Turned my frown upside down
I ordered a large, beautiful framed print to celebrate a graduation. It arrived on my doorstep as though Fedex launched it there from the truck (or the back of the plane). Needless to day, the frame was snapped and split. I was terribly disappointed, picturing a hassle, repackaging, more shipping fees, and a longer wait, not to mention rolling the dice again with Fedex. Instead, Allposters was empathetic and bent on making it better from the start. They are issuing a replacement. To me, that is service where the customer comes first, and it is much too rare. Fedex aside, I will definitely buy from Allposters again and be proud to do so.
Very pleased with the product and the service
I ordered a 32" x 40" poster with mat and frame. It arrived 7 days later (2 days before the expected delivery date) and I'm very pleased with the quality of the photo, the materials used, and the packaging. It's going to be a wonderful Christmas gift for a family member.
I have one criticism which has nothing to do with AllPosters. FedEx called me to request payment for customs and taxes, which I subsequently paid by credit card. When the item was delivered, the FedEx driver tried to charge me again. I showed her my proof of payment and she apologized and said this happens quite often with imported items she delivers. FedEx needs to clean up its billing system.

I ordered 2 t-shirts on sale from their website on the 25th of November and it was shipped 2 days later via World Wide Customs Brokers (without tracking). I received it today and the t-shirts were exactly as described. I did, however, email their customer service (by replying the order confirmation email) a few days ago regarding the status of my order and received a very prompt and helpful reply advising me to contact them again on the 23rd of December if my order still hadn't arrived so they could arrange for a replacement to be sent. Thankfully, that was not necessary. Now that I know the shipping time from the US to Australia is about 25 days, I'm quite happy to order from them again when they have sales.

Standard ground shipping was about $10 for my framed artwork (according to the box I received it was 6 lbs. in weight). I received a tracking number for shipping and an estimated delivery date range. My package came within the first day of that range. When I opened the package I found that everything was as shown in the previews on the website. I was relieved because I was afraid that it would look completely different.

I, too, after a week or so wondered what was going on with my order; I hadn't received any confirmation via email (I did have a screenshot of my completed order with order number), and I also found when tracking my order the "in process" notation. I did send 2 emails to check up on my order, and I received kind, detailed, and professional replies. I received 2 of 4 shipments on the 9th day after my order, in perfect condition, and on the 10th day I received the 3rd shipment, also in perfect condition. One small item has yet to arrive, but I was informed in one of the emails that it is due to be delivered in 2 days. I am happy with the items and feel that 12 days is perfectly reasonable, especially since I placed my order between Christmas and New Year's. I am glad I had this experience because I really love the site and do expect to order more from them in the future. (I have a teenage daughter.) Thank you Poster Revolution!

I wanted to order some framed art work, but before doing so I read so many negative reviews on SiteJabber.com that I was leery. I noticed that some of the reviews complained about the cheep, flimsy plastic that was used for the glass, and the poor quality of the prints. Since AllPosters.com gives you a choice of the quality of glass and the quality of most of the prints, I decided to take a chance. I'm glad I did! I ordered one art print and one giclee print (described on website: "This gicl?e print offers beautiful color accuracy on a high-quality paper (235 gsm) that is a great option for framing with its smooth, acid free surface. Gicl?e is a printing process where millions of ink droplets are sprayed onto the papers surface creating natural color transitions") and I also upgraded the to UV & non-scratch resistant glass. My two framed prints arrived in one week and in perfect condition. The frames were exactly as described, the glass was worth the extra few dollars, and the prints were beautiful. I will definitely order from this company again.
Review of Ordering, Customer Svc, and Refund Experiences
Ordered posters on two separate occasions. The first order I submitted incorrect address info and had to contact customer service. After a short wait, the corrections were made. The associate was very professional, courteous and concise. I received tracking info within 48 hrs. And the order arrived 3 days before the estimated delivery date (within 5 business days). The 2nd order was submitted a couple of days after receipt of the 1st order. Again the order arrived earlier than the estimated delivery date (4 days before the est. Delivery date!). The first order was returned due to quality issues (I recommend going for the premium photo option - the upgrade in quality is noticeable when compared to the regular photo option). Got refund within 3 business days after the company received returned item. On the second order I chose the premium photographic print option and was pleased with the quality. Overall, I was very satisfy with the way both orders and refund were handled and the customer service was as efficient and professional as any I have dealt with online. Could not ask for a better online buying experience.

