Subject: Complaint about hidden fees or charges

Respectfully, my name is Coralie Hook Account# [protected], and I am writing this letter with the utmost respect to inform you that I am extremely disappointed with the undisclosed charges which are not mentioned Exploria resorts for Additional assessment that I am availing. While applying for the Time Share, I was not provided with any information regarding these charges amounting to 5,848.15 under the category Additional Assessment. I kindly request you to kindly take strict action in this regard.

Claimed loss: I am not allowed to claim a free trip or use my time due to fees
Desired outcome: Take the 5,848.15 charges off my account and don't put them back on my account. Reissue free trip and schedule my timeshare for this summer.
