Fabletics Not A Scam

This is what I don't understand... 1. How do people not know they are signing up for a membership? It is very obvious on the website when signing up. It blatantly states that you have the option of skipping the month by the 5th of every month, making a purchase, or if you don't make a purchase or skip the month by the 5th your card will be charged $50 WHICH CAN BE USED TOWARDS THEIR CLOTHING at a later time. How is that a scam? How do people not know this? Why are customer's not taking any responsibility and doing their due diligence in reviewing the website when signing up? If you were inputting all of your personal information, don't you think you would read through everything? 2. How do people not know that a company is charging their bank account for months and months on end and then blames the company for it? It is the customer's responsibility to review their bank statements every month to ensure accuracy. The customer also has a responsibility when it comes to their own money! 3. Fabletics is fabulous! I order their clothing often, I have skipped the month successfully and never been charged without my knowing, I have returned items and been given a full refund with no issues. You get reward points just for reviewing their clothing until you get enough points for a free item.

For all the customer's that say this is a scam, it boils down to the customer not reading through the website and not reviewing their bank statements which is no fault of Fabletics.

Fabletics Great Quality Sports Weart

I've been a VIP Member for about 6 mos now and I have bought several outfits from them and really love the quality of their products. The outfits are super cute and wash/wear well. My only real complaint is their limited availability of the outfits. It's like they only make so many of certain outfits and if you don't jump on the website right away and order then forget about getting what you like in your size. So, that is a drawback. :( I've read lots of news articles and bad reviews about the monthly subscription, but really it's not that hard to set a calendar reminder either on your phone or your computer to remind you to log into the website and hit skip each month if you don't want to buy an outfit. That's what I had to do because I'm busy and I RARELY check my e-mail, so I ended up with a charge on my account and was like - WOW! But, then I logged into the website and saw I had $50 to spend. So, I bought an outfit. No harm; no fowl. Could I have spent that $50 somewhere else? Sure. Had I planned on buying an outfit? Nope. Is it a bit shady on the companies part? Maybe. But, it's an easy fix - because I DO really like the quality of their clothes and I DO plan to keep buying their product, so I set up the reminder on my computer and - BAM, problem solved. Now, I only order when I want something. ;) However, please note their sports bras DO run SMALL, but they are sooo damn cute! :D If you have bigger than a C cup, though, I would say sadly you will not be able to enjoy their sports bras. :'(

Fabletics I've been a member with Fabletics since Kate Hudson

I've been a member with Fabletics since Kate Hudson was on the cover of Self 6 months ago (May 2014). I haven't had a problem skipping months and in case I forget I have my calendar app remind me. I think most of the 1 star reviews are from people that somehow missed that this was a membership program. I feel for them, but I don't think that warrants calling Fabletics a scam. To me, the membership aspect of the company was made pretty clear on the website. Prices next to items are shown at two different prices, one price for VIPs and one "regular" price for non members. I find the auto pay annoying, but that's how membership programs work and their clothes have made it worth it to me.

As a stay at home mom and yogi, I live in work out clothes. I find the quality of items sold by Fabletics to be mostly on par with the big brands like Lulu, but with greater variety and clearer sizing/fit information to accommodate problem areas and varying body types. I love that I can find a top that doesn't squeeze my midsection while still supporting my chest. Plus they are constantly changing what's available on the site so you probably aren't going to show up to your next barre class matching the gal next to you. I find the designs on trend and functional. I just got a baseball tee from them with thumb holes that I LOVE! If you don't have a problem logging in every month and skipping then I think this brand can save you money.

I haven't needed to cancel the membership yet, but I will be on the lookout for the problems that others have faced on here when I do and I'll update my review if I can

Fabletics Stop blaming others for your own mistakes!