It took about 18 days for my package to arrive, but it was in good condition when it did. AllPosters Canvas Prints: A Steal Compared to Michael's Framing
Got myself a big ol' paper Giclee print of an Italian landscape from AllPosters for $45. Was gonna get it framed at Michael's with a 50% off coupon, but they wanted to charge me a whopping $550 after the discount! No way, Jose. Plus, when the print arrived, the color wasn't quite what we were expecting and the paper was all wrinkly and stuff. Ain't nobody got time for that. So we sent it back and got a full refund, no questions asked.
But then we decided to give AllPosters another chance and ordered three big ol' stretched canvas Monet prints for $140 each. And let me tell ya, we are in love with these bad boys. The quality is top-notch and they look amazing on our wall. The canvases are stretched around some real sturdy wood frames and stapled on the backside. The edges are painted black and the hanging hardware is some double braided steel wire. Shipping was free and our order was expedited in about a week. Talk about speedy Gonzales!
So, moral of the story: stay away from Michael's and check out AllPosters. Just make sure you don't cheap out on the paper if you're getting a print. They offer some higher quality paper that's probably a much better choice. All in all, we got three beautiful Monet canvas reproductions for less than the cost of one framing job at Michael's. What a steal!
Disappointing Purchase from AllPosters: Poor Quality and Misleading Information
So, I recently made a purchase from AllPosters, which I thought was a Norwegian company. They even said that I wouldn't have to pay any import tax on my receipt. But, when I went to pick up my order from the post office, I was hit with an import fee that was 50% more than what I was originally told. What a bummer!
To make matters worse, the wall mural that I ordered was of such poor quality that the paste soaked through and discolored the image. And, when I tried to apply the glue, the material warped and I couldn't get it to align properly. AllPosters: The Never-Ending Nightmare of Unsubscribing from Their Email List
So, I was looking for some cool Christmas gifts for my son and decided to order a couple of tee shirts from AllPosters. When they arrived, I noticed that they were a bit small, but that's not the main issue here. The real problem is the circus I've been going through trying to unsubscribe from their email list. It's been a real headache since November 2015 and it's now August of 2016, and I still receive a daily marketing email from them. Can you believe it?

Don't even think about buying anything from AllPosters. Let me tell you what happened to me. I ordered 7 posters from them and they sent me an email saying that they would ship my order once they received the payment from PayPal. After a week, PayPal sent the payment and they only sent me one of the seven posters. It's been three weeks since then and the poster still hasn't arrived. Meanwhile, I get 5-10 messages from them every day saying that my other items are back-ordered and they don't know when they'll be available again. They offered to cancel two of the posters because they don't know when they'll be back in stock. After two weeks of getting these messages, I followed the instructions in their email and emailed them, saying "please cancel any future orders and refund the difference between what has been sent and what has not yet arrived." They replied and told me that my posters will arrive in 2-6 weeks longer (note that it takes funds beyond your credit card's 60-day period to dispute). In this day and age, a vendor should be able to tell you before ordering if an item is in stock or not. I strongly advise you to avoid this business and go with a more reputable establishment. I wish I had read other reviews before ordering from them. I'm going to report them to my state's Attorney General's office so that other people in my state can avoid getting ripped off by this vendor.

I had a really rough time buying posters on AllPosters' website. The selection and prices were good, and the website layout was pretty nice. But the shipping was a total disaster. I got my posters in four different boxes, shipped on three different days. I don't know how they can afford to ship things like that, but it seems like a bad business model to me.

Affordable and Quality Posters: My AllPosters.com Review
AllPosters.com is a great print on demand service for those who are looking for straightforward posters. At first, I was hesitant to try them out because of all the negative reviews I saw online. I must say, I am impressed with the quality of the posters I received. I purchased graphics-heavy prints with large swatches of solid colors and the print quality is very smooth and vibrant. The paper quality is also impressive. I found it to be a sturdy semigloss or satin finish. Although the site says "medium weight cover stock," I'm not sure what the exact weight specs are. However, it definitely doesn't feel light and I'm really happy with this cover weight for a poster.
I don't know much about AllPosters's framing service, but the images I've seen posted of crappy framing jobs suggest one should stay away. If you want something high-end, go to a local framing gallery for similar prices. Otherwise, you can get a much cheaper plastic poster frame at a local hobby or crafts shop.

