request that nor did they provide that. I tried calling them to dispute this *** but you cannot get through to them, and when you select the call back option nobody calls you back. I am requesting that they stop billing me for something I did not sign up for and a full refund on the two applications I paid for that did not work. Lastly, I need a formal conformation they canceled my service all together.

Spring-Green Lawn Care Last year, 2020, I had hired Spring Green to take care of my lawn

Last year, 2020, I had hired Spring Green to take care of my lawn. In the beginning, they were good, but started to slack towards the end of the 2020 season. I thought that I would give them another chance and on March 1,2021, I called and renewed my contract for $420.79. I thought that it was strange that I didn't get a confirmation showing what package I purchased and that the amount of $420.79 was paid, because the year before I did. When I renewed my service, I asked when will the service begin and I was told at the end of March, weather permitting. Well, the weather was beautiful and now it's April 15th and no service. I have been calling for 3 days now, on hold for over 2hrs. (total for the 3 days) and have left several messages. I received 1 call back and then was told that they are going to transfer me to Customer Service and no one ever answered. After 15 min., I hung up. I'm very aggravated and don't trust them. I want my money back!

Spring-Green Lawn Care I was a customer with *** in 2020

I was a customer with *** in 2020. I used them for lawn care service and was not happy with their service as I continued to see weeds. They did come out after I complained but to no avail. I decided that for 2021 I would use a different company, On May 7 Spring Green left an invoice in my mailbox for a lawn treatment. I did not authorize to come out and start service on my lawn. There was no contact from them about setting up lawn treatments for the 2021 year. I was invoiced $49.45 I called the company and told them to immediately delete my account and that I was not going to pay for a service I did not authorize. Their answer to me was that they sent out 3 notices and that I should have called them and when I didnt call they "assumed " I wanted service. POOR POLICY. My response was...what if I had moved or died? And where is any of this in writing...I did not sign any contract for services. I was then sent a second statement with interest.

In 2020, Spring Green performed aeration on my property, per my agreement to do so. The work was done, I was billed and I paid their *** when due. However, ...#1.This company participates in unethical conduct by putting ambiguous statements on their printed material about the services being continuous (in perpetuity!) without my cancellation! This year they came back and performed the same service on my property.#2. This company may indeed think it has the right to perform the service based on the above issue, HOWEVER, the company does NOT have the right to trespass on my property and make any changes to my property without my EXPRESSED CONSENT. That consent was never given. I was not at home when the technician performed this work, I was never called to set up an appointment to do this work, I received no letter requesting a time and date to perform this work. The lack of contact to set up a specific legitimate service call is proof enough of their deceptive practices.