It is really sad to see how many people write a negative review just because they don't pay attention. I am a VIP at Fabletics (and not an employee - I'm in accounting in a small firm in Canada) and love it. I bought my first outfit half off and for the first time athletic wear fit true to size, no XL sports bra for me anymore (I am 5'9 and a B in the chest). At the beginning of the first month I received an email with the new outfits and completely forgot to skip the month and they send me another email on the 6th or so to tell me that they added an extra 5 days because it was my first month and they understand that it is easy to forget to skip if you're not used to it.
Even if you don't skip, what's the big deal? They don't take away your money and you have nothing to show for it. You get a store credit and can use it the next time you shop.
To everyone who cry scam, grow up and read up before you spout off nonsense. It's like a little child repeating what it heard instead of using their brain and looking up facts. What a shame that Fabletics gets a bad rating because of so many idiots.
The clothes are amazing and Lululemon has nothing on them. They are super comfy and look awesome. I caught myself ordering something every months even after skipping at the beginning of the month. I'm a member for four months now so thankfully it wasn't so bad yet.
I also got their yoga mat and bag and it's just as great a quality.
Once I had to return a top because it looked to big and that was no big deal. They send me the shipping label and after they received send out another one in a size smaller. Shipping is usually under a week and like I said, I'm in Canada.

Fabletics Fabletics is Not the Problem!

I have been a member of Fabletics for over a year and have had a great experience! Somehow, I can go to a store like TJ Maxx or Target and spend an hour trying on every piece of athletic clothing I find and only walk out with a few pieces I'm happy with, yet nearly everything I have ordered from Fabletics has fit! I love that there are new options for prints every month, but that you can almost always find the same style that fits you well. I hate buying a great pair of pants from a store, only to go back months later for another and they no longer carry it. Only once have I received something I was unsatisfied with, and I simply went onto my account, filled out the necessary items, and sent it back. Received the credit almost immediately! Never had a more seamless return!

The main reason I came to write this review, though, is because I couldn't stand the negative feedback I was seeing all over the web with the same complaint. Fabletics isn't a "scam" nor is what they do "fraud." It should be common sense that you NEVER give your CC info to a company - especially a website - without reading the fine print. What is especially frustrating in this instance is that with Fabletics, it isn't even fine print! The conditions are blatantly stated when you sign up, and if you bother reading any of the emails you get (to the email address you typed in yourself and gave to them!) you receive constant reminders of what you signed up for! They even send you a reminder to skip each month! If you skip, you aren't charged for that month. Simple. The other beyond aggravating complaint I keep seeing is "they charged me $49.99 every month and I never got anything from it!" Once again, you're just not doing the reading if you think this is what is happening. Yes, if you don't buy something and you forget to skip, you will get charged for the month. But you aren't being charged just for being a member. It turns into a credit on your account immediately. You then can spend that money on their site whenever you choose. If you still think that is "fraud" I really don't know what else to tell you. So many websites operate this way now. You give permission for them to charge you every month (and you may skip or cancel at anytime) and in exchange you get a discount. Simple. There is nothing shady or deceptive about that.

What it boils down to is NEVER, EVER GIVE YOUR CC TO A COMPANY WITHOUT READING THE DETAILS FIRST.

If the details are available and you don't read them, you truly have no one to blame but yourself.

Fabletics You need to read this!

So I wanted nothing to do with this company at first because of hearing about their business model but then my sister in law gave me a $50 giftcard to buy from them LOL! Stuck with the gift card, I decided to give it a try. I headed to the store and was helped my some ladies there. First of all, I have to say their Power hold leggings are amazing. They are high quality and pricy. The color is wonderful. I was skeptical but then the lady explained to me about the membership thing in order to buy for cheaper. So this is what you need to know: the membership is FREE to sign up for. After your sign up, you have 5 days from the 1st of the month to the 5th to skip it. OR they will charge you $49.99 for an outfit. If you don't shop that month then that $49.99 will be credited in your account as a balance so you can shop anytime. This is so easy. I actually got email for new outfits at the first of every month so then, since I remember what I have to do, I go on their website, log in my account, click on SKIP this month. It always asks ARE You sure you want to skip? I click yes. Then that's it. I was never charged for any amount since I joined. All you have to do is to remember to skip it. And I understand this could be an issue for many busy people who don't remember this sort of things.
I go to HIIT class and Pilates regularly and everytime I wear Fabletics outfit, I got compliments. The colors are so vibrant. They hold you body and they are very well made. They have different fabric for you to choose depends on your body type. I am 5F6,115 Lbs, skinny but I have belly fat after 2 pregnancies so my to go leggings are those Fabletics high waisted power hold. I feel tight when I do excercises and I need that when I do high interval training.
They give you memembership price $49.99 for an outfit but I am a very savvy shopper. I never pay them that. I only buy when they have sale. Actually this morning, I got an email they have summer sale. So I snatched 2 beautiful leggings and 2 sports bras for $68 with tax. I live in FL so I pay sale tax 7% for clothes.
There are many negative reviews on internet about this company but I never had any problems. I rated them 5 stars for their products.
I am a customer and this is a honest review. Hopefully I could help you understand their membership rules before you buy. And REMEMBER, you have to skip or you are gonna be charged. Simply as that. Good day everyone!
P/S. I posted a picture of my 2 favorite outfits. The burgendy is for Pilates and the green one is for HITT.