I gotta tell ya, folks, steer clear of this company. My wife and I ordered a dozen posters for our Halloween display from their website, Poster-Revolution. We made sure to only select items that were listed as in stock and even paid extra for expedited shipping to ensure we received them in time. But after days of waiting and no updates on our order, we had to reach out to their customer service. And let me tell you, it was like pulling teeth to get any information out of them. They didn't even have a phone number listed on their website!
Finally, we found out that four of the posters we ordered were no longer in stock, even though they were listed as available when we placed our order. We were pretty upset, especially since we had paid extra for expedited shipping. But instead of trying to make things right, the customer service reps kept trying to get us to cancel our order altogether. We eventually received eight of the posters we ordered, but not the ones that were supposed to be the centerpiece of our display.
Fast forward to the end of November, and we still hadn't received the missing posters or any updates from Poster-Revolution. When we checked the status of our order on their website, it showed as complete, even though we were missing items. We reached out to customer service again, and they only responded to two of the three posters we were missing. And when we followed up, they finally admitted that none of the remaining posters were available and refunded our money.
To make matters worse, the posters we did receive were shipped in flimsy, low-quality boxes that barely held up during shipping. It's clear that customer service is not a priority for this company, and their lack of attention to detail and poor communication make them a nightmare to deal with. I would strongly recommend that no one do business with this company. My own story is that my wife and I ordered 12 posters for use in a Halloween display. We went through the Poster-Revolution website carefully and made our selections based on the provided availability information ordering only what showed as in stock. We placed the order with comfortable time for delivery prior to our need the night before Halloween and Halloween night. We placed the order with the expedited shipping option. After several days of watching the website and looking for status indicating shipment of our order, we filled out the contact us form on the Poster Revolution web-site requesting an update our order, which went unanswered. We then found it necessary to search the Internet for phone number where we could make contact with Poster-Revolution's customer service (interesting that they don't have a contact number posted on their website). At that time we found that although they had taken our money and that our order was in their system, for some reason it had not dispatched to their warehouses or vendors. This resulted in four of the posters we had ordered, a full one-third of our order, no longer being available in stock. We expressed the need for delivery of the items we had ordered as they comprised a backdrop to one of our displays and highlighted the fact that what we had ordered had been shown as in stock when we had ordered them. Poster-Revolution sent us the eight posters that they had in stock and prior to our need we received one other of the posters we'd ordered. All materials we received were shipped to us via overnight service. During the course of the several phone calls it took to arrange the shipping of the material we had order in a time frame suitable to our needs we were repeatedly encouraged to cancel the order rather than the company living up to their responsibility to deliver our products in a timely manner. Again, remember we had paid for an expedited shipment up front. Fast forward to the end of November not having received the posters that were on back order or any word from Post-Revolution's customer service people I went online and check the status of my order on their site. I was alarmed to discover that the were showed as complete. I immediately sent an e-mail to Poster-Revolution's customer service department pointing out the error. In that e-mail I cut and pasted the three lines of the order from their website. The information included order number, SKU's and descriptions of each poster as well as pricing. A day later I got an e-mail back from Poster-Revolution's customer service manager which responded to only two of the three posters I questioned. The response was that those two posters were out of stock and they did not know when they would be in. I immediately sent out another e-mail expressing my discontent with the fact that when I was already a disgruntled customer I received what was essentially only a partial response to the questions I'd asked. The next day I received another e-mail from Poster-Revolution's customer service to be told that none of the remaining posters we had ordered were available anymore and that they had refunded our purchase price. Imagine my surprise the next day when searching for the posters we wanted for our Halloween display on Amazon I discovered that Poster-Revolution did indeed 9 units left of one of the posters we had ordered. To be brutally frank customer service seems to simply be beyond the individuals in this Corporation. Their lack of attention to detail, poor communication, and seeming laziness in responding to their customer base makes them difficult to deal with. To top things off their products are shipped in shoddy poor quality boxes. As a direct result of my interaction with Poster-Revolution customer service department. They will not receive any more business for me, nor will their parent company AllPosters, Com. For your own peace of mind I would strongly recommend that you follow suit.