Fabletics is actually a decent online athleticwear brand, that just needs to improve its' communication and process with its' customer service team and customers.

I signed up for the 2/$24 Leggings deal because it was such a catch. I received the leggings in a fair amount of time and was happy that they actually felt like high quality leggings (with pockets for my phone and keys!). I knew that signing up for the VIP was a monthly commitment. The following month I was informed that I had to place an order otherwise I would be charged on my credit card, and it would be converted to Fabletics store credit if I didn't purchase anything. Since I was in the market for more athleticwear, I didn't mind placing an order.

I received my 2nd order and they had given me the wrong leggings. The return process was fairly straightforward, go to the order page, request a refund and you can print a return label. I dropped it off at my local post office and was able to follow the shipment because there was a tracking number. Within a week, it showed that the package had been successfully delivered back to the warehouse, but I received no form of confirmation from Fabletics directly.

This lead to several phone calls on the Fabletics customer service line (which I'm certain is outsourced to a different country) where I was placed on hold with only 1 person in front of me for over 30 minutes. When I finally ahold of the agent, it sounded like she was eating food while absent-mindedly assisting me with my inquiry. Eventually I was told to just wait for an email from Fabletics that would tell me I'm getting my refund, so I waited.

Over 2 weeks later I finally see my refund on my credit card and an email from Fabletics acknowledging this. There was no communication after I know the warehouse received my return and even after I contacted customer service.

I'm not sure if it's because of COVID that perhaps the warehouse is understaffed trying to handle the volume of orders and processes, but at the very least, communicate with your customers and your customer service team. Had the agent simply told me that the warehouses are trying to follow COVID guidelines while working, I would have been more understanding about the situation and would be less frustrated if they acknowledged that, "Yes, the warehouse has received the package but will need additional time to properly process and refund your order due to the pandemic." It just didn't sound like the agent knew how to handle the situation as there may have been minimal instruction from the actual Fabletics team. Instead I was given a generic customer service message and be left in the dark.

I genuinely think Fabletics is a decent brand, but really needs to improve their communication and transparency, not only with customers but their own customer service agents.

I placed an order with this company. I received my items, product was ok but could be made better, but I found out that my CC has been charged a $54 and now a $59 membership fee for the past 8 months that I didn't sign up for. This should clearly be stated when making a purchase and I feel I got scammed out of my money as many other have. I use this CC frequently and did not catch the charges till now. A huge mistake on my end for not monitoring. Took me 20 min to cancel my membership by phone with a sales pitch to use my credits and stay with them longer.

If I could give them less stars I would. This company is the worst and the customer service is horrid. Everyone needs to do them selves a favor and stay away. If you don't use your credits they expire . They charged my account for months and when I finally realized it my credits were expired and they wouldn't give them back or give me a refund. You get charged for goods you never purchased. HUGE SCAM

Worst purchasing experience Ive ever had. I have now been waiting for almost one full month for my order placed on 02/22/2023 and as of this writing it has still not arrived. After 2 weeks my order had finally arrived at my post office only to be returned to sender because the address could not be verified which I do not know how that is possible since I correctly put in my address while ordering my product. I called to get some information and after verifying my address I was shipped a new order which has still not arrived after another 2 weeks. Any other company I have purchased from would provide free express shipping or a gift card or literally anything after this but not Fabletics. There are hundreds of performance brands out there and its clear I will never shop here again.

Fabletics I'm due for a refund for $49.95 since March

I'm due for a refund for $49.95 since March. Fabletics is telling me the processed it. PayPal says they didn't. Raised a dispute with PayPal and they're saying Fabletics denied it. Fabletics then said my bank denied the credit. My bank says that is not so and now my bank is raising a dispute. I just want my $49.95 back that I was promised back in March.

Like many others, I ordered several items during the end of year promotion, only to be signed up for a membership without my permission. My credit card was charged without my permission and when I made multiple attempts to call customer service, my call was dropped as soon I mentioned canceling my membership. THIS IS A SCAM and I want my membership cancelled and the "membership fee" refunded.

Their website states a $10 credit for in store returns on next purchase online or in store. I returned 5 orders and got 5 codes. Then they didn’t believe they had a policy like $10 off in store returns so they made me screenshot my codes, which I did. They will not honor those codes. Being a VIP and paying VIP is not considered a sale. The price was not on a sale price item it was full price so therefore I should get $10 off. Poor customer service

Total false advertising that suckers people into VIP Membership with monthly charges of over $50US!When I called to stop the monthly charges...I was told that I didn't have an account so they couldn't cancel the monthly credit card charges! THIS IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DECEPTIVE COMPANY.I disputed the 3 monthly charges to my credit card with my bank. Maybe if enough people do this, it will stop this company from taking advantage of people with their FAKE SALES!

Just did the VIP membership and found a great deal. Several of the items didn't fit when I got them, and unfortunately there were no smaller size option for an exchange. I chose to return the items and was given the option of member credits. Sadly, once the return was done, I had store credit instead. Normally this would be ok, but I purposely waited for a sale and used the new VIP member 2 for $25. I returned 3 items but with the actual refund only received $50. Not enough for even one replacement item. I understand that this is a policy thing, but for the customers sake, it should be a member credit. I just got my money refunded to my account and cancelled my VIP membership. Sucks because the product is great and was hopeful to continue my membership. After having to wait so long on the phone and several dropped chats to remedy the issue, I see this is just another regular company. Might as well just buy cheaper products.

I placed an order with Yitty and I paid for expedited shipping (2-3 days) which would put me at getting my item on Friday. I was later sent an email saying that my item would not arrive until Tuesday. I started a chat with a representative and they just stopped responding. Then another representative took over and failed to respond so I advised them that I would be calling to complain. Once I called the representative on the phone was very nice and empathetic, but the supervisor said I could not get a refund because I still may get my item today or tomorrow (Friday or Saturday) note: it's still currently in California and I live in North Carolina. Plus I received an email stating it wouldn't be here until Tuesday. This is some awful customer service and poor management. I canceled my VIP and I will never order from them again or recommend them to anyone until their staff is properly and adequately trained on how to be honest and efficient in their work. The supervisor did not care at all that her staff had neglected my issue and she insisted on not listening to me, the consumer on the fact that I would not be receiving my item today or tomorrow. I wish I could get more than the expedited shipping cost back. I would like the whole purchase and shipping cost back but not likely. This was awful as a first time shopper. Lizzo please do not represent this company anymore and protect your name and reputation. It's already been slandered enough. I will be even more upset if it doesn't fit properly as this particular item is completely sold out. You all could've had a good, faithful, returning customer. That is why I stick with Fashion Nova. Poor customer service and management will get your business nowhere. I see a trend in the same complaint. I shouldn't have to wait on a refund for expedited shipping on a promise date, when the product wasn't delivered on the promised date I paid extra for. Happy Holidays!

The most difficult company to deal with, EVER! Difficult to communicate since customer service is handled in another country. They were sending me my order and USED A SUBSTANDARD SHIPPER! LS finally shows it delivered, but, it did not! I called the only # I can find for the deceptive seller, (had to remove #) and they tell me to ck. Back 24 to 48 hrs and they would check again. The original order was Nov. 24th , so now supposedly after my 5th call, December 9th, they sent me another order that now shows was delivered December 19th...I placed my 3rd call today to let them know, STILL NOT DELIVERED! They have asked me again to call back in 24-48 hrs...my order # this time is

I recently placed an order for the "end of the year sale" they were having. I received my items, they were ok, but have been charged a $60 membership fee that I didn't sign up for. This should clearly be stated when making a purchase and I feel I got scammed out of my money. When I called the customer service line they said the sale was only because I "signed up" for the membership and just tried to have me purchase more items from them. I wish I never purchased any items from them. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS SCAM!