I placed an order for a 10x8 print on March 18, 2022. However, as of May 15, 2022, I still haven't received the print. I have contacted the company multiple times through chat, but all they tell me is that there are production delays. They don't provide any explanation for the delay or give me a reliable estimate of when the print will be delivered. Instead, they keep pushing back the estimated delivery date by one day each day. While they do offer a refund, I am going to report this issue to ComplaintsBoard.com because I believe this company has no intention of fulfilling orders that don't include an expensive frame. In other words, if you only order the print without a frame, they don't plan on delivering it and assume you will cancel the order. This is essentially false advertising, as they advertise very low prices for prints without frames but fail to deliver the product. It shouldn't take over two months to print and ship a single 8x10 page. A quick search on the internet reveals that other customers have had the same experiences and complaints.

On 3/25/2024 I put in my first order for a poster because I was offered a 20% discount on the first order. I guess that is just a marketing ploy because when I put "welcome20" and saw "SMS Offer Activated: 20% offer your purchase" I assumed it was going to be taken off when I checked out.
I WAS WRONG! Nothing came off, I paid full price. I should have gone with another company there are so many out there.

Don't even think about ordering anything from AllPosters or Art.com! I had the worst experience ever with them. I placed my order online and my card was charged right away, but I never received a confirmation email or receipt. I was worried, so I called their customer service line. Finally, I had to contact my bank and the company to get my money back. It was a long and stressful process. I was so disappointed because I really wanted those posters, but they were never going to ship them to me. I wasted so much time and energy on this whole ordeal.
In conclusion, I would not recommend AllPosters or Art.com to anyone. They have terrible customer service and their system is a mess. It's not worth the hassle and stress. Stay away from this company!

I gotta say, I'm not too happy with AllPosters. They don't seem to give a hoot about their customers. I've been going through a real ordeal just trying to get my order in a decent amount of time. And wouldn't you know it, I got charged a pretty penny for the long distance call. And to top it all off, I still haven't received anything from my order. My boyfriend's birthday is coming up, and he won't be getting his gift. And now I've got a crummy cellphone bill because of all this. My advice? Save your money and your time, and shop somewhere else. I don't usually write reviews, but I felt like I had to let others know what I've been through. This company has really let me down.
Disappointing Experience with AllPosters: Delayed Delivery and Out of Stock Item
I was so excited to order an acrylic picture from AllPosters for my new home. I knew it was going to be a bit pricey, but I decided to treat myself. When I placed my order, I was given an estimated delivery date of between August 17th and 21st. I was a bit hesitant about the two-week delivery time, but I figured it would be okay.
However, I didn't get a chance to indicate what to do with the parcel if I wasn't around. I received several promotional emails, but no update on my delivery. I was starting to get a bit worried, but I figured it was just taking longer than expected.
On August 20th, I received an email from AllPosters telling me they were encountering problems with their shipping department. I was a bit frustrated, but I appreciated the apology and was hopeful that someone would be in touch soon to confirm a new delivery date.
But then, on August 29th, I received another email from AllPosters telling me that the item was out of stock! I was so disappointed. Why didn't they tell me that when I placed my order? Why did I have to wait almost a month for an item that doesn't even exist?
Overall, my experience with AllPosters was very disappointing. I won't be using their services again. It's a shame because I was really looking forward to having that acrylic picture in my new home.
Mixed Experience with AllPosters: Great Shirts, but Out of Stock and Delay Issues
I bought 5 tshirts from AllPosters on Aug 22, 2013 when they had a 50% off sale from GMA. I was so excited to get my hands on these shirts! But then, a few days later, I got an email saying that one of the shirts was out of stock. I was bummed, but at least they let me know. When I got billed, I noticed that they had removed the charge for the out of stock shirt. That was nice of them.
The other 3 shirts arrived on Sept 5, 2013. They were great shirts! The fabric was a little thin, but the prints were beautiful. I was happy with my purchase. But then, on Oct 3, 2013, I got another email saying that one more shirt was out of stock and another was on back order. That's not good news. And to make matters worse, I still haven't received a refund for the other out of stock shirt. They said it would take 10 days, but it's been 15 days now. What's going on?
To top it off, the ship date for the last shirt has been pushed back again (for the 4th time) to Oct 22. That's not cool. I'm not happy about this situation at all. I'm not just going to shrug my shoulders and forget about it. If I don't get my refund and shirt (or refund for both) within the next 5 days, I'm going to file a complaint with their Commerce department in their state. This is not how you keep customers happy.
Overall, I was happy with the shirts I received from AllPosters. But the fact that they keep pushing back the ship date and haven't given me my refund yet is really frustrating. I hope they can fix this soon.