Their return policy states they "accept returns and exchanges for US and Canada orders within 45 days from the date of shipment" however I purchased multiple items that shipped on 6/3 and 6/4 and two items I wanted to return were not eligible. Only thing I can think of is because now the items are end of season... when I purchased it was not "all sales final" so I'm a bit bummed I can't trade them in. Trying to find a customer support email is difficult as well... only thing I saw in terms of customer support on their website is a cancel your membership phone number. Other than this one negative experience I really like Fabletics. I don't like their pay monthly membership *** but if it works for them, so be it. Their leggings are leagues beyond their competitors in terms of quality, durability, and longevity. I've worn a pair of their Mid-Rise PowerHold Pocket Leggings hundreds of times and they still hold up great. If I could order 3-4 more pairs of them, I would but they are discontinued/seasonal. Anyone claiming to get billed unexpectedly only has themselves to blame for not "skipping this month" in their account.

5/5 for quality and fit of their products.
1/5 for how they run their business.

Since I became a Fabletics member recently, I have been eyeing many Fabletics items and have made a few purchases. However, my last purchase was disastrous. I bought the Kessler Medium Impact Sports Bra in size small (color is Black with Petal and Shadow detailing) when it is on sale for $24.46. I was charged a whopping $38.18 for this one sports bra that made up my order. I was able to contact a Fabletics representative via their online chat, and the representative gave me store credit for the excess charge. What bothers me is that they said that "this is a one time courtesy as next time they will need evidence [to give store credit for excess charge]." Are you kidding me? I have the evidence! I took three screenshots but I just couldn't get them to see it! I sent the evidence to their Facebook account, but they are super slow in replying to Facebook messages. They do not do emailing, which sucks when customers want to provide attachments of glitches to the website. I am so disappointed with Fabletics for this. I can't believe the representative didn't just check the website for herself because it is SO CLEAR that the sports bra I purchased is $24.46. If this had not happened, I would give this company a better rating.

Fabletics Be aware of shipping delays

Be aware of shipping delays. Received an email to confirm that my order shipped 11/29. I have yet to receive my order. Tracking says that my order has been in KY since 12/18. I really love the clothes. I wish they would pick another carrier.

I completely disregard my last review of fabletics. I was uninformed on the company when I left my last review. Fabletics has been nothing but kind to me and I think that they are a legit business and the only business that has ever reached out to me to make things right. I am completely impressed on their business ethics. And I believe that there VIP membership is a great thing for a lot of people. I respect this business and I hope that Marv you makes a difference and how people perceive this wonderful website. It's not just how great their clothes are it's the people behind the corporation that makes this company as great as it is.

Fabletics I have cancelled my membership a total of 4 times this month, and have not only continued to be billed for membership

I have cancelled my membership a total of 4 times this month, and have not only continued to be billed for membership fees, but was billed 3 times. On December 1st, I contacted fabletics customer service via chat to cancel a monthly membership due to the fact each month it is very hard to skip, and I cannot afford the membership during this time. I confirmed with the agent 3 times, that both my fabletics and fab kids memberships would be cancelled, I have screenshots confirming this. I received an email from fabkids stating my membership was cancelled. On Dec. 8th, I received notification from my bank fab kids attempted to charge my card for the membership fee. On dec 9th I contacted customer service via chat once again, and similarly the agent send confirmation this time from both fabletics and fab kids stating the membership was cancelled. On dec 9th my bank card was charged for the monthly membership fee, this time it was fabletics. This time, I called and spoke to a representative on the phone. The representative refunded my money, and again sent confirmation that the issue was resolved and both fab kids and fabletics memberships were cancelled, to both of my email addresses this time as well. On dec 10th I received notification from my Mastercard, a credit card account that should have never been registered on their website as a membership payment method as they had my bank account info, that they attempted to charge it for the monthly membership fee, the charge was deemed suspicious and declined. I received an email from fabletics as well stating if I update my information I would receive a discount and that my VIP membership was still active, but I needed to enter a new card on my account. I once again attempted to contact fabletics customer service, this time through FB chat option hoping to get in touch with a different team or someone who could resolve my issue, they never responded other than automated responses stating an agent would be with be with me as soon as possible. I mentioned in that message if they could not resolve it, after trying through their chat website and over the phone, and also on their last option FB messenger, then I would be going to the BBB to get a resolution. I simply want to be taken off their membership program. I don't understand why it has been so hard, why I have been dealing with this for over a week, why, even if I kept the membership, they attempted to charge me three times. As of now, I do have all the money but I fear future charges, or repeated attempts at charges for the monthly membership that may or may not go through on my debit and credit card. I want to be removed completely from their system, and my cards to be deleted completely from their website. At this point, I will never purchase from them again as they do not honor their own agreement with customers stating that; A you can skip the month at any time. In order to do so, you must find the skip button and also do so within the first few days of the month. The skip button is supposedly on the "my outfits" page of the my account section of their website, when you click that however, no skip button appears. December 1st I kept scrolling for the normal location it is in, and it was not enabled. B. That you may cancel your membership at any time if you are unhappy. I attempted to do so many times, each time agents ask you several times to keep your membership, offer discounts, tell you your membership fee equals credits and you have to almost be rude to get them to stop and cancel it. Then, when you ask if it is cancelled, many of them dance around the question and wouldn't give a simple yes or no answer. Which is why each time I asked for confirmation emails, and took screen shots of the conversations that I was able to. As of today, dec10th 2020, when I go to fabkids and fabletics my membership still states vip and there is no way to cancel it or delete card information from the account page. Something needs to be done about these dishonest practices and I need to know my account information is secure and will not be charged against my will ever again.

I placed an order with the company on 11/16/22. I returned a bra and got my refund for $14. I got an email from Fabletics one from Afterpay stating that my refund was processed and it reflected on the last scheduled Afterpay payment. I returned two more items in November. One was for $16.16 and the other for $13.36. When they received those items, I got no confirmation emails or refunds like I did with the first item. Now it is March and countless phone calls later, I still have no refunds. They've done a three way call with my bank, who verified no refunds were received (my debit card is attached to Afterpay so that is where they would end up since I finished paying Afterpay.) We go round and round, they tell me they will escalate the issue and, again, nothing happens. We're in April now and this should have been resolved long ago. Afterpay and my bank show no record of refunds and one person I talked to told me that they refunded the money to a PayPal account but wouldn't tell me the email associated with that PayPal account. I didn't pay with PayPal so I knew this was a lie. I just want my refund and I want to be done with this company.

Removed my credit card as a payment method and added a placeholder credit card - with the intent of them not being able to charge me because I no longer wanted their services and it was too complicated to cancel. Well, they charged my previous card even though it was not displayed in their system. They also did not notify me they were charging the card.I also hit their "take a 3 month break from payments" and still got a charge the next month.Requesting refund of jan, feb, march member credit along with the request of the pending april charge not be posted. Completely done with this company.

Fabletics Signing up for their emails

Visited fashion island for 1st time, as I cashed out employee asked if I wanted to sign up to receive special pricing and coupons plus i'd get the 2 for $24 deal for doing so. I asked is it free they said "YES" I asked I am not signing up for credit card right, they said no. Made my purchase with cash and he said or we need to take credit card, I just assumed like many stores now they do not accept cash. Her asked if I wanted paper or email receipt, I said email.

WOW to my surprise this was a total scam and they should be ashamed and possibly be investigated by state agency. On my receipt it was written

"On the 6th of each month, you will be charged $59.95 for your membership benefits"

I signed in to my account and immediately cancelled this "membership"

VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS COMPANY AND WILL NOT SHOP AGAIN

Hello,
I have purchase 2 pants for pregnant on January 7th, and I have not received the order.
I have called many times, the first time they have told me they have an issue with the labelling and the order will arrive 2 days later - 26/01.
I have gone to the place and no order has arrived, and for some reason they are returning to their warehouse, so they are unable to do anything.

I have waiting for this, as I don't have any pants to use anymore due the pregnancy advances, and instead to offer me a solution, by sending again, as fast delivery, or anything. The only solution they give is to wait for the return so they can give me the money back, since the only thing I need is a pansta that I can use. Talking to the customer support is like talking to some machines, no one want to hear you, they just keep repeating thing that I can see.

Fabletics Membership rip off

Fabletics has changed my credit card for over 3 years $50.00 a month totaling over $1,800. I had a membership that I wasn’t even aware of. If you haven’t ordered from a company in over 3 years and they continue to charge you ever month and they are aware you haven’t 😡 That is such a scam! Lesson learned I will check ever statement! My husband always pays the bill and I just happened to catch it or no telling how long it would have went on!