Long story short, I wouldn't recommend ordering from AllPosters. They seem like they're just out to scam people, and their customer service is seriously lacking. I'm really disappointed with the whole experience, and I don't want anyone else to have to go through what I did.
Avoid AllPosters.com.au: Terrible Customer Service & Incomplete Orders
I gotta tell ya, I had a pretty bad experience with these guys at AllPosters. I placed six orders with them in early December for a bunch of T-shirts and a beanie, and I've only received three of the shirts so far. I'm not holding my breath for the rest of my stuff to ever show up. They do have a customer service number you can call, but it's only open for one hour a day during the week, and that's at 6am my time. What good is that? And even when you do get through, all they do is give you a bunch of excuses about how it's the freight company's fault. It's like they're reading from a script or something.
The thing that really gets me is that they say they have all this stuff in stock, but then when you actually order something, suddenly they don't have it anymore. And even though their URL has "AU" at the end, there's no Australian link at all. It's all based in the USA. I mean, come on, guys. If you're gonna pretend to be an Australian company, at least make it look like you care about your Australian customers.
All in all, I spent over $473 with these jokers and only got three out of 17 items. That's a pretty lousy return on investment, if you ask me. If you're looking for a better option, I'd recommend checking out Metal Merchant. I was a little skeptical at first because their website looked kind of sketchy, but I gave them a shot anyway and I'm glad I did. I got my stuff in four or five days with no drama, and they even gave me a 20% off coupon for my next purchase and a sticker with a handwritten thank-you note. It's not rocket science, people. If one guy can do it, why can't a whole company get their act together?
Anyway, I'd say steer clear of AllPosters.com.au. They're not worth the hassle. Run to the hills, as Iron Maiden would say. Cheers.
Disappointed with AllPosters' Shipping and Customer Service
I bought a big poster for $60 from AllPosters on January 2nd. They said it would come on January 8th, but it's January 11th and it still hasn't come. The last update on the tracking was on January 4th. I talked to customer service online and they said that DHL or the US Post Office lost it. They asked me if I wanted it reshipped and I said yes because I already paid for it. They said it would take 3-5 days to process and 5-7 days to ship again. That's not good enough. I wanted to surprise my husband with the poster, so I planned for extra time in case there were delays. But now they're telling me it won't come until January 16th. I called back and asked for a manager and demanded that they at least expedite the shipping. They agreed, but it still won't come in time for our wedding anniversary. I'm really disappointed. This is my first time using AllPosters and I'm not happy. I'll update this review if the poster ever comes.
Poor Customer Service and Shipping Experience with AllPosters
I bought 5 posters from AllPosters and 4 of them arrived without any issues. However, the 5th one was backordered. When it finally shipped, it arrived badly damaged. I contacted customer service through chat and the representative told me to donate the damaged poster to an orphan. I was taken aback by this response and wondered why they would say something like that.
The representative assured me that a replacement would be sent out. When I received the new poster, it was not the movie poster I had ordered, but a sports-related one. I contacted customer service again through chat and was told to email my request for the correct poster. I was also asked to provide proof of the damage, which I found to be unnecessary.
I sent an email on August 11, 2017, and received a response two days later on August 13, 2017, stating that a replacement poster would be sent to me. However, 10 days later on August 23, 2017, I had not received any shipment notification or the replacement poster. I sent another email on August 29, 2017, but did not receive a response. In frustration, I sent 15 emails on the same day to see if someone would respond, but I doubt it.
I have decided to dispute the charge with Amex as fraud since I never received the poster I ordered. It is disappointing that I had to go through this experience with AllPosters.
Unethical Business Practices: My Experience with AllPosters.com
I had a real bad experience with AllPosters.com. Let me tell you, it was a real headache. I was trying to close my credit card account with my bank back in 2010, and I found out that there were some charges on my account that I didn't recognize. Turns out, this company called Shoppers Discounts in Shelton, Connecticut had been charging me $10.00 every month since December 2006! I was livid. I had never heard of this company before, and I had definitely never authorized them to charge me anything.
So, I did some digging, and I found out that AllPosters.com had transferred my personal and financial information to Shoppers Discounts. I was shocked. I had never given AllPosters.com permission to do that, and I had never even heard of Shoppers Discounts before. I had never received any products or services from them, and I had no way of accessing any account information or services from them. It was a real mess.
I tried to get my money back, but it was like pulling teeth. AllPosters.com was not helpful at all, and their customer service representatives were rude and unhelpful. They acted like they didn't care that they had illegally transferred my credit card information to another company without my permission. It was a real slap in the face.
I would not recommend doing business with AllPosters.com. They clearly don't care about their customers or their privacy. They are willing to transfer your personal and financial information to other companies without your permission, and they don't seem to care if you get charged for things you didn't authorize. It's just not worth the risk. Find another company to do business with. I give AllPosters.com a big fat zero for business ethics.
Poor Customer Service Experience with AllPosters
I ordered four posters from AllPosters, two with poster hangers and two without. I was excited to receive my order, but things didn't go as planned. I received two separate shipping emails, but both had the same tracking number. I was confused, but I thought maybe they shipped the posters separately. However, when I received the package, I only got the two posters without the poster hangers. I waited for a day, but the second package didn't arrive. I was disappointed and frustrated.
I decided to email AllPosters to inquire about the missing posters. However, I didn't receive a response for two days. I was worried that my posters were lost, so I decided to call their customer service. I waited on hold for 45 minutes before I was finally connected to a customer service representative. He listened to my issue and told me that he had to email his supervisor to resolve the issue. I was surprised that he couldn't help me right away. He told me that I should receive an email in 24 to 48 hours.
I was not happy with the customer service I received. I asked the representative why he couldn't resolve my issue, but he didn't have a good answer. It seemed like he was just there to take a message. I was frustrated that I couldn't cancel my order or get a refund. The representative just kept me on the phone for five minutes while he typed an email to his supervisor.
Overall, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I order a lot of stuff off the Internet, and I have never experienced such poor service. I don't think I will buy from AllPosters again.