Desired outcome: Ripped off for over $1,800. Sure hope Kate Hutson bought herself something nice with it 😡

Fabletics Customer Service

This is the 4th time I have had issues customer service, who are not only rude but literally refuse to help. Today I tried a coupon that ruined all the discounts the site was giving, even all the sale items! My cart jumped from $68 to $108! No, problem I thought I will just call customer service.

The girl ignored everything I said, gaslighted me and told me the site doesn't say that - she actually said there was no sale! - and that I was wrong. LUCKILY I had receipts just not all of them. I took photos of how the website was showing me 50%-75% off from some of the clearance items I was trying to buy. and the moment I added them to my cart it wouldn't apply the discount. Instead it was only applying the $5 off price instead of 50%. EVEN AFTER I SHOWED THE PHOTOS, she was continuously rude and wouldn't help. She just said the rest wasn't on the 50% off sale. I literally had them in my cart 5 min ago with 50%... CHOOSEN THINGS BECAUSE THEY WERE 50% OFF. She manually changed the price of the items I had pictures of and said.. "there its fixed". I went back to try the other outfit I was trying to get, and the dumb $5 coupon was still showing rather that the 50%. Obviously it overrode any other discount, I just needed someone to reset the account. She said she couldn't, so I said I would wait, I just need to speak to someone else who could help. She refused, so I asked to speak with her manager then and she hung up on me. Her name was Joana. I was on the call for about 45 min and it started at 10am.

Desired outcome: Honestly I don't trust fabletics. Since 2018 their service literally refuses to help. I don't want anything. I am writing this so if fabletics wants to help themselves they can.

Fabletics Stolen member credit from a vip member

I paid $49.99 for a member credit. It would be banked until I’m ready to use it, supposedly! I accrued 2 member credits, and used 1 member credit. Each time the fabric wasn’t as comfortable as expected, and preferred the $10 stretch pants from Ross (3). I had recently just worn them out, and hadn’t made it a priority to use my credit when they expired my points after 1 year of being on the books. I wasn’t warned they would expire, and they changed their pricing in the meantime. I tried to talk with “lily” at the toll free customer number. When we started discussing the expired points she would hang up on me! The efforts to speak to them about how unfair this was via chat was worse, defaulting me to connecting to a “live agent” instead of a robot. Never would connect. I finally told them to delete my account, as I will NEVER do business with them anyway. Way overpriced and the fabric pinches! The sizes aren’t true to size, so they end up in the drawer! Awful company, would only give me a one piece item rather than the 3 piece item for the price paid when I was charged. They probably couldn’t cough up a half a bra at this point, and are just screwing VIPs left and right. There should be a grandfathered in program, and stop lying and stealing to profit at the backs of foreign slaves who walk seven miles to get to and from their fraudletics sweatshop! If I would have known that detail, I wouldn’t have shopped there. I have never shopped Walmart due to their practices, and over the last decade spent only $500 in purchases when I had no other choice due to time/location/convenience! So, yea, I would have never become or remained a VIP had I known the truth. Also, “lily” lied and said my credit expired in 2021. No it didn’t, it expired 7/31/22, this year. I believe it’s still 2022! SMH. Don’t do it, girl! They lie, cheat, and steal!

Desired outcome: They be dumped be everyone! Hudson is a model for them, and you won’t look like her by wearing this terrible company’s articles of trash.

I had no idea they would take money out of my account every month. I really don't like the sweat pants they sent me, but I got them cheep, so I just thought OK won't go there again. Next thing I know, they are taking money out of my checking account.. Guess that's something I missed.

Fabletics Charged for Bogus Membership I did not want

I ordered a few pairs of leggings in October, 2021 from Fabletics.com. I made no other purchases.

Then today, May 11, 2022, charges my account for some "membership plan" that I did not want and would never want. When I called the company, the customer service rep said they would close my account, but would not refund the money they withdrew from my account.

Desired outcome: I would like my money taken from my account today, May 11, 2022 refunded to me.

Fabletics VIP Membership refund

I ordered in march month a pair of leggings around 24£ and got that order. next month amount of 49£ deducted from account , Spoke to one of your staff and they said they will refund that money , I got the refund and I told her that this amount should not be deducted again. why again this month the same amount 49£ deducted again ? , I just want my refund back asap. I don't want to use this 49 voucher, I don't want to even buy anything now, this is so annoying. Cancel my VIP membership and refund my money back.