I ordered a star wars poster a few months ago back in march I got the poster go to frame and the side is badly damaged I wish to get a refund or a brand poster they tell me I can not. Get a refund or credit for the damaged poster and they refused to I asked to get a brand new poster they tell me no they can not be done I will never order from them again.

On the 25th July I had ordered 4 posters. One of which after a month of waiting finally came but the 3 other posters I spent my money on have still not shown up. My order number is [protected]. I would hope this would be resolved very soon as I have now been waiting over 7 weeks. The poster that I received was a giant great wave poster. I am still wanting the other posters I paid for but if that is not an option I expect a full refund.

I ordered two posters, with express shipment charges of $15.98 to get here for me to take to my father's funeral service. The posters arrived mangled in a poorly packged box. We did not have time to replace the posters prior to services. I specified why I needed them expedited and what they were for in my comments. The person on the phone snapped at me. waste of money
I chose several items and ordered them as Christmas presents 7 weeks before the holiday. Guess what? Nothing has arrived. I called them so many times, each time they promised to investigate the problem, but nothing has changed. They don't even have a tracking information and it seems to be wild to me. Why not?
I understand that the presents will never arrive and it's really sad. Have to go to a local store and get something else. Money wasted for nothing...

Moreover, their customer support doesn't respond. At all. I don't know what to do and who to complain. I sent several emails to them, but all of them were left unanswered. I've ordered three posters from www.allposters.com online store and did not receive my order. After about a month of waiting I contacted AllPosters and asked about my order status. Their rep said that my order was probably lost and promised that they'll ship another package.
Another two weeks passed and I decided to ask them about the replacement. I was taking way to long so I was pretty nervous. When I contacted them for the second time they said that I need to be more patient and wait for my order. It is now over two months and they keep telling me to be patient. They say that there is nothing they can do because they already shipped my order twice. I bet they never shipped me anything, I'm 100% sure about that! What a bunch of scammers!