Fabletics Customer service

I am trying to cancel my membership. The online chat cut me off at 6 pm. Now on hold for over an hour. When I was told one person was ahead of me and I should be served in 20 minutes

Going to give up today. But will never buy anything from them again. This membership is ridiculous. Who spends 55 a month on work out gear. And most fit poorly

Fabletics False advertising; membership scam

Website gives specific price/sale information, then when products are added to cart, changes the prices. Customer service simply makes excuses and does not honor the advertised prices. Tried for 3 days from 01/20 - 01/22/22 to place and order, made multiple calls to customer service, they just try to explain away the issue instead of resolving and refuse to escalate calls to supervisors who might be able to actually resolve issues.

After completing an order and trying to check out, you are required to accept terms and conditions, which then without clear indication subscribes you to a $50/month membership. A website should be required to very clearly on the home page announce the requirement to enroll in this before an order can be placed.

Desired outcome: require the company to explain and correct their scam which charges consumers far more than advertise

Fabletics Product delivery

Placed an order online 11/17/2021, #[protected] for $104.60. Received an e-mail that order was shipped on 11/20 /2021 and then another email that order would be arriving soon. Where I was able to get a tracking number of 1LSCY72000JHJFP. Then I received and email saying order was delivered 11/29 at 12:40 pm to Dade City, Florida. I was at Home all day this day and never received this order. I contacted Fabletis that day and was told to check around at neighbors and check with my postal carrier and sometimes orders can be delayed. I have never had problems with any orders I have received at my residence before. I noticed the entire tracking number is different from any other tracking number I have received from Fabletics. I have filed a complaint with the delivery service fabletics.narvar that I received notification that item was delivered but they just keep telling me to contact you the merchant. To no avail, I have been hung up on by your customer service people and disconnected by the on-line chat assistance through your company. This is ridiculous and such a mess with no one able to assist or give me my $104.60, money returned to my Credit Card. I was told I could get store credit, which I DO NOT WANT because I DO NOT LIKE THE WAY FABLETICS has treated me a CUSTOMER!

Fabletics Not receiving products in time outlined in policy, not able to return products, wanting a refund however they will not provide it

Since May I have spent over 20 hours on 6 orders. Each time the money is withdrawn from credit card however unless I request the item to be sent they are not. Now I have received one order too late, I have tried to return one of the items, it is outside the return date, I have waited for courier to collect which has not occurred, I have waited for return labels to be sent. I am regularly told by the agents they will go to "back of house" to get the problems resolved however this does not resolve the issues. My credit card is being charged interest and the time I am wasting I am now seeking compensation.

Fabletics customer service

Spoke to Cheryl on 7/13/21 - very pleasant and was able to resolve problems.
Spoke to Jose on 7/22/21 - very pleasant but unable to resolve question concerning return and notification. He transferred me to Paula who proceeded to hang up on me. I was not rude but wanted to understand the
"procedures' regarding sending me notification for return label but not when the merchandise was received by Fabletics.

Fabletics Membership

I am very busy working and suffer from ADHD, my memory is as good as a goldfish. I had received zero reminders about the upcoming payment and completely forgot that I had subscribed, i simply can not afford the payment right now, and yet when I spoke with customer services was refused a refund leaving me completely broke. I'm well within my consumer rights to request a refund.

Fabletics VIP membership

I noticed monies coming out my bank account to yourself yesterday spoke to the bank who confirmed payments have been coming out every month since June last year!
I had no idea there was a membership in place and have not purchased anything in all that time as proof I was unaware.
I phoned and was told I could have a small refund but nowhere near the amount that has gone out my bank. I feel you have tricked me into this and would like all my monies paid back please. Total £539. Account [protected]

Fabletics Non delivery

My order [protected] was placed in early April and I have 9 items outstanding frfom that order. I have called fabletics 10 times, been hum up twice and the customer service just tell me to wait 48 hrs and it will be resolved.

I sent a declaration form in with my personal details (emailed it) and they say it hasnt been received despite my email telling me its been delivered to [protected]@fabletics.co.uk. Loss of personal data.
